My dear friend,
I give my heart to Jesus and Mary with you in love. Enclosed is Blue Book 14, God the Father speaks after Clearwater.
On January 13, 2015 I did the prayer service in China, before the exposed Eucharist. We need to fervently pray for an increase in faith, hope and love. We are given these virtues at baptism. They are theological virtues - so we must pray for grace for an increase in these virtues, as we cooperate with that grace to see more the Plan of our Heavenly Father and to be instruments in our daily lives - instruments of God, just being what He wants us to be.
When we pray for this grace and co-operate with it - we will be amazed ourselves how God can work in us to say and do what may give vigor and life to others. We need the Holy Spirit working in us, helping us to be courageous and on-fire for the Plan of our Heavenly Father. Greater faith helps us to see our Heavenly Father's Plan for us. What a Plan – God enlists our help in reaching souls, in showing His love to men we touch.
God gave Fr. Carter the prayers enclosed on the brochure to pray for the priests, the Church and the world. Look at the world –
Over 20 years ago God gave Fr. Carter, S.J., a holy Jesuit these prayers to pray for the world. Please pray these prayers yourself – ask others to pray – circulate the prayer brochures as Jesus told Fr. Carter.
Fr. Carter wrote a book Mother At Our Side. I saw Mary when she appeared to me October 2, 2014 in Clearwater during retreat. She was praying with us, I saw her fervor. I saw her praying and Jesus told me – she is by our side, she is the Queen of Peace, she is our spiritual Mother – we need to see her always praying with us, interceding to God with us, for the priests, the Church and the world. She is there, I saw her, we need to see her by the altar at Mass and think of how powerful a prayer the Mass is.
Why did God the Father speak like this in Blue Book 14 because after all the apparitions of Mary she gave me and 7 1/2 years on the building in Clearwater – we need to listen and have this devotion to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart praying for the priests, the Church and the world.
Before Mary appeared at Fatima - the angel of Portugal appeared in 1916 and told them –"My God, I believe, I adore, I hope and I love You! I ask pardon of You for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not hope and do not love You."
This was almost 100 years ago. We must have faith - to believe in the Father's Plan, the seen and unseen. To know Mary is the Queen of Peace, Mother at Our Side. We need to pray for an increase in faith, hope and love. We need to know God wants us to be instruments, now, in this world and go to Him and pray with all our hearts.
Listen to these messages. Mary has appeared 20 years to me. Please pray for that increase of faith, hope and love as the angel said before Fatima.
In the world, the way it is God is speaking, pray for faith, listen, help me spread this message to the world, pray for faith, hope and love greater and greater.
God is with us, on the Epiphany a big star and little stars appeared on the building in Clearwater as we prayed. You can obtain a copy of this DVD. Call Doris 888-211-3041 for this. Jesus is knocking on our door and asking us to pray the Shepherds of Christ prayers in the Prayer Manual. Pray with us for the priests, the Church and the world.

A message for the Earth from Jesus
January 22, 1998
I am the Good Shepherd, these are My prayers, the prayers I give to help renew the Church and the world, all prayer chapters are asked to include these prayers (found in the Shepherds of Christ Prayer Manual). As My Apostles and Shepherds I ask you to encourage all existing Chapters to try to encourage all existing prayer groups to pray the Shepherds of Christ prayers. Encourage all Churches to pray these prayers. It is most urgent that the people of this earth concur with the Father's wishes to begin Prayer Chapters. This is an urgent request from the Good Shepherd. The flock will become one when they have given their hearts to Jesus and Mary. Encourage all priests to pray the Shepherds of Christ prayers. Your world will be lighted with great light as the people of this earth pray these prayers.
My promise is this to you My beloved earth: When you give your heart to Me and spread the devotion to My Sacred Heart, I will write your name In My Heart. I promise to give the greatest graces when you pray these prayers for renewal of the Church and the world and take all who pray them deeply into My Heart. The prayers I give will bring about the reign of My Sacred Heart and the triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart. I am Jesus Christ, this is My message of January 22, 1998, Please circulate this message to your world. I am the Good Shepherd, I know Mine and Mine know Me and they follow Me. Grace My Shepherds, I will give you the greatest graces for spreading these words to this earth and to your Church. I love you, I am Jesus Christ, the Son of Man, it is the Plan of the Father that Prayer Chapters are begun immediately and the Priestly Newsletter is given to all priests. The Voice of the Good Shepherd speaks through it.

Excerpt from Response in Christ - Chapter 4 by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J.
In schematic outline we have discussed the manner in which the baptized Christian extends his Mass to his daily existence. As he so lives out his Mass, he is becoming more Christlike. He becomes a more perfect priest and victim for his next participation in the eucharistic sacrifice.42 The beautiful cycle which the Mass contains lies exposed before us. As part of this cycle the Christian is intimately involved in the process of continued redemption. The Mass is the center of the Christian life: ". . . the liturgy is the summit toward which the activity of the Church is directed; at the same time it is the fount from which all her power flows."43

Jesus: I call you to live your lives as devout members of the mystical body of Christ. I have given these writings that men will realize that they are to live united deeply to the Mass going on around the world. Your lives, given as an offering, a sacrifice every moment in union with the Mass going on around the world. Your life, a sacrifice, offered to the Father, in union with the Mass in oneness with Me, in the Holy Spirit through the intercession of the Blessed Mother with all the angels and saints and the souls in purgatory.
Your lives given as members of My mystical body can help to bring down great graces for the priest, the Church and the world.

"How does the Christian help Christ redeem the world? (Henceforth the term "world" is to be understood as including both rational and nonrational creation.) As previously stated, the Christian helps Christ redeem the world by reliving Christ's mysteries. The same "events" or mysteries which accomplished the objective redemption further the subjective redemption also. Since at the heart of Christ's mysteries are His death and Resurrection, it is especially these that the Christian must relive. As the Christian dies mystically with Christ through loving conformity with the Father's will, he rises with Christ to an ever greater share in the Resurrection, in the newness of life, in the life of grace. As the Christian in this manner relives the paschal mystery of Christ, he is accomplishing not only his own redemption, but he is also, in a mysterious yet real manner, helping Christ redeem the world."
