John 19: 25-27

Near the cross of Jesus stood his mother and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary of Magdala. Seeing his mother and the disciple whom he loved standing near her, Jesus said to his mother, ‘Woman, this is your son.’ Then to the disciple he said, ‘This is your mother.’ And from that hour the disciple took her into his home.

     

                R. Christ came and gave Himself – love is giving –

                We see Jesus and He worked the miracles –
                    He cured the sick –
                    He taught us
                    He showed us love –

                Christ is our Savior

                R. Mary is our Spiritual Mother.
   

                R. God has a plan for us.

                God intends us to grow in the spiritual
                    life –

                Mary is a model for the poor banished
                    children of Eve.
 

Luke 1: 46-55

And Mary said:

My soul proclaims
    the greatness of the Lord
and my spirit rejoices
    in God my Saviour;
because he has looked upon
    the humiliation of his servant.
Yes, from now onwards
    all generations will call me blessed,
for the Almighty
    has done great things for me.
Holy is his name,
and his faithful love extends age after age
    to those who fear him.
He has used the power of his arm,
he has routed the arrogant of heart.
He has pulled down princes
    from their thrones
        and raised high the lowly.
He has filled the starving with good things,
    sent the rich away empty.
He has come to the help
    of Israel his servant,
        mindful of his faithful love

                Today's Readings

Malachi 3:1-4, 23-24

'Look, I shall send my messenger to clear a way before me. And suddenly the Lord whom you seek will come to his Temple; yes, the angel of the covenant, for whom you long, is on his way, says Yahweh Sabaoth. Who will be able to resist the day of his coming? Who will remain standing when he appears? For he will be like a refiner's fire, like fullers' alkali. He will take his seat as refiner and purifier; he will purify the sons of Levi and refine them like gold and silver, so that they can make the offering to Yahweh with uprightness. The offering of Judah and Jerusalem will then be acceptable to Yahweh as in former days, as in the years of old.

'Look, I shall send you the prophet Elijah before the great and awesome Day of Yahweh comes. He will reconcile parents to their children and children to their parents, to forestall my putting the country under the curse of destruction.'

 

Psalm 25:4-5,8-9,10,14

DIRECT me in your ways, Yahweh,
and teach me your paths.

ENCOURAGE me to walk in your truth and teach me
since you are the God who saves me.

INTEGRITY and generosity are marks of Yahweh
for he brings sinners back to the path.

JUDICIOUSLY he guides the humble,
instructing the poor in his way.

KINDNESS unfailing and constancy mark all Yahweh's paths,
for those who keep his covenant and his decrees.

ONLY those who fear Yahweh have his secret
and his covenant, for their understanding.

 

Luke 1: 57-66

The time came for Elizabeth to have her child, and she gave birth to a son; and when her neighbours and relations heard that the Lord had lavished on her his faithful love, they shared her joy. Now it happened that on the eighth day they came to circumcise the child; they were going to call him Zechariah after his father, but his mother spoke up. 'No,' she said, 'he is to be called John.' They said to her, 'But no one in your family has that name,' and made signs to his father to find out what he wanted him called. The father asked for a writing-tablet and wrote, 'His name is John.' And they were all astonished. At that instant his power of speech returned and he spoke and praised God. All their neighbours were filled with awe and the whole affair was talked about throughout the hill country of Judaea. All those who heard of it treasured it in their hearts. 'What will this child turn out to be?' they wondered. And indeed the hand of the Lord was with him.

                I am strengthened by my knowledge of God –

                I am filled with joy because this is
                    reality –

                Dear God, I thank You for Your gifts
                    to me

                I praise You God, day long, my
                    soul is filled by Thee –

                Dear God increase our faith, hope and
                    love –

                At this feast help us to grow spiritually
                    as never before

                And He came, the Savior, and He showed
                    us His love –

                Our children now walk in His Light
                    for He has strengthened us and
                    sent us on our journey to embrace
                    Him - ever more fully –

                I looked at the sky and I saw the great
                    openness and
                    I saw the ocean and I saw its
                    wideness and
                I knew more the wonders of my God –

                I believe in the seen and unseen
                    because He has given me the
                    grace to know Him ever more
                    deeply –

                R. In the world I can focus on His message
                    to Fr. Carter to pray these prayers,
                    I can see my beloved God in
                    images before me as the Most
                    Loving Sacred Heart and

                I adore Him, I thank Him and I love Him
                and seek to return to Him my faithfulness
                with my life - given –

                What a gift to live –

                God has taught us the meaning of life –
                God has taught us the meaning of love –
                God has taught us about gratitude –

                We are indeed grateful for His love.
   

                Jesus is our Savior      
 

                Jesus: Rise up Jerusalem –

                I give you a blanket of My warmth.

                I give you eyes to see with clarity –
                    open your eyes My people –
                    the day of reality is at hand –
                    you lavish not in veiled vision –
                    your heart beats joyfully for you
                        embrace more clearly the vision
                        of your God!

                R. I was tense, I was tight, I felt the
                    tension in my own body, that blinded
                    me and made me fear –
                    I begged the Holy Spirit – help me to let go to God –
                    Release me of my own inflicted resistance –
                    to just purely let go more and more to You –

                I felt a wash, as if I was set free, free
                    of the tightness that surrounded me,
                    my own body's resistance and wondered
                    for all these years – why I lived in
                    such an anxious embrace –

                Every day the sun went down and the
                    darkness came and

                The next day the sun came up and low
                    and behold - the light –

                God did this for me and I did nothing –

                I breathed full and clear and realized
                how close indeed He was – in my every
                breath He gave me life – I felt
                life now surge through my tense body
                and knew the spiritual reality of
                God so close to me – guarding me –
                loving me – watching over me –
                And I heard Him say –

                    Let go - release, like a child
                suckled on their mother's breast and
                wrapped in the beauty of a blanket of
                love – swaddled in that embrace of
                comforting my anxious body –

                Wrap me Holy Spirit in a blanket of love –

                Let my control and resistance drop
                    around me – like one dropping
                    a cape - to the ground –

                Let me come out of the tomb with
                    more and more life in You –
                    wrapped in the freedom of beauty –
                    clothed by God's grace –
                    glistening as a new born babe
                    ready to embrace life with the
                    assurance of God's tender
                    hand always around me and
                    leading me – like a child who
                    walks away with the eye on
                    their children –

                Freedom is found in God –
                Freedom is found in letting go –
                Freedom is found in reaching beyond the
                    seen – to the unseen and knowing
                    His constant embrace and
                    loving guidance with me always –

                Clouds are puffy and soft, I do
                    believe –

                Stones are hard like rocks –

                Let my heart be soft and supple
                    ready to be filled by Him –
                    Loving and pure, puffy and plump –
                    like the healthiest of all
                    hearts in the spiritual life –
                    FULL of His LIFE in me –

                Did you see the stiff jaws and the tight faces –
                    Did you receive the Eucharist –
                        Eat His Body, drink His Blood and
                        feel the wash of that warm
                        embrace – even tingling the
                        toes from the presence of
                        the Divine, Almighty God –

                Fools we are – Fools to hold onto what
                    a senseless man has to offer when he
                    leaves out God and counts on himself.

                Look at Eve in the Garden – she wanted
                    to be equal to God –
                    She disobeyed Him –
                    She thought she was so smart –

                Oh God, let us know Your presence with
                    us always –

                The warmth of Your love, God –

                Let us walk in surrendering love and
                    gratitude to You and
                    seek to be under You –
                    filled by You –
                    never apart from You –

                In this we are confident and strengthened
                    as we are filled more and more by God –

                Embraced by His loving arm –

                Permeated with His grace, His life in
                    us filling us –

                I am Yours – Lord

                I come to do Your will –

                It is in the simple things of life –
                    We know His strength in all we do –

                We let go to Him –

                He is Almighty –

                We are the soul, waiting His favor –

                The beauty of a rose –
                The vast sky –
                The wide ocean –
                The love of children, little ones,
                The deep love of friendship –

                These are everlasting – the love
                    of friends –

Serenity Prayer

God grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change...
Courage to change the things I can
and Wisdom to know the difference.

Genesis 12: 1-7

Yahweh said to Abram, ‘Leave your country, your kindred and your father’s house for a country which I shall show you; and I shall make you a great nation, I shall bless you and make your name famous; you are to be a blessing!

    I shall bless those who bless you, 
    and shall curse those who curse you, 
    and all clans on earth 
    will bless themselves by you.’ 

    So Abram went as Yahweh told him, and Lot went with him. Abram was seventy–five years old when he left Haran. Abram took his wife Sarai, his nephew Lot, all the possessions they had amassed and the people they had acquired in Haran. They set off for the land of Canaan, and arrived there.

    Abram passed through the country as far as the holy place at Shechem, the Oak of Moreh. The Canaanites were in the country at the time. Yahweh appeared to Abram and said, ‘I shall give this country to your progeny.’ And there, Abram built an altar to Yahweh who had appeared to him.

 

                R. Praise God –

                Praise Him with the trumpet –

                Be attentive to God who is
                    close in our every breath –

                Breathe in Jesus –
                Breathe out fear
                Breathe in Jesus
                Breathe out fear

                Let the eyes see the care He gives
                    to the flowers and
                    ask ourselves – are not we
                    far more precious than the flowers?

                Do we see the genealogy and know
                    how God has a Plan in
                    salvation history in our
                    lives – why do we ignore
                    such a calling –

                Jesus: Rise up Jerusalem –

                Your time has come –

                Open your eyes to the Lord and
                Quit, I beg you, burying your head in the sand.

                Why do you worship the rocks and
                Ignore your Creator –

                Why do you bury your head in the
                    sand, Jerusalem –

                Raise your eyes to the heavens and see
                    the sky by day, the star-studded
                    sky by night –

                Oh Jerusalem, you are blinded and
                    reach for the earthy –
                    Come to the mountain top and
                        see the city that is sleeping
                        in darkness –
                    Pray, Jerusalem, Pray for your
                        ancestors to pray with you –
                        pray for a new day of brightness and light
                        among the people walking in darkness –
 


 

                Jesus: Oh have you ever seen such a sky –

                Who painted it for your eyes and
                It goes by unnoticed by he who has
                    his head in the sand –

                Wipe the silly grin off your face –
                    Jerusalem – your time is coming –
                    to be serious about your God –

                Wake from your sleep –

                Pray the Holy Spirit comes to your heart and
                    gives you grace to be transformed
                    more and more in My image
                    and likeness
   

 

 

Through Him, With Him, In Him

The Holy Spirit

Jesus: "My beloved friend, tell My people to pray daily to the Holy Spirit. They are to pray for an increase in His gifts. My people must realize that the Holy Spirit comes to transform them. The Spirit desires to transform you more and more according to My image. Those who are docile to His touch become increasingly shaped in My likeness. He performs this marvel within Mary's Immaculate Heart. The more one dwells in My Mother's Heart, the more active are the workings of the Spirit. The Spirit leads Mary to place you within My own Heart. In both Our Hearts, then, your transformation continues. The more you are formed after My own Heart, the more I lead you to the bosom of My Father. Tell My people all this. Tell them to pray daily for a greater appreciation of these wondrous gifts. I am Lord and Master. All who come to My Heart will be on fire to receive the gifts of the Spirit in ever greater measure! I love and bless My people!"

Reflection: The Holy Spirit is given to us to fashion us ever more according to the likeness of Jesus. And the more we are like Jesus, the more Jesus leads us to the Father. Do we, each day, pray to the Holy Spirit to be more open to His transforming influence? Do we strive each day to grow in union with Mary? The greater our union with our Mother, the spouse of the Holy Spirit, the greater is the transforming action of the Holy Spirit within us.

In the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent by God to a town in Galilee called Nazareth, to a virgin betrothed to a man named Joseph, of the House of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary. He went in and said to her, ‘Rejoice, you who enjoy God’s favour! The Lord is with you.’ She was deeply disturbed by these words and asked herself what this greeting could mean, but the angel said to her, ‘Mary, do not be afraid; you have won God’s favour. Look! You are to conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you must name him Jesus. He will be great and will be called Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his ancestor David; he will rule over the House of Jacob for ever and his reign will have no end.’ Mary said to the angel, ‘But how can this come about, since I have no knowledge of man?’ The angel answered, ‘The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will cover you with its shadow. And so the child will be holy and will be called Son of God. And I tell you this too: your cousin Elizabeth also, in her old age, has conceived a son, and she whom people called barren is now in her sixth month, for nothing is impossible to God.’ Mary said, ‘You see before you the Lord’s servant, let it happen to me as you have said.’ And the angel left her.

Yahweh spoke to Ahaz again and said: 

Ask Yahweh your God for a sign, 
either in the depths of Sheol 
    or in the heights above. 

    But Ahaz said, ‘I will not ask. I will not put Yahweh to the test.’
    He then said: 

    Listen now, House of David: 
    are you not satisfied 
        with trying human patience 
    that you should try 
        my God’s patience too? 
    The Lord will give you a sign in any case: 
    It is this: the young woman is with child 
    and will give birth to a son 
    whom she will call Immanuel.

 

                Jesus: Why do you weary your God
                    for your own stupidity –
                    You ignore God and listen to satan –
                    Close the door on satan and open
                    the door to Me.

                Excerpt from October 5, 2014

                Mary: I loved God in my life as a little
                    child of my Father, the Mother of
                    Jesus and the Spouse of the Holy Spirit –

                I am the singular vessel –

                I show you my Immaculate Heart –

                You, as handmaids of Jesus, are to live
                    your life to be pure in heart –

                I am Mary, the Immaculate Heart –

                I give you my heart to come and dwell
                    in my heart, your spiritual womb –
                    I am your spiritual Mother –

                You are not alone –

                I want you to be united to me –

                I give you my love as your spiritual Mother,
                    I want you to pray through my powerful
                    intercession.

                I appeared to you October 2, 2014 to teach you
                    about intercession through My Immaculate
                    Heart.

                R. Mary appeared to me October 2, 2014 in
                    magnificent light and her beauty was
                    unmeasured in her faces she showed
                    me. There was a silence as I watched the vision –
                    a silence, so still in the vision, but the
                    handmaids and another person prayed the rosary
                    outside the apparition room in one voice –
                    it sounded very unified and strong
                    and sincere, but in her vision I
                    know a profound stillness as I
                    watched Mary in such enormous
                    light, pray, her mouth moving so
                    distinctly, so pronounced with them as
                    they prayed. I continued to watch this
                    for the first two decades of the rosary,
                    for apparitions seem to leave me
                    weak sometimes and then I am
                    wrapped in that peace of having
                    seen her and left listless or tired.
                    She prayed pronounced with them and
                    it looked as if in great unity with
                    them. Unity is the word I knew –
                    Unity and sincerity in their prayers
                    and unity of the Mother of God appearing
                    before me in such beauty and light –
                    praying in unity with them, but there
                    was only stillness in the apparition –
                    no noise.

                        I have an apostle rosary I place on
                    the Mary statue in the apparition
                    room and when I pray the rosary
                    or lead the rosary in the room
                    I hold that rosary many times – I lead
                    the beginning of every bead only with
                    Hail Mary and they say all the rest of
                    the prayer. It is a profound unity in
                    one voice I hear when they are
                    out there many times, sometimes I
                    feel the sound is the sound of unity
                    I hear that is joined by what God
                    is allowing me to hear, the songs I
                    lead are very united in perfect
                    voice and very angelic. The voices
                    perfectly synchronized and heavenly
                    sounding and there is absolute
                    stillness in the vision.

                        On October 2nd as they prayed and I
                    heard this unity from those outside the
                    apparition room – I saw the same
                    way visions of Mary change for the
                    20 years she has appeared to me –
                    Stillness and her beautiful face changes
                    from different faces without a noise,
                    so smooth as when the Monstrance
                    in China has changed positions –
                    it turns without a noise, without
                    any seeing it turn, it is in motion
                    without detectable motion of it
                    turning.

                        Mary was like this in the vision –
                    surrounded in light and the faces
                    of the Virgin different as her faces
                    changed, one more beautiful and
                    different than the other – so beautiful
                    and a profound response of her
                    answering or praying with the
                    prayers united outside the room –
                    in stillness of her response inside –
                    I have never seen this before – it was
                    at a certain point and made clear
                    to me – she held an invisible rosary
                    and her fingers were going from bead to bead
                    as she prayed with them.

                        I watched this vision for as long as I
                    could, then I was left weak and
                    sort of limp, hearing the praying outside
                    and continuing to just bath in a
                    quiet presence.

                        I was not focused on Jesus, but to
                    the left I saw light and knew His
                    presence in there likewise, Mary's
                    apparition was the focus and she was
                    giving this gift to us in the first day of
                    retreat. Many times I receive an
                    apparition of Mary on the 2nd
                    of the month and sometimes the 3rd
                    too, many times the 5th. It is not unusual
                    for me to see Mary on the 2nd.
                    This date to me, reminds me of the Two Hearts,
                    of Jesus and Mary and the calling
                    I receive to come do the retreat
                    the 2nd to the 5th in the Clearwater
                    building.

                        As I watched Mary pray more profoundly
                    than I ever saw with those outside and
                    heard such profound unity in their
                    prayers, although Mary looked in
                    complete unity with them, I wondered
                    if she would say

                        Hail Mary – to herself
                        Holy Mary – praying this –

                    I have wondered this before –

                    The next day I was told of Mary's powerful
                    intercession, when we pray and ask her
                    to intercede for us to God –

                        Mary, the Mother of God –
                        Mary, the pure and Immaculate Heart –
                        Mary, our Mother,

                    Intercedes to God, Our Heavenly Father,
                        Jesus, the Son of God and her
                        Spouse the Holy Spirit.

                    In this place heaven showed me –
                        how powerfully Mary prays as
                        an intercessor –
                        the perfect prayer –
                        the pure prayer –
                        a heavenly prayer of intercession
                            to her Son Jesus as we
                            know and were shown the
                            prayer of Mary to her Son at
                            the Marriage of Cana –

                To you, as a messenger, I account this
                experience - for never will I have such
                an understanding of Mary's powerful
                intercession as I have now from
                this vision.

Galatians 4: 4-7

but when the completion of the time came, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born a subject of the Law, to redeem the subjects of the Law, so that we could receive adoption as sons. As you are sons, God has sent into our hearts the Spirit of his Son crying, ‘Abba, Father’; and so you are no longer a slave, but a son; and if a son, then an heir, by God’s own act. 

 

 

Luke 2: 15-19

Now it happened that when the angels had gone from them into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, 'Let us go to Bethlehem and see this event which the Lord has made known to us.' So they hurried away and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby lying in the manger. When they saw the child they repeated what they had been told about him, and everyone who heard it was astonished at what the shepherds said to them. As for Mary, she treasured all these things and pondered them in her heart.

Sorrowful Mysteries

Agony in the Garden

1. R. Be there with our beloved Jesus in the garden. Hear the sounds of the night. See Him as He kneels in such anguish, seeing all the things that are about to happen with His coming Passion.

2. And He cries out to His Father. Luke 22:42 " 'Father,' he said, 'if you are willing, take this cup away from me. Nevertheless, let your will be done, not mine.' "

3. Agonies of the heart...the greatest of all agonies. Jesus saw before Him the souls that He loved so dearly. Many souls would neglect Him and treat Him with such indifference.

4. The agonies He suffered to His Heart were so immense. The wounds in His Heart so deep.

5. He saw before Him all of His most beloved souls that would be condemned to eternal damnation despite all the sufferings that He was about to undergo.

6. His agony was so great that His sweat became as great drops of Blood upon the ground.

7. This is the reality: God runs the world. Jesus truly suffered for love of us. He gave His life and He suffered in the garden for all the sins that we are committing this day.

8. He saw before Him His entire Passion: the blows, the spitting, His death on the cross. He saw this. With greatest love of us, He endured the Passion to the end.

9. He was filled with such anguish and suffering that an angel of the Lord appeared to Him to comfort Him.

10. He waits endless hours in the tabernacle today. Jesus Christ, the Son of God in His Divinity and His humanity, waits for us to come and to be with Him. He said in the garden: Matthew 26:40-41 "He came back to the disciples and found them sleeping, and he said to Peter, 'So you had not the strength to stay awake with me for one hour? Stay awake, and pray not to be put to the test. The spirit is willing enough, but human nature is weak.' " Can we visit Him today in the tabernacle?
 

 

Scourging at the Pillar

1. R. See Jesus as they tie Him to the pillar. He is God-made-man.

2. With anger in their hearts, they beat Jesus to the point of their own exhaustion.

3. Hear the sounds as they beat Jesus. They hit His precious back. Hear the blows over and over again as it tears at His flesh. Do you hear Jesus as He makes whimpering sounds? The men are filled with anger and hatred, and they beat Jesus with great force.

4. Do we have any idea what it is like to suffer as Jesus suffered for love of us?

5. How deep are the wounds that covered His entire Body as they stood by mercilessly and they beat Him?

6. Think of how Jesus suffered. Be there at the pillar and hear the sounds. See what He went through: their anger and their voices hollering at Jesus. He was mercilessly tied to the pillar while they struck Him, God Who is all love.

The Crowning of Thorns

1. R. They pounded a piercing crown of thorns into Jesus' most precious head.

2. They put a dirty purple robe on Jesus and they sat Him on a throne. They mocked Him and they spit on Him, and they hollered ugly slanders against Him.

3. SONG: God's Love (verse 1)

4. SONG: God's Love (verse 4)

5. He is truly here with us, and His Heart is ablaze with love that radiates for us. We are His beloved ones. He withstood all this torture so that we might have eternal life, so that He might have the deepest union with us. And some day, if we go to heaven, we will be forever united to Jesus, the Father, and the Holy Spirit in such close union that will last forever and ever and ever. He shed and gave His last drop of Blood for love of each one of us.

6. SONG: A Song from Jesus

7. He is present in the tabernacle with such love for each one of us as He had the day they crowned Him with thorns and poked Him and spat on Him. He is with us this day, no less present than the day He was scourged and crowned with thorns. He loves us so much. He shed His Blood and gave the last beat of His Heart.

Jesus Carries His Cross

1. R. He carried His cross on His most precious shoulder. The weight was so heavy that it felt as if His shoulder would break. He did not give up His cross. When the weight was too heavy for Him to bear, He collapsed under the weight of it.

2. SONG: Under the Weight of the Wood

3. Jesus traveled with His cross on His back. His Heart was in such anguish for all the souls that would reject the grace for eternal salvation that He would merit for them.

4. Jesus is our focus. The more we are drawn to the immense love of this most Sacred Heart, the more we realize how He is truly alive this day. He loves each one of us. We will experience the peace, the joy, and the love that He wants us to have. We will be His lights shining in this world.

5. He has DIVINE LIFE and DIVINE LOVE in His most Sacred Heart. He outpours HIS LIFE TO US. He merited this grace for us by His death on the cross.

6. As His Mother walked along side of Him on Calvary, she walks along side of each of us. She never leaves our side. She withstood all this suffering. She knew what it was like to suffer. She did not take anything to relieve the suffering and she did not leave His side. She withstood such suffering, standing by His side. She stands by our side as we walk our path, which sometimes seems like a slow Calvary. But Mary is by our side with such love. She gives us her maternal love. She mothers us as the most perfect Mother. God the Father chose Mary as Mother of Jesus and us.

7. When our path is so hard we must realize Mary is always with us. It is God's grace that will get us through.

8. Jesus' grace is sufficient for every trial that you are experiencing this day. We must go to Him, go to His most Sacred Heart through Mary's Immaculate Heart. Mary leads us to Him. He is Love.

Jesus is Crucified and Dies on the Cross

1. R. See Mary as she holds the tender feet and the tender hands of the Child Jesus. And see her as she sees them nail His precious hands and feet with big nails into the cross.

2. How deep are the wounds in Thy precious hands and Thy feet, oh Jesus? How deep, oh Jesus, are the wounds to Your Heart? You suffered so for souls. Oh precious Jesus, fill our hearts with Your divine love and Your divine grace so that we may never wound Thy Sacred Heart with indifference, with neglect. Fill us with Your divine life so that we will always be drawn to the source of real life which is only found in You. I am sorry for all who neglect you in the Holy Eucharist.

3. You gave Your very flesh, You gave all the Blood in Your veins. You spread Your arms and You gave Your all for love of us, dear Jesus. And this day, You give Yourself in Your Divinity and Your humanity, with greatest love, in the Holy Eucharist. Help us, dear Jesus, to be deeply aware that you are truly the Son of God and that when we receive You, we receive God in our hearts.

5. You ask us to love God and love one another. You were beaten for love of our brothers. Why can't we love our brothers? You call us to love as You loved us. You call us to give our lives for our brothers.

6. Oh Mary, as you stand under the cross, how deep is the anguish to your Heart? You have no wounds, you have no scars. You're supported by your beloved John. And this day you walk by our side and you support us as we walk what seems to be a Calvary sometimes. You forever walk by our side and hold us up with such motherly love. You gave Jesus such love as you stood under His cross. Thank you, Mary, for the love that you outpour to us.

8. Let us see, Oh Mary, through your eyes, the love that your precious Son has for us. Let us be joined ever closer to the tender Heart of Jesus through your most Immaculate Heart. Jesus gave the last drop of His Blood and the last beat of His Heart for love of us.
