The Transfiguration

Jesus: I have called you here this day to hear the message that I have delivered, for the situation in the world is serious, and so many souls this day, are being lost. After all the apparitions of My Mother, you should know her cries for her children, that are being lost in this world. And yet it is taken, as if it is nothing, when a soul is lost for all eternity, to the fires of hell. What do you think of that? As you meditate on the remaining Hail Marys of this mystery, meditate on the soul being lost for eternity, into the fires of hell. Is this not far worse than the loss of lives that you experienced in World War II, or the slaughter of the innocent babies within the womb of their mother? How horrifying indeed it is, for the violence in the schools today, when a madman goes into the school and begins to fire at the innocent. But your children are being poisoned this very day.

After 22 years of messages, I have come to you in this church, appeared here, to deliver this message of the seriousness, that it is not to be taken lightly. The message that I have delivered and the Lady of Clearwater, after she appeared for 7 1/2 years, and her image head destroyed on March 1, 2004, 10 years ago. As you grow, more and more, in your lack of sensitivity to the very things that are surrounding you, you have become numb, to messages delivered. How are you to be reached, for souls are at stake. It is like a flu, where people say, "oh I won't catch it, I won't catch it. My family won't catch it. We are not involved." Living your lives, many of My people, as if death will not come, some day at your door, living willy-nilly lives, in a numb state of inactivity. And I have called to you, and told you the seriousness.

And so the more that I speak, the more that I feel that I am ignored. The more that I give, the more the ingratitude. . . . Willy-nilly – Insensitivity – Scuffing it off, as if it is nothing. I am offended. I am offended by the deaths of the Holocaust. I am offended, when the warning was given, and there was no consideration to how such destruction of lives offended God, who gave to man, gifts upon gifts, and ask that they love and bear fruit for the Kingdom, that they work with one another. It is as if you think I do not see. I know your hearts. I know your ways. I know how I have been blocked, by many of the very people, that I have called.

And I speak to you of St. Francis, for he is a saint, that delivered the message that he was asked to deliver. And yet this very day, there are Franciscan all over the world. For what mattered was what he delivered that helped so many souls. When Mary appeared to the children of Fatima, they treated the apparitions, in such a way in which, they tried to block them and jailed the children. Was it the children's fault that they were jailed? And where are the jailers this day? But what of the lives of so many millions that were destroyed, torn apart, blown apart, drowned, shot from the air, the Jews exterminated, the babies killed, the murder of the innocent – and you do not feel, you owe your God reparation for such an atrocity?

When I was ignored after the apparitions of the Blessed Mother, long ago, We gave to you another chance, as Mary appeared on the building in Clearwater, in a way that has never happened in salvation history. And your world responded by shooting off the image head. Now all these years later, with insensitivity, the message is not received with the seriousness, in any way, in which it is delivered. And the world will continue to go deeper into darkness and suffer far more than World War II, with what is happening today.

R. I am the messenger, and I have delivered the message, that He delivers to us this day. It is a message from the Lord that is giving to us a life savor, to change lives, to make the world into that Christic image, for which the world was created, to bring forth children of the light, love in the human family, a community that is united, the Father's family, the reflection of love in unity. As a messenger, I deliver this message from God, and He gives, and He gives, and He gives, and He gives and He is ignored.

Hail Mary

Song: A Song from Jesus

The Institution of the Eucharist

1. Jesus: What a gift it is that you are given, the Eucharist. How I am neglected, ignored, treated with disrespect, and I give Myself to you. How fast you are to think of your little hurts, but how slow you are to think about how you have offended God.

2. Jesus: To those who have been given much, much will be expected. I have given to you the secrets of My Heart, with the deepest love, with enthusiasm for you to tell the world, that the answer is in loving God and loving others as yourselves, so much so, that I have given to you Myself this very day, in the reception of the Eucharist. And I cry to you to take this message seriously.

3. Jesus: For what does it profit a man, if he gains the whole world, but loses his soul. Your world is so sterile in its ways, so cold in its hearts. And God has given to you the Mighty Medicine, so that men will know, that it is in God that your world can be healed, and formed, more and more, in the image and likeness as God intended from the beginning. Do you think that I will go away? Or that the plan will change with more and more rebellion?

Whenever there is rebellion, in which a person has habits of rebellion, if they want to correct these ways, they must pray, they must come back, they must come out of the hole, however deep it is – deeper and deeper into darkness they have gone, with the murder of babies, and the killing of the innocent, with the ways of ignoring God, independence of God as Eve in the Garden. Independence from God, God the Creator. The creature rebelling against God. I have all the power, and all the healing comes through God.

4. Hail Mary

5. Jesus: I died a brutal death to bring you life. I died for your sinful ways, that you would be filled more and more with My life. Life is in ME.

6. Hail Mary
7. Hail Mary
8. Hail Mary
9. Hail Mary
10. Hail Mary

Sing: Hail Holy Queen

Jesus: Cold hearts, cold hearts – many are so familiar with the cold hearts, that it becomes normal to them. And yet I have given to you a life savor, of knowing about God's love, for you cannot even fathom what the love of God is really like. How it wounds My Heart, for the cold hearts. How does it wound you, when you give and you are not received? When you give and give and give, and how you lick your wounds and you whine. But how you come to My Eucharist, with hearts that are cold hearts. How you come before Me, and you honor Me only with your words, but your hearts are far from Me. And I have called you to the sanctuary of My Heart, for My Heart is burning with the most intense love, that you will know God, and bring this message of truth to the world. And yet many reject Me, and the message that I deliver, for their cold hearts, their cold hearts that become normal to them, like many of the other ways, that need to be addressed. You are here to grow every minute of every day, preparing yourselves in your lives, for that eternal banquet, in which, you will have love that you cannot even understand. Cold hearts, not in heaven. For heaven is made for Lovers. And the process is now, to prepare your heart that you will be taken to heaven, for when you are on your deathbed, the time will be nigh.

What did you do with the days of your lives? So many today, do not want to commit. Do not want to commit to the plan of the Father? Or if they give themselves in a vocation, they don't want to work at it. Husbands and wives, that may selfishly join in such a sacred union, to only tear the other apart. It is commitment, that the devil attacks, that tells you, that you should be independent without God, and that you will be happy. The taunting of satan, the hypocrisy of his message, the ways he manipulates emotions, and people give in, when they know, if they stop and pray and think, what God really wants them to do. For you are on a journey, and by the sweat of your brow, you will earn your bread. It's not manipulation, it's not winning over the other to see who can be more powerful. Power comes from the Almighty God, and it is given to you, to serve Me. How flimsy is the excuse, when you say no to what you know is the truth, and you feed your pride, like yeast in the bread.

Come to Me, for I have given to you one of the great treasures, for the hearts of this world, to be turned to the Reign of My Sacred Heart and the Triumph of My Mother's heart. You can join the train or you can be independent, all the way. But in the end all that will matter, will be only those things that were as God wanted. In the end when it is all over, what goes with you is how you loved and served the Lord, and sought to know Him with all your Heart, your whole soul and your whole being. I watched those who live their lives trying to prove that they are right. They are addicted, as one enslaved by satan. For you are wounded human creatures of the Creator, who loves you dearly. But you are to be docile. There are so many today, because of their pride, that will be lost for eternity.

And Mary speaks and she says: I stood beneath the cross of my Son and my heart was in such anguish for my little ones, that will be lost to the fires of hell forever. I appear, I appear, I appear and I am ignored. For the sake of your brothers and for your own hearts, turn away from your cold, controlling hearts, and surrender to the God who loves you and gives you such a treasure, and asks you to tell the world, for this is the Mighty Medicine. And where men having ignored this message, the angels will read the message, and their sounds will sing in the heavens, for the Lord has spoken a great gift to the men of this earth. Where will you be, when He calls with such fervor, to come to His Heart and to know His undying love? Where will you be when you held out your cold heart, and tried to convince the world, how your ways were the ways of God? For what comes from your mouth, if it is not from a heart of love, is like the wind, it blows and it is gone. But those that are rooted in the Heart of Jesus, will know the undying love of God, for all eternity. And the words of those, who blow hot air, is empty. Amen.

R. In the name of the Father and of the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

                From Blue Book 13

December 3, l996

Jesus: My dear beloved priest son,

I have held you next to My Heart and caressed your tender brow as you struggle with My work. I love you, My beautiful priest son, with the most burning love.

I long to unite in such love to you. You must open your heart so I can be one with you, My beloved son.

Oh, how your Mother Mary loves you and caresses you, My little son, so fragile, so beautiful, so full of love and full of fear!

Come to Me that I might caress you and wipe away your fear for I am with you at every moment, loving you. I am with you in your every breath. I am with you every second of the day and night.

I long for you to talk to Me and share your every thought, your struggles, your hardships, your joy.

I never - ever - leave you, My son. Oh, that you would know you have nothing to fear for I am always by your side guarding you. I breathe on you and you do not feel Me so close to you.

Surrender, My son, surrender and let go, as a little child gives to the will of their father, I give Myself to you completely. I am Jesus, the Almighty God. All power is Mine. Let go, My son. Please let go and give yourself to Me.

Many souls have been drawn closer to Me because of a man's generosity. Many people are working to spread My kingdom because of his generosity.

This is part of the Father’s Plan and a major part of the completion of the Fatima message. The devil has blocked My Mother’s Peace Plan, given at Fatima.

My Mother has appeared to Rita for a period of 14 months to give her messages to the world.

My Mother and I have given messages to the world in the Rosaries from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. My Heart will reign and My Mother’s heart will triumph.

You are a major part of this happening.

There will be one flock and one shepherd when hearts are consecrated to My Heart and the heart of My Mother.

I am begging you to open your heart and to study the beginning of the book, “Spirituality of Fatima and Medjugorje.”

I am asking you to take the time to read the rosary of May 11, 1996. This was delivered in one hour in Toledo and transcribed from a live tape. You are a major part of the completion of the Fatima message. The Fatima message has been blocked by the devil in the church and the world.

There will be peace only when a sufficient number of people have consecrated their hearts to My Heart and the Heart of My Mother.

The devil is waging a war against the revelation I am giving to the world.

Please, I beg you, do not block what I have asked you to do. It is being used to lead men to this consecration. I am reaching My priests, My sisters, My souls that I love, and the little children with the consecration to Our Hearts, through the funds given by a special donor.

Thousands of souls are coming to the tabernacle and praying because of the Blue Book messages. I am longing for My beloved souls to come to Me.

These are My apostles this day, leading the stray ones home to My Heart. I am giving messages to the apostles in the Shepherds of Christ Movement. They are pressing on the churches, the schools and the families, through material that contain the Imprimatur, to lead all souls to the consecration of their hearts to Our Hearts.

I beg you not to interfere with My plan. I am Jesus. I love you, My beloved servant, My beloved priest son, My chosen one.

I have called you by name. Will you answer My call to help lead the strayed ones to My Most Sacred Heart?

There will be an era of peace soon, in which My Heart will reign and the heart of My Mother will triumph.

Until a sufficient number of people have consecrated their hearts you will not have peace.

My Mother ceases to appear as she once did daily. This ended on September 5, l995. I am handling My work for many would not listen as they failed to listen at Fatima.

The time is urgent. As promised by My Mother, you will go into the era of peace. If you comply to her wishes there will be peace. Men are willful and have hatred in their hearts. Unless they turn their hearts to love and do as My Mother has requested, many will suffer and very soon.

I beg you to not block My plan to spread the consecration and messages to the world for the renewal of My Church and the world.

I am Jesus. You are My servant, My loved one. The Kingdom of God is at hand.

Hearts consecrated to My Heart will lead the stray ones home to My Heart.

I love you, My son, please comply to My wishes.

I am Jesus, the Sacred Heart

               Today's Readings

1 Samuel 1: 9-20

When they had finished eating in the room, Hannah got up and stood before Yahweh. Eli the priest was sitting on his seat by the doorpost of the temple of Yahweh. In the bitterness of her soul she prayed to Yahweh with many tears, and she made this vow, 'Yahweh Sabaoth! Should you condescend to notice the humiliation of your servant and keep her in mind instead of disregarding your servant, and give her a boy, I will give him to Yahweh for the whole of his life and no razor shall ever touch his head.' While she went on praying to Yahweh, Eli was watching her mouth, for Hannah was speaking under her breath; her lips were moving but her voice could not be heard, and Eli thought that she was drunk. Eli said, 'How much longer are you going to stay drunk? Get rid of your wine.' 'No, my lord,' Hannah replied, 'I am a woman in great trouble; I have not been drinking wine or strong drink — I am pouring out my soul before Yahweh. Do not take your servant for a worthless woman; all this time I have been speaking from the depth of my grief and my resentment.' Eli then replied, 'Go in peace, and may the God of Israel grant what you have asked of him.' To which she said, 'May your servant find favour in your sight.' With that, the woman went away; she began eating and was dejected no longer.

They got up early in the morning and, after worshipping Yahweh, set out and went home to Ramah. Elkanah lay with his wife Hannah, and Yahweh remembered her. Hannah conceived and, in due course, gave birth to a son, whom she named Samuel, ‘since’, she said, ‘I asked Yahweh for him.’

1 Samuel 2: 4-8

The bow of the mighty has been broken
but those who were tottering
    are now braced with strength.
The full fed
are hiring themselves out for bread
but the hungry need labour no more;
the barren woman bears sevenfold
but the mother of many is left desolate.

Yahweh gives death and life,
brings down to Sheol and draws up;
Yahweh makes poor and rich,
he humbles and also exalts.

He raises the poor from the dust,
he lifts the needy from the dunghill
to give them a place with princes,
to assign them a seat of honour;
for to Yahweh belong the pillars
    of the earth,
on these he has poised the world.

Mark 1: 21-28

They went as far as Capernaum, and at once on the Sabbath he went into the synagogue and began to teach. And his teaching made a deep impression on them because, unlike the scribes, he taught them with authority.

And at once in their synagogue there was a man with an unclean spirit, and he shouted, ‘What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are: the Holy One of God.’ But Jesus rebuked it saying, ‘Be quiet! Come out of him!’ And the unclean spirit threw the man into convulsions and with a loud cry went out of him. The people were so astonished that they started asking one another what it all meant, saying, ‘Here is a teaching that is new, and with authority behind it: he gives orders even to unclean spirits and they obey him.’ And his reputation at once spread everywhere, through all the surrounding Galilean countryside.

                R. The goal is purity in our hearts. Pure like Mary's heart.
Pure like Jesus' Heart. To go to heaven we must have
hearts that are pure that can unite to God in the beatific
                vision.

Jesus speaks of divided hearts all through the Blue Books.
And Jesus speaks of hearts one in Him, dwelling in Him.

I thought of divided hearts and today Jesus said that
people have divided, impure hearts when they do their
own will against the will of God.

For example: God gives a man a calling to the religious
life and they are in obedience to a superior – a priest to
a Bishop, a sister to those over them.

I remember Fr. Carter for his purity of heart.
He obeyed his superiors and never wanted to do anything
against the will of God. He made his examen twice a day.
That is what you do in an examen – you take your
spiritual pulse, so to speak, you see if you have
veered away from the will of God, and you ask yourself
how far and what can you do to return to His will
in love. Loving is being like Jesus.

Division in one's heart to be in control when one
is under authority in the Church is taking them away
from the purity in their heart as God desires. Again I
look to Fr. Carter, he never disobeyed those over him,
he sought a pure heart. In his religious life he didn't
do what he wanted, opposed to God's will ever, and
then say "sorry" afterwards. He was accountable
to God for his actions and responsible to God for
obedience to his superiors, even if he personally
may have desired something else. He spoke of this
in his books – asceticism –

Excerpt from Response in Christ by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J. - Chapter 7

          2.  Various Forms of the Cross

          a)  Christian Self-discipline

In this section we will discuss topics which have traditionally been treated under the term mortification. We have chosen the term self-discipline because it perhaps is more acceptable and meaningful to the contemporary Christian.

All forms of life demand self-discipline. The athlete has to subject himself to a rigorous training. The scholar has to discipline himself and make many sacrifices if he is to achieve significant academic success. The musician has to endure long hours of practice. The doctor has to be willing to order his life to the rigorous demands of the medical profession.

The Christian life, too, has its own form of discipline or control. This discipline has for its comprehensive purpose the greater assimilation of the Christian's total being to Christ. Christian self-discipline allows for the proper development of the Christ-life in all its dimensions. Like all forms of authentic discipline, it is at the service of life. When it is properly exercised, Christian self-discipline helps us to grow in our capacity to love God and man. It helps us render in Christ a more meaningful life of service to the Father and men.

This proper, grace-inspired control over our complete person is necessary because our various sense and spiritual faculties do not automatically follow the lead of grace. Because of original and personal sin, there are various tendencies within us which, if not properly controlled, will lead us away from Christ and the proper development of our grace-life. One of the dangers of an extreme or not completely authentic incarnational spirituality — an aberration of which contemporary Christians must be aware — is that it is falsely optimistic. It does not sufficiently allow for this sinful element in man. The Christian must be willing to exercise a reasonable self-discipline despite the considerable pain which can at times be involved. And this control must extend to all his faculties.

As regards our intellectual lives, there are various tendencies inimical to our Christ-life which must be disciplined. For instance, there can be a laziness which prevents a proper pursuit of study which is necessary for the Christian life in general and for our own particular role in the Church. There can be an unwholesome curiosity which leads us to know that which is more pleasing, rather than first of all to know that which is necessary. There is an intellectual pride which can manifest itself in various ways. Some people find it extremely difficult to be open to the ideas of others, or to admit their mistakes. The most serious form of intellectual pride, of course, is that which can cause the loss of faith, a pride which prevents the person from any longer submitting to God's revelation.

The Christian's will, the decisive faculty in man, must receive special attention. It must become both supple and strong. It must be supple in order to be open to the varied movements of the Holy Spirit. The will, under grace, must also have the strength to guide the whole man, including those forces which can so powerfully at times lead away from God. As far as concrete decision-making is concerned, there are two extremes which we must avoid. On the one hand, we must avoid precipitous action which is devoid of reflection. This reflection is rooted in an appropriate openness to the movements of grace. On the other hand, we must not fall prey to the habit of indecision. Some people are prone to spend much too long in making decisions over the simplest matters. Life is short, and we must train ourselves to make decisions after appropriate reflection. In many of our ordinary actions and decisions this reflection is instantaneous. Unhealthy fear and other factors which are responsible for indecision must be curbed despite the even great pain this can cause at times for certain temperaments.

The Christian's remaining interior faculties, those of memory and imagination must also be subjected to proper discipline. These two faculties can be of great value when properly guided. If they are not properly controlled, they can, in their unruliness, become great obstacles to the proper exercise of the Christian life. An undisciplined memory and imagination can seriously interfere with our prayer life. A memory and imagination which are not properly controlled can also give rise to numerous temptations against purity, charity and the other virtues.

Man's emotional nature must also be properly regulated under grace. A considerable portion of past spiritual literature has not given due allowance to the role which God intends the emotions to exercise. Therefore, when we speak of control of the emotions, we by no means are suggesting repression or an inhuman rigidity. Rather we speak of a control which permits the emotions to contribute to the richness and overall value of the Christian's actions. St. Thomas teaches that the emotions or passions, when properly integrated with the movements of the intellect and will, add to the goodness of our acts. 4

However, as is obvious, the evil tendencies of the emotions must be properly disciplined if they are to add their positive contribution to the Christian life. The emotions can cause havoc if such a discipline is lacking. They can reduce man to an almost brute existence at times, or they can so constrict a person as to interfere seriously with the proper exercise and development of his Christ-life. In this regard it should be observed that the emotion of fear, if not properly controlled, can cause serious disorders. Psychiatrists and psychologists tell us that an uncontrolled and morbid fear is one of the chief causes of emotional and mental illness.

At the mention of emotional and mental illness we should digress somewhat and ask ourselves this important question: Do such disturbances interfere with growth in holiness? Not all theologians would agree in their answer. The better opinion seems to be that which would make a distinction between two basic kinds of holiness.5 There is a total holiness, one which manifests itself throughout the entire being. Heroic holiness of this type is the kind which the Church presently demands for canonization. There is another kind of holiness which does not manifest itself in every area of a person's being. This is the type of holiness which is compatible with even severe emotional and mental illness. Persons thus burdened must take the reasonable means to cure or control such afflictions, and strive to live the Christian life as well as their condition allows. If this is done, they can be sure they are pleasing to God, that holiness is possible for them, and that they too can make their own contribution to the life of the Church.

We now return to the topic of Christian self-discipline. We have discussed the control of the intellect, will, memory, imagination and emotions. There remains a final part of one's being, bodily nature. The body is holy, partaking in the holiness of Christ's body. But it is not yet completely redeemed. It can be subject to numerous evil tendencies, which, if not controlled, can weaken the life of sanctifying grace and even destroy it. The great saints did not excuse themselves from a proper vigilance of the body with its various senses. Neither can we. St. Paul says, "All the runners at the stadium are trying to win, but only one of them gets the prize. You must run in the same way, meaning to win. All the fighters at the games go into strict training; they do this just to win a wreath that will wither away, but we do it for a wreath that will never wither. That is how I run, intent on winning; that is how I fight, not beating the air. I treat my body hard and make it obey me, for, having been an announcer myself, I should not want to be disqualified." (1 Co 9:24-27).

                R. Purity of heart is major to our mission.

Doing your own will against God's will and habitually
so is being divided in one's heart.

I understand more what Jesus meant by division in one's
heart against the will of God to make your own
rules, that pop up like weeds in a watered
garden as satan tempts the person to give in
by dividing thoughts that come up when he
wants to take down the house.

Jesus: How is your house, are you divided with those
in authority, over you in your spiritual life?

It is obeying God. Husbands and wives respecting
and loving one another and working together to bear
fruit for the Kingdom of God.

Religious and priests under authority respecting
the authority over them and not being divided
like roots of weeds that spring up when
satan brings some water to help them grow.

Purity of heart is the "format" for going to heaven.

Seeking to implement in our program the
enthusiasm God deserves in our vocation.

A person can live divided with those over them,
resist correction and directions and rebel
against their very vocation of being what
                    God wants them to be.

Religious, married, singles are to be living their
vocation more and more, in the image and
likeness of Jesus, being fonts of love,
                    serving God and others.

Argumentation from a person under authority
before others is impure because it is
not only displaying division and disrespect
themselves, but teaching others in formation
to disrespect the rule, the structure and
discrediting the person in charge for their
                    own willfulness.

It offends Me when a religious wears a veil
and openly has no intention of living
by the rule of the institution.

I died on the cross teaching you to obey the will of God.

I died a brutal death.

I sweat blood in the garden for the division in men's
heart, that comes out in actions against the
                    Father's Plan.

Respect for authority, love for those over you and
showing others by example to respect
                    authority.

One bad apple can stop a whole bunch from
giving the delectable food a bunch can
                    provide.

The seeds of time move very slow, when the
challenging of a person under authority
chops away at a block that once was
solid and very large. Chopping at the block
because of a state of division in one's heart
to respect authority and do the will of God
                    in love.

It comes as pride, as Eve in the Garden, she
divided herself from God. She did her
                    own will.

A man like Fr. Carter took a vow of poverty,
chastity and obedience and he saw
himself as a baby in Mary's arms,
he saw himself dwelling in My Heart
and Mary's Heart and called it a little
                    heaven on earth.

Guiding Light - Reflect on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light homily series - Reflect on the Word - Cycle B —  The Word leaves an impression on our souls. In my thoughts and reflections are born a more tangible understanding of these eternal concepts presented in the Gospels and the readings. Anyone can read a sentence, but not anyone can absorb it's true meaning. Truth, in this day and age, is almost a matter of opinion or individual entitlement. We believe that Christ's truth is our Roman Catholic Church. We, as priests, champion it's teachings; we are ambassadors for the Pope and Christ to those faces looking at us. We are the light by which our congregation reads to reflect upon real truth and we do it hand in hand. $15

Guiding Light - Steadfast to the Son
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle A of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light homily series - Steadfast to the Son - Cycle A — The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $15

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Liturgical Year
$ 10.00 plus postage

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul - Cycle C — In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $15

Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word - Cycle B — At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $15

Guiding Light - The Word Alive in Our Hearts
Inspiring Homilies covering partial year of Cycle A by Fr. Joe Robinson

Priestly Newsletter 2000 Issue 1
Audio CD - Read by Father Edward J. Carter
$ 10.00  plus postage

Priestly Newsletter - 2000 #1 - CD. - Christ is Our Strength - Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. read it the year he died. It is so beautiful. "This brief passage contains one of the greatest lessons of the spiritual life. As we progress along our spiritual journey, we become increasingly aware of how weak we are in our-selves, but how strong we are in Christ. To experience our weakness involves suffering. The degree and kind of suffering can vary. The suffering can include the experience of the classical dark night of the spirit as described by St. John of the Cross. One of the main purposes of the dark night is to make a person keenly aware of his or her helplessness without God." quote by Fr. Carter from the newsletter $10

$ 10.00

Priestly Newsletter - 2000 #2 - CD. - Suffering: A Source of Life - Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. read it the year he died. Fr. Carter knew suffering that year. His voice is so powerful as he read each Newsletter from his heart and soul. "Every man has his own share in the redemption. Each one is also called to share in that suffering through which the redemption was accomplished. He is called to share in that suffering through which all human suffering has also been redeemed. In bringing about the redemption through suffering, Christ has also raised human suffering to the level of the redemption. Thus each man in his suffering can also become a sharer in the redemptive suffering of Christ–." quote by Fr. Carter from the newsletter $10
