Prayer for Grace for our Country

Dear Father united to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present, celebrated around the world, in the Holy Spirit. We offer up all we do united to the Mass. We unite in one mind and one heart as members of the mystical body of Christ, with Christ our head in the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary, through the powerful intercession of Mary with all the angels and saints and souls in purgatory, and we beg for the saving grace, for our country, the United States. Please help us. We further pray for unity to always do the will of God in love. We spread the Blood of Jesus on the leaders and people of the United States and cast the devil into hell. We consecrate our country to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and all our dioceses, and beg for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. God help us. We pray for our families, the priests, the Church and the world. In the Name of Jesus please hear us, we pray. We pray for our new president as he takes office. We pray that we are united as one nation under God to work together in love as God wants.

A Prayer for Grace and Holiness today
A prayer to work in love and holiness

John 16: 23

"If you ask the Father anything in my name,
He will give it to you"

R. God wants our unity – we ask for this
unity – that the Spirit of God fill
us and help us to be holy –
that we do not hold onto any of the deadly
sins that block us from this unity –
that the Holy Spirit can work in our souls,
so we can be His instruments of love
and peace and joy among our brothers.

We pray this heavenly Father in the name of
Jesus who said ask in my name and
it will be given to you.

Let us experience the joy of unity and love
on a supernatural level and know You
our beloved God – more and more supernaturally.
We want our hearts to be sanctified in
our love and work so we are holy and
    pleasing to You God.

Come to us Lord and possess our soul.

We want to walk as God intends us
to walk today in the plan of God,
in the work He has called us to do today.

We know that we must cooperate with the grace
You are giving us – now and today to
bring unity and peace and love to this
day as we serve to do the work – You are
calling us in our vocation to do.

Dear Heavenly Father, hear our prayer,
in the name of Jesus, we pray,
we ask, heavenly Father for these
    graces necessary this day to
bring peace, love and joy to
our relationships and work – as You
    work in us.

We seek perfection in our souls to be holy
souls likened to You – in work
and in play – to be holy in prayer –
we invite You Holy Spirit to be
    the Guest of our soul.

We seek order in our lives, not disorder.

We beg for the virtues of faith, hope, love,
    prudence, temperance, fortitude, justice,
and humility. We seek to be obedient
to the will of God and live obedient to
the will of God in love.

Come Holy Spirit Come into our hearts. Transform
us from fear to fearlessness to serve
You as You desire in our lives.

Help our actions to be for the glory and honor
of God with the goal of these actions
to one day be in heaven with Thee,
    our beloved God.

Heal our hearts and our bodies – Help
us to have health of body now in
this work you call us to do.

Instill in us a desire to want to only
do the will of the heavenly Father
and to walk in holiness and love.

We pray all these prayers heavenly Father,
united to Jesus, in His name for
grace and holiness today and always.

Help us to live by right reasoning in
our lives – to have the truth
in our every thought and to live
in order as You operate in us
    in unity and love.

Come to me Lord and possess my soul.

We seek order in our lives – Your order
to love in us, to help us to act as
You desire, to have the thoughts
that are in right reasoning and in
    Your order, Lord.

Give us the grace to use our faculties
to love and serve You and do
    Your work.

Give us faith and right reasoning.

Help us to love and be just in our actions.

Help us to seek Your Divine Will and to
perform those actions, which are actions
    pleasing to You in everything.

Come to us Lord and purify our consciences,
    our souls.

Help us to hope and love in Thee.

We seek heavenly vision – to see
    things through the eyes of
the heavenly Father and to be
perfected more and more in doing
    God's will in our lives.

We pray for the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit.

We pray for this purity in our souls –
to live virtuously, to be perfected
more and more and filled with the
gifts of the Holy Spirit –
    Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel,
    Fortitude, Knowledge, Piety
    and Fear of the Lord

and to have the fruits of the Holy Spirit --
    charity, joy, peace, patience,
    benignity (kindness), goodness,
    long-suffering, mildness,
    faith, modesty, continency,
    and chastity.

We do not want the enemies to
    invade our thoughts, our
    actions, our lives –

We pray to give up ugly bad habits of the
    deadly sins –
pride, greed, envy, wrath, lust, gluttony, and sloth

We know on this journey we will
    experience sufferings and joys
    and we accept the struggles
in life and ask You to help us,
strengthen us in our lives to
    suffer and rejoice as You
desire us to do in our lives.

We want to be a reflection of Your
heavenly love – to be full of light –
Your light in us. To operate in
light and not darkness – IN You,
    our beloved God.

We want to follow in the footsteps
of Jesus in giving love and
    light and unity to those
we contact in our lives –

Prayer for Union with Jesus

Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.

I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.

I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.

When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.

Holy Spirit Novena

Daily Novena Prayers

Opening Prayer

In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Dear Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus, in union with Him in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, in the Holy Spirit. We come to You united to the Child Jesus of Good Health and the Infant of Prague. We come to You in the perfect, sinless heart of Our Mother Mary, asking her powerful intercession, uniting ourselves to her holy tears. We come to You united to all the angels and saints, and the souls in purgatory.

Prayer for Holy Spirit

We pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit on us, to be baptized by the Holy Spirit, that He will descend mightily on us as He did on the Apostles at Pentecost. That the Holy Spirit will transform us from fear to fearlessness and that He will give us courage to do all the Father is asking of us to help bring about the Reign of the Sacred Heart and the triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart. We pray for the Holy Spirit to descend mightily on the Jesuits and the Poor Clares on the Shepherds of Christ leaders and members and on the whole Body of Christ and the world.

Protection by the Blood of Jesus

We pray that the Blood of Jesus will be spread on us, everyone in our families, and the Shepherds of Christ Movement, that we will be able to move steadfastly ahead and be protected from the evil one.

Healing

We pray for healing in body, mind, and soul and generational healing in ourselves, in all members in our families, and in all members of the Shepherds of Christ Movement, the Jesuit Community, the Poor Clares, the Body of Christ, and the world.

Prayer for Strength and Light

We adore You, oh Holy Spirit. Give us strength, give us light, console us. We give ourselves entirely to You. Oh Spirit of light and grace, we want to only do the will of the Father. Enlighten us that we may live always in the Father's will.

Eternal Spirit fill us with Your Divine Wisdom that we may comprehend more fully insight into Your Divine Mysteries.

Give us lights, Oh Holy Spirit that we may know God. Work within the heart, the spiritual womb of the Virgin Mary, to form us more and more into the image of Jesus.

Prayer to Be One with God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit

We long for You, Oh Spirit of Light, we long to know God, we want to be one with Him, our Divine God. We want to be one with the Father, know Him as a Person most intimately. We want to know the beloved One, the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and live and dwell in Him at all times, every moment of our lives. We want to be one with You, Oh Spirit of Light, that You move in us in our every breath.

Prayer to Be One in Jesus

Let us experience life in the Sacred Heart of Jesus, so we can say as Saint Paul, "I have been crucified with Christ and yet I am alive; yet it is no longer I, but Christ living in me...." Let us live, united to the Mass, all through the day being one in Him. Let us be able to love and know in this elevated state of oneness with our God. We long for Thee, oh beauteous God, we love You, we love You, we love You. We praise You, worship You, honor You, adore You, and thank You, our beloved God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Prayer to Dwell in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary

We seek to be one in God, to live and dwell in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, our little heaven on earth, to experience life in the all perfect, pure, sinless heart of our Mother. We want the Holy Spirit to move in us and to be united to Jesus as the Bridegroom of our souls and be a most perfect sacrifice offered to the Father at every moment as we unite in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass around the world to help in the salvation of souls.

Prayer for the Holy Spirit and His Gifts

Come Holy Spirit, come, come into our hearts, inflame all people with the fire of Your love.

Leader: Send forth Your Spirit and all will be reborn.
All:  And You will renew the face of the earth.

We pray for the seven gifts of the Holy Spirit, we ask for perfection in our souls to make us holy, holy souls likened to God.

Dear Holy Spirit, we give ourselves to You soul and body. We ask You to give us the Spirit of Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, Fortitude, Knowledge, Piety, and Fear of the Lord.

Prayer for the Word Alive in Our Hearts

We know, dear Holy Spirit, the Word in His human nature was brought forth within the womb of the woman. We pray that His word will be brought forth in our hearts as He lives and dwells in us. We want the incarnation to go on in our lives. Dear Holy Spirit, work in us.

Little Prayers to the Holy Spirit

Dear Holy Spirit, help us not to be ignorant or indifferent or weak, help us to be strong with the love of God.

Dear Holy Spirit, please pray for our needs for us.

Dear Holy Spirit, help us to respect God and to avoid sin. Help us to live in the Father's will.

Dear Holy Spirit, help us to keep Your commandments and to respect authority. Help us to love all things as You will us to love them. Help us to want to pray and always serve God with the greatest love. Help us to know the truth. Help us to have the gift of faith, hope, and love. Help us to know what is right and what is wrong.

A Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb, the Bridegroom of the Soul

Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

First Period
Meditations Nine Days

1. Romans 8:14-17

All who are guided by the Spirit of God are sons of God; for what you received was not the spirit of slavery to bring you back into fear; you received the Spirit of adoption, enabling us to cry out, 'Abba, Father!' The Spirit himself joins with our spirit to bear witness that we are children of God. And if we are children, then we are heirs, heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ, provided that we share his suffering, so as to share his glory.

2. Romans 8:5-9

Those who are living by their natural inclinations have their minds on the things human nature desires; those who live in the Spirit have their minds on spiritual things. And human nature has nothing to look forward to but death, while the Spirit looks forward to life and peace, because the outlook of disordered human nature is opposed to God, since it does not submit to God's Law, and indeed it cannot, and those who live by their natural inclinations can never be pleasing to God. You, however, live not by your natural inclinations, but by the Spirit, since the Spirit of God has made a home in you. Indeed, anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him.

3. 1 John 4:12-16

No one has ever seen God, but as long as we love one another God remains in us and his love comes to its perfection in us. This is the proof that we remain in him and he in us, that he has given us a share in his Spirit. We ourselves have seen and testify that the Father sent his Son as Saviour of the world. Anyone who acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God remains in him and he in God. We have recognised for ourselves, and put our faith in, the love God has for us. God is love, and whoever remains in love remains in God and God in him.

4. 1 John 4:17-21

Love comes to its perfection in us when we can face the Day of Judgement fearlessly, because even in this world we have become as he is. In love there is no room for fear, but perfect love drives out fear, because fear implies punishment and no one who is afraid has come to perfection in love. Let us love, then, because he first loved us. Anyone who says 'I love God' and hates his brother, is a liar, since whoever does not love the brother whom he can see cannot love God whom he has not seen. Indeed this is the commandment we have received from him, that whoever loves God, must also love his brother.

5. 1 John 4:7-11

My dear friends, let us love one another, since love is from God and everyone who loves is a child of God and knows God. Whoever fails to love does not know God, because God is love. This is the revelation of God's love for us, that God sent his only Son into the world that we might have life through him. Love consists in this: it is not we who loved God, but God loved us and sent his Son to expiate our sins. My dear friends, if God loved us so much, we too should love one another.

6. Acts of the Apostles 1:1-5

In my earlier work, Theophilus, I dealt with everything Jesus had done and taught from the beginning until the day he gave his instructions to the apostles he had chosen through the Holy Spirit, and was taken up to heaven. He had shown himself alive to them after his Passion by many demonstrations: for forty days he had continued to appear to them and tell them about the kingdom of God. While at table with them, he had told them not to leave Jerusalem, but to wait there for what the Father had promised. 'It is', he had said, 'what you have heard me speak about: John baptised with water but, not many days from now, you are going to be baptised with the Holy Spirit.'

7. Acts of the Apostles 1:6-9

Now having met together, they asked him, 'Lord, has the time come for you to restore the kingdom to Israel?' He replied, 'It is not for you to know times or dates that the Father has decided by his own authority, but you will receive the power of the Holy Spirit which will come on you, and then you will be my witnesses not only in Jerusalem but throughout Judaea and Samaria, and indeed to earth's remotest end.'

As he said this he was lifted up while they looked on, and a cloud took him from their sight.

8. Acts of the Apostles 1:12-14

So from the Mount of Olives, as it is called, they went back to Jerusalem, a short distance away, no more than a Sabbath walk; and when they reached the city they went to the upper room where they were staying; there were Peter and John, James and Andrew, Philip and Thomas, Bartholomew and Matthew, James son of Alphaeus and Simon the Zealot, and Jude son of James. With one heart all these joined constantly in prayer, together with some women, including Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brothers.

9. Acts of the Apostles 2:1-4

When Pentecost day came round, they had all met together, when suddenly there came from heaven a sound as of a violent wind which filled the entire house in which they were sitting; and there appeared to them tongues as of fire; these separated and came to rest on the head of each of them. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak different languages as the Spirit gave them power to express themselves.

Second Period
Meditations Nine Days

1. John 14:21-31

Whoever holds to my commandments and keeps them is the one who loves me; and whoever loves me will be loved by my Father, and I shall love him and reveal myself to him.'

Judas-not Judas Iscariot-said to him, 'Lord, what has happened, that you intend to show yourself to us and not to the world?' Jesus replied:

Anyone who loves me will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we shall come to him and make a home in him. Anyone who does not love me does not keep my words. And the word that you hear is not my own: it is the word of the Father who sent me. I have said these things to you while still with you; but the Paraclete, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you everything and remind you of all I have said to you. Peace I bequeath to you, my own peace I give you, a peace which the world cannot give, this is my gift to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled or afraid. You heard me say: I am going away and shall return. If you loved me you would be glad that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I. I have told you this now, before it happens, so that when it does happen you may believe. I shall not talk to you much longer, because the prince of this world is on his way. He has no power over me, but the world must recognise that I love the Father and that I act just as the Father commanded. Come now, let us go.

2. John 17:11-26

I am no longer in the world, but they are in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, keep those you have given me true to your name, so that they may be one like us. While I was with them, I kept those you had given me true to your name. I have watched over them and not one is lost except one who was destined to be lost, and this was to fulfil the scriptures. But now I am coming to you and I say these things in the world to share my joy with them to the full. I passed your word on to them, and the world hated them, because they belong to the world no more than I belong to the world. I am not asking you to remove them from the world, but to protect them from the Evil One. They do not belong to the world any more than I belong to the world. Consecrate them in the truth; your word is truth. As you sent me into the world, I have sent them into the world, and for their sake I consecrate myself so that they too may be consecrated in truth. I pray not only for these but also for those who through their teaching will come to believe in me. May they all be one, just as, Father, you are in me and I am in you, so that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe it was you who sent me. I have given them the glory you gave to me, that they may be one as we are one. With me in them and you in me, may they be so perfected in unity that the world will recognise that it was you who sent me and that you have loved them as you have loved me.

Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, so that they may always see my glory which you have given me because you loved me before the foundation of the world. Father, Upright One, the world has not known you, but I have known you, and these have known that you have sent me. I have made your name known to them and will continue to make it known, so that the love with which you loved me may be in them, and so that I may be in them.

3. I Corinthians 15:20-28

In fact, however, Christ has been raised from the dead, as the first-fruits of all who have fallen asleep. As it was by one man that death came, so through one man has come the resurrection of the dead. Just as all die in Adam, so in Christ all will be brought to life; but all of them in their proper order: Christ the first-fruits, and next, at his coming, those who belong to him. After that will come the end, when he will hand over the kingdom to God the Father, having abolished every principality, every ruling force and power. For he is to be king until he has made his enemies his footstool, and the last of the enemies to be done away with is death, for he has put all things under his feet. But when it is said everything is subjected, this obviously cannot include the One who subjected everything to him. When everything has been subjected to him, then the Son himself will be subjected to the One who has subjected everything to him, so that God may be all in all.

4. Revelation 3:1-3,12,16-19

'Write to the angel of the church in Sardis and say, "Here is the message of the one who holds the seven spirits of God and the seven stars: I know about your behaviour: how you are reputed to be alive and yet are dead. Wake up; put some resolve into what little vigour you have left: it is dying fast. So far I have failed to notice anything in your behaviour that my God could possibly call perfect; remember how you first heard the message. Hold on to that. Repent! If you do not wake up, I shall come to you like a thief, and you will have no idea at what hour I shall come upon you.

Anyone who proves victorious I will make into a pillar in the sanctuary of my God, and it will stay there for ever; I will inscribe on it the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem which is coming down from my God in heaven, and my own new name as well.

'...but since you are neither hot nor cold, but only lukewarm, I will spit you out of my mouth. You say to yourself: I am rich, I have made a fortune and have everything I want, never realising that you are wretchedly and pitiably poor, and blind and naked too. I warn you, buy from me the gold that has been tested in the fire to make you truly rich, and white robes to clothe you and hide your shameful nakedness, and ointment to put on your eyes to enable you to see. I reprove and train those whom I love: so repent in real earnest.'

5. Revelation 5:9-14

They sang a new hymn: You are worthy to take the scroll and to break its seals, because you were sacrificed, and with your blood you bought people for God of every race, language, people and nation and made them a line of kings and priests for God, to rule the world.

In my vision, I heard the sound of an immense number of angels gathered round the throne and the living creatures and the elders; there were ten thousand times ten thousand of them and thousands upon thousands, loudly chanting:

Worthy is the Lamb that was sacrificed to receive power, riches, wisdom, strength, honour, glory and blessing.

Then I heard all the living things in creation-everything that lives in heaven, and on earth, and under the earth, and in the sea, crying:

To the One seated on the throne and to the Lamb, be all praise, honour, glory and power, for ever and ever.

And the four living creatures said, 'Amen'; and the elders prostrated themselves to worship.

6. Revelation 7:14-17

I answered him, 'You can tell me, sir.' Then he said, 'These are the people who have been through the great trial; they have washed their robes white again in the blood of the Lamb. That is why they are standing in front of God's throne and serving him day and night in his sanctuary; and the One who sits on the throne will spread his tent over them. They will never hunger or thirst again; sun and scorching wind will never plague them, because the Lamb who is at the heart of the throne will be their shepherd and will guide them to springs of living water; and God will wipe away all tears from their eyes.'

7. Revelation 12:1-8

Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman, robed with the sun, standing on the moon, and on her head a crown of twelve stars. She was pregnant, and in labour, crying aloud in the pangs of childbirth. Then a second sign appeared in the sky: there was a huge red dragon with seven heads and ten horns, and each of the seven heads crowned with a coronet. Its tail swept a third of the stars from the sky and hurled them to the ground, and the dragon stopped in front of the woman as she was at the point of giving birth, so that it could eat the child as soon as it was born. The woman was delivered of a boy, the son who was to rule all the nations with an iron sceptre, and the child was taken straight up to God and to his throne, while the woman escaped into the desert, where God had prepared a place for her to be looked after for twelve hundred and sixty days.

And now war broke out in heaven, when Michael with his angels attacked the dragon. The dragon fought back with his angels, but they were defeated and driven out of heaven.

8. Revelation 14:1-7

Next in my vision I saw Mount Zion, and standing on it the Lamb who had with him a hundred and forty-four thousand people, all with his name and his Father's name written on their foreheads. I heard a sound coming out of heaven like the sound of the ocean or the roar of thunder; it was like the sound of harpists playing their harps. There before the throne they were singing a new hymn in the presence of the four living creatures and the elders, a hymn that could be learnt only by the hundred and forty-four thousand who had been redeemed from the world. These are the sons who have kept their virginity and not been defiled with women they follow the Lamb wherever he goes; they, out of all people, have been redeemed to be the first-fruits for God and for the Lamb. No lie was found in their mouths and no fault can be found in them.

Then I saw another angel, flying high overhead, sent to announce the gospel of eternity to all who live on the earth, every nation, race, language and tribe. He was calling, 'Fear God and glorify him, because the time has come for him to sit in judgement; worship the maker of heaven and earth and sea and the springs of water.'

Revelation 19: 7-8

let us be glad and joyful and give glory to God, because this is the time for the marriage of the Lamb. His bride is ready, and she has been able to dress herself in dazzling white linen, because her linen is made of the good deeds of the saints.'

9. Revelation 21:1-10

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; the first heaven and the first earth had disappeared now, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride dressed for her husband. Then I heard a loud voice call from the throne, 'Look, here God lives among human beings. He will make his home among them; they will be his people, and he will be their God, God-with-them. He will wipe away all tears from their eyes; there will be no more death, and no more mourning or sadness or pain. The world of the past has gone.'

Then the One sitting on the throne spoke. 'Look, I am making the whole of creation new. Write this, "What I am saying is trustworthy and will come true."' Then he said to me, 'It has already happened. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give water from the well of life free to anybody who is thirsty; anyone who proves victorious will inherit these things; and I will be his God and he will be my son. But the legacy for cowards, for those who break their word, or worship obscenities, for murderers and the sexually immoral, and for sorcerers, worshippers of false gods or any other sort of liars, is the second death in the burning lake of sulphur.'

One of the seven angels that had the seven bowls full of the seven final plagues came to speak to me and said, 'Come here and I will show you the bride that the Lamb has married.' In the spirit, he carried me to the top of a very high mountain, and showed me Jerusalem, the holy city, coming down out of heaven from God.

Revelation 22:20

The one who attests these things says: I am indeed coming soon.

Amen; come, Lord Jesus.

Isaiah 49: 8-15

The joyful homecoming

   Thus says Yahweh:
At the time of my favour
       I have answered you,
on the day of salvation I have helped you.
I have formed you and have appointed you
to be the covenant for a people,
   to restore the land,
   to return ravaged properties,
to say to prisoners, ‘Come out,’
to those who are in darkness,
       ‘Show yourselves.’
Along the roadway they will graze,
and any bare height will be their pasture.
They will never hunger or thirst,
   scorching wind and sun
       will never plague them;
for he who pities them will lead them,
will guide them to springs of water.
I shall turn all my mountains into a road
and my highways will be raised aloft.
Look! Here they come from far away,
look, these from the north and the west,
those from the land of Sinim.

Shout for joy, you heavens; earth, exult!
   Mountains, break into joyful cries!
For Yahweh has consoled his people,
is taking pity on his afflicted ones.
   Zion was saying,
       ‘Yahweh has abandoned me,
   the Lord has forgotten me.’
Can a woman forget her baby at the breast,
feel no pity for the child she has borne?
Even if these were to forget,
   I shall not forget you.

Psalm 145: 8-9, 13-14, 17-18

Yahweh is tenderness and pity,
slow to anger, full of faithful love.

Yahweh is generous to all,
his tenderness embraces all his creatures.

Your kingship is a kingship for ever,
your reign lasts from age to age.

Yahweh is trustworthy in all his words,
and upright in all his deeds.

Yahweh supports all who stumble,
lifts up those who are bowed down.

Upright in all that he does,
Yahweh acts only in faithful love.
He is close to all who call upon him,
all who call on him from the heart.

John 5: 17-30

His answer to them was, 'My Father still goes on working, and I am at work, too.' But that only made the Jews even more intent on killing him, because not only was he breaking the Sabbath, but he spoke of God as his own Father and so made himself God's equal.
    To this Jesus replied:

In all truth I tell you,
  by himself the Son can do nothing;
  he can do only
what he sees the Father doing:
  and whatever the Father does
      the Son does too.
For the Father loves the Son
  and shows him everything
      he himself does,
  and he will show him
      even greater things than these,
  works that will astonish you.
Thus, as the Father raises the dead
      and gives them life,
  so the Son gives life to anyone he chooses;
  for the Father judges no one;
he has entrusted all judgement to the Son,
so that all may honour the Son
  as they honour the Father.
Whoever refuses honour to the Son
  refuses to honour the Father
      who sent him.
In all truth I tell you,
  whoever listens to my words,
and believes in the one who sent me,
  has eternal life;
  without being brought to judgement
  such a person
has passed from death to life.
In all truth I tell you,
  the hour is coming –
indeed it is already here –
  when the dead
will hear the voice of the Son of God,
and all who hear it will live.
For as the Father has life in himself,
so he has granted the Son also
      to have life in himself;
and, because he is the Son of man,
  has granted him power
      to give judgement.
Do not be surprised at this,
  for the hour is coming
when the dead will leave their graves
at the sound of his voice:
  those who did good
  will come forth to life;
  and those who did evil
      will come forth to judgement.
  By myself I can do nothing;
I can judge only as I am told to judge,
  and my judging is just,
because I seek to do not my own will
but the will of him who sent me.

                R. As we move on in Lent we
see that they tried to kill Jesus.

We see Jesus' love for His Father
and He is telling us about the
unity between Him and His Father
He tells us about life and
                judgment. How we must listen
to Him and believe if we want
                eternal salvation.

Jesus is telling us we are to
                do good deeds.

Song: I Am a God of Justice

Given March 24, 2017

                R. Justice brings peace –

                    When men have relationships with
                one another justice brings peace
                and order –

                    The relationship between God
and man is God is our
                Creator, we are the creature
and it is our duty to love
God – God created us – It is
                our duty.

                Our parents brought us into
this life – we owe our parents
                honor and reverence and
                service.

Our country helps us so we can
                develop our talents – we
                owe respect and love and
                service to our country.
                Men serve their country.

It is justice that we recognize
all that has been given to us
                by people who went before
us and give back to this
generation we live in and to
                future generations by living to
make the world better as God
                desires it to be.

Men that are put in authority
                over others to run things
                deserve respect and honor and
                gratitude.

"Justice shall flourish in his time,
                and fullness of peace forever."

Psalm 72: 3-4, 7-8, 17

Mountains and hills,
    bring peace to the people!
With justice he will judge the poor of the people,
he will save the children of the needy
    and crush their oppressors.

In his days uprightness shall flourish,
and peace in plenty till the moon is no more.
His empire shall stretch from sea to sea,
from the river to the limits of the earth.

May his name be blessed for ever,
and endure in the sight of the sun.
In him shall be blessed every race in the world,
and all nations call him blessed.

Romans 8: 5-9

                R. We recognize God as our authority –
We recognize the saints in heaven
and ask them to intercede for
                us –

                This is spiritual order –

                In our community we recognize
                    men over us –

                In the country we recognize
                    the President –

                Obedience means that a man
                    submits his will to
                    a person over them.

                A person having authority over
others – in justice – is to
do what is according to the
                    office he holds –
                    not abuse others above
                    and below him for his
                    personal anger and
                    hatred –

A man of authority is to judge
justly as he is called –

A person over others in authority
                    in a spiritual situation will
answer to God for the offense
                    of using their authority and
                    giving bad example to those
                    under them spiritually and
                    using their position of authority
                    for their personal anger,
                    revenge, acting-out and
                    other evils that can damage
                    a person under them.

                    This is handled in St.
                Benedict's Rule for religious –

                Justice shall flourish in his
time and fullness of peace forever –

                God is Divinely Just

God will Judge us on our
                    performance

Justice and Peace will kiss –

Psalm 24: 1-6

To Yahweh belong the earth and all it contains,
the world and all who live there;
it is he who laid its foundations on the seas,
on the flowing waters fixed it firm.

Who shall go up to the mountain of Yahweh?
Who shall take a stand in his holy place?

The clean of hands and pure of heart,
whose heart is not set on vanities,
who does not swear an oath in order to deceive.

Such a one will receive blessing from Yahweh,
saving justice from the God of his salvation.
Such is the people that seeks him,
that seeks your presence, God of Jacob.                Pause

                R. God is above us –

We are to obey God's commands
                    of us –

We are to know, love and serve God,
                    it is our duty –

It is out of order for
a man to raise himself over
                    God.

                In Matthew's Gospel,
First Sunday of Lent, Cycle A –
The devil wanted Jesus to fall
to his feet and pay him homage.

                First Sunday of Lent Readings

                Reference Genesis 2: 7-9; 3: 1-7

Romans 5: 12-19

Well then; it was through one man that sin came into the world, and through sin death, and thus death has spread through the whole human race because everyone has sinned. Sin already existed in the world before there was any law, even though sin is not reckoned when there is no law. Nonetheless death reigned over all from Adam to Moses, even over those whose sin was not the breaking of a commandment, as Adam's was. He prefigured the One who was to come . . .

There is no comparison between the free gift and the offence. If death came to many through the offence of one man, how much greater an effect the grace of God has had, coming to so many and so plentifully as a free gift through the one man Jesus Christ! Again, there is no comparison between the gift and the offence of one man. One single offence brought condemnation, but now, after many offences, have come the free gift and so acquittal! It was by one man’s offence that death came to reign over all, but how much greater the reign in life of those who receive the fullness of grace and the gift of saving justice, through the one man, Jesus Christ. One man’s offence brought condemnation on all humanity; and one man’s good act has brought justification and life to all humanity. Just as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by one man’s obedience are many to be made upright.

Matthew 4: 1-11

Then Jesus was led by the Spirit out into the desert to be put to the test by the devil. He fasted for forty days and forty nights, after which he was hungry, and the tester came and said to him, ‘If you are Son of God, tell these stones to turn into loaves.’ But he replied, ‘Scripture says:

Human beings live not on bread alone
    but on every word
that comes from the mouth of God.’

The devil then took him to the holy city and set him on the parapet of the Temple. ‘If you are Son of God,’ he said, ‘throw yourself down; for scripture says:

He has given his angels orders about you,

and they will carry you in their arms
in case you trip over a stone.’

Jesus said to him, ‘Scripture also says:

Do not put the Lord your God to the test.’

Next, taking him to a very high mountain, the devil showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendour. And he said to him, ‘I will give you all these, if you fall at my feet and do me homage.’ Then Jesus replied, ‘Away with you, Satan! For scripture says:

The Lord your God is the one
to whom you must do homage,
    him alone you must serve.’

Then the devil left him, and suddenly angels appeared and looked after him.

                R. Reference Psalm 51: 3-4, 5-6, 12-13, 14, 17

By the time of Noah man had
                    become corrupt.

Man is to obey the Commandments
                    of God.

The Ten Commandments

  1. I, the Lord, am your God. You shall not have other gods besides me.
  2. You shall not take the name of the Lord, your God, in vain.
  3. Remember to keep holy the Sabbath day.
  4. Honor your father and your mother.
  5. You shall not kill.
  6. You shall not commit adultery.
  7. You shall not steal.
  8. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
  9. You shall not covet your neighbor's wife.
  10. You shall not covet anything that belongs to your neighbor.

                R. They made a molten calf when
                    Moses went up the mountain
                    to get the 10 Commandments
                    and they worshipped the
                    molten calf.

Tomorrow is a new day to love
and serve God. It is the first
day of the rest of your life. It can
                determine our eternal salvation.
We are called to help in the work
                of redemption. Everybody has a
free will. Man can obey God
or disobey God. If we choose to love
God, we can grow in our relationship
                with Him.

                The commandments of God
                are clear.

                R. We cannot
                disobey God's commandments
and not repent if we want to do
                what God wants. Why would
anyone not love, when God is
                love? Why would someone
                disobey God? God loves us.
God is with us. God is the boss.
                Judas betrayed Jesus. He smothered
                Him with kisses to
sell Him for 30 pieces of silver.

We have one shot at tomorrow.
                Why would anyone hate their
                neighbor, when God commands
                we love our neighbor as
                ourselves.

Excerpts from the Rosary of

December 14, 1997 Sunday

Glorious Mysteries

The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary into Heaven

7. R. On October 8th, I was wakened at 6:00 am. Jesus sounded angry and mumbling and someone walking around the bed repeating and repeating, “Seedless, barren, not bringing forth fruit on the vine.”

October 8, 1997

Jesus: Seedless, barren, not bringing forth fruit on the vine. I come to be heard and who pays Me heed. To a people of stiffs I address this issue, what think you when the water is gone from the trough?

Do you think you will then worship the molten calf or will you be ready for surrender then?

Oh, you thankless race, anger and wrath is the mind of your God. You do not worry, My messenger, for I am God and I speak to you. You think you are alone and I have chosen you. Your money is your god, oh people of Zion - your money in the pockets is the sound that brings you joy.

What brings Me joy is the songs of the faithful, praising and worshipping God, but I go to the tent and there is the molten calf and an abased nation of stiffs, heartless and filled with fear. I beg of you to stop now before it is too late, but you do not know of the chastisement I have in store for you - it is under the plan of the Father.

The children who walk in darkness carried a molten calf in their arms and the God of justice struck the earth.

He struck you, senseless people, because you would not listen. end of excerpt

The Coronation of Mary as Queen of Heaven and Earth

1. Jesus: I am alive. I am alive. I am alive. And I give to you these messages that you will love Me most intimately. I have given these writings to lead you to the depth of My Heart. I have revealed Myself most intimately to you in the Holy Eucharist. This is the Bread of Life that I give to you. The Bread of Life is My Word and the Eucharist.

2. R. Can you imagine how it was for Jesus in the garden to know all things and to know what He would undergo at the hands of men who were blind and did not even know anything about Him being God, and that they would hang Him on the cross.

Jesus: Move with your body, My senseless race. I tell you that I am alive and I live this day. I give you the Bread of Life: My Word and the Eucharist. I am truly present and I am waiting for the sons of Zion to come to Me. But they are hidden. They do not come. For they are a people that are walking in darkness and they must be aroused for they are sleeping too long, too long and too deep is their sleep. Oh children of Zion, children of your Mother, Mary, come forth. Hear the trumpet blast. Waken to the sound for the glory of the Lord is at hand. He will come in the night unannounced and many will be lost. For the day of reckoning is at hand and the sun will shine and the men of the earth will hear the trumpet blare in the dark night and they will know that soon the day of glory is at hand, the day of victory.

3. R. A little King, a big King, the Almighty God, without a beginning without an end. And so we meditate on the mysteries of the rosary and we read His Word but truly this Word lives in our lives. And this is a reality, this mystery of the rosary. For He will be King of all hearts and she will be Queen of their hearts, the little King and the Queen of Heaven and earth.

8. R. Anyone who has ears ought to hear these words.

Act of Contrition

"O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended Thee, and I detest all my sins, because I dread the loss of Heaven and the pains of Hell, but most of all because they offend Thee, my God, Who art all-good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of Thy grace to confess my sins, to do penance and to amend my life. Amen."

                March 29, 2017 continues

                R. Jesus came to this earth in a family.
Jesus came a baby, Jesus shows us
the Holy Family. The Feast of the
Epiphany is a feast of Light –
                Jesus always wants me in
                Clearwater for this Feast –

Isaiah 60: 1-6

Arise, shine out,
  for your light has come,
and the glory of Yahweh has risen on you.
Look! though night still covers the earth
and darkness the peoples,
on you Yahweh is rising
and over you his glory can be seen.
The nations will come to your light
and kings to your dawning brightness.
Lift up your eyes and look around:
all are assembling
  and coming towards you,
your sons coming from far away
and your daughters
  being carried on the hip.
At this sight you will grow radiant,
your heart will throb and dilate,
since the riches of the sea will flow to you,
the wealth of the nations come to you;
camels in throngs will fill your streets,
the young camels of Midian and Ephah;
everyone in Saba will come,
bringing gold and incense
and proclaiming Yahweh's praises.

                R. We are to adore and worship God.
God has made His ways clear to us.

We have a free will to listen and obey
or do what we want and disobey
                    and not listen –

Jesus: Open your ears and your hearts –
                    Be open –

Open your eyes that you may
                    see, not with earthy
                    vision, but with the
vision of God – See through
the eyes of the Heavenly Father –

                Obey the Father's will

I am Jesus, the Son of God, and
                I came in a family, a baby,
not a high and Mighty, I came
in humility in a cave because
there was no room for Me in the
Inn – For some there is still
no room for Me in their hearts –
they reject Me and say "No" to Me
and then try to make their
                wrong doing look right, when
                their example is twisted to
                give deception –
                Let your "yes" be "yes"
                and your "no" be "no"
                Anything else is you being
                led by satan –
                I am Absolute truth.

In knowing Me you know more
                    clearly reality –

A man who lies and walks in
                    darkness has distorted, twisted
                    reality – fantasy – 'make-believe'
as he walks a lie in darkness
                    and pride.

I am the Light of the World –

                R. Epiphany means the Manifestation
                of God in Christ –

                The Heavenly Father gave a
                    sign.

Matthew 2: 2

asking, ‘Where is the infant king of the Jews? We saw his star as it rose and have come to do him homage.’

                R. Epiphany tells us the Wise Men
                    followed the star to adore
                    Jesus –

                Herod thought only of himself–
                Herod was jealous –
Herod was like a molten calf
                    that wanted to be adored
                    instead of the Christ Child.

The 3 Kings followed the star.
It was a journey to follow
                    the star. They went and
                    paid homage to the
                    Christ Child –

This is the scene of the Holy Family –
unity and love – even in
                    a cave –

                R. These men were kings and they
                    prostrated themselves before
                    the Christ - Child –

Herod was full of himself –
                    jealous – he wanted to
                    be worshipped and adored
over Jesus – above Jesus –

When a man gives into satan
                it is always night –

                Epiphany show us –
                Jesus is to be worshipped
                    before us –

Jesus is the Light of the
                    world.

                Satan in the first reading
                    on the first Sunday of
                    Lent –
                    wanted Jesus to get down
                    and worship him –

We see how Jesus lived His life –
obedient and loving to His heavenly
Father and obedient to Mary and
                Joseph, His Foster Father.
Jesus grew and lived, not like a
mighty King, but as a little child.
The family is the basic unit –
It is God's plan we come in a
                family –
We see how Jesus grew in a
                family that practiced their
                religion devoutly.
                Jesus was dependent as a
                    baby and child for what
He needed to grow in His family.

Here is a writing from Sirach.

Sirach 3: 2-6, 12-14

for the Lord honours the father above his children
and upholds the rights of a mother over her sons.
Whoever respects a father expiates sins,
whoever honours a mother is like someone amassing a fortune.
Whoever respects a father will in turn be happy with children,
the day he prays for help, he will be heard.
Long life comes to anyone who honours a father,
whoever obeys the Lord makes a mother happy.

My child, support your father in his old age,
do not grieve him during his life.
Even if his mind should fail, show him sympathy,
    do not despise him in your health and strength;
for kindness to a father will not be forgotten
but will serve as reparation for your sins.

                R. St. Paul tells us about living
as members of the body of
                    Christ –

Colossians 3:12-21

As the chosen of God, then, the holy people whom he loves, you are to be clothed in heartfelt compassion, in generosity and humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with one another; forgive each other if one of you has a complaint against another. The Lord has forgiven you; now you must do the same. Over all these clothes, put on love, the perfect bond. And may the peace of Christ reign in your hearts, because it is for this that you were called together in one body. Always be thankful.

Let the Word of Christ, in all its richness, find a home with you. Teach each other, and advise each other, in all wisdom. With gratitude in your hearts sing psalms and hymns and inspired songs to God; and whatever you say or do, let it be in the name of the Lord Jesus, in thanksgiving to God the Father through him.

The morals of the home and household

Wives, be subject to your husbands, as you should in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives and do not be sharp with them. Children, be obedient to your parents always, because that is what will please the Lord. Parents, do not irritate your children or they will lose heart.

                R. This Gospel tells Herod's
                    jealousy to destroy
                    Jesus.

Matthew 2: 13-15, 19-23

After they had left, suddenly the angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, ‘Get up, take the child and his mother with you, and escape into Egypt, and stay there until I tell you, because Herod intends to search for the child and do away with him.’ So Joseph got up and, taking the child and his mother with him, left that night for Egypt, where he stayed until Herod was dead. This was to fulfil what the Lord had spoken through the prophet: I called my son out of Egypt.

After Herod's death, suddenly the angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt and said, 'Get up, take the child and his mother with you and go back to the land of Israel, for those who wanted to kill the child are dead.' So Joseph got up and, taking the child and his mother with him, went back to the land of Israel. But when he learnt that Archelaus had succeeded his father Herod as ruler of Judaea he was afraid to go there, and being warned in a dream he withdrew to the region of Galilee. There he settled in a town called Nazareth. In this way the words spoken through the prophets were to be fulfilled: He will be called a Nazarene.

                R. We see that Jesus came into the
                    world and Herod wanted
                    Him dead –

We see that Jesus now in
                    His public life is
                    threatened by the men
                    who want to put
                    Him to death and
                    they do and Crucify
                    the Son of God because
                    of their evil hearts –

                Given March 31, 2017

                R. We picked up 21,000 of Fr. Joe's homily books
yesterday to send to the priests. We have sent
out the first 21,000 since October, 2016 to
priests and hierarchy. We also send the Shepherds of
Christ Prayer Brochure so they can use the homily
book weekly and pray the prayers Jesus gave
Fr. Carter, S.J. for devotion of the Hearts of Jesus and Mary
and for the priests, the Church and the world.
We also send the prayer for the country and ask
in the letter to them to please pray this.

1 John 5: 4-21

because every child of God
overcomes the world.
And this is the victory
that has overcome the world -
our faith.

Who can overcome the world
but the one who believes
that Jesus is the Son of God?
He it is who came by water and blood,
Jesus Christ,
not with water alone
but with water and blood,
and it is the Spirit that bears witness,
for the Spirit is Truth.
So there are three witnesses,
the Spirit, water and blood;
and the three of them coincide.
If we accept
     the testimony of human witnesses,
God’s testimony is greater,
for this is God’s testimony
which he gave about his Son.
Whoever believes in the Son of God
has this testimony within him,
and whoever does not believe
is making God a liar,
because he has not believed
the testimony
God has given about his Son.
This is the testimony:
God has given us eternal life,
and this life is in his Son.
Whoever has the Son has life,
and whoever has not the Son of God
    has not life.
I have written this to you
who believe
in the name of the Son of God
so that you may know
     that you have eternal life.

Our fearlessness towards him
    consists in this,
that if we ask anything
    in accordance with his will
he hears us.
And if we know
that he listens to whatever we ask him,
we know that we already possess
whatever we have asked of him.
If anyone sees his brother commit a sin
that is not a deadly sin,
he has only to pray,
and God will give life to this brother
– provided that it is not a deadly sin.
There is sin that leads to death
and I am not saying
    you must pray about that.
Every kind of wickedness is sin,
but not all sin leads to death.

We are well aware
that no one who is a child of God sins,
because he who was born from God
    protects him,
and the Evil One has no hold over him.
We are well aware that we are from God,
and the whole world
is in the power of the Evil One.
We are well aware also
that the Son of God has come,
and has given us understanding
so that we may know
    the One who is true.
We are in the One who is true
as we are in his Son, Jesus Christ.
He is the true God
and this is eternal life.
Children, be on your guard
    against false gods.

                R. There should be times when we are so
united to the readings in the liturgy, for example,
Christmas is a time to celebrate Jesus, our
Savior, who took flesh and came to save us
from our sins – many are so caught up in
the commercial aspect – they don't even put
Christ in Christmas – others can be so
depressed they hurt and punish others
for their loneliness. Christmas is about Christ.
Say "yes" to every day living the liturgy of the day
of the season in your lives.

We are so blessed. Jesus is the Light of the world.
We are to walk with Him. We are to live the pascal
mystery of death/resurrection in our lives.
God gives us love and mercy to those who
ask for forgiveness. We must ask God for
the Holy Spirit so we walk in the truth. Jesus
tells us I am the way, the truth and the life.
Fill us with your light God – God is
                all-powerful and ever-living. God gives
                us strength for our living.

We adore our beloved God and we worship
Him. We follow Jesus, we walk in truth,
we do not want the deception of satan in our
                lives.

Song: Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul.
Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.

                Read the 1 Letter of John 1: 22 - 4: 6

                Read 1 Letter of John 4: 7-10

                Read 1 Letter of John 4: 11-18

                R. God is all powerful. We see the power
of Jesus in His miracles. The blind see –
                Lepers were healed –
Lazarus is raised from the dead.

                Reference 1 John 5: 5-21

John 11: 25

Jesus said:

I am the resurrection.
Anyone who believes in me,
even though that person dies, will live,

John 8: 12-20

Jesus, the light of the world

When Jesus spoke to the people again, he said:

    I am the light of the world;
    anyone who follows me
will not be walking in the dark,
but will have the light of life.

A discussion on the testimony of Jesus to himself

At this the Pharisees said to him, ‘You are testifying on your own behalf; your testimony is not true.’ Jesus replied:

    Even though I am testifying
        on my own behalf,
    my testimony is still true,
    because I know
    where I have come from
        and where I am going;
    but you do not know
where I come from or where I am going.
    You judge by human standards;
    I judge no one,
    but if I judge,
    my judgement will be true,
    because I am not alone:
    the one who sent me is with me;
and in your Law it is written
that the testimony of two witnesses is
        true.
I testify on my own behalf,
but the Father who sent me
        testifies on my behalf, too.

They asked him, ‘Where is your Father then?’ Jesus answered:

    You do not know me,
        nor do you know my Father;
    if you did know me,
you would know my Father as well.

He spoke these words in the Treasury, while teaching in the Temple. No one arrested him, because his hour had not yet come.

                Sing: Pardon Your People

                R. Jesus had enemies. As we progress
further into Lent we see the dialogue
                between Jesus and His enemies.

                Given April 1, 2017

                R. Thank You God for my body, for
                    my memory, for my ability
to think, to reason, to know
                    You, my beloved God.

Thank You for this to help me know
I can know You, God, Almighty
                    and true.

Thank You for helping me to want
to know You and Your plan
                    for the salvation of man.

I am so sorry for my sins and
for the sins of the human
                    race that offend You, God.

Thank You for the gift of baptism
                    that gives the baptized Christian,
                    a sharing in Your life.

Life is in You God. Life is a gift.
When we were born – You gave
us life. You gave us eyes and
ears and a mouth. You gave
us our little hands and arms
                    and feet and legs –

We were to learn how our bodies
                    worked. You gave us bodies
                    that need food and get
rid of waste – You gave
us bodies to grow and get strong –

You gave us so much, God, and I
can never even know all about
the miracle of my eyes or
                    brain or my digestive
                    system or how I know
when I cut my toe or hurt
my ankle, I know in my
                    brain.

Oh God, I do not want to offend
You, but to do Your will
                     and co-operate with You –

We have a free will to say
                    "yes" to You God –

Or we can use our free will to
say "No" to You. When You
call us to serve we can say
                    "No" to the commandment
                    to love.
We can say "No" to You God
                        and make enemies of our
                        brothers in envy and
                        pride and anger and
                        jealousy and we can
                        choose to live in darkness.

Yes, we have a free will to co-operate
                    with others and help serve
and build the Kingdom of God –

Or we can rebel against God
and try to do what we want
and disobey God and His Law.

John 15: 5-6

I am the vine,
you are the branches.
Whoever remains in me, with me in him,
bears fruit in plenty;
for cut off from me you can do nothing.
Anyone who does not remain in me
is thrown away like a branch
—and withers;
these branches are collected
     and thrown on the fire
and are burnt.

                R. Read the first Letter of John

Dear Father of heaven and earth,
I thank You for all of this –
I thank You for life – I want
to love and serve You and
                    spread the Good News –

Dear Father, please hear our prayers,
                    I love You so much.

Dear Father, I believe in You,
I love You, I hope in You
                    and I thank You.

I know dear Father You gave me
life and You watch over me –
You are Almighty my beloved God.
Help me to do Your will –
Fill me with Your grace –
Give me strength to follow Your
                        call to me –

Help me to walk in truth
                        and life and light
                        and love –

Genesis 1: 26-27

God said, ‘Let us make man in our own image, in the likeness of ourselves, and let them be masters of the fish of the sea, the birds of heaven, the cattle, all the wild animals and all the creatures that creep along the ground.’

God created man in the image of himself,
in the image of God he created him,
male and female he created them.

Isaiah 49: 3, 5-6

He said to me, ‘Israel, you are my servant,
through whom I shall manifest my glory.’

And now Yahweh has spoken,
who formed me in the womb
    to be his servant,
to bring Jacob back to him
and to re–unite Israel to him;
—I shall be honoured in Yahweh’s eyes,
and my God has been my strength.—
He said, ‘It is not enough for you
    to be my servant,
to restore the tribes of Jacob
    and bring back the survivors of Israel;
I shall make you a light to the nations
so that my salvation may reach
    the remotest parts of earth.

                R. Jesus shows us He is the Lamb of God.
Jesus showed us He was a servant.
                    Jesus came and suffered and
                        served for the building of
                        the Kingdom of God –

Jesus did the will of His Father –
Mary did the will of the Father –

This Movement is to do the will of
                    the Father in love –

                Jesus and Mary are speaking
to us telling us about the
love of Their Two pure and
                    perfect Hearts –

                We say "yes"

                We spread the Good News!

We tell men to be obedient
to the will of God –

                We work in unity –

We work as servants of God.

We grow in the image and
                    likeness of God.

                    We see Jerusalem was destroyed
                because of disobedience, but
God loves us and wants us
                to obey Him.

God wants us in heaven with
                Him eternally. We must obey
God and keep this as our
                goal in all our actions
to please God – to love and
                to serve God.

We have a free will –

We see Jesus how He taught
                and worked miracles during
                His public life –

We have been given so much –
                the commandments, the Word,
                the Church, why would we
                offend God.

                    God called us in our
                vocation to go out and
                spread the Good News –
                God calls – we respond!

Jesus is the Light of the World!

Jesus is calling us in the Shepherds of Christ.

We can say "yes" to Him or
                    "no" to Him.

-God's Blue Book, January 17, 1994

                R. We see Jonah did not want
                    to answer his call, but
                    when he did Nineveh
                    converted –

                Jesus calls us to follow
                    in His footprints –

                Given April 2, 2017

                R. Jesus is the Light of the world. We
look at the scene at Bethlehem – was
the Holy Family inside of the cave –
was it dark – was the light coming
in from the star – Did Jesus come
into darkness in the cave – because
He came our Savior to redeem us –
                could they see?

                    Whenever Jesus and Mary appear
they appear in light – They are
                surrounded by light –

Jesus said "I am the Light
of the world." Jesus came in a world
of darkness, He came to give us
                His light.

It is always dark when a
man is in sin, clinging to lies,
in such a state he will not admit
the evil he has done. When a man
walks in the footprints of Jesus
he walks in the light. A man walking
                in darkness, disobeying God's commands,
lying, pride, anger is a man that
                is not happy.

Loving Jesus and one's fellow men
brings us joy. God created us in
His image and likeness. God created
                us to love.

We walk by faith – we follow
God. We must obey His commandments
and live by His Word if we want
to have joy in us. Having God
dwelling in us brings joy. Happiness
                is found in God.

                    Our actions are performed with
the goal to have eternal happiness
                in heaven.

A man would not eat poison every
day – it is bad for him.

Why would a man give into the
deadly sins or capital sins? They are
called capital sins because if a
man stays in the state of sin –
                anger, pride, envy, slothfulness,
they keep committing other sins to
be prideful, angry – it leads to
other sins if we are prideful for
example – then we can lie to prove
we are above others, always right –

                    A person may begin arguments
where none is even necessary to
win, to cause division, to prove
                they are right and discredit
                others, especially authority – A
man can live in deception –
This is darkness – this is night –
this leads to hard hearts and
                blindness, deafness –

                    The man who follows Jesus
walks in the light, walks in
truth – is disciplined – Lives
by God's Divine Law – Lives
to please God, gives their heart
in love to God and others and
he walks in the light –

He is a happy man – He is full
of love – He walks to follow
                    God.

                R. Epiphany means manifestation –
light – God the Father showed
a great sign – God the Father
gave a star over Jesus' crib –
One king was full of envy and
                wanted Jesus dead because he
was so prideful – he slaughtered
                the innocent children –

The other kings followed the star
and paid Jesus homage – they
                worshipped Jesus and brought
                Him gifts.

                    The devil hates people adoring
Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament –
the devil hates and he hates
people who love God and others.
Mary said souls are going into hell
                like rain, Her little children.

The devil hates Mary – the
                devil hates the Immaculate Conception,
the devil hates Mary and her Feasts.
                The devil hates apparitions of
the Virgin Mary – the devil
                hates that anybody shows love
                to God and others –

                The devil wants argumentation –
                hatred, discrediting just authority –
                the devil wants chaos, confusion,
                division –

The devil wants pride and anger –
                people mad and fighting –
                Discord, Disharmony –
A person that walks in darkness
is a person that can follow
                satan and his hateful, prideful,
                ugly, divided ways. The devil
wants a person to cling to darkness
and hurt others so there is
a chain reaction of the cycle
of violence after they are there –

                    God is unity and love,
peace and joy – truth, things
                work according to God's Plan
when we live to serve Him and
                walk in the Light.

We have a free will –

To follow Jesus, the Light of
                    the World –
or live a life in darkness
                    following satan.

Cling to Me

May 13, 1993

Jesus: My dear child, if you stay close to Me, then I live in you and you live in Me. I am He Who created you and I love you with such an intensity that you will never know. My words are your truth. You must abide in My heart in all things. There is no room for doubt. My ways are steadfast, direct, and without error.

You must stay rooted in Me to ward off the power of the evil one. His grip is paralyzing and crippling. His power is stronger every day.

When you live in Me, I am in your heart and he has no power over Me. I am your God. I am your true lover. I want to protect you. I want to guard you from this force. Stay rooted firmly in Me and he will have no power.

I am He Who comforts you. My hand is upon you. Hold tight to Me, My child. My eyes are fixed right on you. You are My most precious child. I love you as no other can. My arms are about you. My tenderness surrounds you. My love is in your heart. You go not alone. I walk with you.

I share every aspect of your life with you. Cling to Me, feel My presence. It is warm and secure within your chest. There is no room for fear, for I cast out fear and bring you comfort and joy.

On April 3, 1996, at All Saints Church I wrote:

I was at All Saints, April 3, at the 6:45 a.m. Mass. At 7:00 a.m. the bells rang at the Consecration of the Mass. The Sacrifice of Calvary rings out all over the world and I can be joined at every moment to this Sacrifice. We unite to this Sacrifice praying for ourselves and our brothers. The bell tolls at every moment I live. Whether I am doing dishes, being with my family, or whatever, I make this my offering united to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass being offered around the world. I make my Morning Offering. United to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass being celebrated around the world, I give myself completely to the Father in the name of Jesus in the Holy Spirit with all the angels and saints. I make this offering of my life to help in the salvation of souls. My offering is most pure and holy as I unite to the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

What is pleasing to my Father is that at every second I am trying to live in His will operating in love. My heroic or mundane tasks are most important as I give them in sacrifice united to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

I live in this way, always united to the sacrifice of Calvary being made sacramentally present on our altars around the world through the hands of His beloved priests.

This is the moment of sacrifice. The bells toll all over the earth and Christ, Chief-Priest and Victim, gives Himself in the Mass through the hands of the priest. I give myself in love to help in the work of redemption.

Jesus: It is most difficult to present any description similar to the original mystical vision. The sketches provide a basis for reference. Nothing in words or pictures even comes close to the original experience. I wish these writings and sketches to appear that you will more fully experience my love through these revelations. Pictures are concrete descriptions of true realities. The sketches provided are more to My liking, employing the element of mystery, for nothing here on this earth will ever show even minutely the splendor of a genuine mystical vision. In expressing the visions in concrete pictures, the element of mystery is overshadowed. You must pray for grace to experience that element of mystery in these writings, knowing the infinitude of the mystery of God can never be expressed concretely through words and pictures. It is through grace that one experiences that which I reveal here.

R. God is the ultimate mystery and He reveals Himself to man as He so chooses. Man must be open, soft and supple, ready for His touch.

Guiding Light - Reflect on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Liturgical Year (2011/2012)
$ 10.00

Guiding Light homily series — Reflect on the Word — Cycle B     The Word leaves an impression on our souls. In my thoughts and reflections are born a more tangible understanding of these eternal concepts presented in the Gospels and the readings. Anyone can read a sentence, but not anyone can absorb it's true meaning. Truth, in this day and age, is almost a matter of opinion or individual entitlement. We believe that Christ's truth is our Roman Catholic Church. We, as priests, champion it's teachings; we are ambassadors for the Pope and Christ to those faces looking at us. We are the light by which our congregation reads to reflect upon real truth and we do it hand in hand. $15

Guiding Light - Steadfast to the Son
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle A of the Liturgical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light homily series — Steadfast to the Son — Cycle A    The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $15

Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Liturgical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light — Focusing on the Word — Cycle B    At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $15

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Liturgical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light — Feed My Soul — Cycle C    In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $15

Priestly Newsletter — 2000 #1 — CD.Christ is Our Strength — Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. read it the year he died. It is so beautiful. "This brief passage contains one of the greatest lessons of the spiritual life. As we progress along our spiritual journey, we become increasingly aware of how weak we are in our—selves, but how strong we are in Christ. To experience our weakness involves suffering. The degree and kind of suffering can vary. The suffering can include the experience of the classical dark night of the spirit as described by St. John of the Cross. One of the main purposes of the dark night is to make a person keenly aware of his or her helplessness without God." quote by Fr. Carter from the newsletter $10
