Mass at 11:00 AM in China on the 13th.

Pastor was telling children in school —
What was the last thing Jesus said before
                    He died
                "I'll be back"

Jesus didn't say it just like this —

The Apostles were dumb founded that the
women found an empty tomb —

                The empty tomb —
The tomb in which Jesus was buried —
Fr. Joe spent time praying in the tomb —
                    The earliest Christians celebrated liturgies
                        until 70A.D.

Then they built a Church to the temple
Goddess and filled the tomb with dirt —

Christ's empty tomb was later dug up —

The witnesses who found the empty tomb
at the time of Jesus had nothing to gain —

Seeing is believing — St. Thomas said this —
But God calls us to faith —
Believe in the risen Christ —
                See Christ in others —

Gospel from Second Sunday of Easter

John 20: 19-31

In the evening of that same day, the first day of the week, the doors were closed in the room where the disciples were, for fear of the Jews. Jesus came and stood among them. He said to them, ‘Peace be with you,’ and, after saying this, he showed them his hands and his side. The disciples were filled with joy at seeing the Lord, and he said to them again, ‘Peace be with you.

    ‘As the Father sent me,
    so am I sending you.’

After saying this he breathed on them and said:

    Receive the Holy Spirit.
    If you forgive anyone’s sins,
    they are forgiven;
    if you retain anyone’s sins,
    they are retained.

Thomas, called the Twin, who was one of the Twelve, was not with them when Jesus came. So the other disciples said to him, ‘We have seen the Lord,’ but he answered, ‘Unless I can see the holes that the nails made in his hands and can put my finger into the holes they made, and unless I can put my hand into his side, I refuse to believe.’ Eight days later the disciples were in the house again and Thomas was with them. The doors were closed, but Jesus came in and stood among them. ‘Peace be with you,’ he said. Then he spoke to Thomas, ‘Put your finger here; look, here are my hands. Give me your hand; put it into my side. Do not be unbelieving any more but believe.’ Thomas replied, ‘My Lord and my God!’ Jesus said to him:

You believe because you can see me.
Blessed are those who have not seen
        and yet believe.

There were many other signs that Jesus worked in the sight of the disciples, but they are not recorded in this book. These are recorded so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing this you may have life through his name.

                Readings from today

Acts 4: 1-12

While they were still talking to the people the priests came up to them, accompanied by the captain of the Temple and the Sadducees. They were extremely annoyed at their teaching the people the resurrection from the dead by proclaiming the resurrection of Jesus. They arrested them, and, as it was already late, they kept them in prison till the next day. But many of those who had listened to their message became believers; the total number of men had now risen to something like five thousand.

It happened that the next day the rulers, elders and scribes held a meeting in Jerusalem with Annas the high priest, Caiaphas, Jonathan, Alexander and all the members of the high-priestly families. They made the prisoners stand in the middle and began to interrogate them, 'By what power, and by whose name have you men done this?' Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, addressed them, ‘Rulers of the people, and elders! If you are questioning us today about an act of kindness to a cripple and asking us how he was healed, you must know, all of you, and the whole people of Israel, that it is by the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, whom you crucified, and God raised from the dead, by this name and by no other that this man stands before you cured. This is the stone which you, the builders, rejected but which has become the cornerstone. Only in him is there salvation; for of all the names in the world given to men, this is the only one by which we can be saved.’

John 21: 1-14

Later on, Jesus revealed himself again to the disciples. It was by the Sea of Tiberias, and it happened like this: Simon Peter, Thomas called the Twin, Nathanael from Cana in Galilee, the sons of Zebedee and two more of his disciples were together. Simon Peter said, ‘I’m going fishing.’ They replied, ‘We’ll come with you.’ They went out and got into the boat but caught nothing that night.

When it was already light, there stood Jesus on the shore, though the disciples did not realise that it was Jesus. Jesus called out, ‘Haven’t you caught anything, friends?’ And when they answered, ‘No,’ he said, ‘Throw the net out to starboard and you’ll find something.’ So they threw the net out and could not haul it in because of the quantity of fish. The disciple who Jesus loved said to Peter, ‘It is the Lord.’ At these words, ‘It is the Lord,’ Simon Peter tied his outer garment round him (for he had nothing on) and jumped into the water. The other disciples came on in the boat, towing the net with the fish; they were only about a hundred yards from land.

As soon as they came ashore they saw that there was some bread there and a charcoal fire with fish cooking on it. Jesus said, ‘Bring some of the fish you have just caught.’ Simon Peter went aboard and dragged the net ashore, full of big fish, one hundred and fifty-three of them; and in spite of there being so many the net was not broken. Jesus said to them ‘Come and have breakfast.’ None of the disciples was bold enough to ask, ‘Who are you?’ They knew quite well it was the Lord. Jesus then stepped forward, took the bread and gave it to them, and the same with the fish. This was the third time that Jesus revealed himself to the disciples after rising from the dead.

God gives to us food for our bodies to live

Jesus gives us Himself in the Eucharist —

                In China, Indiana —
                    we have the Eucharist exposed
We pray 24 hours a day for the priests, the
                        Church and the world

                    God is with us —

Jesus is truly present in the Eucharist

Tomorrow, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday —
I will to the retreat in China, Indiana —

This will be on the internet radio

I am praying to help make reparation for
                    offending Our Beloved God

Jesus told us to pray because we and the
                    human race has offended Him

In a relationship when we offend someone
we say we are sorry —

Jesus wants us to tell Him we are sorry for
                    the offenses against Him —

Many in the human race sin and don't even
admit it or call it sin — they tell
themselves they are perfect when in fact they need
to repent about their sins —
Jesus says have a contrite heart
Jesus says obedience to the Father's will
                    Jesus says humility

Satan wants people to try to raise over Jesus —
Satan wants people to sin and then not tell Jesus
                they are sorry —

A person can be on a pity-pot for years because
they think someone has offended them
and they keep projecting their unforgiveness
                    and revenge on innocent others

A person trying to please God recognizes their
sins and tells God they want to heal their
relationship with God and others the sin
caused — sin is being unloving — sin is
                    putting yourself over God —

A person with a contrite heart — realizes the
truth — how they are not perfect and they
have sinned and must ask for forgiveness
of God and others — They do not recognize
their wounded human nature if they see themselves
                    as perfect

They are to walk humbly — they want to mend relationships —
                    with God and others —
A person with baggage pins their pent up
anger on others and their own unforgiveness
                    hurts relationships —
and as they distance themselves from God
and others because of sin and guilt from
not admitting the truth — they are more miserable and
more miserable for their distanced heart — for God wants
oneness — this was His prayer before His
                    bitter death

    John 17: 20-23

I pray not only for these
    but also for those
    who through their teaching
will come to believe in me.
    May they all be one,
just as, Father, you are in me
       and I am in you,
so that they also may be in us,
so that the world may believe
it was you who sent me.
I have given them the glory
       you gave to me,
that they may be one as we are one.
With me in them and you in me,
may they be so perfected in unity
    that the world will recognise
that it was you who sent me
and that you have loved them
    as you have loved me.

We aren't fooling God — we have to ask for
                    forgiveness to repair our relationship
                    with Him and others —

Only a fool — Jesus says — lies about their sin and
they stay stuck in it —
distancing themselves from God and others —
                    making themselves miserable

Happiness comes in oneness with God
                We were created for this
Happiness comes in telling the truth —
repairing our relationship with God and
others by asking for forgiveness and
                    forgiving others — obeying authority

                God gives us the Mass
                God gives us confession
                God wants truthful hearts —
Oh God forgive me for my sins —

Many don't call it sin anymore
and this fills us with remorse —
darkness — offending God and storing
                    up guilt — a hard heart —

God wants us to restore our relationship
                    with Him and others

Sing: Give me a Heart like Jesus

Act of consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary

"Lord Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the flock, I consecrate myself to Your most Sacred Heart. From Your pierced Heart the Church was born, the Church You have called me, as a member of Shepherds of Christ Associates, to serve in a most special way. You reveal Your Heart as a symbol of Your love in all its aspects, including Your most special love for me, whom You have chosen as Your companion in this most important work. Help me to always love You in return. Help me to give myself entirely to You. Help me always to pour out my life in love of God and neighbor! Heart of Jesus, I place my trust in You!

"Dear Blessed Virgin Mary, I consecrate myself to your maternal and Immaculate Heart, this Heart which is symbol of your life of love. You are the Mother of my Savior. You are also my Mother. You love me with a most special love as a member of Shepherds of Christ Associates, a movement created by your Son as a powerful instrument for the renewal of the Church and the world. In a return of love, I give myself entirely to your motherly love and protection. You followed Jesus perfectly. You are His first and perfect disciple. Teach me to imitate you in the putting on of Christ. Be my motherly intercessor so that, through your Immaculate Heart, I may be guided to an ever closer union with the pierced Heart of Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the flock."

Mary is the Queen of Peace

Let our hearts be holy —
                    like Jesus and Mary

                Model ourselves after Mary's humility

Psalm 118: 1-2, 4, 22-24, 25-27

R. The stone which the builders
rejected has become the cornerstone;

Give thanks to Yahweh for he is good,
for his faithful love endures for ever.
Let the House of Israel say,
‘His faithful love endures for ever.’
Let those who fear Yahweh say,
‘His faithful love endures for ever.’

R. The stone which the builders
rejected has become the cornerstone;

The stone which the builders rejected
has become the cornerstone;
This is Yahweh’s doing,
and we marvel at it.
This is the day which Yahweh has made,
a day for us to rejoice and be glad.

R. The stone which the builders
rejected has become the cornerstone;

We beg you, Yahweh, save us,
we beg you. Yahweh, give us victory!

Blessed in the name of Yahweh is he who is coming!

We bless you from the house of Yahweh.
Yahweh is God,
he gives us light.

R. The stone which the builders
rejected has become the cornerstone;

Luke 1: 46-55

And Mary said:

My soul proclaims
    the greatness of the Lord
and my spirit rejoices
    in God my Saviour;
because he has looked upon
    the humiliation of his servant.
Yes, from now onwards
all generations will call me blessed,
for the Almighty
has done great things for me.
Holy is his name,
and his faithful love extends age after age
    to those who fear him.
He has used the power of his arm,
he has routed the arrogant of heart.
He has pulled down princes
    from their thrones
        and raised high the lowly.
He has filled the starving with good things,
    sent the rich away empty.
He has come to the help
    of Israel his servant,
        mindful of his faithful love
—according to the promise
    he made to our ancestors—
of his mercy to Abraham
and to his descendants for ever.

Words of Jesus to Members of
Shepherds of Christ Associates:

"My beloved priest-companion, I intend to use the priestly newsletter, Shepherds of Christ, and the movement, Shepherds of Christ Associates, in a powerful way for the renewal of My Church and the world.

"I will use the newsletter and the chapters of Shepherds of Christ Associates as a powerful instrument for spreading devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart.

"I am calling many to become members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. To all of them I will give great blessings. I will use them as instruments to help bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. I will give great graces to the members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. Second Sunday of Easter

Acts 5:12-16

The apostles worked many signs and miracles among the people. One in heart, they all used to meet in the Portico of Solomon.  No one else dared to join them, but the people were loud in their praise and the numbers of men and women who came to believe in the Lord increased steadily. Many signs and wonders were worked among the people at the hands of the apostles  so that the sick were even taken out into the streets and laid on beds and sleeping-mats in the hope that at least the shadow of Peter might fall across some of them as he went past.  People even came crowding in from the towns round about Jerusalem, bringing with them their sick and those tormented by unclean spirits, and all of them were cured.

Rev. 1:9-11a, 12-13, 17-19

I, John, your brother and partner in hardships, in the kingdom and in perseverance in Jesus, was on the island of Patmos on account of the Word of God and of witness to Jesus;  it was the Lord’s Day and I was in ecstasy, and I heard a loud voice behind me, like the sound of a trumpet, saying,  'Write down in a book all that you see'
I turned round to see who was speaking to me, and when I turned I saw seven golden lamp-stands
and, in the middle of them, one like a Son of man, dressed in a long robe tied at the waist with a belt of gold.

When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead, but he laid his right hand on me and said, ‘Do not be afraid; it is I, the First and the Last; I am the Living One,  I was dead and look—I am alive for ever and ever, and I hold the keys of death and of Hades.  Now write down all that you see of present happenings and what is still to come.

Luke 22: 19

Then he took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to them, saying, ‘This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.’

Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus

My dear fellow Associate Members,

Jesus is calling special apostles to join a new division of the Shepherds of Christ Movement. Here is a message from Jesus given to Father Carter:

My beloved priest-companion, I am requesting that a new prayer movement be started under the direction of Shepherds of Christ Ministries. I am asking for volunteers who are willing to pray before the Blessed Sacrament for one hour, twice-weekly. Members of the Shepherds of Christ prayer chapters, as well as others, are to be invited to join this movement.

These apostles are to pray for the intentions I am giving you. For part of the hour they are to use the prayers of the Shepherds of Christ Associates Handbook. They may spend the rest of the hour as they so choose.

I will use this new prayer movement within My Shepherds of Christ Ministries in a powerful way to help in the renewal of My Church and the world. I will give great graces to those who join this movement. The name, Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus, is to be given to this movement.

I am inviting My beloved Rita Ring to be coordinator for this activity.

I pour out the great love of My Sacred Heart to all. I am Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the flock.

This is indeed a special calling for us to unite in one heart with His Eucharistic Heart and pray for the following intentions:

    1. For the spread of the devotion to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary culminating in the reign of the Sacred Heart and the triumph of the Immaculate Heart.
    2. For the Pope.
    3. For all bishops of the world.
    4. For all priests.
    5. For all sisters and brothers in the religious life.
    6. For all members of the Shepherds of Christ Movement, and for the spread of this movement to the world.
    7. For all members of the Catholic Church.
    8. For all members of the human family.
    9. For all souls in purgatory.

Revelation 1: 9-13, 17-19

I, John, your brother and partner in hardships, in the kingdom and in perseverance in Jesus, was on the island of Patmos on account of the Word of God and of witness to Jesus; it was the Lord’s Day and I was in ecstasy, and I heard a loud voice behind me, like the sound of a trumpet, saying, ‘Write down in a book all that you see, and send it to the seven churches of Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodicea.’ I turned round to see who was speaking to me, and when I turned I saw seven golden lamp–stands and, in the middle of them, one like a Son of man, dressed in a long robe tied at the waist with a belt of gold

God wants us to be one with Him
                    and others —

This is the greatest commandment —

Matthew 22: 36-40

'Master, which is the greatest commandment of the Law?' Jesus said to him, 'You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment. The second resembles it: You must love your neighbour as yourself. On these two commandments hang the whole Law, and the Prophets too.'

God puts woman and man together in
                    the sacrament of Matrimony
                    to bear fruit, children but
she has pain in child bearing

                We are to walk hand-in-hand
with each other in love —

                God is love —

The Church is ONE, Holy, Catholic
                    and Apostolic —

How can one renew anything that
is one and holy if one is not
                    united, loving and holy —
                    themselves —

The mission of the Shepherds of Christ is
to open ones arms in love — to be
united in one mind and one heart
to bring greater love and unity
and peace in helping to renew
the Church and the world —
                    obeying our rule in the
                    Movement

The Church is the bride of Christ —
Bride and Bridegroom are to be united
                    bringing forth children —
                    fruit for the Kingdom
                    One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic

Our lives are lived to do God's
                    will —

Our lives are to be for God's honor
                    and glory

For all eternity we are to want the
beatific vision — being one in
                    love with the Trinity —

The Trinity is the most perfect
                    community —

In spreading the devotion to the
Hearts of Jesus and Mary —
We dwell in Their Hearts in
                    greater oneness — we are
                    brought forth more and
                    more in the spiritual
                    womb of our Mother —
                    her Immaculate Heart —
                    as the Holy Spirit molds
us in the image of Jesus —

                God is our Father
                Mary is our Mother —

We are one in unity with the
New Adam and the New Eve —

We dwell in Their Hearts in great
purity — to be more and more like our Heavenly Father —
pure and holy — more perfected —
We recognize we are sinners —

We are dying more and more to our sinful
                    ways to be
more and more like Jesus and
bring the life of resurrection in our lives
                        to the world —

We have been called by God to bear fruit
                    for the Kingdom

from Tell My People

"What I say to you in the dark, tell in the day-
light; what you hear in whispers, proclaim
from the housetops."
(Matthew 10:27)

Jesus Has Come to Give Us Life

Jesus: "This is the day celebrating My Resurrection (Easter). The day of newness of life. I am Lord and Master. I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Tell My people to come to Me if they wish to experience life in abundance. I want to give all an ever greater share in the life of My Resurrection. Without Me you cannot be happy, nor have peace, nor have real joy. Tell My people to surrender to Me more and more. The more they do so, the more they will experience My love, wisdom, power, peace, joy, happiness, mercy, and goodness. Within My Heart My people will find these riches. I am Lord and Master! Please listen to My words."

Reflection: Through His life, death, and resurrection, Jesus has come to give us life, and to give us this life in abundance.

When we were baptized, we were incorporated into Christ and His Church. When we were baptized, we received the life of sanctifying grace. This life is a created sharing in the life of the Trinity. Truly, we are called to live a God-like existence according to the teaching and example of Jesus! It is our duty and our privilege to develop our life of grace—our Christ-life—through our participation in the Mass, through the reception of the sacraments, through prayer, and through all other good works. Indeed, we are called to love God and neighbor more and more.

What a glorious life has been given to us! In a spirit of thanksgiving, and together with Mary our Mother, let us always strive to know Christ more intimately, to love Him more ardently, and to follow Him more closely, so that He will always bring us to a closer union with the Father in the unity of the Holy Spirit.

Age of the Two Hearts

Jesus:  "My beloved priest-companion, I have allowed you to experience in extraordinary fashion the riches contained in My Heart and My Mother's Heart. I desire that you tell all My people about these riches. I desire that My people consecrate themselves to My Sacred Heart and to Mary's Immaculate Heart. My people are living in the beginnings of the age of the Two Hearts.

"After the time of the purification is completed, this new era of the Church and the world will become firmly established. This era will be characterized by the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. All those who consecrate themselves to My Heart and to My Mother's Heart will help to establish this glorious new age. I am Lord and Master. Please listen to My urgent request. Within Our Hearts you will experience the love and security, the peace and the joy, which you all desire. I love My people with a tremendous love, and in My love I give them this message!"

Jesus: "My beloved companion, remind My people of their responsibility toward the world. They have a duty to try to make this a better world for all to live in.

"Today there is much which is wrong with the world. Sin covers the face of the earth. Sins of all kinds blemish the goodness of My Father's creation.

"However, My Mother and I are increasingly gathering our forces for the battle against Satan and his followers. We are more and more forming Our followers to wage the battle to win back that part of the world dominated by Satan's influence. We are forming our followers in the ways of love. We are forming Our followers with the grace which flows from the bosom of My Father, through My Heart, given in the Holy Spirit, and distributed through the intercession of the maternal and Immaculate Heart of Mary.

"We are forming Our followers to give themselves in the greatest love for God and neighbor. We are bringing them ever more closely to Our Hearts so that they may draw from the flames of love of My Heart and Mary's Heart! The more My followers dwell in Mary's Heart and My Heart, the more they are enlightened and strengthened to give themselves for the salvation of the world.

"I am Lord and Master. I ask all to follow Me and My Mother to help us bring forth the great age of love and peace for the world. This age will emerge after the phase of purification has been completed. This age will be characterized by the triumph of Mary's immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. In this great new age, soon to come, My people will love and praise My Father, with Mary and through Me and in the Holy Spirit, as never before!

"I love My people with a tremendous, burning love, and in this love I give them this message!"

Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus

Jesus: My beloved priest-companion, I am requesting that a new prayer movement be started under the direction of Shepherds of Christ Ministries.

I will call them to be deeply united to My Heart and to Mary's Heart as I lead them ever closer to My Father in the Holy Spirit."

- Message from Jesus to Father Edward J. Carter, S.J., Founder, as given on July 31, 1994,
feast of Saint Ignatius Loyola, Founder of the Society of Jesus (The Jesuits)
