Message of October 5, 1995

Sorrowful Mother Statue at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center

Mary: I am Mary, your Mother. This is an urgent call to you at the Center and the Shepherds of Christ Movement. I have appeared as Our Lady of Light for 14 months daily at the Center. I have given to you special rosaries to be circulated among the youth and for all of your devout souls to be drawn closer to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. These rosaries are an important part of the fulfillment of Fatima.

I have called a special rosary on the 5th of each month in honor of the 5 wounds suffered by my Son and the 5 blasphemies suffered to my Immaculate Heart. I have called and called for all to follow the promises given at Fatima for those who honor my request to pray on the First Saturday of the month. I am calling out an urgent plea to answer my call. I have appeared from April 5th, until September 5th, at the Center, six appearances. The first rosary received in the Sorrowful Mother Chapel was March 17th, a very important rosary, received before the exposed Eucharist. I requested the rosary be prayed in the presence of the tabernacle. On March 21, 1995, a special rosary was prayed before the Pieta at the Shepherds of Christ meeting. Many of my children saw events at that rosary. On March 30, 1995, I came in a special way, the corner was filled with a tinted film and I was adorned in such light and alive. At this time I requested the rosary be prayed in the Sorrowful Mother Chapel. The rosary was prayed there for the Shepherds of Christ meetings and many nights. This continued for six months. On September 1st, I gave a very special rosary at 12:00 noon, Friday, a time my Son requested that the rosary be prayed at the Center. Rosaries were given on most Fridays at 12:00 noon. Very tender rosaries of my Son's special love for His beloved souls. I want published a book of these rosaries received on Friday at 12:00 noon. I want published the first book of rosaries with all the rosaries already discerned. In this book, you should include pictures of the windows in the Rosary Chapel, the love songs given from my Son, Jesus, the Seven Sorrows and the messages I have specified. The second book of rosaries should be all of the rosaries received during the Shepherds of Christ meetings. These rosaries from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary were given to teach chapter members about Our lives. They are to be spread to this world. They will lead the hearts of your members to my Heart and the Heart of my Son. A book should be published as soon as possible for rosaries for children. I have given many children's rosaries, and the early rosaries were given for children. These rosaries should be used in the Junior Shepherds of Christ Movement.

We have given to you thirteen books. Many answers to your problems are in these books. These books, God's Blue Book and Rosaries from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary are an important tool to draw souls back to the Church. My Son is so wounded by the indifference and neglect given to Him in the Eucharist.

The Center will light up this world, for many of my messages and my Son's messages were received there. The rosaries were received at the Center. The hearts of many will be filled with the love of God when you circulate these rosaries.

I call out to you. I will continue to come on the 5th of each month. The time was changed at Our Lady of the Woods for I have requested that the rosary be prayed close to 6:30 p.m.

Your Center will remain divided. The funds will come when these rosaries and love letters are circulated.

The funds for the Shepherds of Christ will come when you circulate and publish the books and tapes. I have given to you information about these books. My Son has requested a book of messages given after the daily Masses. These messages will lead many to a deep union with God during the Mass.

You are given great gifts in these messages. Satan has confused and tried to stop these messages. These messages need to circulate. They will lead many to God. I beg you with my motherly Heart to please listen to me. Today is a special day, this October 5th. This is my message to all, to help circulate these messages. Pray earnestly for their circulation and publication. Pray for the funds to help you circulate the books and tapes. The tapes will help many in hospitals, nursing homes. Pray for the funding and it will come.

Many other messengers will come to confuse the importance of these messages. SATAN wants these messages stopped. When they are circulated, my Son will unite deeper and deeper in such oneness with many hearts. These will be the soldiers that will carry His love to this world. Unless these messages of His love are transmitted in the Church, the Church will continue to suffer.

I beg you to listen. I am Mary, your Mother. Many of my little children will go to hell. You hold personal messages from Our Hearts and Rosaries from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

I am Mary, your Mother, and thank you for responding to my request.

Message from October 5, 1996, Apostles Manual

Mary: I am Our Lady of the Rosary. The Fatima message will unfold around the Shepherds of Christ Movement. I am begging you, please, publish these Rosaries from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. I appeared daily for 14 months and delivered rosaries for the world. Why have these rosaries been held back from this world? Souls are dropping into hell. Do you comprehend the importance of these rosaries to the Fatima message?

I have appeared as Our Lady of Light and Our Lady of Sorrows delivering these rosaries.

I am now delivering this message as Our Lady of the Holy Rosary.

A great mission I give to you, my beloved apostles in the Shepherds of Christ Movement is to live these rosaries and spread the messages to the world. You must reach the world with these teachings I am giving in the rosary.

On this October 5, 1996, I beg you as your heavenly Mother to not ignore the importance of these rosaries. I have appeared, I have begged, I have warned you. I cannot hold back the hand of my Son any longer. His hand is struck with power.

Today is the 5th of the month, first Saturday. I beg all to study this message and to tell all that come on October 13th, 1996 the importance of these live rosaries and the completion of the Fatima message.

I am Our Lady of the Holy Rosary. This is the key to watching the Movement spread. I am assisting you in publishing and circulating these rosaries. Anyone who stops the rosary messages and meditations will deal with my Son, Jesus!

Souls are at stake and souls have been lost because of the delays to hold back the messages in God's Blue Book and Rosaries from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. Any negative references in the Movement to these messages displeases my Son for you have been given the greatest gifts in these revelations. I am asking all to help in the circulation of these rosaries and messages. We are communicating to the world majorly in these messages. The completion of the Fatima message is greatly dependent on these messages. Do not give into Satan any longer to block these messages. You are dealing with my Son, Jesus. This is a great gift given to the world. It would please my Son greatly if you expressed to Him your great thanks for the gifts He has given to you. Your answers are found in these messages. They must be studied and recognized for the great gift they are. You were chosen by God to deliver this message to the world. The ingratitude of many displeases my Son greatly. It is now time for the leaders of the Movement and all apostles to support these messages. It is now time to study the content in its entirety. You are missing the key directions because you do not even read the messages.

I am Mary, your Mother. You will be rewarded with the funds needed when you publish these messages and rosaries.

Excerpt from the Priestly Newsletter 2000 #1

Pope John Paul II and Fatima

On May 12, 1982, Pope John Paul II made a pilgrimage to Fatima. One of his motives for his visit was to offer thanks for Mary’s intercession in saving his life relative to the assassination attempt a year earlier.

Some fifteen years later in 1997, the Holy Father gave us the following words regarding Fatima. Lynne Weil, a newspaper reporter, gives this account: "Pope John Paul said the series of Marian apparitions at Fatima, Portugal, rank as one of the most significant events of this century.

"The string of apparitions that ended 80 years ago was ‘one of the greatest’ signs of the times, ‘also because it announces in its message many of the signs that followed and it invites (us) to follow their call’, the pope said in a letter to Bishop Serafim de Sousa Ferreire Silva of Leiria - Fatima, Portugal. The message, dated October 1, was released at the Vatican October 14 (1997).

"Pope John Paul said the event at Fatima ‘helps us to see the hand of God’ even in the 20th century, with its wars and other mass tragedies. And it showed that despite having ‘removed itself from God’, humanity was offered God’s protection, the pontiff said.

"Pope John Paul recalled that in Gospel accounts of Jesus’ death, he invoked clemency on his captors even as he was being crucified and entrusted humanity to the care of his mother, Mary.

"The pope repeated the exhortation stemming from the Marian apparitions at Fatima that the faithful recite the rosary every day. He asked pastors to recite the rosary, and to teach others to recite it, daily. —CNS"

Sirach 26: 1-4, 13-16

How blessed is the husband of a really good wife;
the number of his days will be doubled.

A perfect wife is the joy of her husband,
he will live out the years of his life in peace.
A good wife is the best of portions,
    reserved for those who fear the Lord;
rich or poor, their hearts will be glad,
their faces cheerful, whatever the season.

The grace of a wife will charm her husband,
her understanding will make him the stronger.
A silent wife is a gift from the Lord,
no price can be put on a well-trained character.
A modest wife is a boon twice over,
a chaste character cannot be over-valued.
Like the sun rising over the mountains of the Lord,
such is the beauty of a good wife in a well-run house.

The religious like a fruitful vine in

1 Corinthians 12: 31; 13: 4-13

Set your mind on the higher gifts. And now I am going to put before you the best way of all.

Love is always patient and kind; love is never jealous; love is not boastful or conceited, it is never rude and never seeks its own advantage, it does not take offence or store up grievances. Love does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but finds its joy in the truth. It is always ready to make allowances, to trust, to hope and to endure whatever comes.

Love never comes to an end. But if there are prophecies, they will be done away with; if tongues, they will fall silent; and if knowledge, it will be done away with. For we know only imperfectly, and we prophesy imperfectly; but once perfection comes, all imperfect things will be done away with. When I was a child, I used to talk like a child, and see things as a child does, and think like a child; but now that I have become an adult, I have finished with all childish ways. Now we see only reflections in a mirror, mere riddles, but then we shall be seeing face to face. Now I can know only imperfectly; but then I shall know just as fully as I am myself known.

As it is, these remain: faith, hope and love, the three of them; and the greatest of them is love

Luke 10: 38-42

In the course of their journey he came to a village, and a woman named Martha welcomed him into her house. She had a sister called Mary, who sat down at the Lord's feet and listened to him speaking. Now Martha, who was distracted with all the serving, came to him and said, 'Lord, do you not care that my sister is leaving me to do the serving all by myself? Please tell her to help me.' But the Lord answered, 'Martha, Martha,' he said, 'you worry and fret about so many things, and yet few are needed, indeed only one. It is Mary who has chosen the better part, and it is not to be taken from her.'

                R. We can spend our whole life serving the

We think of the Baptism of Jesus and
                    Jesus began to work miracles

We see Jesus making better what needed to
                    be healed —

We know that following God's Plan we
are made more and more whole —
                    more and more perfected.

We can see all the good God has allowed
us to accomplish in the Shepherds of Christ —
all the good we have been
                    able to do —

In humility we walk in truth —
We see the good in us and the
evil in us - and want to change
                    those ways that deviate from
what God wants of us —

In the Movement we see God blessing
us and helping us to do so much
good — daily, in the daily writing —
all the priests material we have
sent to priests, but when something
needs to be changed in an individual —
we can expect in an imperfect world —
people who are wounded, in their
                    human nature, susceptible to acting
                    imperfectly with the deadly sins
that there will be things that need
to change, when one is acting
                    incorrectly.

                Humility is truth —

Living in the truth is love —
God is love there are no lies in God.

When one person tries to prove they
are perfect and live to make
                    themselves right —

                They are operating incorrectly.

                God guides us.
God tells us the truth —
The Church is the Pillar of truth —

Priests and religious are to be examples
                    of the Gospel —

To the degree one forces  their evil
                    ways on an institution like
                    the Church, a ministry they
                    tear down what image the
                    Church, the ministry is existing
                    to serve.

A man was a hired man as the one
in John's gospel — when the wolf
came — he didn't deal with it
                    to help others —
                    he ran away —

but Christ the Good Shepherd laid down
His life for His flock —
                    He didn't say — oh I won't help
it grows as God the Father wanted —
He laid down His life for His flock —
                        suffering the brutal passion and
His death — Hanging for 3 agonizing
                        hours on the cross —

                Yes the Good Shepherd —
Jesus, the way, the truth and the life —
                        suffered for our sins —

Because of the human condition we
                    in following Christ suffer
for others sins — In this we
                    identify with Christ —

When a bank finds a person lying
they have to fire the person
because of lies — They cannot
have a person not telling the truth

The Church has to root out when
a priest is acting against what
                    they were to do —

We exist to serve, to teach love and
truth — to work in unity —

God flooded the whole earth because
it was corrupt at the time
                    of Noah —

It would not have been loving
                    to let the world continue
to be corrupted as evil men
passed down their evil ways —

Only those on the ark survived —

This is a bible reading telling us
we need to pray for generational
                    healing —

Over and over again it says in the
bible, the sins of the parents
are passed down to the 3rd
                    and 4th generation —

Controlling can be a lesson that
                    fathers, mothers can teach
                    little children and not justice,
                    fairness —

                Competition can be strong among
siblings when they are to not
                    be competitive, but work in
                    love and unity —

Parents are not to teach children
                    harsh dictatorship, perfection
                    and ruling, but relationship
                    with mom and dad and
                    relationship in love and unity
                        as a family —

Children are a gift — we are to
                    teach about love —
                    God's rules - working in
family, in Church and the world —

Only God's plan is the plan that
                    will bring us greater peace,
                    love and joy.

We see Christ and the hired man —

The hired man operates for His vain glory —
The Good Shepherd does the will of the Father —
The Good Shepherd does it in service —
The Good Shepherd does it in truth —
The Good Shepherd goes out for the flock —
The Good Shepherd shows us obedience to His Father —

The hired man is prideful, thinks of himself,
sees only his way, is not seeing God's Plan —

John 10: 11-15

I am the good shepherd:
the good shepherd lays down his life
   for his sheep.
The hired man,
since he is not the shepherd
and the sheep do not belong to him,
abandons the sheep
as soon as he sees a wolf coming,
   and runs away,
and then the wolf attacks
   and scatters the sheep;
he runs away
because he is only a hired man
and has no concern for the sheep.
I am the good shepherd;
I know my own
and my own know me,
just as the Father knows me
and I know the Father;
and I lay down my life for my sheep.

2 Corinthians 12: 9-10

but he has answered me, ‘My grace is enough for you: for power is at full stretch in weakness.’ It is, then, about my weaknesses that I am happiest of all to boast, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me; and that is why I am glad of weaknesses, insults, constraints, persecutions and distress for Christ’s sake. For it is when I am weak that I am strong.

Excerpt from the Priestly Newsletter 2000 #1

Christ is Our Strength

I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd lays down his life for his sheep. The hired man, since he is not the shepherd and the sheep do not belong to him, abandons the sheep and runs away as soon as he sees a wolf coming, and then the wolf attacks and scatters the sheep; this is because he is only a hired man and has no concern for the sheep. I am the good shepherd; I know my own and my own know me, just as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for my sheep. (Jn 10:11-151)

St. Paul tells us: It is, then, about my weaknesses that I am happiest of all to boast, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me; and that is why I am glad of weaknesses, insults, constraints, persecutions and distress for Christ’s sake. For it is when I am weak that I am strong. (2 Cor 12:9-10)

This brief passage contains one of the greatest lessons of the spiritual life. As we progress along our spiritual journey, we become increasingly aware of how weak we are in ourselves, but how strong we are in Christ.

To experience our weakness involves suffering. The degree and kind of suffering can vary. The suffering can include the experience of the classical dark night of the spirit as described by St. John of the Cross.

One of the main purposes of the dark night is to make a person keenly aware of his or her helplessness without God. This is a most necessary point that mystics must pass through if the spiritual marriage, or transforming union with God in Christ, is to occur. In this transforming union, there is a profound exchange between God and the mystic. God’s self-communication to the mystic is most profound, and the mystic makes a profound gift of self to God. In this state the mystic is supremely aware of living by the life of God, and without experiencing one’s helplessness without God, this lived awareness does not occur.

If not all on the spiritual journey experience the classic dark night, all must undergo a proportionate purification which includes increased awareness of personal weakness. In this process one more and more abandons the self to Christ and increasingly lives by His life, by His strength. Again St. Paul speaks to us: I have been crucified with Christ and yet I am alive; yet it is no longer I, but Christ living in me. The life that I am now living, subject to the limitation of human nature, I am living in faith, faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me. (Gal 2:19-20)

Our sense of weakness is not a paralyzing one. It does not hinder our performance of duty. On occasion, athletes and other performers may, for various reasons, feel very inadequate regarding the exercise of their particular skill. The sense of inadequacy, in turn, can detract from performance. In the spiritual life, however, our sense of weakness does not impair our capacity to function as Christians. On the contrary. If, sensing our helplessness, we increasingly abandon ourselves to Christ, we act with greater spiritual vitality. We do this with a basic peace of which the world knows not. St. Margaret Mary Alacoque, one of the greatest apostles of devotion to the Heart of Christ, speaks about this peace and its connection with surrender to Christ and His strength. In one of her letters she says: "Try especially to preserve peace of heart... The way to preserve this peace is not to have a will of our own any more, but to put the will of the Sacred Heart in the place of ours, and let Him will for us whatever gives Him the most glory, being content to submit and abandon ourselves. In a word, this loving Heart will supply whatever is wanting in you. He will love God for you, and you will love God in Him and through Him." 2

Indeed, to those who are unspiritual, the concept of striving to grow through the sense of our weakness is complete folly, utter craziness. To those who have received the gift of the Holy Spirit, however, being properly aware of one’s weakness is strength and peace and consolation.

Jesus is our Savior. When we are tired and weary, let us go to the Heart of Christ. Let us not worry about anything. Let us not fret. Our work for Christ is the work of God. Do we not trust that God will take care of His own work?

To be able to say in the midst of adversity and struggle, "Jesus’ hand is here and He knows what is happening, I will let go of my anxiety and be at peace," is to have reached a great plateau of trust in Christ. Yes, let us trust in Jesus in all our trials. Let us refuse to worry. What good does worry accomplish? Let us convert the energy put into worrying into the energy of trusting in Our Lord.

Jesus spread His arms on the cross in the greatest love for each of us. He knew each of us by name. If He endured such agonizing suffering for love of each of us, why do we not have the greatest trust that He wants to be so close to us, attending to all our needs — if only we allow Him?

The more we place our trust in Jesus, the more we experience His peace. Again, let us refuse to worry. Let us place all cares in the hands of Jesus and trust that He will tend to them. He is present to us, loving us, guarding us, asking for our love, asking for our surrender.

We end these reflections concerning how we find our strength in Christ with another quotation from St. Paul: As for me, I am full of joy in the Lord, now that at last your consideration for me has blossomed again; though I recognise that you really did have consideration before, but had no opportunity to show it. I do not say this because I have lacked anything; I have learnt to manage with whatever I have. I know how to live modestly, and I know how to live luxuriously too: in every way now I have mastered the secret of all conditions: full stomach and empty stomach, plenty and poverty. There is nothing I cannot do in the One who strengthens me. (Phil 4:10-13)

end of excerpt

                R. Sin and virtue are two opposites —

Those who follow Jesus live in virtue —

1 John 3: 7-10

Children, do not let anyone
    lead you astray.
Whoever acts uprightly is upright,
just as he is upright.
Whoever lives sinfully
    belongs to the devil,
since the devil has been a sinner
    from the beginning.
This was the purpose
of the appearing of the Son of God,
to undo the work of the devil.
No one who is a child of God sins
because God’s seed remains in him.
Nor can he sin,
because he is a child of God.
This is what distinguishes
the children of God
from the children of the devil:
whoever does not live uprightly
and does not love his brother
is not from God.

                R. We can serve God or
                    serve satan —

                Jesus called

                    Servants of the Good Shepherd
                    Handmaids of the Good Shepherd

Love is the way of life —

                Hatred and selfishness means
                    slavery to satan
and to the goods of the
                    world

Guiding Light - Reflect on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light homily series - Reflect on the Word - Cycle B —  The Word leaves an impression on our souls. In my thoughts and reflections are born a more tangible understanding of these eternal concepts presented in the Gospels and the readings. Anyone can read a sentence, but not anyone can absorb it's true meaning. Truth, in this day and age, is almost a matter of opinion or individual entitlement. We believe that Christ's truth is our Roman Catholic Church. We, as priests, champion it's teachings; we are ambassadors for the Pope and Christ to those faces looking at us. We are the light by which our congregation reads to reflect upon real truth and we do it hand in hand. $15

Guiding Light - Steadfast to the Son
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle A of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light homily series - Steadfast to the Son - Cycle A — The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $15

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Liturgical Year
$ 10.00 plus postage

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul - Cycle C — In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $15

Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word - Cycle B — At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $15

Guiding Light - The Word Alive in Our Hearts
Inspiring Homilies covering partial year of Cycle A by Fr. Joe Robinson

Priestly Newsletter 2000 Issue 1
Audio CD - Read by Father Edward J. Carter
$ 10.00  plus postage

Priestly Newsletter - 2000 #1 - CD. - Christ is Our Strength - Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. read it the year he died. It is so beautiful. "This brief passage contains one of the greatest lessons of the spiritual life. As we progress along our spiritual journey, we become increasingly aware of how weak we are in our-selves, but how strong we are in Christ. To experience our weakness involves suffering. The degree and kind of suffering can vary. The suffering can include the experience of the classical dark night of the spirit as described by St. John of the Cross. One of the main purposes of the dark night is to make a person keenly aware of his or her helplessness without God." quote by Fr. Carter from the newsletter $10

Priestly Newsletter - 2000 #2 - CD. - Suffering: A Source of Life - Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. read it the year he died. Fr. Carter knew suffering that year. His voice is so powerful as he read each Newsletter from his heart and soul. "Every man has his own share in the redemption. Each one is also called to share in that suffering through which the redemption was accomplished. He is called to share in that suffering through which all human suffering has also been redeemed. In bringing about the redemption through suffering, Christ has also raised human suffering to the level of the redemption. Thus each man in his suffering can also become a sharer in the redemptive suffering of Christ..." quote by Fr. Carter from the newsletter $10
