A Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb, the Bridegroom of the Soul

Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

Messenger: The beginning of the guidelines in the Shepherds of Christ handbook is this...A primary purpose of the chapters of Shepherds of Christ Associates is to pray for all priests throughout the world in all their needs. A coequal purpose is to provide a spiritual way of life for members of the chapters.

Messenger: Our Lady of Fatima gave the message to tell us the importance of consecration and the rosary. I cry inside to know how fundamentally important this is that we live this life of consecration begun at Baptism in order to become more and more one in Him.

Part of our mission in the Shepherds of Christ Movement is to obey His messages that will help us to grow in a deeper love union with our beloved Lord. It is depth. To say the word "Father" can call to mind all kinds of experiences in a soul. The more one becomes intimately united to our beloved Savior, the more He takes us to a deeper love union with our beloved Father in the Holy Spirit.

I live now in experiences in which I was given great lights and intense union with the Trinity. I existed in God to a heightened level and experienced such depth of knowing God and comprehending more fully the Divine Mysteries.

I know this place of intimacy with Him which is only a foreshadowing of the beatific vision, but in it there is that great gift of enjoying that which our souls crave, a heightened level of existing in Him. It is indeed hard to explain a state in which you are so intimately united to God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Now I try to live in this place. I know each Person most intimately. I know the oneness of God. I had been baptized in the Spirit soon after Jesus began to give me the messages in God's Blue Book, in 1991. I begged the Spirit to fill me by praying a novena to the Holy Spirit twice a day. The more I prayed the Shepherds of Christ prayers, the deeper I went into His Heart, experiencing more and more the riches He gives through these prayers. All this is a result of consecration to Mary and her Immaculate Heart. I unite to Him in the absolute purity of her Heart since mine is so tainted. This allows me in all my imperfections and sin to be so closely united to our God. When I come in Mary's Heart, I know more that Spousal union between Mary and the Holy Spirit and my heart flutters with fire when I meditate on Their union. I began to have a deeper union with the Father the more I consecrated my heart through the Shepherds of Christ prayers.

Jesus gave the following message to Father Carter July 31, 1994, Feast of St. Ignatius Loyola, Founder of the Society of Jesus (the Jesuits). 

Words of Jesus to Members of Shepherds of Christ Associates:

"My beloved priest-companion, I intend to use the priestly newsletter, Shepherds of Christ, and the movement, Shepherds of Christ Associates, in a powerful way for the renewal of My Church and the world.

"I will use the newsletter and the chapters of Shepherds of Christ Associates as a powerful instrument for spreading devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart.

"I am calling many to become members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. To all of them I will give great blessings. I will use them as instruments to help bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. I will give great graces to the members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. I will call them to be deeply united to My Heart and to Mary's Heart as I lead them ever closer to My Father in the Holy Spirit."

Messenger: Note strongly the last sentence and His promise.

Jesus speaks: "I will call them to be deeply united to My Heart and to Mary's Heart as I lead them ever closer to My Father in the Holy Spirit."

Messenger: Oh my beloved friends, I write as a messenger of God. All of us who have followed the prayers given to us by our God in the Shepherds of Christ have experienced a deeper and deeper union in Him.

He is the Almighty God. Infinite. In less than the batting of an eye, He takes my soul into such ecstasy and I experience such depth IN HIM. This is our existence for all eternity, to be existent in our beloved God.

In Blue Book I, He states His intent in this Mission.

May 13, 1993 

Jesus speaks: My dear child, if you stay close to Me, then I live in you and you live in Me. I am He Who created you and I love you with such an intensity that you will never know.

Messenger: You were created for this ultimate union with your God, to be possessed by God.

Why persecute me for delivering the messages He summons me to deliver to you for a deeper love, for a spousal union with Him?

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; the first heaven and the first earth had disappeared now, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride dressed for her husband. Then I heard a loud voice call from the throne, 'Look, here God lives among human beings. He will make his home among them; they will be his people, and he will be their God, God-with-them. He will wipe away all tears from their eyes; there will be no more death, and no more mourning or sadness or pain. The world of the past has gone.'

Then the One sitting on the throne spoke. 'Look, I am making the whole of creation new. Write this, "What I am saying is trustworthy and will come true."' Then he said to me, 'It has already happened. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give water from the well of life free to anybody who is thirsty; anyone who proves victorious will inherit these things; and I will be his God and he will be my son.

Messenger: I quote Sunday's gospel, Jeremiah 20:7-9

Messenger: These prayers (Shepherds of Christ Prayer Manual) given by our Lord will help lead souls into a deeper love union with their Creator.

This is a promise our Lord made in the message. We do not teach that which is new, we are here revealing more into the depth of His love.

I can say the word "Father" and not experience much or I can say the word "Father" and my heart palpitates with the deepest love for my beloved heavenly Father Whom I live to love and serve. I live constantly to try to do His will. Is it not our desire to love our Father so much, to know Him and please Him?

I have not in any way arrived. I struggle constantly with the awareness of my fallen human nature and my constant dependency on Him. I wish to live in the Father's will and deliver a message which has affected so many of His precious souls. It is His might, it is His grace, it is His gift to share with us the intimate secrets of His Heart.

Help me spread the prayer manuals, and please pray the prayers. These are the prayers of Jesus to help bring about the Reign of His Sacred Heart.

'I have come to bring fire to the earth, and how I wish it were blazing already! There is a baptism I must still receive, and what constraint I am under until it is completed!'

A message for the Earth from Jesus
January 22, 1998

I am the Good Shepherd, these are My prayers, the prayers I give to help renew the Church and the world, all prayer chapters are asked to include these prayers (found in the Shepherds of Christ Prayer Manual). As My Apostles and Shepherds I ask you to encourage all existing Chapters to try to encourage all existing prayer groups to pray the Shepherds of Christ prayers. Encourage all Churches to pray these prayers. It is most urgent that the people of this earth concur with the Father's wishes to begin Prayer Chapters. This is an urgent request from the Good Shepherd. The flock will become one when they have given their hearts to Jesus and Mary. Encourage all priests to pray the Shepherds of Christ prayers. Your world will be lighted with great light as the people of this earth pray these prayers.

My promise is this to you My beloved earth: When you give your heart to Me and spread the devotion to My Sacred Heart, I will write your name In My Heart. I promise to give the greatest graces when you pray these prayers for renewal of the Church and the world and take all who pray them deeply into My Heart. The prayers I give will bring about the reign of My Sacred Heart and the triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart. I am Jesus Christ, this is My message of January 22, 1998, Please circulate this message to your world. I am the Good Shepherd, I know Mine and Mine know Me and they follow Me. Grace My Shepherds, I will give you the greatest graces for spreading these words to this earth and to your Church. I love you, I am Jesus Christ, the Son of Man, it is the Plan of the Father that Prayer Chapters are begun immediately and the Priestly Newsletter is given to all priests. The Voice of the Good Shepherd speaks through it.

Jesus speaks: My beloved souls,
Please help Me to reach the world with My priestly newsletter and My prayers (Shepherds of Christ Prayer Manual) in order to take the world deeper into My Heart.

I must reign as the King and Center of all hearts.

You must come through the Immaculate Heart of My Mother.

Mary is the Ark of the Covenant.

At the time of Noah only those who boarded the ark were saved from the flood.
