                R. Success comes from
                    knowing that interior
                    connection to God —

                Developing our relation to God —
                    as He calls us in the
                    Blue Book —

                Friendship with God —
                Unity with all —
                Serving God —

                That the person we are is
                    becoming more the person
                    God wants us to be —

                Fear of relationships —
                    wounded relationships
                    must be healed —

                Losses in deaths - need to
                    be healed —

                Losses in betrayals healed
                    not seep in like a cancer
                    which the soul guards
                    to stop the relationships
                    in spontaneity —
                    relationships in living
                    as God wants us to
                    have —

                Focusing on God's unique Plan
                    for us —

                Not ceasing to live in relationships
                    because of fear of being
                    betrayed, abandoned,
                    hurt —

                Being open to be whole what
                    God calls us to be —

                Working on our sainthood —
                Loving like Jesus —
                Being in God's will —
                Putting on Christ —
                Living in His image and
                    likeness —

                Not working to live out our
                    will rebelling against
                    God's law of LOVE —
                    loving God first above all things —
                    loving our neighbor as ourselves —

                Being grateful for God's gifts
                    to us —
                    Thanking Him —
                    Abandoning ourselves to His Plan

                Once in a car accident I broke my
                    hand.

                I could not use the left hand,
                    but I wanted to play the
                    piano —

                The doctor, put on a cast so
                    I could still play some
                    with that hand —

                I could have lived my life
                    guarded because of the
                    wound, but

                God helped me to move
                    out of the wounded
                    hand to serve Him —

                Wounds in relationships
                    must be healed —
                If forgiveness is needed
                    we have to forgive.

                Jesus told me in Florida
                    the devil wanted to
                    take me from what
                    He wanted —
                    to focus on why I
                    was there —

                To do what He wanted me
                    to do —

                God is my Master —
                We must do His will —
                Satan wants to stop us —

                Jesus said,
                    Do what I told you to do —
                    I will handle the rest!!

                R. In the time of Pope John Paul II the
                    Polish teachers were
                    arrested - they
                    invited the teachers and
                    arrested them - to destroy
                    the culture and arts and religion
                    in Poland —

                God has His way for in all
                    this turmoil and enduring
                    such suffering —
                    He brought Pope John Paul II
                        from this background —
                    He knew suffering —
                    He watched his friends die —
                    His family die and
                    He said "Why am I alive"

                He could have joined a
                    monastic life, but
                    he was called to the
                    Church to serve —
                    young, vibrant,
                    having suffered with
                    World War II and the
                    regime he knew
                    so much —

                He knew struggle and war and
                    he knew God as a mystic —

                God has formed our hearts
                    by our lives, our
                    sufferings —

                He knows when my mom died,
                    and all the things that
                    happened —

   

Matthew 25: 14-30

‘It is like a man about to go abroad who summoned his servants and entrusted his property to them. To one he gave five talents, to another two, to a third one, each in proportion to his ability. Then he set out on his journey. The man who had received the five talents promptly went and traded with them and made five more. The man who had received two made two more in the same way. But the man who had received one went off and dug a hole in the ground and hid his master’s money.  Now a long time afterwards, the master of those servants came back and went through his accounts with them. The man who had received the five talents came forward bringing five more. “Sir,” he said, “you entrusted me with five talents; here are five more that I have made.” His master said to him, “Well done, good and trustworthy servant; you have shown you are trustworthy in small things; I will trust you with greater; come and join in your master’s happiness.” Next the man with the two talents came forward. “Sir,” he said, “you entrusted me with two talents; here are two more that I have made.” His master said to him, “Well done, good and trustworthy servant; you have shown you are trustworthy in small things; I will trust you with greater; come and join in your master’s happiness.” Last came forward the man who had the single talent. “Sir,” said he, “I had heard you were a hard man, reaping where you had not sown and gathering where you had not scattered; so I was afraid, and I went off and hid your talent in the ground. Here it is; it was yours, you have it back.” But his master answered him, “You wicked and lazy servant! So you knew that I reap where I have not sown and gather where I have not scattered? Well then, you should have deposited my money with the bankers, and on my return I would have got my money back with interest.  So now, take the talent from him and give it to the man who has the ten talents.  For to everyone who has will be given more, and he will have more than enough; but anyone who has not, will be deprived even of what he has. As for this good–for–nothing servant, throw him into the darkness outside, where there will be weeping and grinding of teeth.”

   

                R. From this scripture He draws to
                    put us in our role
                    in life implementing
                    His Plan —

                We can fight His Plan for
                    us, give into satan —

                Not do His will feeling
                    sorry for ourselves —

                We have a choice to make —
                    to do God's will —
                    or not do God's will.

                Making excuses why we sit
                    around and don't do what
                    He wants us to do —
                    is making a choice —

                When does slothfulness end?

                If a person does their will
                    opposed to God's will
                    based on fear and anger and
                    pride and willfulness —
                    they get better at not
                    serving God and
                    better at operating in jealousy,
                        envy, pride and anger.

                We don't stand still in the
                    spiritual life —

                That center inside in which
                    we grow more and more in
                    the image of God is
                    the center of everything.

                This is why God has given
                    us this Movement —

                So the person we are is
                    more and more the person
                    God wants us to be —

                God gave us the Movement to
                    consecrate our hearts
                    to Jesus and Mary —
                    the Hearts of Pure and
                        Perfect love —

                To base our actions on God's will —
                    not the conversations satan
                    has with us about our hurt feelings

                Our whole life can be
                    lived on a pity pot —
                    lived to get a "that a-way
                    boy"

                When we are to be SERVING
                When we are to be GIVING

                That is what we are called by
                    Christ to do —

                Jesus served to His
                    death on the cross —

                Life is so very short —

                People come and go
                    in our lives —

                What we do is to be based
                    on loving God first,
                    loving others as ourselves and
                    doing God's will —

                Putting on Christ —

                Here is what the scripture
                    says about fear

   

  1. 1 John 4: 17-21


Love comes to its perfection in us when we can face the Day of Judgement fearlessly, because even in this world we have become as he is. In love there is no room for fear, but perfect love drives out fear, because fear implies punishment and no one who is afraid has come to perfection in love. Let us love, then, because he first loved us. Anyone who says 'I love God' and hates his brother, is a liar, since whoever does not love the brother whom he can see cannot love God whom he has not seen. Indeed this is the commandment we have received from him, that whoever loves God, must also love his brother.

    

                R. Lots of times satan presses
                    on people to rebel
                    against what God wants —
                    In so doing they have
                    a mess —

                Then they can say they were
                    wrong and live to please
                    God and serve Him —

                Or because of pride —
                    continue to serve
                    satan —
                Try to prove the wrong
                    they did was right —

                Block the work they were to do —

                Choose their will before God's
                    will —

                Hurt everybody with their
                    bad example —

                And not do the work
                    they were called by
                    God to do.

                Satan is the grand deceiver —
                    He uses pride to get
                    people to act this way —
                    hide the truth and lie —

                Lying becomes a habit
                    and it is a vicious cycle —

                Lying to try to prove one
                    is right is serving
                    satan — not God!

                Satan works 2 steps forward,
                    one back —

                Why not just do God's
                    will —

                This is freedom —

                Doing God's will is freedom —

                Serving satan is being
                    bound

 

Genesis 3: 1-6

Now, the snake was the most subtle of all the wild animals that Yahweh God had made. It asked the woman, ‘Did God really say you were not to eat from any of the trees in the garden?’ The woman answered the snake, ‘We may eat the fruit of the trees in the garden. But of the fruit of the tree in the middle of the garden God said, "You must not eat it, nor touch it, under pain of death." ’ Then the snake said to the woman, ‘No! You will not die! God knows in fact that the day you eat it your eyes will be opened and you will be like gods, knowing good from evil.’ The woman saw that the tree was good to eat and pleasing to the eye, and that it was enticing for the wisdom that it could give. So she took some of its fruit and ate it. She also gave some to her husband who was with her, and he ate it.

Mark 12: 38-44

In his teaching he said, 'Beware of the scribes who like to walk about in long robes, to be greeted respectfully in the market squares, to take the front seats in the synagogues and the places of honour at banquets; these are the men who devour the property of widows and for show offer long prayers. The more severe will be the sentence they receive.'

He sat down opposite the treasury and watched the people putting money into the treasury, and many of the rich put in a great deal. A poor widow came and put in two small coins, the equivalent of a penny. Then he called his disciples and said to them, 'In truth I tell you, this poor widow has put more in than all who have contributed to the treasury; for they have all put in money they could spare, but she in her poverty has put in everything she possessed, all she had to live on.'

   

                R. We see God looks at the
                    heart —
                    He wants a heartfelt
                    genuine gift of love —
                    Not bags of gold from
                    a selfish or lying heart —

                God is never outdone
                    in generosity —
                    He outpours His
                    generous gifts to
                    those who love and
                    serve Him —

                God looks at the heart —
                    He knows what is
                        in the heart —

                In the Gospel Jesus
                    wasn't impressed
                    with money —

                Jesus is pleased with
                    a holy, generous
                    pure heart —

                Let's put on Christ —

                Go to Mary's heart and
                    let the Holy Spirit mold us
                    more and more into -
                    children of the light,
                    into the image of God —

                Open your heart to give
                    not come from a place
                    of sitting and waiting to
                    be served —
                    to be recognized

                Sing: Open my heart Lord help me to see your face
                        Open my heart Lord teach me to love
