A Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb, the Bridegroom of the Soul

Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

Jesus speaks: I am forming a community with a rigorous prayer life in the Shepherds of Christ Movement.

It is at the present time made up of apostles, lay people who have given their lives, and the servants and handmaids who have given their lives and do not intend to marry. They follow the rules I have dictated. They pray for the priests and the renewal of the Church and the world. Unlike other ministries, this one is given to My dictates specifically to help bring about the reign of My Sacred Heart, to lead men into this great reign of peace.

All must follow as I have asked according to the directions given.

There are other levels of commitment, some do not call for this deep level of spirituality.

I ask you to list the levels of commitment from the home page.

There are seven levels of commitment in the Shepherds of Christ Movement.

  1. There are Associates who gather and pray at least once monthly as a group and also help with donations to support the Shepherds of Christ priestly newsletter. They can be tremendously involved. They give as they feel they are able.
  2. Apostles are member who have restricted their apostolic activity to the Shepherds of Christ. They literally act as a body of lay people who have given their lives in their present living situation to do all that they can to bring about the Reign of the Sacred Heart and triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart.
  3. Prayer Apostles are often shut-ins, some are able to go to church and pray. They spend much of their lives praying for the Movement.
  4. Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus are those who spend at least two separate hours weekly before the Blessed Sacrament praying for the following:
    1. For the spread of the devotion to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary culminating in the reign of the Sacred Heart and the triumph of the Immaculate Heart.
    2. For the Pope.
    3. For all bishops of the world.
    4. For all priests.
    5. For all sisters and brothers in the religious life.
    6. For all members of the Shepherds of Christ Movement, and for the spread of this Movement to the world.
    7. For all members of the Catholic Church.
    8. For all members of the human family.
    9. For all souls in purgatory.

In that hour before the Eucharist they spend part of the time praying the Shepherds of Christ prayers and the rosary. The time can be spent with spouse or others, but most spend the time alone before the Eucharist.

  5. Handmaids of the Good Shepherd are young and older women who have given their lives in community primarily to pray for the Shepherds of Christ Movement and intentions and to be special spouses of Jesus. Some have more duties than others. All have the primary duty of prayer and the desire to be a special spouse of Our Lord. One of the functions of the handmaids is their involvement in praying for and helping to circulate the priestly newsletter. The handmaids are not members of a religious order.
  6. Servants of the Good Shepherd are men who live in community with a lifestyle and purpose similar to that of the handmaids. The servants are not members of a religious order.
  7. We wish to form a special congregation of priests who will realize their great oneness with Christ. They will be consecrated deeply to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary and support the Shepherds of Christ Movement as holy priests.

Whatever one's level of commitment in the Shepherds of Christ Movement, all share in promoting the overall goal of the Movement. This goal is to help in the spiritual renewal of the Church and the world. All the varied ministries of the Movement are directed toward this purpose. The spirituality which the Shepherds of Christ Movement presents to its members and to those outside the Movement through its various ministries is very basic. This spirituality is explicitly Trinitarian and Christocentric. Our spirituality helps others, especially priests, to develop a very deep union with Jesus, this Jesus who leads us to the Father in the Holy Spirit with Mary at our side. Our spirituality is deeply Eucharistic. We stress very much participation in the Mass and prayer before the Blessed Sacrament. We also emphasize the extremely important role of prayer in the spiritual life. Devotion to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, especially consecration to Their Hearts, is also a most important and central element. We are very much interested in helping to bring the Fatima message to completion, a message which has consecration to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary at its very core.

Jesus speaks: I require apostles, handmaids and servants to restrict their activities to Shepherds of Christ. I require only Shepherds of Christ material be circulated at My Shepherds of Christ Centers, with the Documents of the Church, Catechisms, Lectionaries, and Bibles.

I want this Movement to be rooted firmly in the truth. There is error in some of the materials circulating today. This is My Movement to pray for priests and help renew the Church and the world. I ask you to help Me to bring about the reign of My Heart.

I love you, Jesus.

This note should appear at the end of the message September 9, 1999.
Also this note should begin September 10, 1999.

A City Set on the Hill will Shine to the Rest of the World.

I love you, Jesus.

Jesus speaks: My Mother has appeared in Florida to teach the world to pray. I have set up My Movement and My community with a rigorous prayer life, praying for the Church and the world.

Others have decided how they would set up their communities, but I have dictated exactly the form for prayer all through the day I wish you to follow.

Apostles’, Handmaids’ and Servants’ Prayer Schedule

All attend daily Mass and try to remain twenty minutes after Communion.

All spend, on a daily basis, at least one hour before the Blessed Sacrament.

All are encouraged to write a letter to Jesus daily telling Him their feelings. On difficult days this can be done more than once. All are then encouraged, after writing for ten minutes, to read a Blue Book message for ten minutes, and then spend time with Me in silent communication in the heart.

All that are able are encouraged to do 6:20 prayers especially p.m., a.m. if possible, but at least once a day. This includes some preliminary prayers and songs given by Me which will follow on a sheet called the jiffy sheet with calendar and feasts. It includes the Holy Spirit Novena given by Me, the Shepherds of Christ prayers and the rosary. All prayers are offered for the Shepherds of Christ intentions, the priests, the Church and the world. Presently, many are praying for Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center.

All pray at least one rosary daily, many pray three or more.

All try to pray the Infant of Prague Novena hourly, praying for special needs and the intentions of the Shepherds of Christ Movement.

All are encouraged to include prayers to the Child Jesus of Good Health in all their prayers.

I encourage you to listen to a tape of the priestly newsletter or read the priestly newsletter at least five minutes every day.

I encourage you to listen to a live rosary tape 5 minutes every day, especially in times of distress.

Many spend more time in prayer, attending Mass more often if possible and meditating on the daily Scripture readings at Mass.

The life of consecration is lived every day.

Every morning begins with the Morning Offering.

Every moment is seen as connected to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, at every moment offering one’s life to help in the act of redemption, wishing at every moment to help save souls, praying for their own personal holiness, and praying for the priests and the renewal of the Church and the world.

Some pray daily the Divine Mercy Chaplet at 3:00.

This is the basic prayer structure of an apostle’s, servant’s and handmaid’s daily prayer life as I have formulated for them.

September 10, 1999 - 12:00 noon Friday - 2nd message

Messenger: Our Lord appeared in the Sacred Heart statue in China, Indiana. He was surrounded by a bright light and His hand was before Him, fingers up as teaching. There was a halo surrounding His head and His head went up and down as teaching. The sanctuary and all under Him had an aura. It is so difficult to explain. Before the Mass I had His Presence beside me. He was dressed in his red and white robe as the Sacred Heart.

It was this Sacred Heart who appeared and His head moved up and down as the priest spoke and He remained here with us for a long time.

I have had very little experiences in China, Indiana, with visions. On June 13, 1999, after the 108 day novena the people saw the Monstrance turn from one side of the Church to the other as if He was facing the people. This, too, occurred the last 13th in August, but Our Lord did not want me to talk about it on the 13ths because He wanted them to focus on His words spoken. He wanted them to be intimately united to Him and not focus on signs.

I felt the swelling within my heart to just want to be united to God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit for all eternity.

I felt the desire within me to reach as many souls as possible in order to help in their salvation.

I cried so deeply to be so one with God in offering this sacrifice. I prayed that the far ends of the earth would resound with the grace released to bring about the reign of His Heart on this earth.

I see this time as it says in Revelation 12:10-12.

Revelation 12:10-12

Then I heard a voice shout from heaven, ‘Salvation and power and empire for ever have been won by our God, and all authority for his Christ, now that the accuser, who accused our brothers day and night before our God, has been brought down. They have triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word to which they bore witness, because even in the face of death they did not cling to life. So let the heavens rejoice and all who live there; but for you, earth and sea, disaster is coming-- because the devil has gone down to you in a rage, knowing that he has little time left.’

Messenger: Plead with me, unite your every breath to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass to plead for souls that they will go to heaven.

I plead to let the captives free, to be set free from the snarl of the evil one.

Oh Father, we say the Our Father with our whole hearts, united in this Holy Sacrifice with TEARS IN OUR EYES and longing in our hearts that THY KINGDOM COME, THY WILL BE DONE ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN, DELIVER US FROM EVIL.

OH FATHER, we honor You and worship You and love You and thank You and praise You and beg with our whole hearts for mercy.

We cry, LAMB of God You take away the sins of the world, have mercy on us. Lamb of God, You take away the sins of the world, have mercy on us. Lamb of God, You take away the sins of the world, grant us peace.

He is so near and with us. We have nothing to fear, but the fear of not pleasing Him. Men may deliver us to be burned, but we take with us our souls, I want mine filled with the greatest grace and crystal white, most likened to Him to have the very deepest union with my Beloved for all eternity.

I repeat again, Lamb of God, You take away the sins of the world, have mercy on us.

All through the Mass, I had the presence of our Mother Mary as on the building in Florida. I felt the anguish of the Mother’s Heart when she appeared as she did so many times in the Sorrowful Mother statue. I hear her say, "I stood beneath the cross of my Son and I cried" and I stand there, so one in her Heart, pleading for her beloved children at the altar of Sacrifice, wanting so much that grace be poured out on the souls, her little children. I cried.

Mother Mary appears in Florida to teach us to pray, to be so deeply rooted in Their Hearts and to be powerful intercessors after her example. As she interceded on this earth for the Apostles.

I intercede in her Heart and the Heart of her Son, our beloved God, for His precious souls on the earth.

Oh Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to Thee.

Hear Mary --

Sorrowful Mother Statue at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center

Mary speaks: "I stood beneath the cross of my Son and I cried."

Messenger: United to the Mass, all day let us plead in Their Hearts with such depth and emotion for the souls, the little children of Mary for whom she cries.

We come through her powerful intercession.

Look how the Church grew when she was on earth interceding.

Now we intercede in her Immaculate Heart that our sacrifice is most holy and pure.

Oh Jesus, we love You so. Help us, we are the sinful children of Adam and Eve, we come to the altar of Sacrifice pleading in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, the New Adam and New Eve. Help us, help us, hear our constant prayer. We are members of the body of Christ pleading for grace and mercy.
