Prayer for Grace for Election and our Country

Dear Father united to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present, celebrated around the world, in the Holy Spirit. We offer up all we do united to the Mass. We unite in one mind and one heart as members of the mystical body of Christ, with Christ our head in the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary, through the powerful intercession of Mary with all the angels and saints and souls in purgatory, and we beg for the saving grace, for our country, the United States. Please help us. We further pray for unity to always do the will of God in love. We spread the Blood of Jesus on the leaders and people of the United States and cast the devil into hell. We consecrate our country to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and all our dioceses, and beg for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. God help us. We pray for our families, the priests, the Church and the world. In the Name of Jesus please hear us, we pray. We pray for our president and leaders. We pray that we are united as one nation under God to work together in love as God wants.

Isaiah 30: 26

Then moonlight will be bright as sunlight
and sunlight itself be seven times brighter
-like the light of seven days in one-
on the day Yahweh dresses his people's wound
and heals the scars of the blows they have received.

R.
Jesus was teacher and healer –

Jesus taught of the Kingdom of God –

Jesus was compassionate –

He saw them as a sheep without a
    shepherd –

Matthew 9: 35 - 10: 1, 5, 6-8

 Jesus made a tour through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and curing all kinds of disease and all kinds of illness.

    And when he saw the crowds he felt sorry for them because they were harassed and dejected, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, ‘The harvest is rich but the labourers are few, so ask the Lord of the harvest to send out labourers to his harvest.’

He summoned his twelve disciples and gave them authority over unclean spirits with power to drive them out and to cure all kinds of disease and all kinds of illness. These twelve Jesus sent out, instructing them as follows:  go instead to the lost sheep of the House of Israel. And as you go, proclaim that the kingdom of Heaven is close at hand. Cure the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those suffering from virulent skin–diseases, drive out devils. You received without charge, give without charge.

R. Jesus when He healed forgave sins –
Jesus came to give us new life!!
Jesus healed the paralytic –

Jesus came to save us –
So we could walk, following in His
    footprints

                February 13, 2020

                R. The story God is teaching us is love –
                Loving Jesus will help us find our
                way to eternal life –

                Loving may take effort we think, but
                when the Holy Spirit takes
                over and gives us a special gift, we are
                just absorbed in love – God's grace in us –
                But this usually comes with surrendering
                more and more to God – letting go – giving Him
                our will and our life, but being willing
                to change and be taught.

                Thinking we know it all is a trap –
                We, in fact, know so little, even about
                ourselves.

                God did not put us here by ourselves,
                we need to realize God is guiding us
                all the time, by inspiration from the Holy Spirit,
                by experiences past and present, by
                others He sends in our lives to help
                us grow and see what we need to see.

                There must be change and learning.
                We are here to grow in the image and likeness
                of God.

                We have roots that are wounded and need
                healing.

                These impure roots keep coming up if we keep
                    praying to the Holy Spirit to enlightens us.
                    These impure roots get in the way
                    of unity, love, and walking as God
                    is calling us to do.

                Fighting to not change is falling in a big
                    pit.

end of excerpt

R. We can't ignore our past, our
    sins and move ahead.
    We can be crippling our way
    to walk spiritually if we do.
    We need conversion!

February 13, 2020 continues

                R. We are in process –

                We are like a thirsty tree planted by the
                    waters of sanctifying grace – ready to
                    be filled by His life in us.

                From the altar – the priest celebrates the
                    Mass, the sacrifice of Calvary
                    sacramentally made present and
                    these streams of grace abundantly flow.

                Our roots are rooted in Him.

                We dwell in the Trinity preparing ourselves
                    for eternal life.

                We eat His Body and drink His Blood at
                    Mass – We are transformed in Him.

                His Word fills our heart and soul
                    and the roots that need healing
                    are changed by this gift, but we
                    must be willing, open, surrendering.

                    Dwelling in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary
                are our little heaven on earth, Fr. Carter
                would say.

                    We are a gift to be given and others
                are a gift of God's creation, even in
                our imperfections, we are gifts that
                God wants to be given to one another
                as we grow in His image and likeness.

                    We are wounded, we need healing, we need
                God. We need each other, we need to love
                and we are to give love – It's the greatest
                commandment.

                    We need to change and to learn –
                every day, more and more, like Jesus –
                a work in progress.

                    We need the gifts of the Holy Spirit. We need
                His Counsel, we need knowledge of
                our wicked ways, of our selfishness,
                our frozenness. We are a work in
                progress. We learn every day. We don't
                say in denial and anger (why me) –
                How can I get around what I need to face,
                or holding onto the old brain because we
                are comfortable in bad roots that need
                changing – We beg for grace from the Holy Spirit.
                We pray for His gifts – peaceful acceptance
                of those things we must change and
                growing more and more to be the best we
                can be, as God wants us to be!!

                Loyal, Loving, Honest –
                God is running the show –
                We give our will and our life to Him.

                It's a lot to process –
                We are a work in progress, but never
                again will any one live as we will –
                We are God's unique creation, so precious
                to our beloved God. We are to be all
                He intends us to be – This takes surrender
                to Him. This takes getting off the top of
                the ladder and putting God on the throne
                and getting off ourselves!!

                We are a work in progress.

                A soldier in the army of God with our
                    hearts full of Him, full of love –

                We are to be like the wise virgins preparing
                    ourselves for the coming of the
                    bridegroom.

                Sing: Awaken My Heart

                Sing: Deep Within

Ephesians 4: 25-32

So from now on, there must be no more lies. Speak the truth to one another, since we are all parts of one another. Even if you are angry, do not sin: never let the sun set on your anger or else you will give the devil a foothold. Anyone who was a thief must stop stealing; instead he should exert himself at some honest job with his own hands so that he may have something to share with those in need. No foul word should ever cross your lips; let your words be for the improvement of others, as occasion offers, and do good to your listeners; do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God who has marked you with his seal, ready for the day when we shall be set free. Any bitterness or bad temper or anger or shouting or abuse must be far removed from you-as must every kind of malice. Be generous to one another, sympathetic, forgiving each other as readily as God forgave you in Christ.

Ephesians 5: 1-2

As God's dear children, then, take him as your pattern, and follow Christ by loving as he loved you, giving himself up for us as an offering and a sweet-smelling sacrifice to God.

Ephesians 5: 8-21

You were darkness once, but now you are light in the Lord; behave as children of light, for the effects of the light are seen in complete goodness and uprightness and truth. Try to discover what the Lord wants of you, take no part in the futile works of darkness but, on the contrary, show them up for what they are. The things which are done in secret are shameful even to speak of; but anything shown up by the light will be illuminated and anything illuminated is itself a light. That is why it is said:

    Wake up, sleeper,
    rise from the dead,
    and Christ will shine on you.

    So be very careful about the sort of lives you lead, like intelligent and not like senseless people. Make the best of the present time, for it is a wicked age. This is why you must not be thoughtless but must recognise what is the will of the Lord. Do not get drunk with wine; this is simply dissipation; be filled with the Spirit. Sing psalms and hymns and inspired songs among yourselves, singing and chanting to the Lord in your hearts, always and everywhere giving thanks to God who is our Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Be subject to one another out of reverence for Christ.

                Song: From St. Louis Jesuits - Awake Oh Sleeper

Colossians 1: 15-26

He is the image of the unseen God,
the first–born of all creation,
for in him were created all things
in heaven and on earth:
everything visible
    and everything invisible,
thrones, ruling forces,
    sovereignties, powers—
all things were created through him
    and for him.
He exists before all things
and in him all things hold together,
and he is the Head of the Body,
that is, the Church.

He is the Beginning,
the first–born from the dead,
so that he should be supreme in every way;
because God wanted all fullness
    to be found in him
and through him
    to reconcile all things to him,
everything in heaven
    and everything on earth,
by making peace through his death
    on the cross.

You were once estranged and of hostile intent through your evil behaviour; now he has reconciled you, by his death and in that mortal body, to bring you before himself holy, faultless and irreproachable—as long as you persevere and stand firm on the solid base of the faith, never letting yourselves drift away from the hope promised by the gospel, which you have heard, which has been preached to every creature under heaven, and of which I, Paul, have become the servant.

It makes me happy to be suffering for you now, and in my own body to make up all the hardships that still have to be undergone by Christ for the sake of his body, the Church, of which I was made a servant with the responsibility towards you that God gave to me, that of completing God's message, the message which was a mystery hidden for generations and centuries and has now been revealed to his holy people.

Sing: Prepare in the Wilderness a highway
    for our Lord

R. We are on a journey here –

We need to walk God's way, not walk
    like a paralytic –
    God can heal us –

Sing: Save Us Oh Lord

Only God can forgive sins!!

In the scripture it says –
    "Your sins are forgiven –
        Rise and walk" –

Jesus gives us the priest and
    confession, the Mass!

Fr. Carter used to begin his Priestly Newsletter
    with this scripture.

John 10: 11-15

I am the good shepherd:
the good shepherd lays down his life
   for his sheep.
The hired man,
   since he is not the shepherd
and the sheep do not belong to him,
abandons the sheep
as soon as he sees a wolf coming,
   and runs away,
and then the wolf attacks
   and scatters the sheep;
he runs away
   because he is only a hired man
and has no concern for the sheep.
I am the good shepherd;
I know my own
and my own know me,
just as the Father knows me
and I know the Father;
and I lay down my life for my sheep.

R. We are the lost sheep –

The Father loves us so much –

Matthew 18: 12-14

‘Tell me. Suppose a man has a hundred sheep and one of them strays; will he not leave the ninety–nine on the hillside and go in search of the stray? In truth I tell you, if he finds it, it gives him more joy than do the ninety-nine that did not stray at all. Similarly, it is never the will of your Father in heaven that one of these little ones should be lost.

Sing: Oh Come, Oh Come Emmanuel

Sing: Come Unto Me all who are Weary

R. Jesus: Redeemer and King

We have God's Law and the
    teachings of the Word
    to lead us –

Matthew 11: 16-19

'What comparison can I find for this generation? It is like children shouting to each other as they sit in the market place: We played the pipes for you, and you wouldn't dance; we sang dirges, and you wouldn't be mourners. 'For John came, neither eating nor drinking, and they say, "He is possessed." The Son of man came, eating and drinking, and they say, "Look, a glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners." Yet wisdom is justified by her deeds.'

Sing: A Song from Jesus

December 3, 2014 - St. Francis Xavier

From Blue Book 13

Given on the Feast of St. Francis Xavier, December 3, 1996

R. I will never be able to write what He allows me to feel all through the Mass. I feel every word in my soul.

I was in awe after Communion. The priest read the words. I passed out. I was in such ecstasy.

I feel all the words in my being. Every word I experience in the depth of my soul.

I know the Mass as I experience every word within me.

I am filled with the love of God, oh how I adore God in the Mass, all three Persons. The way I feel for God, with such love in the Mass, I cannot explain.

I feel His Life, His grace outpoured on me. Oh, the glory of the Mass, what He gave to me today is such a gift.

I cannot put on a paper what I feel in the Mass: His love pouring through my soul, His Life, enveloping me, the presence of God in the Mass, His words that I live and I feel and I experience, the realization of God answering my petitions and listening and loving me, my great desire to love Him, to give myself to Him, my great desire to praise and worship Him.

Oh my desire to unite in this oneness with Divinity, to be so one as the Sacrifice is offered, one with Mary, one with the angels and saints and souls in purgatory, one with my fellow men. How can I express the love I feel for all men in the Mass, when I unite to Him in such oneness and I feel His oneness and love for all men?

In this oneness with Him, I am overwhelmed with His love for all and I am in Him in this experience of oneness. Oh to unite to Him is to have it all, to pass out. I scarce can breathe when You come into me for I am in such in ecstasy to behold my God.

Oh how do I write, but I know so deep in my soul these things. Oh my God, my God to possess You is to have it all.

I feel it all, I feel the Mass, I am one with Him in the Mass and I know as He knows. I cannot write it, but oh, I want to share it with another, for it is so glorious. No man can ever know in his feeble mind, only in this oneness with Him.

Jesus: I have given you Myself and taken you to My Heart, I love you. Words cannot express what you know. As you write and publish these works, I give to souls the grace to know the Mass as I impart to you. I ask you to publish with the Imprimatur these writings leading into My Heart. Your words will suffice to lead souls to the deepest chamber of My Heart. Through My grace they will come and sup with Me and I will make them fishers of men. I gave you Myself and you shared the Mass in this intense oneness with Me. You know the oneness I want with My beloved souls in the Mass. I am the King, this is My Kingdom, I give you this sharing in My treasures in the Eucharist. The gift I give is MYSELF. I share My Divine Life and love with you. This is the treasure I give to you.

R. We unite to Him, He is reigning now, people will partake more fully when He reigns in all hearts.

He is lifting the veil and reigning in our hearts now, as it will be when there is the reign of the Sacred Heart.

I am one with Him in the Mass. It overwhelms me to experience this. I am overwhelmed with His love for all in the Mass.

I feel tremendous, overwhelming love for Him and from Him, I am filled with immense love for all, for all heaven and earth and souls in purgatory as I am one in Him.

I feel immense unity with all He created and love for all.

When I am in immense oneness, I an overwhelmed with experiencing the Mass through His Heart and Mary’s Heart. I cannot describe it in words.

I loved God to such depth - loving God from her Heart and His Heart.

I was overwhelmed with the love of God and all He created because of my union with Him.

In this oneness great grace is outpoured.

How tremendously great it is when the priest is intensely one with Him.

HE LIVES AND REIGNS now - so many are missing it.

I experience the Mass as He reigns in my heart.

R. I feel every word in the Mass, I am so one in Him, He lets me experience the words.

As a two edged sword that penetrates the soul.

We pray to St. Ignatius.

Oh God, we want to be one in holiest love so we will be Your faithful servants and obey Your will.

We are a SOCIETY OF APOSTLES of the SACRED HEART ON FIRE with YOUR LOVE.

Sacred Heart of Jesus, we place our trust in Thee.

John 15:16

You did not choose me,
no, I chose you;
and I commissioned you
to go out and to bear fruit,
fruit that will last;
so that the Father will give you
anything you ask him in my name.

From the Feast of St. Francis Xavier, December 3, 1996, I write how one word spoken at Mass is so deeply embedded in my soul when He gives me an ecstasy.

This is how it will be. That man will know Him as never before, they will see with the light of seven suns.

These revelations He gives to us are to take them into the deepest union with Him, dwelling in Jesus' most Sacred Heart. Therein are found the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Therein is found the fullness of life, life in Him.

From December 3, 2004 - Feast of St. Xavier

Messenger:     My dear friends

    Today the Feast of St. Xavier,
First Friday, Jesus appeared to me
as the King on His Throne at the
Cathedral where He told me to go
to Church.

   He was smiling and His
mouth moved and moved and moved.
He looked happy and the vision was
all aglow. He gave me a message to sit
in the first pew and He appeared
and talked about 20 minutes, He
was smiling.

Excerpt from December 4, 2004

Messenger:         Dear Jesus you are the King of our hearts —
                                Again Jesus told me to go to the Cathedral
                                and light flashed from the left side of Jesus
                                over and over again and Jesus' mouth
                                moved as He appeared as Christ
                                the King.

                            He has been making me so aware of
                                His presence in the priest at
                                Mass and today He did not smile,
                                but His mouth moved as the
                                priest said the words at
                                the principle part of the Mass —
                                the Light flashed over to the side
                                of His left hand where He
                                held the keys and Peter knelt.

                            It flashed across the front of Jesus
                                from left to right to His raised
                                hand, but to the side of  where Peter
                                was it was all lit up then
                                proceeded across Jesus to the
                                right side....

                                    I see the King, Jesus, appear
                                on His throne on First Friday and
                                First Saturday and First Saturday with flashes
                                of light from the keys in His hand
                                above Peter's head to His right
                                hand.

                    Sing Veni Sancte Spiritus

                    Say Holy Spirit Sequence

 From the Lectionary

                        Pentecost Sequence

Come, Holy Spirit, come!
And from your celestial home
    Shed a ray of light divine!

Come, Father of the poor!
Come, source of all our store!
    Come, within our bosoms shine!

You, of comforters the best;
You, the soul's most welcome guest;
    Sweet refreshment here below;

In our Labor, rest most sweet;
Grateful coolness in the heat;
    Solace in the midst of woe.

O most blessed Light divine,
Shine within these hearts of yours,
    And our inmost being fill!

Where you are not, man has naught,
Nothing good in deed or thought,
    Nothing free from taint of ill!

Heal our wounds, our strength renew;
On our dryness pour your dew;
    Wash the stains of guilt away;

Bend the stubborn heart and will;
Melt the frozen, warm the chill;
    Guide the steps that go astray.

On the faithful, who adore
And confess you, evermore
    In your sev'nfold gift descend;

Give them virtue's sure reward;
Give them your salvation, Lord;
    Give them joys that never end. Amen.
Alleluia.

May 2, 2020 - First Saturday

R. Let the thoughts be positive.
My God help everything in my brain and body to work toward health.

God gave us a beautiful body.
The brain is the pilot. Let it be filled with light and healing energy.
God gave us this beautiful machine to operate through life.
Our eyes help us see.

Our brain helps direct the body.

Our ears give us hearing.

Our arms and legs help us live, maneuver.

Oh God thank You for all You have given us.

You gave us breath for our body.
You gave us organs to operate, so we can live.

You gave us cells to reproduce, a skeleton and nerves.

You gave us blood and a system to maintain life.
Oh God thank You for the peace we can have, the interior life, the brain to think,
the heart to love.

Oh God thank You for the world with such beauty, the sky, the rolling hills and mountains, lakes and streams, the ocean so wide and beautiful.

Oh God all the animals, fish, greenery and flowers.

So much beauty, God.

God is love.
God gives us each other to love, to know, to be with.

God gives us our family to love, to be with.

Oh my God, You are so good to me.

My God, Thank You.

I love Thee so.

God is love and in Him is no darkness.

Pure and perfect love.

Thank You God for this day and all it brings.

I love You.

Given February 20, 2020

                R. All the years at the site we had precious
                    statues made by two Portuguese
                    brother-in-laws.
                    A while ago they went back to
                    Portugal and one brother was
                    bit by an Asian wasp and died.

                We have a limited number of these
                    precious painted statues that
                    we will not have again.
                    These statues come with the glass
                    from the Virgin Mary's image face
                    destroyed March 1, 2004.

                The 16th Anniversary of this will be
                    March 1, 2020.

                We will send the little statues, but
                    wish to sell the few left
                    that are 24 inches from the
                    Florida site.

                There is a very limited number
                    for this anniversary.

                March 5, 2020 6:20
                    Mary and Jesus have
                    asked that you come
                    to the Florida site for
                    the prayer service.

                    This is a miracle building,
                many have received graces and
                blessings of healing and
                particular needs both spiritual
                and physical.

Guiding Light - Reflect on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Litugical Year (2011/2012)
$ 10.00

Guiding Light homily series — Reflect on the Word — Cycle B     The Word leaves an impression on our souls. In my thoughts and reflections are born a more tangible understanding of these eternal concepts presented in the Gospels and the readings. Anyone can read a sentence, but not anyone can absorb it's true meaning. Truth, in this day and age, is almost a matter of opinion or individual entitlement. We believe that Christ's truth is our Roman Catholic Church. We, as priests, champion it's teachings; we are ambassadors for the Pope and Christ to those faces looking at us. We are the light by which our congregation reads to reflect upon real truth and we do it hand in hand. $10

Guiding Light - Steadfast to the Son
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle A of the Litugical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light homily series — Steadfast to the Son — Cycle A    The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $10

Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Litugical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light — Focusing on the Word — Cycle B    At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $10

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Litugical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light — Feed My Soul — Cycle C    In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $10
