                R. In the spiritual life - God must
                    increase, we must decrease – you
                    can ascend in the spiritual life only
                    by descending, becoming more little –
                    more humble, more docile to God
                    as a little child.

                        It takes the light of God – active
                    in the soul, the docile man wanting
                    to grow holy to let His light show
                    the misery of sin and imperfections
                    in the soul.

                        The deadly sins are bad habits
                    that make the ship sink lower and
                    lower in an individual distancing
                    themselves from God, becoming more
                    and more dark and miserable in deeper,
                    cold, murky waters, like the
                    sinking of the titanic –
                    Wouldn't they have wished for survival
                    rather than sink so low on that
                    ship, but the deadly sins are
                    more and more deadly and distorted
                    in one's visions of pride – ascending
                    to be dominant, proving oneself
                    right and angry that anyone would
                    even challenge this.

                        Anger and pride make the soul
                    seek greater and greater independence
                    and dominance, self righteous,
                    selfishness.

                        A person on the road to perdition –
                    nurturing the deadly sins is making
                    the ship sink lower and lower in
                    the spiritual life.

                        We are accountable for our
                    actions, and being rooted in the
                    ugliness of the deadly sins is
                    misery – not ascending upward
                    over God and others.

                        We can always go lower when
                    we're on the way down because
                    satan seizes the opportunity to
                    operate from a soul in an
                    institution promoting God's Kingdom –
                    Like cats in the pillow case –
                    Satan doesn't give up doing his
                    destruction through willing souls
                    willing to stay rooted in pride,
                    anger, envy, jealousy, slothfulness,
                    lust, gluttony and pride.

                        God wants to come to us
                    and possess our soul. We have
                    to realize we cannot see God as He
                    really is through our earthly vision.
                    We need God working in us supernaturally
                    to help us see the Divine more clearly –
                    not by our human, limited standard.

21.                     SPIRITUAL EXERCISES

    Which have as their purpose the conquest of self
    and the regulation of one's life in such a way that
    no decision is made under the influence of any
    inordinate attachment

                    R. It is work and discipline to let go
                    of inordinate attachments that
                    block our spiritual growth –
                    pride, selfishness, anger, punitive
                    actions toward our brothers are
                    sins, and if bad habits they
                    lead a soul to darkness and misery.

                        If we are to reach a higher
                    place in the spiritual life we
                    must decrease and keep our eyes
                    on God – not selfish pursuits –
                    hurting others –

                        A person that has a bad leg may
                    wish to deny it – or a sick person
                    live in denial of how sick they are.

                        One who is operating in denial of
                    hidden wounds and anger that
                    they deny are like a cocked gun –
                    It impedes living as God desires
                    and growing in the spiritual life
                    as they block the truth in their
                    heart and act-out unfinished
                    business. A person hiding their
                    faults and denying it to them self
                    impede spiritual growth in
                    themselves –

This leads to hard hearts and misery!

                        We were meant for God – to live in
                    love – we crave this honest deep
                    supernatural relationship with
                    God – to live in virtue is what
                    will help us grow in greater
                    intimacy with God.

Praying to the Holy Spirit to come
and possess our soul.

The first principle and foundation
of the Spiritual Exercises is this.

23. FIRST PRINCIPLE AND FOUNDATION

Man is created to praise, reverence and serve God
our Lord, and by this means to save his soul.

                    R. We were made to seek perfection
                    in our soul – be likened to Jesus –
                    our goal for hope – eternal life.

To be virtuous –

To pray for the Holy Spirit to
possess our soul –

                        To beg for the gifts of the Holy Spirit –
                    God wants us to live in love
                    and unity and goodness toward
                    our neighbor –

Matthew 18: 3

Then he said, ‘In truth I tell you, unless you change and become like little children you will never enter the kingdom of Heaven.

                    R. To have eagerness for union with
                    others in community prayer – This
                    has been a focus Jesus made for
                    the Shepherds of Christ at the Centers.

He must increase, we must decrease.

The first commandment is

1. I, the Lord, am your God. You shall not have other gods besides me.

R. When pride rules in a heart it is
disorder.

Romans 8: 5-9

Those who are living by their natural inclinations have their minds on the things human nature desires; those who live in the Spirit have their minds on spiritual things. And human nature has nothing to look forward to but death, while the Spirit looks forward to life and peace, because the outlook of disordered human nature is opposed to God, since it does not submit to God's Law, and indeed it cannot, and those who live by their natural inclinations can never be pleasing to God. You, however, live not by your natural inclinations, but by the Spirit, since the Spirit of God has made a home in you. Indeed, anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him.

1 Corinthians 15: 20-28

In fact, however, Christ has been raised from the dead, as the first-fruits of all who have fallen asleep. As it was by one man that death came, so through one man has come the resurrection of the dead. Just as all die in Adam, so in Christ all will be brought to life; but all of them in their proper order: Christ the first-fruits, and next, at his coming, those who belong to him. After that will come the end, when he will hand over the kingdom to God the Father, having abolished every principality, every ruling force and power. For he is to be king until he has made his enemies his footstool, and the last of the enemies to be done away with is death, for he has put all things under his feet. But when it is said everything is subjected, this obviously cannot include the One who subjected everything to him. When everything has been subjected to him, then the Son himself will be subjected to the One who has subjected everything to him, so that God may be all in all.

R. So as we forgive others – we
will be forgiven –

We need forgiveness of God and His
mercy.

Luke 1: 46-55

And Mary said:

for the Almighty

R. In order to love we must have
a humble heart.

Love is not focusing on self!!

It is kneeling before God!

If we saw the real light of Christ

R. What if God shed His light
on our soul –

                    God's love is an eternal flame
                        of love and light before our
                        comprehension –

                        and likeness of Jesus –

                        Beg for unity and giving
                            oneself in humility.

Prayer for Union with Jesus

Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.

    I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.

    I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.

    When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.

A Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb, the Bridegroom of the Soul

Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

R. We must empty our hearts of
all that keeps us from Him!

Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.

                    Disordered inordinate attachments –
                        lead to sin
                    like lice, bed bugs –
                        wouldn't you seek to get
                        rid of this.

God wants hearts that are loving
and united –

                        Do you think God wants a mad
                    heart – full of division, unresolved
                    and burning against a whole
                    bunch of others –

God doesn't want a heart
full of division and anger –

Jesus' Heart is on fire with
Divine Love!

                        Disorder, putting yourself
                    above God and Superiors, just
                    authority is poison in
                    the heart.

                        In this Movement we are to
                    spread –
                        dwelling in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

Don't put your focus on your
might – put it on God's Might.

                        How is your union with
                    God after you sin? Very
                    Distant? Does that feel
                    like terrible misery?
                    Until you go to restore the
                    damaged, wounded relationship
                    with God.

Luke 15: 7

In the same way, I tell you, there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner repenting than over ninety–nine upright people who have no need of repentance.

R. Penance – not punishing innocent people
after sinning!!

The Heart of Jesus is tender –

Jesus: I am your God and I am with you. Let go and let Me run your life. I am with you now in your confusion and your doubt. I will be by your side to guide you in all that you do. Be attentive to all that I tell you. Listen to My words. Do not discount anything that you hear. I am guarding your life and watching out for you. Soak in My presence. Know My hand is in everything you do. I am Jesus, your loving God and I love you so much. Do you believe, My child, that I will really watch out for you? Concentrate on My love for you, soak in My presence, see My face. My hand is in your life; you must know that in your heart. I love you.

I am truly this close to you. What you feel is My presence. From this day forward, put doubts away and confidence must abide in your heart. This is very offensive to Me after all I have written to you. Believe - you are My precious child. Believe and enjoy the love of the One, True God. A Heart on fire with love for each of you, My Heart is ablaze with infinite love and it is endless. Know that all power comes from Me and I am by your side, watching, guarding and loving you. Oh, why do you doubt Me and look for assurance in these earthly people and possessions? Listen to Me; I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. All life comes from Me, through Me, with Me and in Me. You must turn all your cares to Me and be focused on My Might.

You know this, throw your doubts out the window, focus on Me: My words, My voice, My presence, My truth, the will of My Father, and Love! All these lead to the peace and joy of the heart, all else leads you away from Me and is therefore to your detriment. My ways are right. I am The Way, The Truth and The Life. Anything that leads you away from Me is not for you to follow. My paths are direct and sure. Open your heart up to let Me light your way.

Take the blinders from your eyes. What good does it do a blind man to walk the wrong road - he goes nowhere that leads him anywhere. He must follow the right path or he is lost. You do not want to be a lost child - take the blinders off your eyes, follow only My path, open your heart and let Me lead the way. You don’t want to be lost. I lead you down the right path to everlasting life. You will never lose your way if you open yourself up to Me and surrender to all that I have planned for you.

I am God, of Jacob, Joseph, Abraham and all your Fathers. Those who follow Me are now enjoying the rewards I promised them – those who did not follow Me are now lost.

Jesus: My dear child, I have missed you; you know Me and who I am. The devil tells you to go to others to make yourself feel better. I am the Alpha and the Omega. I am the one who can comfort you, I am God who you seek, come to Me with your burdens and doubts and I will make you new, as a new child. I will fill your cup to the brim and My love will well up inside of you and overflow. You, My child, are so blessed. Focus on this gift and its greatness. What I have chosen you to write is My words. You are so blessed, My child. Do you really think you would write this?

August 18, 1993

R. Dear Jesus,

Please write to me.

Jesus: I know little one you must hurry, you are rushed and I want to spend time with you. Come to Me when you have more time, I will go with you, I will pray with you, I will be with you in all your needs. I am He who truly loves and comforts you. I am with you in every minute. Focus on My presence within you now, be calm and in that calmness feel My touch. I am ever touching you with My peace. Focus on your relationship with Me. It takes time and giving yourself in love. Where is everyone in the beginning of their day? Make Me, My child, the center of your life, My light shines on you in the crowd and My hand is fixed by your side. I am walking with you in your prayers for others, pray constantly. Picture My Heart on fire for all My children and how they reject Me, I suffered so for their rejection. Please pray for them, pray for those who are so sick and have lost their way. You must pray constantly in the presence of others, do My work, praying for them, spread My seeds in the silence. I touch many through your prayers for them. You are the light that will shine in a dark world with these prayers. They will feel My touch. A seed is planted in them. My touch is so powerful, never miss an opportunity to pray for your brothers, I love everyone so much. Pray for their blindness, pray for their hearts, pray that they let seeds of love take root. Tell them of My love for them, you will do My work in a crowd. Be this light. I want to go out to the world through you. I operate in you. Be silent and prayerful, this is powerful, because I have all power.

I Am Your Bridegroom

Jesus: My dear child, how I love you, you will never know, I missed our time together here. This is our time and place together; you are My beautiful spouse. I love you so deeply, open yourself up to all the love I have to give you, I want you to come to Me. This is our meeting place. This is a place of peace. I long to be with you My child, as you do for Me, it is as being in love, your mind is always one with your lover, your mind is always united to Me. Look at Me as One who loves you so much, who really cares what you need, who cares how you feel, who wants to comfort you in your sorrow and be joyous with you in your joy, who wants to shower you with gifts and longs to be with you at all times. It is not a one-sided love affair, it is a true love relationship, except you cannot even comprehend the extent of this love on earth. Bring all your burdens to Me and I am there for you waiting to listen and comfort you. I am alive My beautiful love, I am truly alive and it is up to you to let go to this love with Me. I will never, ever let you down, in your hardest times, know it is My love that always sustains you. You are so precious to Me. I wait for you My beloved. Come to Me. Live in Me. I want this union with you all day. Ask and you shall receive, My child, I am here with you now and always, always, I love you. I wait for you. I want to love others through you.

R. I thirst for You my God, please let me never turn away from Your love, but realize Your love always. Help me always to make You number one in my life and in so doing I will not make others my gods and offend you. “To know, know, know You, is to love, love, love You and I do”. Oh Jesus that You in Your greatness has chosen us to be so close to us, mere creatures with our imperfections, our hatred and anger and greediness in our hearts. You love us even when we are sinners. The more I know You Jesus, the more I can try to be like You, loving and kind. I want to love with Your Heart, see with Your eyes and be as You intended me to be. Help me Jesus I am so weak.

Jesus: My dear child,

I have longed to be with you, it pleases Me so to have you tape My words and study it. Always pray to the Holy Spirit, know that I am truly by your side. When you are hungry, I feed you, I give you My body, My blood, My love letters. I am the way, the truth and the life. He who abides in Me will have the light of life and he will never thirst or be hungry. The food I give; no man can give you. I really miss Our closeness in writing, focus entirely on Me and My love for you. I am longing for you to come and be with Me. Sit with Me and be filled, I am He who comforts you, loves you, fills you and gives you your very life. Though you walk in darkness, you are never in darkness when you walk with Me. I shine lights your way and you are filled with My peace. I never leave your side; I am always near you guarding you with the utmost care. Don’t ever fret, don’t ever fear, focus only on Me and do not fear. My eyes are set on you and I walk the road with you. My light is upon you always.

R. Jesu, Jesu, fill us with Your love, teach us to show our neighbors Your love.

Jesus: I am the way, the truth and the life, that is all you need to know, you must know My truth, study this, you will be lead down the right path and I will give you the light of life. I give you the Bread of life, My Word and Eucharist. You must stay fixed to Me now so I can work in you and spread My message. You are My tool to reach many. I will use you, study and pray and be there for your children. I love you My little one, I am very close to you, do not focus on the things of this world, that take you from My closeness to you. You must be concerned with My work for you, tape your letters, listen in your car, memorize them, spread them about, talk My message, it is a message of love, My love for all of My children. I love each person so much, they must know, they must turn from worldly things that lead them astray. Turn your lives and hearts to Me. I am your God, I am love. I am the way, the truth and the life and I lead you to eternal life. This is the ultimate goal to let go and let Me lead you down the path to everlasting life. All My roads go to everlasting life. Follow Me and you will attain your goal. Do not follow the world that leads you away from Me. God must be first in your life and everything else will follow. It is very simple. God must be at the center of your life. Those who choose their own way, opposed to God’s will, will go by the way and will suffer the consequences.

R. Dear Jesus,

I love You so much. I am sorry I am hurried but I need to write to You, I need to be alone with You and talk to You Jesus.

Jesus: My dear child, breathe in Me, out anxiety, in Me, out anxiety. I am the Alpha, the Omega, I am your all. Come to Me and I will fill your heart to the brim with My love, breathe in Jesus and out anxiety, in Jesus and out anxiety, My peace is not of this world. I am the way, the truth and the life, I will take your burdens and make them light. I will give you all you need, all things will fall into place, you must trust Me, My child, at every moment, practice letting go and trusting in Me. Whenever doubt comes to your mind, let go and feel My peace, do this constantly, let go. Live in the moment, your smile for this world, no anxieties on your brow, the look of freedom from suffering that only I give. I have suffered for you; I give you life. What have you to fear, I am with you, I love you. I walk with you always, I am in your heart, My eyes are upon you, be in a good frame of mind.

I am right by you, your job for Me is to show this world peace and love in your heart. No trouble should stop you, you give your burdens to Me and experience the freedom of living in My love, smiling My smiles. Faith, Trust, Faith, Trust, Live, Smile. Let Me live in you, dwell in you, love through you. Turn every action over to My care and I am taking care of you. You will know you don’t have to do it alone. It will work out. We are One, a team. Say thanks, thanks for life, children, your body, your food, the air, your walking, talking, water. Don’t take anything for granted. Say thanks, thanks, look for all the good in your life, it is there in abundance. Your face should carry a smile because you are well cared for. You are My loving child. I died for you. I give you a sharing in My life in baptism.

August 30, 1993 – Before Mass

R. My dear Jesus,

Jesus: My dear child, spend time with Me. I am your top priority, look how yesterday went. It was so good. Calm yourself... In Jesus, out anxiety ... In Jesus, out anxiety.

R. We have Christ’s presence truly in the Eucharist, Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity. He is truly there. He is to be honored. He is to be loved and worshipped. Give honor and glory to God.

Jesus: I am what you need. Do not fret or fume or be bothered. Come to Me. You must stay fixed in My most precious Heart. I am truly present in the Eucharist. I want to be honored. I want you to realize how blessed you are to have Me here in your midst. I am always here with you waiting, waiting, know what a treasure you have. Make Me the center of your life. Come to Me first and then be about your life. Many forget Me and wonder why their souls are so troubled. I am the way, the truth, the life. All your actions must have meaning in Me first. I am your top priority, other things should wait and I take priority over other things in your life. This is the key to peace and joy. If you want to unlock all I have to give you, you must make time for Me first, above all else. I am your God and you shall have no gods before Me, nothing should be before Me. Make Me the center of your life. I am the Alpha and the Omega. I am that for which you were created, any other order is out of order. Come to Me first and I will make your work light. All else is easy when I am guiding you. You walk a road in which I am your personal guide and you will not falter though the worst goes before you. Play for My honor, My child, I love you.

Jesus: I am the Lord your God, you are My beautiful people, I love you with so much love you cannot comprehend. Come to Me and be filled by My love and you will have My joy and peace in your hearts. I am the God of your Fathers. I never slumber, I never sleep, I watch you 24 hours a day, I never take a vacation. I am by your side and I am ever vigilant, lest you stumble and fall. I, your God, will catch you and raise you up. I am He who raises up the bowed down and He who waits for you to come and be with Me. By day I wait, by night I wait. I want My children to come to Me and be filled with My gifts, only gifts that I alone can give. Oh, if you knew what is in store for those who love the Lord. Oh, if you knew, you would stay united constantly, oh you of little faith, pray for faith that you might believe in Me, deeply united to Me. I will give you the gift if you ask. Pray for this gift that you will believe with your whole heart, your whole soul, your whole being. I am God and I am truly present in the Eucharist.

Tell the World You Love Jesus

Jesus: My child, put your children in My hands, I am loving them and being fixed to them, I am the God of all, in a special way I watch over the little ones, your children are being cared and guarded by Me, do not worry, free your mind and come into My presence.

R. Alleluia, Alleluia, Jesus is Lord and we are honored by His presence.

Jesus: I come to you at all times, in good and times of suffering, I am attentive to you in pain and in sorrow, do you think I am ever far from you. I know the very workings of your soul, your fear, your love, your energy which I spark into evangelizing for Me. Your heart is filled with love for Me. This pleases Me so greatly. Satan is still trying to drum up some doubt. Cast satan out!! I am your true Savior, your true lover, your one, your all, with you in all adversity, never leaving your side, always by you little one. How good it feels to be in love with Jesus, your heart is as one in love. Tell the world how you love Jesus. Tell them I love them. I give you love, you give love to others, if they love you in return you are so glad, but you know I love you. It is wonderful to share love with one another. Come to Me to be filled, come to Me to make your life work. I am with you and I know everything. Do you believe Me? Pray that your mind may be as I want it to be always. Pray for My gifts, the Father’s gifts and the gifts of the Holy Spirit. God loves you. We are your precious family. I am pleased by your life, don’t look down and doubt yourself ever – focus on My love. I am He who loves you intently, child, quit doubting Me – never doubt Me.

R. Dear Jesus,

I love You very much, please write to me.

Jesus: My dear child, I love you very much, you are My beautiful child, place yourself in My presence and know I am God and I am with you. My hand is upon you this day and I am going with you on your way. I never leave your side, do not worry. Think of Me and My love for you, think of all that I am and how I have all power, no one can have any power over Me. Feel confident in that I will guard you every step you take. Let go, practice trusting in Me when fear enters your heart, let go, let go of it all, that is the only way to Me, to let go, pray the rosary, hold tight to My hand. I have never moved from your side; I am so close to you. Pray to listen to Me and feel Me by your side. I am still here little one, even when others are around, I never ever leave your side, feel My arms around your shoulders, I want you to never be shaken, but to experience My peace. I am with you everywhere, in the beauty parlor, in a crowd, in your car, when you are talking, feel My hands on your shoulders, they are there. I have My calm hands around you, turn to Me. I am your God, every minute of every day, I am there with you every night. I am there in your anguish and in your joy. Come and put your burden on Me, feel the freedom of turning toward Me. I am here, My hands are upon you, love, spend time being with Me, be, close your eyes and let Me be with you. I love you. Jesus

Jesus: I am your Jesus of mercy, I stay by your side and I protect you. You are in for a beautiful event. I want to be ever closer to you, let yourself go and experience My peace within you. Breathe in Jesus and out fear, let Me fill your soul with My light, feel My presence in your heart. I am very close to you now; I am your Jesus of mercy.

     Draw close to Me and let Me into your heart, deep, deep inside of you. I have truths to reveal to you and gifts to give to you, you must let go and trust in Me. Never worry about anything, this time is for you to be close to Me, I am making Myself known to you in a special way. Be open, pray and sacrifice, let My graces flow into your soul and fill you with the gifts only I can give. My peace is not of this world; it is a peace that you feel deep in your heart. Do not worry about others. Focus on My face, see Me lifting you up above the clouds, I am lifting you so high, you need never worry. Trust in Me, My presence is with you always, I am truly by your side. See My face, feel My blessings. I am here little one, don’t doubt Me, just know this is truth. The world can be caught up in their business, you see with clear vision, you are focused on the one true God, everything else has its meaning through Me, you know this. Fear not, little one, let go and let Me lead the way, your anxieties are so useless. I want My light to flow from your very soul, you must put fear aside. I am He who comforts you and guides you, I am your private guide on this journey. The treasures I have in store for you can only be realized if you put fear and anxiety aside. You will learn more trust in Me from this journey, I will work in you with My light. Be open, push distractions out. Pray with your children. They must pray here. I am the way, the truth and the light, and I am your God, concentrate on Me and put all worry aside. I love you.

Jesus: My dear child,

     I am by your side, I never leave, relax and let go, relax. I am the Alpha, the Omega. I am your God; I am with you at every turn. Trust in Me, let Me lead the way. I am directing you on your path. I am here with you, truly present in the tabernacle. Let go of anxiety, let go of fear, doubt, confusion, release yourself of the things of this world. Be like Jell-O, I am ready to mold you and fashion you into My gem. You are My putty, I am the potter, you must become formless, selfless, ready to be used by Me for the will of the Father. Make yourself selfless and I form you into My beautiful creation, My child, I love you, you are Mine says the Lord. Put yourself into My presence and forget about the distractions, you must be alone with Me, feel Me, here, very intimate with you.

     I am Jesus, Son of the living God, I want to be with you in such a special way, My ways are truth, My Heart is on fire for love of you and I never leave your side. I am always there guarding you, you need not worry for I am He who loves you abundantly and I stay by your side. My light shines on you and directs your path, lest you stumble and fall, I am ever vigilant and My hand is upon you, you wander not this valley alone, but I am present to you holding your little hand. Come to Me, let Me give you rest, My child, let Me love you and fill you to the brim with My love. My gifts are endless and My light never flickers or goes out. It goes with you at every turn. Turn to Me, stay with Me, I long to be close and intimate with you, to feel this closeness. I am the fire in your heart, I am the beacon in the dark, I am the light to the troubled soul, yes I am He, powerful, endless, infinite. I am your God, you are My child, it is with the greatest honor that I speak to you, relish this gift, you My child are favored. I love you with such an intensity, you must not fear. I am what you need and I am with you. Come and feel My peace, I am with you. I travel before you and I am with you now. You need to have time alone with Me here. Find the time, you must be alone with Me. Read My messages here, look at My picture, open up entirely to Me, you need to be fully open. I give you such gifts, you will know much more than you ever have before. Come and be with Me, My child. I love you. I am Jesus, your true love, speak of My intense love for others, I am with you now and always.

Jesus: My dear child,

     Come to Me and be with Me, I am your God and I long to feed you, but you are distracted and not at peace, put your peace and trust in Me. Calm yourself My child, come into My Heart, let Me cradle you. Let Me give you My gifts, I am He who comforts you and loves you, you are My precious child, make your mind blank so I can fill you with My love. My hand is upon you little one, I am writing to you, be thankful for your gift, I write to you every day so you know more and share this relationship with Me. I love you so much, I want to be your true friend, I want to tell you who I am, I write to you to do this. I am He who fills you with all good things, be not envious or want more than I have to give you, be happy with what is the will of My Father for you, He is so close to you. He is close to you. We are ONE. You are close to Me little one, strive to be closer, make that your life’s goal to know Me more and more and thirst after knowledge of Me.

    You are too hard, there is much distraction, focus on Me, My touch, softness, like Jell-O, formless, breathe in Jesus, out anxiety. I am your God. Formless child, this is your test, to put yourself in My presence with, no lights, distractions, noise, this is your test child, turn it over to Me, block it out. I am so powerful you can be with Me in a bomb, you can, let go, focus on My face. I am your Jesus, I love you, I want to be with you and I am God, I am here little one, hear only Me, listen to My words, they are your food, they are your truth, I am your God and I will be there for you, child. Be close to Me now, be with Me, let go, let go, let go, come and lay your burdens at My feet. I am the Alpha, the Omega, your all. I am He who loves you with such intensity, I am the God of your Fathers. Come to Me and I give you rest and you are fed not with food of the earth, but food for the soul, food for your body and soul. I am your God. I know the workings of the world, the attempts of the devil to block you, I love you and I want to be one with you. Just focus on Me, little one, I am here in your suffering, spiritual emptiness, so that when you feel the richness again, you are filled with such joy. A test to fill you with My great gifts later, I am He who loves you. Remember this, you are never out of My care, even when you feel distracted and empty. My love is just the same, I never leave your side little one, all relationships suffer from variances in the feelings. But My love is always there and always consistent, you must know this little one. See a Heart of love on fire for you, My Heart is ablaze for the love of you, you are My precious child.

Jesus: My dear child, hold tight and offer up your sufferings, I will help you. Satan is trying to distract you from all the good that you seek. It is a real battle because he is working hard on you. Pray from your heart and let Me hold your load. I will comfort and protect you and lead you to the light, just remember, I am here and I never leave your side, even in the worst suffering I am the closest. I suffered in My passion, you My precious little one, I guard and watch and love you, and you shall not want for I am with you through it all. Let your burden go, forget your throat, there is tension in your tired body, focus on Me, My face, the suffering, offer up and let go, it is for Me you suffer as I suffered for you.

     I died for you that you might live. Do you think I will forget you now in a little cold and suffering? Child, you are so precious, I am watching you, think only of Me, let go, focus on Me and My love, it is abundant. I am the greatest lover, I kiss your wounds, I make the crooked ways straight, I raise up the bowed down and I am the King of Glory, I am the King over all. You think this little thing you carry will be unattended to, I will not forget you, this is such a little thing, but you focus and focus and forget My hand in everything. By night I guard you, by day I watch your weary soul, I am the Divine Lover, I don’t forget you. You get something wrong and you forget who I am, you want to fix it yourself, I will not forget you, give your heavy burden to Me. I make the load light and the ways straight. I am He who created this world and all who are in it, and you turn away many times when you are in need.

     Turn to Me, quench your thirst, let yourself go, let go of the pain, your body is ruling you, fill it with My spiritual aura, I fill you, I lift you up, I am there with My rod and staff and you do not want, turn to Me and be saved from all the muck, turn to Me and be free. I make your ways burdenless, I carry the load, I watch you and guard you, but you must discipline your mind to focus on Me and My power. I AM ALL POWERFUL. I am God. I am the Alpha, the Omega. Give honor and praise to God. Praise Me in your grief. Let go child, I am there, look into My beautiful eyes and see the One who loves you. You are My beautiful creation. You are Mine. I love you.

R. Dear Jesus,

Jesus: My child, I am here with you, so present to you and you are filled by My love and you feel good and close to Me inside. I am guiding your life; every day it will unfold like a beautiful rose. Every petal opens and then the beauty of it all is seen. What beauty in an open rose. Your life needs to remain in Me and your heart be open so it can unfold and look this beautiful. You are My beautiful roses, in the world of thorns and thistles and sticky bushes, you are My roses. You are My precious little ones, I guard you by night and I watch you by day and all knows who helps you in this troubled world. I water and feed you and give you My Godly care, you are taken care of by Me. Satan cannot get to you because your strength is coming from Me. I am the power, I am the gardener, I am the dresser. I am the Good Shepherd, I know Mine and Mine know Me and you walk the path with My hand at your side, never alone. Never wandering, but directed and you, oh you preciousness, I am here with you now in all the distraction. Be alone with Me
