                Psalm Response

                How lovely is your dwelling
                    place, Lord, mighty God!

Psalm 84: 3-5, 10-11

Even the sparrow has found a home,
the swallow a nest to place its young:
your altars, Yahweh Sabaoth,
    my King and my God.

How blessed are those who live in your house;
they shall praise you continually.                  Pause
Blessed those who find their strength in you,
whose hearts are set on pilgrimage.

Better one day in your courts
than a thousand at my own devices,
to stand on the threshold of God's house
than to live in the tents of the wicked.

For Yahweh God is a rampart and shield,
    he gives grace and glory;
Yahweh refuses nothing good
to those whose life is blameless.

                R. Today the snow lay about like a
                beautiful picture, undisturbed, soft and
white and so very pretty. On the
once barren ground and the place
looking so shabby and the cold winter
night – now there was a freshness
that was so glimmering and looking
                so pure and undisturbed.

Do you remember the Passion of
the Lord? The dying and rising of our
Savior. His Body was torn to shreds,
His Blood spilled, they hung Him,
outside on a tree, His hands pierced,
                His precious head crowned with
thorns and they hung Him as if
they had no shame, no authority
over them, as if no one watched and
they let Him, the Son of God, die
                on a cross.

And He had promised on the 3rd
day He would rise from the dead,
                glistening white and glorified
wounds, the splendor of that day
                the Victory won. Jesus, triumphant
                rose from the dead.

And we go to Mass. The Mass is
                the sacrifice of Calvary, sacramentally
made present. We approach the altar
of the Lord. We bring with us
                our wounds, our heartaches, our
need for His grace. We go to Mass
and low, He is there, our beloved to
give us Himself in the Holy Eucharist.
The Lord is our Shepherd and nothing
shall we want – He makes the old
and battered new. He brings the sun
after a night of darkness, He lays
the snow, like a new blanket, over
the rough edges of our lives and
Oh God has promised to those who love
and serve the Lord – who
live as He desires them to live –
eternal salvation → forever → not for
a day, or a week, but forever.

Lift high your hopes. Do not
be people caught in despair and
wounds, look forward to the light
and the beauty of the crisp, white
fallen snow – that comes unnoticed
after a long winter of cold and
                dark barren bushes.

Low, comes the light of victory,
but He shows us the pascal mystery
                for fallen man of death/resurrection!
Jesus came to show us how He lived,
how He suffered, how He died and
                rose the 3rd day.

Take the sand from the corners
of your eyes. Remove your stained
dark glasses – Reach for the purity
of a new day – See your morning has
come – you will mourn no more –
but you must be children of the light,
walking in the footprints of the Savior,
you must say "yes" to the morning
and "yes" to the crisp white fallen
snow – you must reach for the
beauty after the night of suffering
                and darkness.

                    And he endured his heartaches,
he was healed by the hand of God,
he endured to the end and the
                morning light was stealing across
a dark sky – like the rolling out
of the wedding carpet down the isle
of Church – preparing for the
eternal wedding of the soul to
                the Divine Bridegroom.

                R. Now the light comes and shines
on the new fallen snow. All the
                barren branches look dazzling
and crisp with the new day.
Men's hearts are renewed at the
table of the Lord. Their eyes
are open and they see as never
                before –

they see the eyes of the heart –
healing and ready for the marriage
of a holy soul to Jesus.

Jesus comes to the faithful –
Jesus gives us the Bread of Life
in the Eucharist and His Word –
                Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. We adore
                You and worship You and
thank You for helping us to
                prepare for life eternal with
                the Divine Bridegroom.

The snow came quietly at night,
a flake at a time, sometimes
many were coming fast and furious
but at day break – its beauty
was certainly seen – a carpet
of white, a blanket to cover
                the once rough edges, a
                winter wonderland of white
and clean and laying as only
                snow can, undisturbed and
                so beautiful.

                    And Jesus says:

                    "And I come to make
all things new – light follows
dark and again and again are
the days of your lives –
until you who lived and fought
                the good fight –
                can rest with Me eternally
at the Divine Banquet of the Lamb."

                R. And He guided those whose hearts
were open, and He allowed them
to be tried, but in it all
                    they endured the suffering
                    to embrace the victory of
living more and more in His
                    image and likeness.

In every suffering is a gift, but
we have to have the mind of the
Lord working in our hearts to
                see it.

The days come in light and
                darkness, in green fields
                and in barren bushes,
                in sun lit mornings and
                foggy days –

All must endure for the gift
                promised by the Savior for
                those who are faithful to
                Him is real and Jesus
                doesn't lie. We are being
tested and tried and some day,
                having endured and been faithful,
having lived for God, under God,
                obedient to God –

We will wake to know Him
and be wrapped in the arms
of the Divine God in the
                beatific vision, but we
must endure to the end and
keep our focus on Him, obey
                His commands and be the
                suffering servant of the Lord
for the day of His light to shine
                on us. Jesus promised the
faithful to be full of His life eternally.

  February 9, 2016

Dear Friends,

I give my heart to Jesus and Mary with you in love.

If you read Fr. Joe's book like I did on the 13th you can see how awesome it is.

It helps me understand what is happening in the writings during the liturgical year.

It is so very good, it makes me so eager to live the liturgy in my life,
live in the liturgical year.

Well we have sent over 13,000 of Fr. Joe's new cycle books since the beginning of November to priests and hierarchy
all over the world.

It can enrich so many lives with the weekly sermon rooted in the Word, the Eucharist,
the liturgy,
the Mass,

Baptism, love and unity.

When a priest uses the book weekly he focuses on the Bread of Life to feed the people.

Say a priest says 4 or 5 Masses weekly
Think of how many souls could be reached with the people attending Mass.

Fr. Joe speaks of love and being a member of the body of Christ, living in relationships
all in the context of the scripture.

We see salvation history and its ups and downs -
we see our calling from God
and we see our part in salvation history.

God calls - we respond.

The body of Christ can help the world to raise up to greater perfection.

What are you doing to help this coming election in the United States.

This book of Fr. Joe's can help so many people every week.

We have sent over 13,000 books out to priests and hierarchy to every priest in your state.

We have sent the books to so many priests in the United States and all Bishops.

Can't you help us.

We also send a Prayer Brochure with the Shepherds of Christ prayers praying for the priests, the Church and the world.

We pray in adoration 8 days a month with usually 6 Masses for you, your family and the priests the Church and the world.

We pray in 24 hour adoration before the Exposed Blessed Eucharist in China for all this and for you.

The China mortgage is due tomorrow

and we are struggling because of giving so much money to the Ministries.

Can anyone help us with a donation.

Also we are printing another 20,000 of Fr. Joe's books
going to all the priests in the United States.

This can enormously help for this coming election.

A weekly Priestly Newsletter used about the scriptures and everything at Sunday Mass.

Please we need your help.

If you want to know what to do to help the world and especially all active priests in the United States please help us with a donation.

We need your help today.
Thanks for your prayers and help in advance.

God Bless you and love you.
