Jesus speaks: "My beloved friend, tell My people that I desire all to consecrate themselves to My Sacred Heart and to Mary's Immaculate Heart. Tell them not to just recite words in making the act of consecration, but to realize what they are saying. Consecration to Our Hearts means a total gift of self. It means handing over everything to Me and to My Mother. Consecration means a willingness to surrender completely to Me. In Baptism one is consecrated to Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. But how many fail to live out their consecration! I extend to all the invitation to renew this baptismal consecration through consecration to My Heart and to My Mother's Heart.
"My beloved companion, I have taught you what this consecration means. I have given you great peace, joy, and happiness because you have made this consecration. I have taught you that you are to renew this act of consecration each day, I constantly remind you that you are to pray each day for the grace to more and more live the consecration. I have taught you that your consecration to Me and My Mother means that you constantly surrender yourself to Us and to Our care. I have taught you that the more you surrender yourself to Me, the more I live in you and through you and for you. I have taught you that My great love for you longs to draw you more deeply into My Heart. I have shown you that I wish your Mother Mary to place you there within My Heart, and that the more you dwell within her heart, the more deeply she places you within My Heart. Dwelling within Our Hearts, the Holy Spirit fashions you more and more in My likeness. The Father thus looks upon you with greater favor and takes you more closely to Himself. Tell My people all these wondrous truths. I am Lord and Master, and I desire all to listen to My words!"
Reflection: In the above message, Jesus describes what is involved in living our consecration to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. What beautiful truths He puts before us! We know that the living out of our consecration is not always easy. Sometimes it is very difficult. At all times, and especially in most difficult times, we should remind ourselves how much Jesus and Mary love us, and that living out our consecration is our "thank you," our return of love.

there was a priest who visited his old dilapidated room in
that old corner of the building right before it fell off. He
is a chaplin at two hospitals and an orphanage here. His voice

had called him. Minutes after he left his room the corner

Consecrate yourselves to her. In this way you will grow into the closest union with Me. Through her Immaculate Heart, you will be drawn more and more into My own Heart. It is My desire that you allow My Mother to place you within My Heart which loves you with an unfathomable love! This is My wish—that you come to Me enfolded by Mary's mantle, cradled in her arms, pressed against her Heart."
Reflection: It is God's will that we approach Jesus in union with Mary. Enough said!

Jesus: "My beloved friend, tell My people to pray daily to the Holy Spirit. They are to pray for an increase in His gifts. My people must realize that the Holy Spirit comes to transform them. The Spirit desires to transform you more and more according to My image. Those who are docile to His touch become increasingly shaped in My likeness. He performs this marvel within Mary's Immaculate Heart. The more one dwells in My Mother's Heart, the more active are the workings of the Spirit. The Spirit leads Mary to place you within My own Heart. In both Our Hearts, then, your transformation continues. The more you are formed after My own Heart, the more I lead you to the bosom of My Father. Tell My people all this. Tell them to pray daily for a greater appreciation of these wondrous gifts. I am Lord and Master. All who come to My Heart will be on fire to receive the gifts of the Spirit in ever greater measure! I love and bless My people!"
Reflection: The Holy Spirit is given to us to fashion us ever more according to the likeness of Jesus. And the more we are like Jesus, the more Jesus leads us to the Father. Do we, each day, pray to the Holy Spirit to be more open to His transforming influence? Do we strive each day to grow in union with Mary? The greater our union with our Mother, the spouse of the Holy Spirit, the greater is the transforming action of the Holy Spirit within us.

While the people in attendance were beholding the great Miracle of the Sun, the three young visionaries, and they alone, were privileged to see striking visions in the heavens:
As Our Lady had promised, St. Joseph had come with the Holy Family and had blessed the world. Then, Our Lady appeared as the Mother of Sorrows, accompanied by her Divine Son, Who also blessed the world. Finally, Lucy had seen the Blessed Virgin, dressed in the brown robes of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, crowned as Queen of Heaven and Earth, holding a brown Scapular in her hand, with her infant Son upon her knee. Jesus speaks: My dear child, if you stay close to Me, then I live in you and you live in Me. I am He Who created you and I love you with such an intensity that you will never know. You must stay rooted in Me to ward off the power of the evil one. His grip is paralyzing and crippling. His power is stronger every day.

Messenger: The
message of God's Blue Book Father Carter
lived. He discerned and called these messages
his own. The message of Jesus in the Blue Books
was a calling to men to come to Him and
be so very deeply united to Him.
He wants men to spend time before Him
in adoration when He is present in the
tabernacle.
He gives us the Eucharist and He
wants us to treasure this gift and
spend time with Him for at least twenty
minutes after reception of the
Eucharist.
The power is in the Eucharist.
Our precious priests are so important to us.
They bring us the Eucharist.
They administer the Sacraments.
It is clear to see why the priests would
have to undergo persecution.
The devil wants to attack our Church.
THE POWER IS IN THE EUCHARIST.
OUR PRIESTS ARE SO IMPORTANT TO US.
This is the prayer Jesus gave to Fr. Carter to pray
for our priests.

We are putting these prayer cards on
PDF files so you could
print them on an ordinary
printer.
This could be done on card stock,
in color and done nicely.
The important thing is the prayers are prayed
and circulated.
Prayer cards can be run off in color on paper
and laminated and circulated.
Jesus wanted some cards laminated.
The Prayer for Union with Jesus was given January 17, 1994,
the same day I got the message
"I Want My Priests to Come Back."
Two months later the corner fell off the
old seminary.
By July-August, 1994 Fr. Carter sent out the
first priestly Newsletter as our Lord
directed him centered in consecration to
the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.
In July/August 1994, Father Carter put together
the Spirituality Handbook, the prayers for
the Prayer Manual, and the messages of
Tell My People given to him.
By August, 94 the first prayer groups were
started as Jesus directed Fr. Carter
praying for the priests, and the renewal of the
Church and the world, centered in consecration
to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.
Mary began appearing daily on July 5, 1994
until September 1995 and Jesus and Mary
had told Fr. Carter to go there every
day and pray the prayers.
He began the prayers of the Shepherds of Christ praying
nightly after the rosary before
the Sorrowful Mother Statue
as the Blessed Mother was appearing.
Fr. Carter was very directed to send the
Newsletter to every priest in the U.S. -
this was the end of May, 1994 when he
received this message and he was directed to
begin the foreign mailings as soon as possible.
This was a big task but he followed the
directions of the Lord.
He tried to get the prayer manual translated
in the different languages.
One time he even went to the Ukraine.
He worked the whole six years until
his death doing what Jesus told
him to do with the Newsletter and
the Shepherds of Christ Movement.
He told me that Jesus told him very early
there would be these levels of commitment
in the Shepherds of Christ Movement.
He had the vision given to him by Jesus
and he guided the Movement to be
formed this way.
He did what he could to form the order of
priests, but the time has not come
yet.
Here are the 7 levels of commitment.
7 levels of commitment in the Shepherds of Christ
- There are Associates who gather and pray at least once monthly as a group and also help with donations to support the Shepherds of Christ priestly newsletter. They can be tremendously involved. They give as they feel they are able.
- Apostles are members who have restricted their apostolic activity to the Shepherds of Christ. They literally act as a body of lay people who have given their lives in their present living situation to do all that they can to bring about the Reign of the Sacred Heart and triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart.
- Prayer Apostles are often shut-ins, some are able to go to church and pray. They spend much of their lives praying for the Movement.
- Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus are those who spend at least two separate hours weekly before the Blessed Sacrament praying for the following:
- For the spread of the devotion to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary culminating in the reign of the Sacred Heart and the triumph of the Immaculate Heart.
- For the Pope.
- For all bishops of the world.
- For all priests.
- For all sisters and brothers in the religious life.
- For all members of the Shepherds of Christ Movement, and for the spread of this Movement to the world.
- For all members of the Catholic Church.
- For all members of the human family.
- For all souls in purgatory.
In that hour before the Eucharist they spend part of the time praying the Shepherds of Christ prayers and the rosary. The time can be spent with spouse or others, but most spend the time alone before the Eucharist.- Handmaids of the Good Shepherd are young and older women who have given their lives in community primarily to pray for the Shepherds of Christ Movement and intentions and to be special spouses of Jesus. Some have more duties than others. All have the primary duty of prayer and the desire to be a special spouse of Our Lord. One of the functions of the handmaids is their involvement in praying for and helping to circulate the priestly newsletter. The handmaids are not members of a religious order.
- Servants of the Good Shepherd are men who live in community with a lifestyle and purpose similar to that of the handmaids. The servants are not members of a religious order.
- We wish to form a special congregation of priests who will realize their great oneness with Christ. They will be consecrated deeply to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary and support the Shepherds of Christ Movement as holy priests.

Servants, Handmaids and Apostles have a
very clear way of life.
They run the Shepherds of Christ Movement.
All attend daily Mass, spend one hour
before the tabernacle daily, pray the
Morning Offering, Shepherds of Christ prayers,
and many rosaries daily. Most try
to pray at 6:20 every evening
and pray hourly for the priests,
the Church and the world and the
needs of the Movement. They live deeply
the life of consecration to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

The Spirituality of Fatima and Medjugorje

"In the above, Mary speaks of the five first Saturdays. Here is what the practice involves:
- Go to confession, which may be done from eight days before to eight days after the first Saturday. Of course, if a person is in the state of serious sin, the confession must be made before receiving communion.
- Receive Holy Communion.
- Recite five decades of the Rosary.
- Meditate for 15 minutes on the mysteries of the Rosary.
All of the above (except confession) must be done on the first Saturday of five consecutive months, with the intention of making reparation to the Immaculate Heart. For those who make the five first Saturdays, Our Lady of Fatima has promised to assist them at the hour of death, with all the graces necessary for salvation." (14)

Besides the messages associated with the major Fatima apparitions, there were other revelations given by Our Lady. Before Jacinta died, she told of other messages given her (during her illness) by Mary:
...Tell everybody that God gives graces through the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Tell them to ask grace from her, and that the Heart of Jesus wishes to be venerated together with the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Ask them to plead for peace from the Immaculate Heart of Mary, for the Lord has confided the peace of the world to her. (19)

Messenger: Lucia saw this vision the same year
Fr. Carter was born.
On June 13th, 52 years after Lucia's vision,
Fr. Mike was ordained from the old seminary
in Norwood.
Moments before the corner collapsed he was
going to his old room and his beeper went off.
Fr. Mike has prayed the rosary weekly on
the radio for 20 years.
Fr. Carter and Fr. Mike met face to face only
once. It was on his radio show
March 22, 1997, 3 years after the
corner fell off.
They never talked about the collapsed
corner.
Fr. Mike was on television talking about
the collapsed corner because he felt
Mary beeped him moments before
it fell off. He checked everywhere
and he could not find anyone who
beeped him.
Had he gone to his room he would
not be here today.
