We can send all the Newsletters —
have them printed — it is what God
does in a miracle — through our prayers —
praying for grace that changes the
hearts. We only move boxes — Newsletters —
Jesus does the miracles, Jesus changes
                the hearts —

We can put all the statues out
there with Mary's glass — Jesus changes
the hearts — We pray for grace — We ask
them to pray the prayers in the prayer
                manual before the statues —

The grace God outpours is the
gift — we do the work — God is the
one who gives a miracle if He chooses —

His timing is perfect — I try to do
God's will if I am happy, or sad —
My feelings don't determine how I act
I focus on God's will for me —
I do God's will — even if others may not
act the way I think they should — my
actions are based on trying to do
God's will for me — not what others do —
I try to do what Jesus wants of me —
                His timing is important —
Some times people are closed —
                Some times entire open —
                God reads the hearts —
                It is important to pray

The book on the Eucharist by Fr. John
                    is awesome

I read it for a disc yesterday before
the exposed Eucharist — It was so
very powerful — Hopefully it will
be available on disc on September 13 —

Excerpts from The Spirituality of Fatima

by Father Carter, S.J.

September 13, 1917

More than 30,000 people were present in September, and saw a shower of mysterious white petals fall to within 10 feet of the ground before dissolving into the air. Many also saw the globe of light bearing the Lady come to rest atop the tree, and the branches bend as though someone were standing on them. Later, they saw the cloud depart into the east, from whence it had come.(16)

Psalm 118: 24

This is the day which Yahweh has made, a day for us to rejoice and be glad.

Resistance to God's will in our hearts is
painful for us — like walking
                    against a concrete wall —
                    rather than a clear path

God the Father has a plan for us today

Luke 1: 46-55

                The Magnificat

And Mary said:

My soul proclaims
    the greatness of the Lord
and my spirit rejoices
    in God my Saviour;
because he has looked upon
    the humiliation of his servant.
Yes, from now onwards
all generations will call me blessed,
for the Almighty
has done great things for me.
Holy is his name,
and his faithful love extends age after age
    to those who fear him.
He has used the power of his arm,
he has routed the arrogant of heart.
He has pulled down princes
    from their thrones
        and raised high the lowly.
He has filled the starving with good things,
    sent the rich away empty.
He has come to the help
    of Israel his servant,
        mindful of his faithful love
—according to the promise
    he made to our ancestors—
of his mercy to Abraham
and to his descendants for ever.

                Sing:  Holy is His Name

Life is life rooted in Him —

So we go to Mass and the devil knows we
can get lots of grace — so he
tries to get us focused on being
                    angry — closed — irritated

We are like a closed door —
like a jar with a lid on it if
we give into negative thinking at
                    Church —

We need to know satan tries to attack at Church

We must not give into a 5¢ irritation
when Jesus, the Son of God is
giving Himself to us in Communion.

I remember doing a prayer service under
Mary's image on the 5th and a dad was dying
in the hospital — the family all came and prayed
during the 5th service and the dad
recovered and is still great today.

Jesus told me to give the family
                a statue early this year — I don't
                communicate with them, nor even
know what they look like —

I called Kathleen — she said she didn't
know the phone number — I said "Jesus said
to give them a statue" She went down stairs
at the Virgin Mary building and the sister-in-law
                was there —

She said — Rita said we should give ______
a statue — the lady came later with the dad
who was healed 5 years ago — At that time
the mom was in the hospital being operated on —
3 doctors told her she had cancer and
had to have her kidney removed —

When they went in — the kidney was fine —
this was during the dad and daughter
picking up the statue at the Virgin
                    Mary building

My husband had a good friend and he was diagnosed
with cancer and given less than a few weeks
                    to live —

Jesus told me to take him the Jesus water —
I never really met him, but I went
                    to the hospital —
                    he was so sick —
                    he bounced up and said
                    I knew it - I will be healed —
And he lived over two years longer

God took Fr. Carter when He was ready
                    for him —

I thought Our Lady of Clearwater would heal him —
Jesus told me "Would you have me deprive a soul
                    of their just reward"

And I saw him in white all happy and then
                    Fr. Carter died.

I know the Jesus water and the statues have helped
as people pray for the grace of healing —

I know praying these prayers are really
powerful — the prayers Jesus gave Fr. Carter
and told Him to write the Newsletter

July 31, 1994

Words of Jesus to Members of
Shepherds of Christ Associates:

"My beloved priest-companion, I intend to use the priestly newsletter, Shepherds of Christ, and the movement, Shepherds of Christ Associates, in a powerful way for the renewal of My Church and the world.

"I will use the newsletter and the chapters of Shepherds of Christ Associates as a powerful instrument for spreading devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart.

"I am calling many to become members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. To all of them I will give great blessings. I will use them as instruments to help bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. I will give great graces to the members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. I will call them to be deeply united to My Heart and to Mary's Heart as I lead them ever closer to My Father in the Holy Spirit."

- Message from Jesus to Father Edward J. Carter, S.J., Founder, as given on July 31, 1994,
feast of Saint Ignatius Loyola, Founder of the Society of Jesus (The Jesuits)

People who have prayed the prayers — I don't
even know are in one mind and one heart
with us in states far away I
                    have not even met —

We are a family — in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary
praying for the priests, the Church and the
                world.

We are deeply united as members of the
                body of Christ —

We are saturated with His grace —

The power is in the Eucharist
The more I am empty — not filled with hate and
unforgiveness, the more I am an empty
vessel ready to be filled with His grace —
The space inside me is vacated —————
Satan wants us a clogged vessel —

What happens if you pour a liquid on
a jar with the lid on —

Don't let satan come and close off our
hearts at Mass and during these retreats
open the jar — take the lid off so
                    the liquid goes in —

                    Don't be focused on self
Don't give into satan to be angry and a
                        clogged vessel

Pray for healing during these retreats and
                    at Mass

                Be an open vessel —

I see God the Father looking down
                at me and saying

Now little child — obey the Father —
                    My commandments
                    Be loving
                    Do My will —

And then we live with resistance to God's
will and are tense and angry and unhappy
                    inside —

                God the Father says —

                Look at Jesus

Jesus did the will of the Father

Luke 22: 42

‘Father,’ he said, ‘if you are willing, take this cup away from me. Nevertheless, let your will be done, not mine.’

                What to say —
living in God's will makes us happy —
                    even though we suffer

THE SEVEN SORROWS OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY
AT A SHEPHERDS OF CHRIST MEETING

February 22, 1995

The Prophecy of Simeon
Mary, Joseph and the child Jesus went to the temple. Simeon, the prophet, inspired by the Holy Spirit, met them and told Joseph and Mary of the great sufferings of Jesus and Mary. He told Mary that a sword would pierce her heart. From that point on, Mary ever remembered the prophecy of Simeon whenever she beheld her child. When she looked at His little body, even as an infant, she knew He would suffer. Every time she clothed Him and watched Him at play, her heart was torn in her chest as she knew what He would suffer. And a sword, too, shall pierce your Heart, O Mary!

The Flight into Egypt
Joseph was told by the angel to flee. Joseph, Mary and the child Jesus had to flee because of what might happen to Jesus. They had to pack for a long stay. The child Jesus was so small! They left on their journey, hearts full of fear, trying to protect Jesus. They were forced to flee into Egypt.

Jesus Is Lost, In the Temple
Imagine the sufferings in Mary's heart when she realized the child Jesus was not with them. Think of how it would be to lose your child and not know where he was or if anything happened to him. With sorrow in their hearts, Mary and Joseph returned to Jerusalem to look for the child Jesus. And a sword, too, shall pierce your heart, O Mary!

Jesus Carries His Cross
Song: See the eyes that look at Mary, her tender infant child. See the child's Heart beat so tenderly, the Savior of the world!
See the eyes of Jesus and Mary as they met on Calvary. Mary's Heart knew Jesus' Heart so well! From the first moment of conception and throughout His life, Mary was so connected with Jesus and now she peered into His eyes. The crown of thorns adorned His Head! Blood ran down His face! A heavy cross on His back! Wounded, His whole body covered with bleeding wounds! And her whole life flashed before her, the life that she had spent with Jesus. This was the beloved child that she had held in her arms when Simeon told Mary that 'a sword, too, shall pierce your Heart, O Mary!'

Jesus Dies on the Cross
Mary stood under Jesus' cross as He was put to death. The child that she had held in her arms as Simeon prophesied, And a sword, too, shall pierce your Heart, O Mary! Now Jesus is dead on the cross! He gave His flesh, He gave His blood so that we might be with Him forever in heaven. He held not back. He gave His all. He calls out to us this day to see through the eyes of His mother as she appears and calls out with a Heart of great love, "Return to the love of my Son! He is with you this day. He remains with you, no less present than the day that He hung on the cross, in the Eucharist. He longs for you to come and be with Him. He is in your brother. How can you not love your brother when Jesus died for your brother?"

Her Heart was pierced with a sword. His Heart was pierced with a lance. What came forth was blood and water, the sacramental life of the church. He lives with us this day in the Church. He gives to us His sacraments, the source of His life! He gives to us the Sacrament of Penance whereby any sin that we commit can be taken away through the priest. He wants us to be so close to Him! He gives us everything to be close to Him. But we see with such limited vision only those things that are right before our face, when the true reality is that which we don't see with our eyes, the reality of the invisible divinity of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, in the consecrated Host! This is reality! This is our life! This is our power! This is God! And a sword, too, shall pierce your Heart, O Mary!

Jesus Is Taken Down from the Cross
If we ever doubted for one second that we were loved, we could visualize the picture of Mary as she sat beneath the cross with the lifeless, battered, bruised and bloodied body of her Son in her arms, the same child that she held when Simeon prophesied her suffering. He gave His last breath. He gave the last beat of His Heart. He gave His all! This is the way He complied with the Will of the Father. He came to show us the way. He died in perfect peace. To His death He was in peace because He knew the Father's love. The Father loves us so much that He gave His only begotten Son for love of us! The Spirit descended upon the Virgin Mary and the Word was made flesh! The love of the Two Hearts! Such immense love beating for us!

In all love there is suffering. Her Heart was pierced with a sword. His Heart was pierced with a lance. And a sword, too, shall pierce your Heart, O Mary!

Jesus Is Locked in the Tomb
And now Jesus, His body lifeless, is locked in a tomb! What cold reality for Mary to realize that His body is now gone! A stone separated her from her Son!

He gave His last breath! He gave the last beat of His Heart for love of each one of us! And she comes to us this day with her sweet, beautiful voice and she asks us to go to her Son and love Him! How can we refuse Jesus who spread His arms and gave His life for each and every one of us? How can we not trust Him when He loved us so much that He allowed them to tear His flesh, to crown Him with piercing thorns and, lastly, to hang Him on a cross? He truly gave His life for us! He, truly God, is with us this day, the same as the day He died on the cross, in the tabernacle! And we take it so lightly! Death has no power over Him! Locked in the tomb for three days, He rose triumphant on the third day as He had foretold. He comes to give us life. He gives us the sacrament of Baptism that initiates us into His life, that makes us children of God and heirs of heaven if we remain in the state of grace. He asks two things: love of God and love of one another! He came to show us the way and His way is love. To His death on the cross He loved each one of us! He calls out to each one of us here today to be His soldiers, to march on a world that has forgotten God, that has forgotten what it is like to love! It is a battle to live in this world. But the battle is won with hearts that are filled with His love, empowered by the grace and might that He pours out in the Eucharist. He calls out for us to come to the Eucharist and to the tabernacle and be fed with His very flesh and blood. To feed on Divine Life, the greatest nourishment, the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ, the Son of God! This is the love He gives. This is the love He asks us to share.

Message from Ascension Thursday, May 21, 1998

Jesus speaks: (with great emotion)  COME OUT OF YOUR TOMBS, COME OUT I CALL YOU!!!!  I have imparted to you knowledge of myself, transforming your heart and soul to be more likened to mine.

I give you messages after the reception of the Eucharist for it is then I am most one with you. Put aside the thoughts of burgers and what have you in your minds and listen to Me you earthly beings.

Come out of your tombs, come out I call to you who slumber and sleep and do not hear the voice of the Mighty One. Your are like the dead that need to be raised. A trumpet horn blaring would not waken a man who is blind from birth. Only the Lord will unlock the minds of the senseless men, so foolish, but oh how I do indeed love them so.

Come out I tell you, I call you, in your sleepy state with scales in your eyes you do not see. If these scales were removed and a fresh lense graphed on the already existing eye, the men may see then clearly that I speak in these messages to bring about the Reign of My Heart and the triumph of the wailing woman's Heart on the earth.

I came, I gave the gifts and the world slept. My little ones, the apostles slept in the garden when my hour was at hand.

Oh my shanty little town, you are stuck indeed, in your ways. You walk the streets as blindmen and I shout to you.

My earth, come out of your tombs, come out and live a life rooted deeply in My Heart.

Messenger: I was in the cage, it was a prison held on all sides by bars, I cried, I screamed, I felt no way to escape and low and behold I turned and where I had thought I was totally enclosed, a whole wall was not even there and I gaily walked into the free night and the sun followed me as I walked.

Jesus speaks: Your earth is enclosed in a wall of their own making. They have put up walls to enclose themselves. They have traveled around in their little boxes and spit at the freedom that I wished to give them.

Freedom is in living according to God's will. Freedom is in Me.

Talk of chains, for you have some. You have bars and are enclosed in your stone or brick houses. A mighty fortress is your dwelling, you think. A mighty fortress is in the walls of My Heart. I am the gateway that leads to freedom. I am the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Holy One of the Virgin Israel. I am the gateway to heaven. I am God!

Messenger: As I unite with Him in the most intimate experiences in the Eucharist, I become one in His desires and what He wants, I become more as He is. He is the life, He is the resurrection, He is God.

I become more in Him, His desires are my desires, the Father's Plan is imprinted in my soul during the Mass and the reception of the Eucharist and before the tabernacle. I am transformed immensely in those moments after Communion to being alive in Him.

God the Father: I am God, you are man, I have given My Son Jesus to you to unite your soul to Me. I am the Father, He is the First Born from the dead. Life will abound in heaven and on earth.

God has visited His people and now He Reigns. He has ransomed them with the Blood of the Lamb.
