Excerpt from Response in Christ - Chapter 4 by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J.

In schematic outline we have discussed the manner in which the baptized Christian extends his Mass to his daily existence. As he so lives out his Mass, he is becoming more Christlike. He becomes a more perfect priest and victim for his next participation in the eucharistic sacrifice.42 The beautiful cycle which the Mass contains lies exposed before us. As part of this cycle the Christian is intimately involved in the process of continued redemption. The Mass is the center of the Christian life: ". . . the liturgy is the summit toward which the activity of the Church is directed; at the same time it is the fount from which all her power flows."43

42. For a current treatment of the varied richness of the Eucharist, cf. J. Wicks, "The Movement of Eucharistic Theology" in Chicago Studies, Vol. 10 (1971), pp. 267-284.

Jesus: I call you to live your lives as devout members of the mystical body of Christ. I have given these writings that men will realize that they are to live united deeply to the Mass going on around the world. Your lives, given as an offering, a sacrifice every moment in union with the Mass going on around the world. Your life, a sacrifice, offered to the Father, in union with the Mass in oneness with Me, in the Holy Spirit through the intercession of the Blessed Mother with all the angels and saints and the souls in purgatory.

Your lives given as members of My mystical body can help to bring down great graces for the priest, the Church and the world.

Excerpt from Response in Christ - Chapter 4 by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J.

"How does the Christian help Christ redeem the world? (Henceforth the term "world" is to be understood as including both rational and nonrational creation.) As previously stated, the Christian helps Christ redeem the world by reliving Christ's mysteries. The same "events" or mysteries which accomplished the objective redemption further the subjective redemption also. Since at the heart of Christ's mysteries are His death and Resurrection, it is especially these that the Christian must relive. As the Christian dies mystically with Christ through loving conformity with the Father's will, he rises with Christ to an ever greater share in the Resurrection, in the newness of life, in the life of grace. As the Christian in this manner relives the paschal mystery of Christ, he is accomplishing not only his own redemption, but he is also, in a mysterious yet real manner, helping Christ redeem the world."

                Readings for Today

Daniel 5: 1-6, 13-14, 16-17, 23-28

King Belshazzar gave a great banquet for his noblemen, a thousand of them, and, in the presence of this thousand, he drank his wine. Having tasted the wine, Belshazzar gave orders for the gold and silver vessels to be brought which his father Nebuchadnezzar had taken from the sanctuary in Jerusalem, so that the king, his noblemen, his wives and the women who sang for him could drink out of them. The gold and silver vessels taken from the sanctuary of the Temple of God in Jerusalem were brought in, and the king, his noblemen, his wives and the women who sang for him drank out of them. They drank their wine and praised their idols of gold and silver, of bronze and iron, of wood and stone. Suddenly, the fingers of a human hand appeared and began to write on the plaster of the palace wall, directly behind the lamp–stand; and the king could see the hand as it wrote.

Daniel was brought into the king’s presence; the king said to Daniel, ‘Are you the Daniel who was one of the Judaean exiles brought by my father the king from Judah? I am told that the spirit of the gods lives in you, and that you are known for your perception, intelligence and marvellous wisdom.

I am told that you are able to give interpretations and to unravel difficult problems, so if you can read the writing and tell me what it means, you shall be dressed in purple, and have a chain of gold put round your neck, and be one of the three men who govern the kingdom.’

Then Daniel spoke up in the presence of the king. ‘Keep your gifts for yourself,’ he said, ‘and give your rewards to others! I can certainly read the writing to the king and tell him what it means.

You have defied the Lord of heaven, you have had the vessels from his Temple brought to you, and you, your noblemen, your wives and the women singing for you have drunk your wine out of them. You have praised gods of gold and silver, of bronze and iron, of wood and stone, which can neither see, hear nor understand; but you have given no glory to the God in whose hands are your breath itself and all your fortunes. That is why he has sent the hand which has written these words. The writing reads: mene, mene, teqel and parsin. The meaning of the words is this: mene: God has measured your sovereignty and put an end to it; teqel: you have been weighed in the balance and found wanting; parsin: your kingdom has been divided and given to the Medes and the Persians.'

                R. We continue with the Book of Daniel –

                King of Babylon –

The King sees the handwriting on the wall –

Daniel is called in to interpret –

                3 words –

One word – He counts (counts the days left)

Second word - He weighs (like a scale) found wanting

Third word – He divides (divided the Kingdom)
and given to Medes and Persians

Reference to dividing and the Kingdom is given to
                    a greater nation – Persians

Interesting today we no longer call
it Persians, we call it Iranians

Daniel 3: 62-67

Bless the Lord, sun and moon,
praise and glorify him for ever!
Bless the Lord, stars of heaven,
praise and glorify him for ever!

Bless the Lord, all rain and dew,
praise and glorify him for ever!
Bless the Lord, every wind,
praise and glorify him for ever!
Bless the Lord, fire and heat,
praise and glorify him for ever!
Bless the Lord, cold and warmth,
praise and glorify him for ever!

                R. We give glory and praise to God.

See the wonder of the heavens –

See the stars and the moon and the beautiful sky.

God created the heavens and the earth.

God created the cold and heat.

                God is the Creator.

Revelation 2: 10

Alleluia, alleluia!

Even if you have to die,
keep faithful, and I will give you
the crown of life for your prize.

Luke 21: 12-19

‘But before all this happens, you will be seized and persecuted; you will be handed over to the synagogues and to imprisonment, and brought before kings and governors for the sake of my name—and that will be your opportunity to bear witness. Make up your minds not to prepare your defence, because I myself shall give you an eloquence and a wisdom that none of your opponents will be able to resist or contradict. You will be betrayed even by parents and brothers, relations and friends; and some of you will be put to death. You will be hated universally on account of my name, but not a hair of your head will be lost. Your perseverance will win you your lives.

                R. The king of Babylon had a great banquet –
                    a lavish party –

They brought out vessels, in 587 BC
                    they destroyed the temple,
they used the vessels of the temple
                    for their party –

Then the hand wrote on the wall –

The King offered Daniel all these presents –
Daniel didn't want any presents –

Daniel only cared about the Word of God –

Daniel told the King all these terrible
                    things and
                    the King wasn't upset, but
                    pleased –
He kept offering Daniel gifts –

The Words of the Gospel of Luke –
told of the end of world and
the second coming of Christ –

Not all these signs will proceed
                    everything –

Signs will tell when second coming
                    of Christ will be –

But not a hair of our head will be
                    destroyed –

Christ's victory will reign in the end –

The Kingdom of God will never end –

Even if things come to an end, we know
the Kingdom of God will never end –

God hear our prayers, keep us in Your
                    Fatherly care –

                We praise You God –

We praise You – God of Creation –

Give us the bread of life!

                We pray for this –

God You are all good –

God Thank You for Your Blessings.

Dear God please accept this sacrifice.

God You are the font of all Holiness.

                R. The priest says:
                    "This is My Body"
                    "This is My Blood"
"Do this in memory of Me"

                    God we love You!!

                    Thanks for the Mass.

The Our Father

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Lamb of God

Lamb of God, Who takes away the sins of the world, have mercy on us.
Lamb of God, Who takes away the sins of the world, have mercy on us.
Lamb of God, Who takes away the sins of the world, grant us peace.

Lord I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof,
but only say the word and my soul shall be healed.

                        pray for this.

Prepare in these next 4 weeks of Advent –
                        preparing for Jesus –

                        in prayer –
                        preparing for Him –

Some day He will come in the second
                        coming –

Some day He will come for us at the end
                        of our lives –

We pray for grace to be outpoured on the
Church, the pope, the hierarchy and
                    the clergy –

                Oh God help convert sinners
help us to be obedient to God's will

Oh God help us to be patient and humble,
                    pure and holy.

Oh God help us to be filled by
                    your shower of blessings –
                    like a fountain of grace.

I am sorry for my sins.

Dear God, I want to live in You –
Dear God I want to live by Your vocation
                    for me –

Protect us God from danger –
Give us health of body –
Help us and bless us in all we do.
Help us to have a holy death.

Sing: Oh Lord hear my prayer

                God help me –

Glory be to the Father . . .

Oh God You are holy –

                We worship You –

Oh God at the time of Moses - You led
the people through the sea –

Oh God help us in the trials we have in
                    our life!

Oh God, wash us of our sins and help
                    us to be pure.

Psalm 77: 1-5

I cry to God in distress,
I cry to God and he hears me.

In the day of my distress I sought the Lord;
all night I tirelessly stretched out my hands,
my heart refused to be consoled.
I sigh as I think of God,
my spirit faints away as I ponder on him.
Pause

You kept me from closing my eyes,
I was too distraught to speak;
I thought of former times,
years long past I recalled;
through the night I ponder in my heart,
as I reflect, my spirit asks this question:

                R. I cried to the Lord and He heard me –

In the troubled night - He heard my plaintiff
cry and He answered me. He put
a song in my mouth. He heard my
                    heart's request.

I remember how He loved us to His death
on the cross – Oh God how You
                    dearly love us –
You are holy, Oh God –
You are my refuge and my hope –
I ponder Your love for me –
I am ever grateful for Your goodness.

Dear God You reign down upon men –
Your skies are full of Your
                    gifts – I hear Your voice –
I know the fire of Your love.

You are so powerful, my God –
I heart the thunder and see lightening
in the sky, when I am troubled
I ponder Your Might, my God –

Oh God You created the waters and
I see Your power – You gave
us the sun and the moon and the
                        stars, the clouds, the baby
                        at the breast –

Oh God You are all powerful –

Oh God You gave us Noah and Moses and Abraham
and Jacob and Joseph – Oh God
thank You for the prophets, for
                    Jeremiah and Daniel, for David
                    for these great men –

    Graciously hear us, O Lord.
Lamb of God, Who takest away the sins of the world,
Have mercy on us, O Lord.

V.  Thou hast redeemed us, O Lord, in Thy Blood,
R.  And made of us a kingdom for our God.

Let Us Pray

Almighty and Eternal God, Thou hast appointed Thine only-begotten Son the Redeemer of the world, and willed to be appeased by His Blood. Grant, we beseech Thee, that we may worthily adore this Price of our salvation, and through its power be safeguarded from the evils of this present life, so that we may rejoice in its fruits forever in Heaven. Through the same Christ Our Lord. R.  Amen.

1 Samuel 2: 1-10

Hannah then prayed as follows:

My heart exults in Yahweh,
in my God is my strength lifted up,
my mouth derides my foes,
for I rejoice in your deliverance.

There is no Holy One like Yahweh,
(indeed, there is none but you)
no Rock like our God.

Do not keep talking so proudly,
let no arrogance come from your mouth,
for Yahweh is a wise God,
his to weigh up deeds.

The bow of the mighty has been broken
but those who were tottering
    are now braced with strength.
The full fed
are hiring themselves out for bread
but the hungry need labour no more;
the barren woman bears sevenfold
but the mother of many is left desolate.

Yahweh gives death and life,
brings down to Sheol and draws up;
Yahweh makes poor and rich,
he humbles and also exalts.

He raises the poor from the dust,
he lifts the needy from the dunghill
to give them a place with princes,
to assign them a seat of honour;
for to Yahweh belong the pillars
    of the earth,
on these he has poised the world.

He safeguards the steps of his faithful
but the wicked vanish in darkness
(for human strength can win no victories).
Yahweh, his enemies are shattered,
the Most High thunders in the heavens.

Yahweh judges the ends of the earth,
he endows his king with power,
he raises up the strength of his Anointed.

Prayer for Union with Jesus

Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.

I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.

I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.

When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.

-God's Blue Book, January 17, 1994

                R. God hears the prayers of the needy –

Let us follow in the footprints of Jesus –

Glory be to the Father –

                Sing: The King of Glory

Sing: To Jesus Christ Our Sovereign King

Oh God Your Heart is on fire for us –

Oh God You made the sky and the depth of
                    the ocean –

Oh God You gave me life –
all these years from my birth
                    You were with me –

Oh God, I ponder Your mighty works –
Oh God, I am your servant.

Oh God, I adore You life-long.

                Blessed be God –

                Sing: Little Child

                Glory be to the Father

                    our lives – Alleluia –
Let us use them to serve You
                        as You deserve

Glory be to the Father . . .

The White Heat of His Love

Notes:

R. To stop at words is to miss the fire. The heart unites to the mind, the heart is filled with the knowledge the mind has. I am not all heart, I am not all mind, I am as He is in me, filled with His presence. He is love. I unite in the deepest love to all.

It is in the heart I want to unite in the white heat of the Father’s love with the Holy Spirit and Mary to join in the mystery of God’s love, the mystery of the Trinity. “And they were joined in one mind and one heart, united in His love, bound by the Hearts.” This is the love that will unite the Shepherds of Christ Movement, united in Consecration in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. I love the Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

I need His love to love Him so deeply. We are not isolated. We are to be united in love. We are creatures of God. We should be bound by hearts of love – Living in Their Hearts!!

Compile the Mass Book

R. Soon Mary began appearing on the 5ths at Holy Cross-Immaculata and I received extraordinary ecstasies concerning the Mass and was told to compile this book and publish it immediately.

Fr. Carter could not have it discerned by the deadline of his birthday January 15, 1996 and soon the struggle began with the Imprimatur on this book. All messages from Jesus were de-messagetized to get the Imprimatur — the visions and experiences “watered down” so possibly I could receive the Imprimatur as God told us to do. Two years later we got it.

end of excerpts

                Jesus: The Mass Books are
Blue Book 9, Blue Book 10,
Blue Book 11, Blue Book 12

Help Me circulate and print these
                    books now.

Your world is suffering and hungry and
needs to know My love and
                    love united to the Mass.

February 17, 1994 - 5:30 a.m.

Jesus: My little ones, how are you doing? Are you getting bogged down in this weather? Do you know yet that you do not control the elements? You live every day and you think you have much to do to control your actions but you do not see the eyes of Him Who watches over you with loving care.

I give to you this earth and all you need to sustain your life here. Man worries about the earth and if this or that will happen. Man has become so independent that he thinks he controls all things and he needs to worry about his present and future.

You, My favored, chosen ones, know that life here lasts but a moment and like smoke it is gone without a trace. Look at your ancestors. So few people ever remember their ancestors, yet your ancestors thought that at every moment their actions were so crucial. Little ones, you hold on to life. You hold on to these little happenings here and you worry in vain! Look at the big picture, My little ones. Here today, gone tomorrow, and where are you going?

The days go by with such speed. "Oh," you say, "Where have the years gone?" You think every second is so important. You worry, you fret, you wander empty roads and I watch you. I see you with your emphasis on the moment. You are being deceived, My little ones. It is in seeing the moment as part of eternity that you really know what is going on. Each moment you live, you are the teacher about the God Who dwells in your breast. Each moment you live, you are My messenger to this cold, scared world. Nothing you do means anything except as you are serving Me.

Take off your glasses. Behold the life above. See every moment as a drop of the life to come. See every moment as part of eternity. All these drops together make up your pass into My kingdom.

You worry, you wonder, you fret, you hold on. I give you a toothache, I take it away. One second and a toothache is gone. Is that not how it is with life—one second and it is gone? Oh, how those little precious moments seem to die away and you scarce can remember what happened! Yet during people’s lives those moments seem earth-shattering. Those moments are yesterday’s forgotten memories. You hold on, you fret, you fume and I watch you let go of each moment, only to become forgotten by today.

Store up your moments as part of eternity. Every moment here is part of your pass to My kingdom. How are you living this moment? Is it used to give service to Me and preach My gospel? Are you making all your moments count towards your eternity? Each moment is but a breath and it is gone. Did you use the moment I gave you to do My work? This time is not yours. I can snatch your moments away in one breath. It matters, My children, only as you choose to serve Me and spread My love!

If everyone had God as their primary goal, what love you would possess. What power you would know, because God is the mightiest force. I have all the power. Other power is false power!

Do you get it yet? Do you think anything you hold on to is so precious here? Here today, gone tomorrow, and I snatch you from your seats and you never return to finish what you deemed so important.

Are you comprehending My words here? The body is but an instrument to get you around. Reach with the spirit within. Live from the soul. Communicate with Me in your soul. Look for the unseen world that surrounds you constantly. Die to yourself.

You have a soul at this very moment that is a vibrant spiritual force alive within you. Live from your soul, My little ones. Focus on your soul. Live from your heart. Do not fret and fume for the things of this world. Here today, gone tomorrow, and then forgotten. Today’s moments, yesterday’s forgotten treasures. Do they mean so much or do you forget what seemed so important?

Reach with the soul. Live for God. Each moment is your chance to store up treasures for eternity. They will never be forgotten. What you do to help others to know Me will never be forgotten. How you loved will never be forgotten. How you gave lives on in those you touched. Your love is like a bubbling brook. It bubbles and keeps on bubbling. Your selfishness dies the moment after you live it.

Love is the force. Love is the power that reflects the God above. Love is not selfish. Love does not demand its own way. Love gives and doesn’t stop giving. On the day of judgment it will be found in the hearts of those you touched. Think of only yourself and watch your moments become yesterday’s forgotten moments. Love your brothers and watch the world reflect the love you gave, from now to the end.

Love or selfishness? I call you to love. I call you to plant a seed that grows into a mighty oak. Plant My seeds of love. Ask not how you can attain your goal but how you can fulfill the goal of God. Love God, love one another. Too simple, too hard for many.

Love, children. Reflect the God Who dwells within your soul. Store up your moments forever lest they become yesterday’s forgotten treasure.

Like ripples on a pond, your love never dies. It reaches on and on and goes into the moments of eternity. Love is lasting. Love never dies. Love God, love one another. Die to yourself and live.

February 5, 1996 - The Annunciation

2. R. Look at the relationship between God and us. Look at love, it is relationship. Looking at the relationship between Jesus and Mary I will understand more fully the relationship between God and me. You see the love between Jesus and Mary. I look at all the mysteries of the rosaries. The Child Jesus was conceived within Mary’s womb. The Two Hearts were beating within the body of Mary. Such intimacy, that God comes into this world in the womb of a human person. The Two Hearts beat within one body. This is the love that God has for His creatures - that He became man.

March 5, 1996 - The Agony

3. R. Be with Jesus in the garden. Feel as He felt to know in His Divine knowing all of the sins of all men for all time. Be there with Jesus. Think the thoughts of Jesus. Feel the anguish in your heart. Feel buckled over with pain. To love, love so deeply. Think of how it is when you love, love someone so deeply and they ignore you and forget you and reject you, someone you love so much and how it hurts. Think of Jesus, be with Jesus. So close to Him that you feel with His Heart, know His sufferings, to be rejected and ignored by someone you love.

Amen.

Divine Mercy Chaplet

Our Father..., Hail Mary..., The Creed.

  On the five large beads:

Eternal Father, I offer You the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity
of Your dearly beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ in atonement
for our sins and those of the whole world.

  On the ten small beads:

For the sake of His sorrowful Passion have mercy on us
  and on the whole world.

  Conclude with repeating three times:

                Readings for Today

Daniel 1: 1-6, 8-20

In the third year of the reign of Jehoiakim king of Judah, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon marched on Jerusalem and besieged it. The Lord let Jehoiakim king of Judah fall into his power, as well as some of the vessels belonging to the Temple of God. These he took away to Shinar, putting the vessels into the treasury of his own gods.

From the Israelites, the king ordered Ashpenaz, his chief eunuch, to bring a certain number of boys of royal or noble descent;  they had to be without any physical defect, of good appearance, versed in every branch of wisdom, well-informed, discerning, suitable for service at the royal court. Ashpenaz was to teach them to speak and write the language of the Chaldaeans. The king assigned them a daily allowance of food and wine from the royal table. They were to receive an education lasting for three years, after which they would enter the royal service. Among them were the Judaeans Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah.

Daniel, who was determined not to incur pollution by food and wine from the royal table, begged the chief eunuch to spare him this defilement. God allowed Daniel to receive faithful love and sympathy from the chief eunuch. But the eunuch warned Daniel, 'I am afraid of my lord the king: he has assigned you food and drink, and if he sees you looking thinner in the face than the other boys of your age, my head will be in danger with the king because of you.' To the guard assigned to Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah by the chief eunuch, Daniel then said, 'Please allow your servants a ten days' trial, during which we are given only vegetables to eat and water to drink. You can then compare our looks with those of the boys who eat the king's food; go by what you see, and treat your servants accordingly.' The man agreed to do what they asked and put them on ten days' trial. When the ten days were over, they looked better and fatter than any of the boys who had eaten their allowance from the royal table; so the guard withdrew their allowance of food and the wine they were to drink, and gave them vegetables. To these four boys God gave knowledge and skill in every aspect of literature and learning; Daniel also had the gift of interpreting every kind of vision and dream.

When the time stipulated by the king for the boys to be presented to him came round, the chief eunuch presented them to Nebuchadnezzar. The king conversed with them, and among all the boys found none to equal Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah. So they became members of the king's court, and on whatever point of wisdom or understanding he might question them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and soothsayers in his entire kingdom. Daniel remained there until the first year of King Cyrus.

Daniel 3: 52-56

    May you be blessed,
        Lord, God of our ancestors,
be praised and extolled for ever.
Blessed be your glorious and holy name,
    praised and extolled for ever.
May you be blessed in the Temple
        of your sacred glory,
exalted and glorified above all for ever:
blessed on the throne of your kingdom,
exalted above all, glorified for ever:
blessed are you who fathom the abyss,
        enthroned on the winged creatures,
praised and exalted above all for ever:
blessed in the expanse of the heavens,
    exalted and glorified for ever.

Luke 21: 1-4

Looking up, he saw rich people putting their offerings into the treasury: and he noticed a poverty-stricken widow putting in two small coins, and he said, 'I tell you truly, this poor widow has put in more than any of them; for these have all put in money they could spare, but she in her poverty has put in all she had to live on.'

                R. We enter final week of this liturgical year –

This is the book of Daniel –

It is in the time of the Babylonian Captivity –
                        not before or after –

The King picks the best and he chooses Daniel –
Daniel doesn't want to eat food
                        because it could have been
                        sacrificed to the pagan gods.

Finally Daniel and companions are taken to
the King and they are the best.

                In the Gospel:

St. Luke tells us that Jesus sees people giving
                    money –

Jesus tells us the widow has given so much

The woman has almost nothing, but she
gives away what she has and trusts
                        in God.

                    God wants to share –

God wants us to give ourselves –

God will continue to bless us –

God shares all He was with us –

                    God shares His love.

                Do God's will –

God will provide for us, we must be faithful.

Isaiah 55:10-11

For, as the rain and the snow
    come down from the sky
and do not return
    before having watered the earth,
fertilising it and making it germinate
to provide seed for the sower
    and food to eat,
so it is with the word
    that goes from my mouth:
it will not return to me unfulfilled
or before having carried out
    my good pleasure
and having achieved
what it was sent to do.

Incarnational Perspectives

God loves us tenderly, mightily. He watches us grow,
guiding our steps with a loving concern so deep that
we can never fully fathom it. He constantly showers
us with his varied gifts, all signs of His love. Reflecting
upon how much God loves us and how tenderly He
cares for us, we wonder how we could ever wander
very far from His loving truth.

Know Love - Operate From Love!

R. When I am in love, I am in my heart. Jesus wants us to love each other deeply – then we are always responding in love. The devil has tried by every means to tempt people away from being loving and in their heart.

When I am divided with any man, it blocks our heartfelt love. Jesus wants us to deeply love one another. The devil has waged a war to keep us from our hearts.

We do not allow ourselves to give ourselves to one another as we should. We put up walls many times that keep us from getting close.

When I am loving others, I am loving Jesus. (This is presupposing I am loving according to God's will.) When you are in love, you are in your heart.

Satan tries to make division, and he wants us to hate. The devil wants us to go away from our hearts. Satan gets us focused on the misdeeds of others to take us from our hearts.

Notes:
Love - see through the eyes of Jesus.
Love is a power that gives energy.
The devil wants to get us focused on ourselves.
Be grateful, thank God - do we see the brightness of the sky, the smile - we are to be like Christ.
Be obedient to God's will.
We need to help one another.
"He ain't heavy, he's my brother." We must love our brothers as He loves us.
God is love!!

Ephesians 5: 21-27

Be subject to one another out of reverence for Christ. Wives should be subject to their husbands as to the Lord, since, as Christ is head of the Church and saves the whole body, so is a husband the head of his wife; and as the Church is subject to Christ, so should wives be to their husbands, in everything. Husbands should love their wives, just as Christ loved the Church and sacrificed himself for her to make her holy by washing her in cleansing water with a form of words, so that when he took the Church to himself she would be glorious, with no speck or wrinkle or anything like that, but holy and faultless.

R. You can do it - believe in Jesus. Praise, Praise, Praise, God.
Eyes sparkle - talk by facial expressions. Doing something right; look for things done right.
How can I improve? Be grateful.
There is insecurity in Marriages, among Nuns in Convents - out on their own - many have gone to the world - many are independent. We were created to love each other.

St. Joseph loved Mary so deeply.
Jesus loved Mary Magdalene and John.
We cannot be afraid to love each other.

1 John 4: 16

God is love, and whoever remains in love remains in God and God in him.

R. Be of the heart. Love with your heart. When you are in love, everything is beautiful.
God is love - Jesus shows us His Sacred Heart.
God created so much beauty.
Everyone wants to be loved and needed - everyone wants to be important.

Only in Love Can We Make It

Message from Mary:

Mary: I am Mary. It is in one mind and one heart you will proceed across the earth. You must heed the messages of My Son. I cannot hold back His hand any longer. His hand is struck with power.

You hearts must be gentle as a little lamb but you must be slick to recognize the cunningness of the devil. The devil wants to divide you and Fr. Carter. You will undergo horrendous testing. Only in love will you withstand the torment. Never leave one another divided, always leave in love.

You and Fr. Carter are my pillars of light.

The love of the world depends on love for one another. Your writings are rooted in heartfelt love. You are channels of the love flowing through Our Hearts to the world. A city divided against itself will not stand. Love, Love, Love and stay united. Love builds. Selfishness tears things down.

September 14, 1996 - At Mass

At Mass Our Heart Beat for Love of Thee

R. I saw the Father as in gold above the altar at the beginning of the Mass, and the Holy Spirit under Him. I see Jesus in Fr. Carter. I was so aware of the Father and the grace being poured down from Him. I heard "This is My Beloved Son in whom I am well pleased."

Realize how important Mass is in the work of redemption. We are members of the mystical body of Christ. I wanted to unite in such oneness to the Father and beg Him for grace for souls.

I just wanted, with my whole being, to beg for grace and cried for the need of this grace. I envision souls in hell, souls on the edge of death and from the visions and revelations realizing the immense amount of grace that could be spilled out on the earth, I wanted it so much – knowing how so much could be outpoured and wanting to be one in the Mass. Knowing how the Mass is the sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present.

Oh, my heart begs the Father for grace and mercy through His Son, in the Holy Spirit in the Mass. I realized how close Jesus is to Fr. Carter and felt this oneness with Jesus and His holy priest, Fr. Carter.

At the Lamb of God, I begged God for mercy. I wanted to receive My God. I wanted to love Him with the greatest love, love for the Father, love for the Holy Spirit, and to love God so much!

I love You, Jesus, thank You for this great gift of Yourself - and the Mass! I love You. Rita.

Do the writings take you to your heart or your head?

Jesus: I come to bring My love to this world. I beg you to circulate these rosaries from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

My dear Fr. Carter, please discern the rosary of September 10th and circulate it to the Chapters on October 13th.

Notes:
We must love, then we act lovingly.
I love my child, I love my friend, I love Mary - her heart is gentle and loving and pure. She is forever with me, as a mother is with their child.
If I realized this love in our hearts, of Mary for us as a loving Mother, I feel warm inside.
If I am connected to my Father as a little child, I feel loved in my heart.
To be in love is to act in love. We must act in love. I feel loving when I am connected to love.
Jesus shows us the deep love between Him and His Mother. He wants His Heart venerated next to her heart today.
To act loving our hearts must be rooted in love.
    A drop of heartfelt love.
I show you hearts – His Heart was formed in her womb.
Live the mysteries of the rosary. How am I being formed into the image of Christ?

September 14, 1996

God is the Source

Jesus: Oh, heartfelt love, you are blind and go to the world - the world is cold.

R. A little baby, tender, loving, nurtured, no fear in the womb, not a care, life flows.

I go to the womb of my Mother. The Spirit is working in me, transforming me, filling me with the fire of God's love. As an embryo is filled with love, the Spirit moves in the heart of Mary.

Love beyond all love - Divine Love - permeating my soul, forming my heart, to be more like Christ.

Oh, tender heart of Mary, sanctuary of the Holy Spirit, wrap me in your womb in tender, burning love.

Oh, I love God. I love this revelation. I love.

So many today are starving. How can someone give when they are starving? Feed the hungry souls so they will be satisfied and then they will give of themselves.

Their hearts are shriveled and hurting. They are under-nourished. They are wanting to be fed. They are hanging on as on their last leg.

God fill us with Your life. How can a branch live when it is cut off from the vine?

Many today are cut off from the source of life and are shriveling and dying.

I smell roses and gardenias - they are both here!

For Father Carter:

Jesus: You are to lead priests to My Sacred Heart. I have chosen you to write My Newsletter, Rita to write the letters from My Heart. I call you to teach them about heartfelt love. I want heartfelt love. Go to the heart of My Mother.

R. How tender is the Heart of Christ, how blest are we that He is revealing to us the secrets of His Heart!

The tender Heart of Jesus is living in us today. He has a Divine Heart. We seek to know His love.

They show us Their Hearts. We are so blind. We keep forgetting love is in the heart. He is love. Friendship with God – Love.

1 Corinthians 13: 1

Though I command languages both human and angelic — if I speak without love, I am no more than a gong booming or a cymbal clashing.

R. Go to the heart of Mary. Mary carried Him in her womb, Mary carried Jesus in her arms, Mary laid Him down and bathed Him. Mary saw Him on the way to Calvary, Mary held Him under the cross, Mary was separated from Him when He was twelve. All these memories in the heart of Mary.

Ecstasies and Agonies

R. The Mass and how He wants it: I saw, I know, but I can't write it – it is in my guts and it hurts – it hurts to watch the Mass being offered when I know how He wants it. He let me go to such heights in the Mass yesterday – I want to be there.

My whole insides long and pine for that which I know with immense clarity. Yesterday I was comforted. Such intimacy I know with Him.

The other times I have been so wrapped in such elation and then to do common things is suffering. It is like being yanked from bed when sleeping soundly – yanked from this greatest experience ever.

I remember Christmas, 1993, I was so close to Him and Cathy wanted to leave and I got upset but I came and suffered the greatest agony. I can still remember it as clearly as yesterday that day. I went to my room and was praying before His picture, wanting to express the emotion.

Screaming, nothing I can do can express the agony. I am in the suffering and nothing, nothing can express it. I have felt as if I was dying on the cross, sweating blood.

When Mary let me experience the seven sorrows after Mass with Fr. Smith, who had the peace rosary, afterwards, I was in the greatest agony with such a realization of her holding Him under the cross as if I were there and her pain was my pain.

One great suffering I had was on a First Saturday in September last year. We were going to Falmouth, and I was in utter agony Under the cross, at the 12th Station, I knew her heart there under the cross. She allowed me to feel and know the many faceted emotions: emotions for her Son dying, joy for those who could be saved and suffering for the lost children in the world.

I want to cry out in pain and deliver the message. I know the tears she shed. Yesterday I was so intently aware of Him  in such love, crying I was in ecstasy at St. Gertrude's. He takes me to Himself and I am all His.

Love: I know love's embrace by the Divine God. I know the rapture. I know, being totally removed and in Him, and I cry, I cry and I don't care about my surroundings, for I am IN HIM.

Hearing Him say "I Died for You, what more do you want?" Knowing His pain, hearing His voice, being as it were in Him, dwelling deeply in Him, and experiencing the suffering. Feeling in my gut, Agonies - Ecstasies of Their Hearts. In The Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

That which I long to express and cannot – that which I know greater than anything else I have chiseled in my heart, as if engraved in swords and sufferings. That which is the focus of all my writings – the two-edged sword that penetrates heart and soul.

The sender-the receiver-the Word of God! It makes me go through these experiences that make me cry. It is in my being – the Word of God. Living in my heart, chiseled there by Our Lord and Our lady, deeply engraved in wounds and ecstasies in my heart.

My heart is Yours, My God, the more open I am, the more I connect to Him. Yesterday I was taken into ecstasy. Yesterday at St. Gertrude's I was existing in Him.

This is the pain – not being able to share feelings. It brings up the pain of not being able to tell anyone what I know (about January 20th and 21st.)

The secrets of His Heart I know but cannot share with any man. The glories of heaven I have seen and experienced and I cannot show them to any other man.

All the rosaries and in the agony I know how she wants the rosary aves and consecrations to reach the children.

I know, I feel - it hurts so, so, so bad! I know, I am in an ecstasy, I suffer intensely and know the souls suffering - I know the great spill of grace from the Mass. I know sufferings will befall the earth and I know how spreading the consecration and how the Movement has helped the souls of the earth.

The sufferings I experienced on January 19, 1995: I hear Him. I feel utter pain and I feel utter agony, utter bliss beyond all happenings and I am hurled back to the earth and I am hurt, and It is such agony. I cannot express for no one knows and I stand alone in this great gift - it hurts for man does not understand the gift given to him.

We are not doing what Mary said. I stand alone and I obey because Jesus has told me to obey.

Utter agony to see Mary every day at the Center, to hear Jesus speak, to suffer and He was ignored, in utter agony I know how Mary wants the rosary aves and consecration cards in the schools.

The priests must be alive in Him – Like St. Paul says

Galatians 2: 19-20

...I have been crucified with Christ and yet I am alive; yet it is no longer I, but Christ living in me.

R. What I know I cannot tell you. Agony beyond all agony!

Jesus: A message for Fr. Carter: You are where you are and need to be to deal with the priests – your messages are merging with Fr. Carter to help bring about the reign of the Sacred Heart.

R. Chapter Associates are given great graces to be close to Jesus and Mary because of these messages. They have been chosen and called. They want these messages. They will be the leaders that will carry out the messages needed to help bring about the Reign of the Sacred Heart and the Triumph of Mary's Heart.

They need the messages. They need the Blue Books. They need the Rosaries from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

How Do We Treat Each Other?

R. Love: God is love. Our all consuming desire is to be the Apostles of the Sacred Heart to spread His love to this world. I must then, if I am to be an apostle of love, act lovingly.

I look at myself. I saw my flaws and how I grumble and complain and talk about others, thinking myself superior and holy. If I am holy it is because of God's grace. I see my faults. I see how I am not like Him many times.

How does God look at a person? How would God talk to a person? We see the love He showed to Mary Magdalene and how He rejoices when a sinner returns to Him. His way is the way of love.

How do we treat each other? Are we loving to one another? Are we giving each other the love of Jesus? Are we strengthened because we are touching each other with tender, gentle acts of love?

How we judge each other as we look at them. How gentle Christ was to Mary Magdalene.

Our all consuming desire must be to be one in Him, that as we live, He lives in us. He loves through us. We see how far we are from being like the Master. We see our faults. He gives us His Mother. He gives us her pure and sinless heart.

We cannot unite deeply to Him in our sinfulness. We go through the pure and sinless heart of Mary, we want to unite deeply to Him.

Come to me, oh my God and fill me with Your grace. Fill my heart with Your love.

We go through motions that we call love. We speak with tongues that are not tongues of love.

He lives in us in this world, this day. I want Him living in me, and operating out of me, and loving in me today.

Personal Notes:

December 17, 1991: Saw His Sacred Heart after Holy Communion at All Saints Church. It was like a furnace, like someone putting fire in a furnace. We had a little pot-bellied stove and it reminded me of that.

September 5, 1994: I heard, "You are as you are" in a dream - that was a strong message.

(excerpt)
On September 5, 1994 — I had a dream of
my head going into Fr. Carter's
and he was in an open door.

Our writings merged until his death.
He said the Blue Books were as much his

and all daily messages to his death —
they were that important to him.

He said the Priestly Newsletter Book II
was ours because it reflected him —
the voice of the Good Shepherd and
the writings I received.

R. September 5, 1995: Saw the mist on the video of the Sorrowful Mother. End of daily rosaries.

Guiding Light - Reflect on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light homily series - Reflect on the Word - Cycle B —  The Word leaves an impression on our souls. In my thoughts and reflections are born a more tangible understanding of these eternal concepts presented in the Gospels and the readings. Anyone can read a sentence, but not anyone can absorb it's true meaning. Truth, in this day and age, is almost a matter of opinion or individual entitlement. We believe that Christ's truth is our Roman Catholic Church. We, as priests, champion it's teachings; we are ambassadors for the Pope and Christ to those faces looking at us. We are the light by which our congregation reads to reflect upon real truth and we do it hand in hand. $15

Guiding Light - Steadfast to the Son
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle A of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light homily series - Steadfast to the Son - Cycle A — The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $15

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Liturgical Year

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul - Cycle C — In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $15

Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word - Cycle B — At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $15

Guiding Light - The Word Alive in Our Hearts

Priestly Newsletter 2000 Issue 1
Audio CD - Read by Father Edward J. Carter
$ 10.00  plus postage

Priestly Newsletter - 2000 #1 - CD. - Christ is Our Strength - Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. read it the year he died. It is so beautiful. "This brief passage contains one of the greatest lessons of the spiritual life. As we progress along our spiritual journey, we become increasingly aware of how weak we are in our-selves, but how strong we are in Christ. To experience our weakness involves suffering. The degree and kind of suffering can vary. The suffering can include the experience of the classical dark night of the spirit as described by St. John of the Cross. One of the main purposes of the dark night is to make a person keenly aware of his or her helplessness without God." quote by Fr. Carter from the newsletter $10

Priestly Newsletter - 2000 #2 - CD. - Suffering: A Source of Life - Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. read it the year he died. Fr. Carter knew suffering that year. His voice is so powerful as he read each Newsletter from his heart and soul. "Every man has his own share in the redemption. Each one is also called to share in that suffering through which the redemption was accomplished. He is called to share in that suffering through which all human suffering has also been redeemed. In bringing about the redemption through suffering, Christ has also raised human suffering to the level of the redemption. Thus each man in his suffering can also become a sharer in the redemptive suffering of Christ–." quote by Fr. Carter from the newsletter $10
