                R. Living and having life and fun
                    is doing as God wants

                We never arrive

We are pilgrims on the journey —

                We need to change

                Action from the heart

                Fire

                Going out

                Motivation

You know what you are to
do and you do it in love —

                HAPPINESS

HAPPINESS IS AN INSIDE JOB —

Getting heart purified for eternity —

Working on our heart to be like Jesus.

                Do God's will

                Don't be a rival to God's will —

We will be judged on how we loved —

                Heaven is for lovers —

Motivated to be intimate with Jesus —

                Jesus is truth —
                Living in the truth —
                    not distorted vision about God
                    not distorted vision about others
                    not distorted vision about ourselves

Motivated to please the Father —

                Pleasing God is loving

                Being obedient
                Being a servant
                Preparing ourselves for heaven —

                We are tested —

                Like in school —

                When you flunk the life
                    test mortally it is
                    eternal damnation —

                When you pass the life
                    test with great victory
                    the reward is heaven!!

                What a reward for loving!!

The devil wants our soul —

What good does it do a man
                    to learn to deceive
                    himself and hurt others
                    in punishment —
He sets up his own punishment —

God created us with a Plan —

                Everything has brought us to
                    where we are today —

To love God's plan for us —

To be united with God's plan
                    NOT Rebel against it!!
Not be a rival to God's plan!

                    DISCIPLINE

                We control our thoughts —

                What is our history
Are we more negative than ever —
                Are we angry
                Do we recognize our thoughts
                    are a product of our
                    choices

Do we want life to be a
                    positive experience? —

Do we want oneness with others?
                Do we love ourselves?
                Do we love others?

Do we know our past is always in us? —

Do we think about loving ourselves
                    as God's instruments?

                Do we act because of
                    our negative thoughts and
                    lie when we make ourselves
a victim over and over and over
                    again —

Abuse others so we can play
                    victim role

Do we want new images —
                    love and forgiveness of others
                    we were divided with

                Only we can change our
                    behavior, our thoughts —
we have a free will —
                    with God's grace —

                Create images of love —

                Pray for light
                Pray for peace
                Pray for healing —

                Work on our thoughts

We have a free will to make
                    choices and
                    changes and
                    choose life —

                Love never runs out

We are to have goal —> to do God's will

                Act as God wants —

                Be happy

                Happy Attitude

                Images in head should
                    reflect love and forgiveness —
                    unity —
                    not seek safeness in
                        isolating —
                        fighting to put up walls
                            for others —

                Beautiful images of God
                Beautiful images of love
                Beautiful images of unity
                Beautiful images of peace

                R. Memory — focus on making
                    happy memories —
then love and let go —

                Don't try to possess
                    others —
                    times —

Don't try to make others hurt so
                    you can hold them
                    at bay —

                Visualize yourself happy —
                    laughing — loving others —

                Don't see yourself as
                    afraid in a room —
                    shame based
                    want to run —

See yourself as so loved and
                    important to God's plan and
                    others help that plan and
                    they are important too —

                Love them —

                Don't be afraid —

See as God sees with love
for yourself and love for others —

                Pray for God's will —

Perfect love cast out fear —

1 John 4:17-21

Love comes to its perfection in us when we can face the Day of Judgement fearlessly, because even in this world we have become as he is. In love there is no room for fear, but perfect love drives out fear, because fear implies punishment and no one who is afraid has come to perfection in love. Let us love, then, because he first loved us. Anyone who says 'I love God' and hates his brother, is a liar, since whoever does not love the brother whom he can see cannot love God whom he has not seen. Indeed this is the commandment we have received from him, that whoever loves God, must also love his brother.

                R. Like Jesus — who would die
for me and you — He loves —
                    He loves me
                    He loves you —
                    No competition —

                This is reality —
                We see it distorted —

We see and make pockets for
                    ourselves to be isolated
                    and safe —

                We are safe
                God is with us —

Be free and enjoy the moment —

                Quiet the old tired secluded,
                    unsafe, shaming, not
                    loving others
                    thoughts —

How close are the thoughts we
                    have to reality —

We can live and see others
                    succeeding and rejoice
                    because God wants us
to be all we can be and
He is helping us to be so

Matthew 8: 23-27

Then he got into the boat followed by his disciples. Suddenly a storm broke over the lake, so violent that the boat was being swamped by the waves. But he was asleep. So they went to him and woke him saying, ‘Save us, Lord, we are lost!’ And he said to them, ‘Why are you so frightened, you who have so little faith?’ And then he stood up and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm. They were astounded and said, ‘Whatever kind of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him?’

                R. Jesus falls asleep in boat —

There is a storm in our life
                    we may think Jesus doesn't
listen — like the apostles when
He is sleeping in the boat —

Full of terror — we continue through
                    the storm —

Jesus can calm the storm in a moment —
                Let go to Him —

Pray and wait on His time —
                He is the Almighty —

When we have done all we can with
storms in our lives — we
                    remember this scripture and
                    remember He can calm the
                    storm in an instant —

We may feel like the Apostles —
                    feel we can drown and
                    yet we know —
                    God is with us —

God has power over the storms —

We can focus on God who is
                    almighty —

In the miracles of Jesus when
on earth we see the power
                    of God —

                Be calm —

Breathe in the name Jesus —

Song: Jesus - Name above all names
                                Beautiful Redeemer —
                                Beautiful God —

Matthew 14: 22-33

And at once he made the disciples get into the boat and go on ahead to the other side while he sent the crowds away. After sending the crowds away he went up into the hills by himself to pray. When evening came, he was there alone, while the boat, by now some furlongs from land, was hard pressed by rough waves, for there was a head–wind. In the fourth watch of the night he came towards them, walking on the sea, and when the disciples saw him walking on the sea they were terrified. ‘It is a ghost,’ they said, and cried out in fear. But at once Jesus called out to them, saying, ‘Courage! It’s me! Don’t be afraid.’ It was Peter who answered. ‘Lord,’ he said, ‘if it is you, tell me to come to you across the water.’ Jesus said, ‘Come.’ Then Peter got out of the boat and started walking towards Jesus across the water, but then noticing the wind, he took fright and began to sink. ‘Lord,’ he cried, ‘save me!’ Jesus put out his hand at once and held him. ‘You have so little faith,’ he said, ‘why did you doubt?’ And as they got into the boat the wind dropped. The men in the boat bowed down before him and said, ‘Truly, you are the Son of God.’

                R. We have to be faith-filled

We have to let go and know God
                    is with us —

We focus on Your might, oh God —

Pray to the Holy Spirit —

                Know God's presence

God has power over the spirits —

Jesus shows us He cast out
                    demons —

Meditating on the power of Jesus —
Meditating on the power God gives the priest —

Believing in this gift God gives us

Song: A Priest is a Gift from God

                Reading Today

Ezekiel 37: 12-14

So, prophesy. Say to them, "The Lord Yahweh says this: I am now going to open your graves; I shall raise you from your graves, my people, and lead you back to the soil of Israel. And you will know that I am Yahweh, when I open your graves and raise you from your graves, my people, and put my spirit in you, and you revive, and I resettle you on your own soil. Then you will know that I, Yahweh, have spoken and done this–declares the Lord Yahweh." ’

Psalm 130: 1-8

From the depths I call to you, Yahweh:
    Lord, hear my cry.
Listen attentively
to the sound of my pleading!

If you kept a record of our sins,
Lord, who could stand their ground?
But with you is forgiveness,

I rely, my whole being relies,
    Yahweh, on your promise.
My whole being hopes in the Lord,
    more than watchmen for daybreak;
more than watchmen for daybreak

    let Israel hope in Yahweh.
For with Yahweh is faithful love,
    with him generous ransom;
and he will ransom Israel
    from all its sins.

Romans 8: 8-11

and those who live by their natural inclinations can never be pleasing to God. You, however, live not by your natural inclinations, but by the Spirit, since the Spirit of God has made a home in you. Indeed, anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him. But when Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin but the spirit is alive because you have been justified; and if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead has made his home in you, then he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will give life to your own mortal bodies through his Spirit living in you.

John 11: 1-45

There was a man named Lazarus of Bethany, the village of Mary and her sister, Martha, and he was ill. It was the same Mary, the sister of the sick man Lazarus, who anointed the Lord with ointment and wiped his feet with her hair. The sisters sent this message to Jesus, ‘Lord, the man you love is ill.’ On receiving the message, Jesus said, ‘This sickness will not end in death, but it is for God’s glory so that through it the Son of God may be glorified.’

Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus, yet when he heard that he was ill he stayed where he was for two more days before saying to the disciples, ‘Let us go back to Judaea.’ The disciples said, ‘Rabbi, it is not long since the Jews were trying to stone you; are you going back there again?’ Jesus replied:

Are there not twelve hours in the day?
No one who walks in the daytime stumbles,
            having the light of this world to see by;
anyone who walks around at night stumbles,
having no light as a guide.

He said that and then added, ‘Our friend Lazarus is at rest; I am going to wake him.’ The disciples said to him, ‘Lord, if he is at rest he will be saved.’ Jesus was speaking of the death of Lazarus, but they thought that by ‘rest’ he meant ‘sleep’; so Jesus put it plainly, ‘Lazarus is dead; and for your sake I am glad I was not there because now you will believe. But let us go to him.’ Then Thomas—known as the Twin—said to the other disciples, ‘Let us also go to die with him.’

On arriving, Jesus found that Lazarus had been in the tomb for four days already. Bethany is only about two miles from Jerusalem, and many Jews had come to Martha and Mary to comfort them about their brother. When Martha heard that Jesus was coming she went to meet him. Mary remained sitting in the house. Martha said to Jesus, ‘Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died, but even now I know that God will grant whatever you ask of him.’ Jesus said to her, ‘Your brother will rise again.’ Martha said, ‘I know he will rise again at the resurrection on the last day.’ Jesus said:

            I am the resurrection.
Anyone who believes in me, even though that person dies, will live,
and whoever lives and believes in me
            will never die.
            Do you believe this?

‘Yes, Lord,’ she said, ‘I believe that you are the Christ, the Son of God, the one who was to come into this world.’

When she had said this, she went and called her sister Mary, saying in a low voice, ‘The Master is here and wants to see you.’ Hearing this, Mary got up quickly and went to him. Jesus had not yet come into the village; he was still at the place where Martha had met him. When the Jews who were in the house comforting Mary saw her get up so quickly and go out, they followed her, thinking that she was going to the tomb to weep there.

Mary went to Jesus, and as soon as she saw him she threw herself at his feet, saying, ‘Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died.’ At the sight of her tears, and those of the Jews who had come with her, Jesus was greatly distressed, and with a profound sigh he said, ‘Where have you put him?’ They said, ‘Lord, come and see.’ Jesus wept; and the Jews said, ‘See how much he loved him!’ But there were some who remarked, ‘He opened the eyes of the blind man. Could he not have prevented this man’s death?’ Sighing again, Jesus reached the tomb: it was a cave with a stone to close the opening. Jesus said, ‘Take the stone away.’ Martha, the dead man’s sister, said to him, ‘Lord, by now he will smell; this is the fourth day since he died.’ Jesus replied, ‘Have I not told you that if you believe you will see the glory of God?’ So they took the stone away. Then Jesus lifted up his eyes and said:

Father, I thank you for hearing my prayer.
I myself knew that you hear me always,
            but I speak
for the sake of all these who are standing around me,
so that they may believe it was you who sent me.

When he had said this, he cried in a loud voice, ‘Lazarus, come out!’ The dead man came out, his feet and hands bound with strips of material, and a cloth over his face. Jesus said to them, ‘Unbind him, let him go free.’

Many of the Jews who had come to visit Mary, and had seen what he did, believed in him,

                R. As long as we are on this earth in sin
we can get forgiveness if we
                    go to Jesus —

Do we really believe in Jesus —
when we have a big cross —
Do we believe in Jesus —

Martha — what took you so long —
                Don't lose hope —

The miracles in the scriptures should
                    help strengthen our faith —

God loves us so much — locked in a tomb — come out —

Ascension Thursday May 21, 1998

Jesus:  (with great emotion)  COME OUT OF YOUR TOMBS, COME OUT I CALL YOU!!!!  I have imparted to you knowledge of myself, transforming your heart and soul to be more likened to mine.

I give you messages after the reception of the Eucharist for it is then I am most one with you. Put aside the thoughts of burgers and what have you in your minds and listen to Me you earthly beings.

Come out of your tombs, come out I call to you who slumber and sleep and do not hear the voice of the Mighty One. Your are like the dead that need to be raised. A trumpet horn blaring would not waken a man who is blind from birth. Only the Lord will unlock the minds of the senseless men, so foolish, but oh how I do indeed love them so.

Come out I tell you, I call you, in your sleepy state with scales in your eyes you do not see. If these scales were removed and a fresh lense graphed on the already existing eye, the men may see then clearly that I speak in these messages to bring about the Reign of My Heart and the triumph of the wailing woman's Heart on the earth.

I came, I gave the gifts and the world slept. My little ones, the apostles slept in the garden when my hour was at hand.

Oh my shanty little town, you are stuck indeed, in your ways. You walk the streets as blindmen and I shout to you.

My earth, come out of your tombs, come out and live a life rooted deeply in My Heart.

R. I was in the cage, it was a prison held on all sides by bars, I cried, I screamed, I felt no way to escape and low and behold I turned and where I had thought I was totally enclosed, a whole wall was not even there and I gaily walked into the free night and the sun followed me as I walked.

Jesus: Your earth is enclosed in a wall of their own making. They have put up walls to enclose themselves. They have traveled around in their little boxes and spit at the freedom that I wished to give them.

Freedom is in living according to God's will. Freedom is in Me.

Talk of chains, for you have some. You have bars and are enclosed in your stone or brick houses. A mighty fortress is your dwelling, you think. A mighty fortress is in the walls of My Heart. I am the gateway that leads to freedom. I am the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Holy One of the Virgin Israel. I am the gateway to heaven. I am God!

R. As I unite with Him in the most intimate experiences in the Eucharist, I become one in His desires and what He wants, I become more as He is. He is the life, He is the resurrection, He is God.

I become more in Him, His desires are my desires, the Father's Plan is imprinted in my soul during the Mass and the reception of the Eucharist and before the tabernacle. I am transformed immensely in those moments after Communion to being alive in Him.

God the Father: I am God, you are man, I have given My Son Jesus to you to unite your soul to Me. I am the Father, He is the First Born from the dead. Life will abound in heaven and on earth.

God has visited His people and now He Reigns. He has ransomed them with the Blood of the Lamb.

R. Some time between Ascension Thursday, May 21, 1998 and Pentecost, May 31, 1998.

goldlamb.gif (63854 bytes)I saw a vision of an open door, the light within it resembled the light of the vision of March 26, 1996 that can be found in the Apostles Manual (p. 34-36).

The open door was glistening with this reflective golden color mirror-like light. I cannot describe, as I could not describe concerning the 3 main visions, the first being March 26, 1996.

The closest light I can describe to this is the sun reflecting on the water at Tom's Farm but this too leaves an emptiness to its description.

There was a little white sheep at the bottom of the open, glistening door and the little sheep hobbled over a small threshold and went in.

The door was rounded on the top, no corners, like a semi-circle on the top, and the wall surrounding this door was black. The light I describe was within this door and peered out to me in the vision.

I heard our Lord over and over again cry out during this period, "Come out of your tombs, dead, dead, dead, you are dead."

I heard the words similar to the message of May 21, 1998.

I was walled in on all sides – BARS – a prison of my own making. I turned and there was a wall missing and I gaily walked into the free night and the sun followed me as I walked.

I hear Jesus speak: "I am the gateway that leads to freedom."

I know the sea of glass from the vision of March 26, 1996. I know the open door from the vision.

I know the Power, I know the Intimate Burning Heart of Jesus in the Mass.

Jesus: (Ascension Day May 21, 1998)

Your earth is enclosed in a wall of their own making. They have put up walls to enclose themselves. They have traveled around in their little boxes and spit at the freedom that I wish to give them.

Freedom is in living according to God's will, Freedom is in Me.

Talk of chains, for you have some. Your have bars and are enclosed in your stone or brick houses. A mighty fortress is your dwelling, you think. A mighty fortress is in the walls of My Heart.

I am the gateway that leads to Freedom. I am the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Holy One of the Virgin Israel. I am the gateway to heaven. I am God.

Come out of your tombs, I am alive, I am treated as a dead object.

Sing a new song, the dead shall be raised.

They conquered the devil with the Blood of the Lamb.

Pray to the Holy Spirit to come mightily on you.

                        How I love you

Prayer from St. Ignatius

Lord, teach me to be generous.
Teach me to serve you as you deserve;
To give and not to count the cost;
To fight and not to heed the wounds;
To toil and not to seek for rest;
To labor and not to ask for any reward,
Save that of knowing
that I am doing your will.

                R. We are pilgrims on a journey —

Jesus wants intimacy with us —

 Prayer of St Ignatius

Soul of Christ, sanctify me
Body of Christ, save me
Blood of Christ, inebriate me
Water from the side of Christ wash me
Passion of Christ, strengthen me
O good Jesus, hear me
Within Thy wounds hide me
Permit me not to be separated from Thee
From the wicked foe defend me
at the hour of my death call me
and bid me come to Thee
That with Thy saints I may praise Thee
For ever and ever. Amen.

                Sing: Take Lord Receive

                R. We want to be filled with the Holy Spirit —

                Jesus who is perfect goodness
                    had enemies —

We see yesterday in the scripture
                    of Jeremiah —
                    Jeremiah had enemies for doing
                        God's will

                Yesterday's Readings

Jeremiah 11:18-20

Yahweh informed me and I knew it; you then revealed their scheming to me. I for my part was like a trustful lamb being led to the slaughterhouse, not knowing the schemes they were plotting against me, ‘Let us destroy the tree in its strength, let us cut him off from the land of the living, so that his name may no longer be remembered!’

Yahweh Sabaoth,
   whose judgement is upright,
tester of motives and thoughts,
I shall see your vengeance on them,
for I have revealed my cause to you.

Psalm 7: 2-3, 9-12

or he will savage me like a lion,
carry me off with no one to rescue me.
Yahweh my God, if I have done this:
if injustice has stained my hands,

Put an end to the malice of the wicked,
    make the upright stand firm,
you who discern hearts and minds,
    God the upright.

God is a shield that protects me,
    saving the honest of heart.
God is an upright judge,
    slow to anger,
but a God at all times threatening
for those who will not repent.

Let the enemy whet his sword,
draw his bow and make ready;

John 7:40-53

Some of the crowd who had been listening said, ‘He is indeed the prophet,’ and some said, ‘He is the Christ,’ but others said, ‘Would the Christ come from Galilee? Does not scripture say that the Christ must be descended from David and come from Bethlehem, the village where David was?’ So the people could not agree about him. Some wanted to arrest him, but no one actually laid a hand on him. The guards went back to the chief priests and Pharisees who said to them, ‘Why haven’t you brought him?’ The guards replied, ‘No one has ever spoken like this man.’ ‘So,’ the Pharisees answered, ‘you, too, have been led astray? Have any of the authorities come to believe in him? Any of the Pharisees? This rabble knows nothing about the Law—they are damned.’ One of them, Nicodemus—the same man who had come to Jesus earlier—said to them, ‘But surely our Law does not allow us to pass judgement on anyone without first giving him a hearing and discovering what he is doing?’ To this they answered, ‘Are you a Galilean too? Go into the matter, and see for yourself: prophets do not arise in Galilee.’

                R. Jesus had enemies —

We will die and hopefully go
                    to heaven —

We see the wounds of Jesus —

                At the resurrection He appears
                    with glorified wounds —

So we see — we have wounds and
                    we want them healed —

Love heals the wounds of the heart —

We live to work through wounds and
                    respond in love —

Jesus gives us love which heals
                    our wounds —

We get sick in body and we need to be
                    healed —

                We are wounded —
                We need healing —

We have a wounded human nature —

We have been given the sacrament of baptism —
                    but we have tendencies
                    toward the deadly sins —

                We need to live virtuously
                The men rejected Jesus —
They wanted to kill Him —

Jesus said our enemies will be
                    of our own house —

If we follow Jesus — we will
                    have enemies —

Mary gave me a message when I got
Blue Book 6B and she said they
                    will hate you —

February 26, 1995 - Glorious Mysteries (excerpt)

The Coronation of Mary as Queen of Heaven and Earth

6.  Mary:  And the world will hate you, My children. The world is cold and in darkness. They have lost their focus of God. Many have become godless. I call out to you, my beloved children, to come ever closer to me and let me lead you to close union with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus, my Beloved Son, is ever with you, outpouring His love to you. If you realize the love of Jesus, you can not help but love others.  You must focus more and more on the intensity of the love that He has for you for it is in realizing this intense love that you will spread this love to others.

                R. I always liked to think people should
                    like me —
I work it out with them and they like me —

Jesus said in the scriptures if I follow
Him they will hate me —

Mary said in a message, they will hate me —

So now I don't feel I have to think they
                    will like me —

They threw Jeremiah in a cistern - a pit —
They caged Jeremiah for delivering God's
                    message —

If we follow Jesus, we will have enemies —

Song: We have decided to follow Jesus
                        no turning back —
                        no turning back —

                R. Jesus loved His enemies —

                Holiness

                    (1) To obey God
                    (2) To forgive and to love our
                        enemies

                Jesus is the way —
                Jesus is the truth —

We don't tell little white lies so
                    we worry about our self
                    image among men —

                Humility is truth —

Humility — not lying to make ourselves
look good — when in fact we
                    should confess the truth to
                    strengthen the matter out —

                TRUE humility, like Mary, is
                    telling the truth —
the truth will set you free —
                    not lying because we don't
                    want to look bad —

Not covering up the truth because
we care more about our image
                    than about the truth —

Being holy — means being humble —
                    means telling the truth —
                    not concerned with our image
before men that we lie to cover up
                    the truth —

                Peace is found in God
                Living in the truth —
Living the way of God —

In Shepherds of Christ God has given us a
                    way of life —

                Being holy means respecting authority
                    over us —
not trying to get above authority
                    but recognizing — God blesses
us for obeying our superiors —

Psalm 40: 6-8

You wanted no sacrifice or cereal offering,
but you gave me an open ear,
you did not ask for burnt offering or sacrifice for sin;
then I said, 'Here I am, I am coming.'

In the scroll of the book it is written of me,
    my delight is to do your will;
your law, my God,
    is deep in my heart.

Prayer for Union with Jesus

Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.

I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.

I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.

When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.

-God's Blue Book, January 17, 1994

                R. What is God's Plan for us?
What is God's will for us?

We see Jesus giving Himself on
                    Calvary — giving Himself
                    on the cross —

We know we must discern the spirits
to do the will of God —

God called us to follow Him —
God has a plan for us —

God wants us to live His life,
death and resurrection in our lives —

From The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius
    by Louis J. Puhl, S.J. p. 12

                        23. FIRST PRINCIPLE AND FOUNDATION

Man is created to praise, reverence and serve God
our Lord, and by this means to save his soul.

                R. We do all things for the glory
                    and honor of God —

I know God has told me to follow
                    this vocation —

Then I must accept this vocation
and I try to live my life in
                    saying "yes" eagerly and
                    with the intention of pleasing
God with all my heart —

I don't want to operate out of fear —
I don't want to put myself and
my will in the actions I do —

When I choose God's will down
deep in my heart I have
                    joy and peace —
I will have struggles and crosses,
but I know I must do this hard
thing because it is God's will.

                God calls — I respond —

Look at how Jesus suffered for our sins —
                    carrying the cross —
                    whipping at the pillar —
                    crowning of thorns —

                Christ wasn't worried about what
                    others thought of Him —
                    some wanted Him dead!!!
He did the Father's will in peace —

                We are wounded soldiers —
                    We need enlightenment —

I am not as strong now I am older —
people help me open bottles and
                    take off lids —

The stronger I am spiritually the
more the lid to our heart can
be easily removed if I start to
shut down a little and not love as I should —

We need to fill our hearts with
positive images of people loving —
working together — being humble —
being obedient to God's will —

If we see ourselves closed down —
                    living without eye contact,
                    relating to others —
                    we continue the shut down
                    ways and they get worse

                Our hearts get harder —

The lid to this stagnant heart — corroded
and hard to take off —

Set in our isolating, selfish, not
                    relating ways —

All we do should be loving —
Loving is doing God's will —
                    Love is forgiving

Love is wanting unity — doing
                    God's will —
not blocking others doing God's will —

Not giving into the deadly sins, not being —
jealous and envious and angry and
                    seeking dominance for dominance
                    sake etc. —

                Ways to love —

                    Start loving Jesus —

Wanting to please Him, so much,
as the bridegroom of our soul —

                    God is love —

In heaven we must be loving —

Our lives lived to prepare us for
                        heaven —

                    Heaven is for lovers —

The Passion and suffering of Jesus
helps us to know His love
                    for us —

                Song: A Song from Jesus

                Song: God's Love

Song: Why Do We Hurt the Ones we Love

Song: Teach Me to Love with Your Heart

                R. In religious communities one
has to keep the model of the
                    Trinity before them —

A community is all working as one —

                They have a goal —
                They work for Jesus —

The devil wants people to act like
                    married singles —

The devil wants people to keep
                    working selfishly on themselves —
                    doing old, deadly, isolated
                    habits —

                It's simple —
It takes a lifetime of bending the stubborn will —

As it says in the Holy Spirit Sequence

Bend the stubborn heart and will —
Melt the frozen warm the chill —

                Fr. Mike says —

They do it their way because they want
                        to —

They don't want to change —

They keep doing their will and fighting
                        to do it —

Their will at all cost — whatever
it takes to get their will —

Look at Jesus on the cross who
                    lovingly suffered for YOU —

Sing: Little Baby Hands and Feet

Sing: See the Eyes that Look at Mary

                R. A bridge connects 2 sides —

The devil wants to blow up all relationship
                    bridges —

                Selfishness, isolation, anger, temptations
                    of jealousy, envy —

God wants us one — united, faithful,
                    hopeful, loving, humble,
                    prudent

Jesus: I want communities united —
your image for a community can
be single people — do their
                    own work —

                These communities will only damage
                    the Church —
The Church is My Body —
You are to work, in love, as
                        a body —

The devil presses on the weak link to
                    provoke, be slothful, sit
                    amongst others where unity
is to be warm hearted —

I am the Sacred Heart of Jesus —

This Movement I give you is
to make the love of My
Sacred heart on fire for the
souls I died for — known on this
                    earth —

                Warm - hearted! ! ON FIRE —
                    to know oneness —
the white heat of My love —

                Sing: One Bread, One Body

Jesus: People can put rules on a place —

When I go to this place I know
                    everybody works together —
                    I feel love

When I go to this place —
                    everybody is angry and
they are fighting to do their own will —
                    They fight for dominance

Little children need to learn to share and
                    work with each other —
Some little ones bite to get their way —
                    Some throw temper tantrums

                You must learn to love
God the Father has a Plan —

Using a job in the Church to act out anger
hurts everybody — most of all
                        your soul —

Dead — Dead — Deadly sins

      I am love

I made Lazarus come forth from
              the tomb

              Bound in sin
              Seek Forgiveness —
              Admit your sins —
              Say you are sorry
              Remove the lid

I died for your sins —

I want souls for heaven —

I am merciful to those who
                    seek mercy

Guiding Light homily series - Steadfast to the Son - Cycle A — The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $15
Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word - Cycle B — At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $15
Guiding Light - Feed My Soul - Cycle C — In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $15

Guiding Light - The Word Alive in Our Hearts. - Cycle A (partial) — Homilies by the Reverend Joe Robinson given at St. Boniface Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is a tremendous honor Fr. Joe has allowed us to share these great gifts with you – for greater holiness and knowing more and more about God. $10

Shepherds of Christ Prayer Manual. The Shepherds of Christ has prayer chapters all over the world praying for the priests, the Church and the world. These prayers that Father Carter compiled in the summer of 1994 began this worldwide network of prayer. Currently the prayers are in eight languages with the Church’s Imprimatur. We have prayed daily for the priests, the Church, and the world since 1994. Associates are called to join prayer Chapters and help us circulate the newsletter centered on spreading devotion to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and helping to renew the Church through greater holiness. Please form a Prayer Chapter & order a Prayer Manual.

Holy Spirit Novena Booklet. In four languages with the Imprimatur with 18 scripture readings for two complete novenas – this very powerful Holy Spirit Novena has prayers for prayers for Protection by the Blood of Jesus, Healing, Strength and Light, To Be One with God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, One with Jesus, To Dwell in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, Prayer for the Holy Spirit and His Gifts, and the Word Alive in Our Hearts. All these prayers take about 10 minutes daily recited out loud. $1

Spirituality Handbook. Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. did 3 synopsis of the spiritual life. The Spirituality Handbook, the Priestly Newsletter 2000 Issue 3 and the Tell My People book. The way of spiritual life proposed to the members of Shepherds of Christ Associates is centered in consecration to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. All aspects of the spiritual life discussed below should be viewed as means to help members develop their lives in consecration to Christ, the Sacred Heart, and to Mary, the Immaculate Heart. $3
Priestly Newsletter - 2000 #1 - CD. - Christ is Our Strength - Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. read it the year he died. It is so beautiful. "This brief passage contains one of the greatest lessons of the spiritual life. As we progress along our spiritual journey, we become increasingly aware of how weak we are in our-selves, but how strong we are in Christ. To experience our weakness involves suffering. The degree and kind of suffering can vary. The suffering can include the experience of the classical dark night of the spirit as described by St. John of the Cross. One of the main purposes of the dark night is to make a person keenly aware of his or her helplessness without God." quote by Fr. Carter from the newsletter $10
Priestly Newsletter - 2000 #2 - CD. - Suffering: A Source of Life - Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. read it the year he died. Fr. Carter knew suffering that year. His voice is so powerful as he read each Newsletter from his heart and soul. "Every man has his own share in the redemption. Each one is also called to share in that suffering through which the redemption was accomplished. He is called to share in that suffering through which all human suffering has also been redeemed. In bringing about the redemption through suffering, Christ has also raised human suffering to the level of the redemption. Thus each man in his suffering can also become a sharer in the redemptive suffering of Christ..." quote by Fr. Carter from the newsletter $10
