January 7, 2010
I give my heart to Jesus and Mary with you in love.
Our mission in the Shepherds of Christ is primarily to
circulate this Priestly Mailing, since July, 1994 we have
circulated to priests and hierarchy loose,
every other month and in books 15,000,000
Priestly Newsletters if we add all in the books
we sent out free of charge from our donors and
a steady group of people Shepherds of Christ Associates
and others – many attending daily Mass and doing one
hour of adoration before the Blessed Sacrament —When Fr. Carter was alive we circulated the
Priestly Newsletter every other month to all the
priests in the United States to a total of 75,000
priests in the world in English and Spanish —We have prayed these prayers in the prayer
manual for the priests, the Church and the
world for 15½ years now. They were given to us
for this purpose by Fr. Carter for devotion to the
Hearts of Jesus and Mary and greater holiness —These prayers in the back of Fr. Joe’s book make
up our prayer chapter devotions these 15½ years —
They are in 8 languages with the Church’s Imprimatur. We continued circulating the Priestly Newsletter
after Fr. Carter’s death and various books to all the
priests in the United States and around the world –
with donations from simple people praying for
the priests, the Church and the world —We love our priests so much and give our
lives praying for them and beginning prayer
chapters and circulating this priestly material
as Fr. Carter S. J. began —Here is a click to the prayers in the Prayer Manual
inThis network of prayer chapters have prayed
for the priests, the Church and the world — we are
now in the 16th year — The more we pray
united the more grace is outpoured for the
priests, the Church and the world —
In praying the prayers dedicated to the Sacred Heart
and the Immaculate Heart one can grow in deeper
oneness with God and all others — This
unity can help us be a stronger Church
to help bring down greater grace for the
priests, the Church and the world —Our focus in the Shepherds of Christ is always
on the Eucharist — We are happy to do what Mary
asked for at Fatima to spread this devotion
to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary —Our people pray 24 hours a day from
our Church in China, Indiana before the
Exposed Eucharist. This church, St. Anthony's,
is a Church completely dedicated to praying
for priests, the Church and the world and has
been for 13 years —
I am Rita Ring, co-founder of the Shepherds of Christ – the late Fr. Edward Carter, S.J., doctorate, the founder of Shepherds of Christ – with John Weickert the President and all of us at Shepherds of Christ, who pray 24 hours a day before the Blessed Sacrament in our church in China, Indiana given to us for a small price by the archdiocese for this purpose 13 years ago. We have Mass 4 days with a retreat in China, Indiana monthly in which we pray and sing the scriptures, follow St. Ignatius’ format and the rosary. A priest comes 4 days for Mass except Sunday. We have had prayers in the China Church where Fr. Carter used to say Mass and expose the Eucharist since 1997. Now we have perpetual adoration praying for the priests and the hierarchy with thanks and love – praying to make reparation for the sins of the human race. We are so very grateful for the priests and the hierarchy and the Church – our lives are centered in thanking God in these prayer chapters. We also do a 4 day retreat in Florida for this same purpose. We pray 8 days a month for the priests and the hierarchy and daily at 6:20pm and at daily Mass and adoration.
My brother, Fr. Joseph Robinson, has allowed us to publish and circulate this gift of his homilies to the priests and the hierarchy –
We love our priests and the souls and thank God for His gifts – with God’s grace all things are possible – We unite to the Mass – and try to get people (tiny tots to elderly, priests and sisters) praying in their Morning Offering – offering up all they do for the priests and the hierarchy, the Church and the world united to the Mass for great grace to be outpoured.
A priest is a gift from God.
Please encourage the priests and people
to use these prayer manuals and pray
with us for the priests, the Church and the world. This is a mission of love for our
beloved priests begun by Fr. Carter, S. J.We are so thankful for our beloved
priests and the Church.Song: A Priest is a Gift from God
Mary is the Queen of Peace. When
people's hearts are consecrated to the Sacred Heart
and Immaculate Heart they are one in their hearts
The people are more holy — When they
couple this with great devotion to the
Eucharist it leads to even greater oneness.Families, churches and schools who have
consecrated their places to the Sacred Heart and
Immaculate Heart experience peace and greater unity.
Dioceses consecrating themselves to the
Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart are richly
blessed and experience greater unity, peace and love.We thank God for our beloved priests
who are servants of the Lord —We pray for them constantly —
We want prayer for our troubled world
as Mary asked for at Fatima and Jesus
and Mary told Fr. Carter when he was told to
begin this Movement —The power is in the Eucharist — We
send our deepest love and support to our
priest in our commitment to pray
for them and living holier lives ourselves
and spreading the Priestly Newsletter —We send the Priestly writings on Mary
with the scriptures, the wisdom of the
saints, writings about our beloved Pope
Benedict XIV and Pope John Paul II.
Mary is our spiritual Mother and Mother of the
Church. Mary is the Spouse of the Holy Spirit —
Words cannot express how awesome it is
that the Deity has this beautiful
relationship with humanity in the
Virgin Mary —
John 3: 16
For this is how God loved the world:
he gave his only Son,
so that everyone who believes in him
may not perish
but may have eternal life.

Words of Jesus to Members of
Shepherds of Christ Associates:"My beloved priest-companion, I intend to use the priestly newsletter, Shepherds of Christ, and the movement, Shepherds of Christ Associates, in a powerful way for the renewal of My Church and the world.
"I will use the newsletter and the chapters of Shepherds of Christ Associates as a powerful instrument for spreading devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart.
"I am calling many to become members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. To all of them I will give great blessings. I will use them as instruments to help bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. I will give great graces to the members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. I will call them to be deeply united to My Heart and to Mary's Heart as I lead them ever closer to My Father in the Holy Spirit."
- Message from Jesus to Father Edward J. Carter, S.J., Founder, as given on July 31, 1994,
feast of Saint Ignatius Loyola, Founder of the Society of Jesus (The Jesuits)
Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus
My dear fellow Associate Members,
Jesus is calling special apostles to join a new division of the Shepherds of Christ Movement. Here is a message from Jesus given to Father Carter:
My beloved priest-companion, I am requesting that a new prayer movement be started under the direction of Shepherds of Christ Ministries. I am asking for volunteers who are willing to pray before the Blessed Sacrament for one hour, twice-weekly. Members of the Shepherds of Christ prayer chapters, as well as others, are to be invited to join this movement.
These apostles are to pray for the intentions I am giving you. For part of the hour they are to use the prayers of the Shepherds of Christ Associates Handbook. They may spend the rest of the hour as they so choose.
I will use this new prayer movement within My Shepherds of Christ Ministries in a powerful way to help in the renewal of My Church and the world. I will give great graces to those who join this movement. The name, Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus, is to be given to this movement.
I am inviting My beloved Rita Ring to be coordinator for this activity.
I pour out the great love of My Sacred Heart to all. I am Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the flock.
This is indeed a special calling for us to unite in one heart with His Eucharistic Heart and pray for the following intentions:
1. For the spread of the devotion to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary culminating in the reign of the Sacred Heart and the triumph of the Immaculate Heart.
2. For the Pope.
3. For all bishops of the world.
4. For all priests.
5. For all sisters and brothers in the religious life.
6. For all members of the Shepherds of Christ Movement, and for the spread of this movement to the world.
7. For all members of the Catholic Church.
8. For all members of the human family.
9. For all souls in purgatory.

The Birth of the Full Ministries
of the Shepherds of Christ
"I wish to share with you part of a message which Jesus gave us on October 13, 1994. The message tells us about the expansion of the Shepherds of Christ movement:
'My beloved priest-companion, today I come to you with another mission. I am asking you to establish Shepherds of Christ Ministries. At My request you have already begun the priestly newsletter, "Shepherds of Christ", and the prayer chapters, Shepherds of Christ Associates...
'I am giving you this message on this day, the 77th Anniversary of the Great Apparition at Fatima, because of the close connection between the Shepherds of Christ movement and the Fatima message. The Fatima message is centered in devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart, especially in consecration to Our Hearts. Shepherds of Christ Ministries is also centered in devotion to Our Hearts. I will use Shepherds of Christ Ministries as a great instrument in helping to bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. When this occurs, My Church and the world will be experiencing the great era of peace promised by My Mother at Fatima.
'Today, then, October 13, 1994, the 77th Anniversary of the Great Apparition at Fatima, marks the birth of Shepherds of Christ Ministries. I pour forth the great love of My Sacred Heart to all. I am Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the flock.'
"Jesus has told us that Shepherds of Christ Ministries includes: the priestly newsletter, Shepherds of Christ, Shepherds of Christ Associates prayer chapters, various publications, including books, whatever else Our Lord directs us to undertake.
"As members of Shepherds of Christ Associates, you are an extremely important part of Shepherds of Christ Ministries. You have given great joy to the Heart of Jesus by responding to His invitation to become members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. As He draws you closer to His Heart and to His Mother's Heart as Associates members, He will fill you with an ever-increasing experience of His love, peace, and joy."
- From In the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, Newsletter of Shepherds of Christ Associates
by Fr. Edward J. Carter S.J., Volume 1, No. 1, 1995. p. 2.
From Tell My People
The Holy Spirit
Jesus: "My beloved friend, tell My people to pray daily to the Holy Spirit. They are to pray for an increase in His gifts. My people must realize that the Holy Spirit comes to transform them. The Spirit desires to transform you more and more according to My image. Those who are docile to His touch become increasingly shaped in My likeness. He performs this marvel within Mary's Immaculate Heart. The more one dwells in My Mother's Heart, the more active are the workings of the Spirit. The Spirit leads Mary to place you within My own Heart. In both Our Hearts, then, your transformation continues. The more you are formed after My own Heart, the more I lead you to the bosom of My Father. Tell My people all this. Tell them to pray daily for a greater appreciation of these wondrous gifts. I am Lord and Master. All who come to My Heart will be on fire to receive the gifts of the Spirit in ever greater measure! I love and bless My people!"
Reflection: The Holy Spirit is given to us to fashion us ever more according to the likeness of Jesus. And the more we are like Jesus, the more Jesus leads us to the Father. Do we, each day, pray to the Holy Spirit to be more open to His transforming influence? Do we strive each day to grow in union with Mary? The greater our union with our Mother, the spouse of the Holy Spirit, the greater is the transforming action of the Holy Spirit within us.
In the Immaculate Heart of Mary, her spiritual womb, the Holy Spirit works His marvelous wonder in bringing us forth more and more in the image of Jesus. In recognizing the beautiful relationship between the Holy Spirit and Mary, and the relationship between Jesus and Mary, and we know Mary’s love as daughter of the Father, we recognize how the Deity loves us, human persons, so very much.
Tell everybody that God gives graces through the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Tell them to ask grace from her, and that the Heart of Jesus wishes to be venerated together with the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Ask them to plead for peace from the Immaculate Heart of Mary, for the Lord has confided the peace of the world to her. (Our Lady's Peace Plan, op cit., pp. 9-10.)
God is love and He loves us so much. This is our mission: to spread the Good News how God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, love us so intimately.
In a troubled world we bring a warmth of God’s love to the hungry souls of the earth.
The poor banished children of Adam and Eve dwell in the pure Hearts of Jesus and Mary, the New Adam and the New Eve, to live more deeply in the Father’s will, in love. The poor banished children of Adam and Eve offer a more pure offering in greater oneness in union with the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary. I end this way: Mary told Jacinta, one of the Fatima visionaries:
Mary is the Queen of Peace.
Our network of prayer chapters of over 15 years in 8 languages gives honor to Mary with the litany to Mary and venerates Jesus’ Sacred Heart through the Litany to the Sacred Heart as we pray constantly: for the priests, the Church, and the world. From the Litany of the Blessed Virgin Mary – Mary is the “Singular vessel of devotion”. (the litany is so beautiful).
We have attempted to send this Priestly Newsletter every two months to encourage the priests and the hierarchy to know of our ardent prayer before the exposed Eucharist 24 hours a day.
The hierarchy are a precious gift God has given to this troubled world and the successor of the Apostles. Our lives are lived just for this purpose to be more holy ourselves and be greater intercessors praying for them and the Church and the world. We have spread these prayer chapters for this intention and to show our love in these writings for over 15 years.
Fr. Carter, S.J. our founder authored 18 books on the spiritual life and had a doctorate in theology. His greatest contribution and efforts given at the end of his life in helping us continue his purpose praying for the priests and hierarchy and spreading the Priestly Newsletters and Prayer Chapters. We are not rich – we love the Church so much and are so grateful to God for the priests and the hierarchy, His precious gift to all of us.
Here is a book we published of 3 years of Priestly Newsletters sent every 2 months by Fr. Carter – the voice of the Good Shepherd based on the popes writings, the wisdom of the saints, the Word, prominent theologians and Fr. Carter.
I quote from page 44 from Fr. Carter’s first book of Priestly Newsletters, a quote Fr. Carter used from Bishop Fulton Sheen –
Bishop Fulton Sheen, one of the most admired and influential speakers of this century, gives witness to the efficacy of praying before the Blessed Sacrament: “When I stand up to talk, people listen to me. They will follow what I have to say. St. Paul says: ‘What do you have that was not given to you? And if it was given, how can you boast as though it were not?’ (1 Cor 4:7). The secret of my power is that I have never in fifty - five years missed spending an hour in the presence of our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. That’s where the power
comes from. That’s where sermons are born. That’s where every good thought is conceived.”
Through the Year with Fulton Sheen , compiled by Henry Dietrick, Servant Books.
We have spent an hour before the tabernacle, myself for 20 years. All of our people spend one hour daily and attend daily Mass – Our life is given to this mission of spreading the Priestly Newsletter and Prayer Chapters praying for the Priests, the Church and the world centered in devotion to the Two Hearts –
Praying to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart can help bring needed peace to the world.
Our lives are lived trying to ask people to pray before the Blessed Sacrament for the priests and the hierarchy. This we feel is why we have been able to do this. Daily Mass, one hour before the Blessed Sacrament with Jesus – our Hour of Power – so much grace. In the Eucharist, Jesus is truly present, in His Divinity and humanity – What a gift!
In this world where there are so many untruths we are filled with gratitude for our beloved Church, the commandments and the Word of God that keeps us rooted in the truth.
As we go to the Church and receive the sacraments we feast at the fountain of His life. We are so grateful for baptism in which we receive this special sharing in His life and our knowing and loving capacity is elevated. We know God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit live in our graced, baptized soul. We are so grateful for the priests and the hierarchy and all the sacraments and our Church. The Church a pillar of truth in the world. The Eucharist the Medicine of Immortality.
God is love and it is love and sacrifice – the priests and hierarchy sacrifices, that have helped us have the strong Church we have today. Fr. Carter believed if we do this every other month, send the Priestly Newsletter and pray like this for the priests and the hierarchy, we would help to bring about this era of love in the world from hearts devoted to Jesus’ Sacred Loving Heart and Mary’s Loving Immaculate Heart.
We in the Shepherds of Christ as we spread this Priestly Newsletter and pray in this network of prayer chapters grow deeper in love in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.
Please stay united to our prayers, and all of our prayers are so powerful and the hierarchy have been especially anointed by God as the descendants of the Apostles. We are committed to these prayers – loving and honoring Jesus and Mary and praying for the priests, the Church and the world.
Thank God for the lives of the priests and the hierarchy given to serve us. Thank God for their love for us and thank God for their prayers united to ours.
Fr. Carter would always say as St. Ignatius said, "What have I done for Christ?" "What am I now doing for Christ?" "What ought I to do for Christ?"
Christ is the head, we the members are to be united as, 'a toe and a finger' – united to the Mass – the sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present. In this great oneness we the poor banished children of Adam and Eve offer a more pure sacrifice dwelling in the pure and holy Hearts of the New Adam and New Eve, the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.
Hope – the Shepherds of Christ offers hope – the message given at Fatima for a deeper living out of our baptismal vows by dwelling in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary (deeper consecration to Their Hearts). This is as Fr. Carter said “dwelling in Their Hearts is our little heaven on earth.”The Priestly Newsletter is the voice of the Good Shepherd – from the Word, encyclicals, wisdom of the Saints, popes. writings and very prominent theologians – the vision of God the Father.
I, Rita Ring, co-founder of the Shepherds of Christ have written about the Eucharist for 19 years – December 17, 1991 seeing a vision of the Heart of Jesus on fire and hearing “You do not know what this Heart will do to lead so many to My Sacred Heart.”
Fr. Carter wrote another Priestly Newsletter saying the Word and the Eucharist is the Bread of Life – We are fed by the Word. We are fed by the Eucharist.
When I wrote the Mass Book I, under the direction of Fr. Carter – I received special favors – first at the Consecration of the Mass – understanding the depth of God's love – filling me to know a taste of how it may be in heaven to be possessed by God – knowing
that intimacy I wrote of on December 18, 1995 of the Trinity in the Mass Book.
Prayer by Rita Ring January 17, 1994
Prayer for Union with Jesus
Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.
I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.
I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.
When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.
December 18, 2000, 5 years later, Fr. Carter died.
The experience of knowing the love of God so deeply in the Mass, emptying oneself in our lives given at the consecration of the Mass, in giving our lives identified with Jesus for love of souls, the Church and the world. – On December 17, 1995 there is a writing in the Mass Book that talks about this deep intimacy with the Trinity. On December 17, 1996, the next year, 5 years after I saw the Heart of Jesus, 2½ years after Fr. Carter began the Priestly Newsletter – Mary's image appeared as you see here in Clearwater, Florida, December 17, 1996. We have spread the prayer manual praying for the priests, the Church and the world in 8 languages from this building ever since. The Shepherds of Christ has been able to be in this building for 11½ years, since July 5, 1998 by leasing it or by mortgage. Mary's image appeared like this for 7½ years. A youth destroyed the image head with a sling shot at 5:00am in the morning, March 1, 2004.

The intimacy that God wants with us in Holy Communion – in living our baptismal commitment most purely and as He wants – holy, not rebellious like many in the world.
The Eucharist and the Word are the Medicine of Immortality. We all in the Shepherds of Christ go to daily Mass and have spent one hour before the Blessed Sacrament daily and pray the consecration prayers in the Prayer Manual giving devotion to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart.
Life is lived in deeper life IN HIM –
Life in the Spirit as it says in Romans –
Romans 8: 5-9Those who are living by their natural inclinations have their minds on the things human nature desires; those who live in the Spirit have their minds on spiritual things. And human nature has nothing to look forward to but death, while the Spirit looks forward to life and peace, because the outlook of disordered human nature is opposed to God, since it does not submit to God's Law, and indeed it cannot, and those who live by their natural inclinations can never be pleasing to God. You, however, live not by your natural inclinations, but by the Spirit, since the Spirit of God has made a home in you. Indeed, anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him.
As we sing the Psalms, songs in the Glory and Praise which are the Word – read the Word and review the homilies of my brother – Fr. Joseph Robinson a priest for 46 years rooted in the Word – We are fed –
We know God more and more as we read the Word – we see Him – we know Him – we know His ways –
As we are fed at the table of the Lord and do adoration – we are saturated more and more with His life in us – We are ONE IN HIM
The Church is ONE, HOLY, CATHOLIC, and APOSTOLIC.
As we become one IN HIM – We live as we were created – more and more in the image and likeness of Jesus.
As we live in the world we are called to reflect the image of Christ as individuals and members of the Church.
The Shepherds of Christ has spread the Morning Offering, Consecration and rosary to the Catholic schools about 250,000 a year since around 1996.
We spread the Morning Offering to the elderly – so they pray as members of the body of Christ for the priests, the Church and the world.
Here is a card we circulate to the Nursing Homes in big print.
Thank you for all you do for us.

Prayer by Rita Ring December 27, 1995
A Prayer before the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass
Let me be a holy sacrifice and unite with God in the sacrament of His greatest love.
I want to be one in Him in this act of love, where He gives Himself to me and I give myself as a sacrifice to Him. Let me be a holy sacrifice as I become one with Him in this my act of greatest love to Him.
Let me unite with Him more, that I may more deeply love Him. May I help make reparation to His adorable Heart and the heart of His Mother, Mary. With greatest love, I offer myself to You and pray that You will accept my sacrifice of greatest love. I give myself to You and unite in Your gift of Yourself to me. Come and possess my soul.
Cleanse me, strengthen me, heal me. Dear Holy Spirit act in the heart of Mary to make me more and more like Jesus.
Father, I offer this my sacrifice, myself united to Jesus in the Holy Spirit to You. Help me to love God more deeply in this act of my greatest love.
Give me the grace to grow in my knowledge, love and service of You and for this to be my greatest participation in the Mass. Give me the greatest graces to love You so deeply in this Mass, You who are so worthy of my love.
We followed the plan set for us under the guidance of Fr. Carter who ran the Movement until his death. It was established when he died.
I, Rita Ring, have been running the Shepherds of Christ Movement with the president, John Weickert and several priests' guidance these past 10 years since Fr. Carter's death.
Our lives are lived dedicated to praying for the priests, the Church and the world – in publishing the Spirituality Newsletter for the priests, praying for this, leading people to the sacraments, especially the Eucharist, the Word and consecration to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, for individuals, churches, schools and families. My brother, Fr. Joseph Robinson, a priest for over 45 years, has been instrumental in my life and teaching us through his homilies. He is head of the Cathedral Deanery in Cincinnati, Ohio USA for quite some time. In his homilies he teaches us so much – because we love the Word of God and he brings the scriptures so they are alive in our hearts and act as a guiding light in our lives. His book has homilies for the remaining Sundays of this year – Cycle A and some Cycle B during Advent and Christmas at the end of the year.
Our members donate all the money for this and give their lives praying for the priests you. This love and support praying before the Blessed Sacrament goes on all over the United States and around the world – We are one from praying the prayers in the Prayer Manual having this great devotion to the Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart. We honor Mary by praying the Litany to her. We honor the Sacred Heart by praying the Litany to the Sacred Heart. We pray the prayers in the Prayer Manual for the priests, the Church and the world and the consecration prayers at least daily. We have 7 levels of commitment. Associates pray less frequently.
Could you be one in praying these prayers with us and help us start prayer chapters around the world spreading the devotion to the Two Hearts as Mary asked for at Fatima for peace and unity in the world?
St. Anthony’s Church China, Indiana
24 hours Perpetual AdorationWe received this church from the Archdiocese 13 years ago for the purpose of prayer before the Blessed Sacrament and sending the Priestly Newsletter around the world.
There is strength in unity – We pray united in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary as members of the Shepherds of Christ for the priests and the hierarchy in the Prayer Manual (little red book).
We thank God for this great gift of the Church and hierarchy and priests. We must work for true happiness and unity –
Besides the messages associated with the major Fatima apparitions, there were other revelations given by Our Lady. Before Jacinta died, she told of other messages given her (during her illness) by Mary:
Tell everybody that God gives graces through the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Tell them to ask grace from her, and that the Heart of Jesus wishes to be venerated together with the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Ask them to plead for peace from the Immaculate Heart of Mary, for the Lord has confided the peace of the world to her. (Our Lady's Peace Plan, op cit., pp.9-10.)
We are under God and the authority of the Church. We know the truth. God gives us the Church –God gives us the Word and the commandments and the Church to guide us to be strong.
In a tainted world we can grow to be more as Our Heavenly Father wants us to be united in helping to strengthen the world with our trust in God and the gift of the Church, Christ instituted.
The remedy of the world is to return to the love of God. In this lies our happiness and peace. The Hearts of Jesus and Mary are the pure and holy Hearts of love. In sending the Shepherds of Christ Priestly Newsletter these 15½ years –And at the last apparition of Mary at Fatima, October 13, 1917, Mary said,
I am the Lady of the Rosary. I have come to warn the faithful to amend their lives and to ask pardon for their sins. They must not offend Our Lord any more, for He is already too grievously offended by the sins of men. People must say the Rosary. Let them continue saying it every day.(Our Lady's Peace Plan, op cit., p.7.)
We ask that the priests and the hierarchy help us begin these prayer chapters in the United States which includes the Litany of the Blessed Virgin, the Litany to the Sacred Heart, and the promises of the Sacred Heart to St. Margaret Mary, the Seven Sorrows and Consecration to the Two Hearts praying deeply for you our beloved hierarchy, the descendants of the Apostles, the priests, the Church and the world.
Mary, Queen of Peace, asked at Fatima that the bishops consecrate their dioceses to the Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart, Fr. Carter wrote books about this that Mary said at Fatima that until a sufficient number of people have consecrated their hearts to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary we won’t have peace in the world. Mary promised at Fatima that a certain period of peace will be granted to the world. Fr. Carter in beginning the Priestly Newsletter and spreading the prayer chapters was answering Mary’s call.
Mary told Jacinta the peace of the world was entrusted to her (Mary). The prayers in the prayer manual include the rosary.
If people display pictures of the Sacred Heart in their homes and pray these prayers, they would be making Jesus, the King and center of their homes and their hearts. If they display Mary as the Immaculate Heart and give their hearts to her as they try to live as God wants, the Immaculate Mother would help them protect their family. Mary said that: “The family that prays together stays together”.
Parishes that do these prayers have been blessed and have deeper oneness in the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary and deeper devotion to the Eucharist.
The remedy of the world is to return to the love of God. In this lies our happiness and peace. The Hearts of Jesus and Mary are the pure and holy Hearts of love. The Bread of Life is the Word and the Eucharist. Grace is outpoured when we read the Word and go to the Eucharist. This is a gift to help heal our wounded human nature.
We have the red Shepherds of Christ prayer manual and 8½" x 11" sheet with these same prayers and the large print prayer manual at the back of Fr. Joe’s book.God wants us to pray – to lay down our
lives, we who are members of the Body of
Christ to know as Jesus saidI am the vine, you are the branches. Whoever
remains in me and I in him will bear much fruit,
because without me you can do nothing. (John 15:5)Jesus is the vine – Life is in Him –
Through His pierced Heart on Calvary – the
Church was born – water and blood flowed from
His pierced Heart.Water for Baptism.
Blood for the Eucharist. As members of the body of Christ –
we are to live pure lives, one in
the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary – the
New Adam and the New Eve – Mary said this at
Fatima. We are to consecrate ourselves, families,
churches, schools, nations to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary –We, as members of the Body of Christ, are
under the head, Jesus, we live as children
of the Father – one happy family, in the
Holy Spirit – the Spirit of truth – Life in the SpiritThe Father, Son and Holy Spirit live in the graced
baptized soul – what a gift – God lives in
us. We are a light to the world. In these short years we are here God works
in our lives. Jesus touches the souls in a special
way through our love because we live for
His honor and glory – our purpose to do all things
for the honor and glory of God letting go of inordinate
attachments that drive us from Him.Every act we do is united to the Mass
going on around the world – The Mass the
sacrifice of Calvary, sacramentally made
present – all our actions a sacrifice, an
offering one with the Holy Sacrifice of the
Mass – offered to the Father, in the Holy Spirit
with all the angels and saints – We are one
as members of the body of Christ – united
so deeply living our lives according to
the Father’s will in love – living to help
strengthen the body of Christ and the world –We must pray for the priests now more
than ever and for the Church –They conquered him by the blood of the
(Revelation 12:11)
Lamb and by the word of their testimony;
love for life did not deter them from death.
The priests bring us the Eucharist –
The Church and the priest can help us so
much in this troubled world – more than
anything else with the Might of God behind us.They must pray their Morning Offering –
being holy and spreading the Blood of Jesus
on the people of the World and the Church –
praying for a deeper outpouring of the Holy Spirit
and casting out the devil.People come who can try these precious
priests and they must focus on their duty to
celebrate Mass and administer the sacraments and
offer up their whole lives united to the Mass
in all they do for the sake of souls – One person can be
sent by satan to try us and yet God has called our
priests to this calling, a gift to the Church and
the world to give their lives for the sake of souls –What a gift
I wrote the song enclosed about how
a priest is a gift from God.We want to thank the priests and the hierarchy for all
they do for all of us and for the Church and the world. We must unite in the Morning Offering and live
lives doing God’s will in love.
We try to reach people in Nursing Homes with
this card – to just live their lives in peace – united
to the Mass for the priests, the Church and the world –
The card is enclosed.
We try to reach the children in schools with
the rosary, consecration and Morning Offering,
the Tiny Tots, the families, but mostly prayer
for the priests, the Church and the world – We our-
selves living lives according to the Father’s will
in love united to the Mass – the sacrifice
of Calvary – sacramentally made present –Believe – Hope – Love, Jesus is the King
of Kings – He is truly present in the Eucharist,
through the hands of consecrated priests
and Jesus is truly with us –Alleluia, Believe, God is all powerful and
the priests and the Church under the Holy Father
is the key – God is with usJesus is the vine – We are the branches –
our lives are rooted in Him.
P.S. The book Guiding Light is my
brother’s homilies for Cycle C –
we are so grateful to send this treasure
to the priests and the hierarchy –
Our Lady gave to us her peace plan at Fatima. From the Fatima writing this is what Our Lady said, "But in the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph...and a certain period of peace will be granted to the world." Mary’s message at Fatima July 13, 1917.
This is the message given to Jacinta, the Fatima visionary before she died.
“Tell everybody that God gives graces through the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Tell them to ask grace from her, and that the Heart of Jesus wishes to be venerated together with the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Ask them to plead for peace from the Immaculate Heart of Mary, for the Lord has confided the peace of the world to her.”
Finally it is important to pray the rosary. Here is what Mary said at Fatima with the miracle of the sun October 13, 1917.
“I am the Lady of the Rosary. I have come to warn the faithful to amend their lives and to ask pardon for their sins. They must not offend Our Lord any more, for He is already too grievously offended by the sins of men. People must say the Rosary. Let them continue saying it every day.”
We have spread over 6 ½ million Priestly Newsletters to the priests and hierarchy in 14 ½ years trying to spread these prayer chapters and adoration before the Blessed Sacrament praying for the priests, the Church and the world – centered in devotion to the Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart. Specifically praying as Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus before the tabernacle 2 hours a week.
1. For the spread of the devotion to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary culminating in the reign of the
Sacred Heart and the triumph of the Immaculate Heart.
2. For the Pope.
3. For all bishops of the world.
4. For all priests.
5. For all sisters and brothers in the religious life.
6. For all members of the Shepherds of Christ Movement, and for the spread of this movement to
the world.
7. For all members of the Catholic Church.
8. For all members of the human family.
9. For all souls in purgatory.
In this devotion of giving our hearts to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, in living in the truth, the real ‘Bailout’ for our troubled world, we believe is with the priests and the Church and the gifts God is giving.
We send this letter because it is so important to help strengthen the world as we live out our vocation offering our lives praying to the Father, united to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, in the Holy Spirit as baptized Catholics, members of the mystical body of Christ. We pray fervently offering our lives united to the Mass.
Our vocation is to love. The individual Christian, the world, and the Church is in the state of becoming more likened to Christ. We are filled with hope in living the Gospel message, as members of the Church in these times of trial.May 13, 2009 was the 92nd Anniversary of Mary's first apparition at Fatima
God is love.
July 13, 1917
God created this earth –
God created us with the commandment to love God above all things and love our neighbors as ourselves.
Mary was sent as a messenger to tell us that we are to consecrate ourselves, our places to the Sacred Heart (the New Adam) and the Immaculate Heart (the New Eve). Mary is Queen of Peace.
The disorder started with Adam and Eve –
Mary said until a sufficient number of people have consecrated their hearts to Jesus and Mary we won’t have peace in the world –
Mary was sent as a messenger by God to deliver this message at Fatima.
(12)"During this same July apparition, Mary showed the three children a vision of Hell. She told them:
"You have seen Hell, where the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to establish, in the world, devotion to my Immaculate Heart. If people do what I tell you, many souls will be saved and there will be peace.
"The war (World War I, then raging) is going to end. But if people do not stop offending God, another and worse one will begin in the reign of Pius XI. When you shall see a night illuminated by an unknown light [January 2, 1938], know that this is the great sign that God gives you that He is going to punish the world for its many crimes by means of war, hunger, and persecution of the Church and the Holy Father.
"To prevent this, I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart and the Communion of Reparation on the five first Saturdays. If my requests are granted, Russia will be converted and there will be peace. If not, she will scatter her errors throughout the world, provoking wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, and various nations will be destroyed....
"But in the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph, the Holy Father will consecrate Russia to me, Russia will be converted, and a certain period of peace will be granted to the world." (13)
12. For background material on Fatima, I am particularly indebted to Our Lady of Fatima's Peace Plan from Heaven (Rockford: TAN Books and Publishers, Inc., 1983). pp.4-5.
13. Ibid., p.5.
World War I was then raging.
Mary promised a certain era of peace to the world –
Mary also said at Fatima we must pray the rosary daily and make reparation to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary for the offenses against these pure and holy Hearts of love –
We were commanded to love –
God is love.
We were created in the image and likeness of God.
God is the Creator.
We are the creatures –
We are to obey His will in love –
Fr. Carter received the message on May 31, 1994 to send the Priestly Newsletter to all priests and hierarchy and to send it every other month centered in consecration to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary and written by Fr. Carter and later two competent priests wrote
the Priestly Newsletter, in the Father’s vision – to encourage the priests and send our love – from the scriptures, encyclicals, writings of the popes and prominent theologians. The book the Mass Book was written by me, Rita Ring, under the direction of Fr. Carter (Fr. Carter, our founder, with the Eucharist, is on the front of the Mass Book). This book is in both English and Spanish with the Church’s Imprimatur. The Mass Book was written to help us be more intimately united to God. The Mass Book talks about priestly holiness, the priest and Fatima, Fatima and the Shepherds of Christ Movement and majorly the Mass and intimacy with the Sacred Heart of Jesus – It shows the plan given through the Shepherds of Christ with the prayer chapters and consecration all over the world. The more we are one in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary – the more we, who are baptized Catholics, will be strengthened as members in the Church.
Oneness in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.
Peace as Mary said. The message Fr. Carter received said there will be the Reign of the Sacred Heart and Triumph of Mary’s Immaculate Heart.
At the end of the century this is the message Jesus gave to Fr. Carter to pray these prayers and to spread the Priestly Newsletter – so the bishops encourage all to consecrate their dioceses to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and all to consecrate themselves.
When people make Jesus the King of their hearts, they are under Him and they are more likely to obey the commandments – instead of men making themselves the 'king', and them not recognizing God over them and disobeying His commandments and laws – which
cause DISORDER –
When we baptized Catholics give ourselves to the Pure and Holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary – we are one in Their Hearts – united as members of the mystical body of Christ, as we are, to all the Masses going on around the world – we offer our lives as an offering – to
the Mass – the sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present and in the pure Hearts of Jesus and Mary. This offering of our lives can help to bring down so much grace for peace and love in this world. The Mass is the Sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present –
I unite so deeply at Mass – praying to the Father – united to Jesus in the Holy Spirit – through the intercession of Mary in union with the angels and saints and souls in purgatory.
Mary is the Queen of Peace – two and ½ years after Fr. Carter began the Priestly Newsletter – Mary’s image appeared like this in Clearwater, Florida –

Mary by day
July 5, 2000
by night
July 5, 2000
Mary’s image was like this in rainbow color (it matches dot by dot Our Lady of Guadalupe) for 7½ years – then someone destroyed the head of the image.
By the grace of God we have been in this building 11½ years. Fr. Carter told me to always keep this building –
We have prayer there all day since 1996. We have spread the consecration to the two Hearts, besides circulating 15,000,000 Priestly Newsletters loose and in books– by sending 250,000 rosaries and consecrations to the school children in the United States every year –
supplying Rosary meditations in English and Spanish for tiny tots to nursing homes.
The Church is the answer – no matter how the world is suffering – the Church is our gift.
The victory is won.
We must go to Jesus and Mary and make Jesus the King of our hearts, churches, schools, our land and Mary the Queen – to bring about, as Fr. Carter said, this great era of peace and love and the Reign of the Sacred Heart and Triumph of Mary’s Immaculate Heart.

			36. Greetings! Last year you sent me the
book – Guiding Light: Focusing on the Word. It is a series of
homilies by Fr. Joe Robinson. What a wonderful gift. I have used it
for all my homilies and spiritual reading. It has been a blessing
for me and even more – a blessing for my parish. I am very grateful
			for this gift. – 10/22/2009 – priest - Florida
			37. Hey I just wanted to call you and say
blessings – this is simply just an affirmation call. I got in the
mail a while back Guiding Light – the Word Alive in Our Hearts –
Homilies by Fr. Joe Robinson. I have to admit this has been one of
the most edifying pieces of literature I have received in my hands
in a long time. Fr. Joe’s homilies are inspiring, they are just
wonderful. They are absolutely wonderful. I would love to hear this
man preach. I mean that assuming that from what I saw – He’s still
around – 40 years – it says on the back here – I haven’t read it
thoroughly.  – it even has a song – the song about priests! What an
edifying thing that Christ has given to you – the Holy Spirit given
to you. I just want to say from one of the priests out here in the
trenches along with the great laity of the Church – Thank you!
What a blessing this has been to me. So I would love to integrate
this in some how, and thank you for the mission of the Shepherds of
Christ. What an edifying thing for us today. So no need to call
back, but I would just give you my cell phone number. And there’s no
need to call back or anything. You got tons on your plate already
and everything. But I mean these were just blessed homilies – I
would like to see if there is a continuing of Fr. Joe’s homilies and
the series and stuff. So anyway – my opinion for whatever it counts.
Blessings to you this Christmas season and may the Blessed Mother
and all the angels and saints just fill you with Christ’s presence.
Talk to you later. – 12/30/2008 – priest - Kentucky

The China Church is over 140 years old
and we pray in there 24 hours a day.
It needs stucco and so does
the community building.
Can you please help us?
