Dear Member and Donor,

I give my heart to Jesus and Mary with you in love. Merry Christmas!

Jesus asked me to send you Blue Book 11. In this troubled world we can turn to Jesus.

Here is what Jesus said to tell you.

Excerpt from Response in Christ - Chapter 4 by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J.

In schematic outline we have discussed the manner in which the baptized Christian extends his Mass to his daily existence. As he so lives out his Mass, he is becoming more Christlike. He becomes a more perfect priest and victim for his next participation in the eucharistic sacrifice.42 The beautiful cycle which the Mass contains lies exposed before us. As part of this cycle the Christian is intimately involved in the process of continued redemption. The Mass is the center of the Christian life: ". . . the liturgy is the summit toward which the activity of the Church is directed; at the same time it is the fount from which all her power flows."43

42. For a current treatment of the varied richness of the Eucharist, cf. J. Wicks, "The Movement of Eucharistic Theology" in Chicago Studies, Vol. 10 (1971), pp. 267-284.

Jesus: I call you to live your lives as devout members of the mystical body of Christ. I have given these writings that men will realize that they are to live united deeply to the Mass going on around the world. Your lives, given as an offering, a sacrifice every moment in union with the Mass going on around the world. Your life, a sacrifice, offered to the Father, in union with the Mass in oneness with Me, in the Holy Spirit through the intercession of the Blessed Mother with all the angels and saints and the souls in purgatory.

Your lives given as members of My mystical body can help to bring down great graces for the priest, the Church and the world.

Excerpt from Response in Christ - Chapter 4 by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J.

"How does the Christian help Christ redeem the world? (Henceforth the term "world" is to be understood as including both rational and nonrational creation.) As previously stated, the Christian helps Christ redeem the world by reliving Christ's mysteries. The same "events" or mysteries which accomplished the objective redemption further the subjective redemption also. Since at the heart of Christ's mysteries are His death and Resurrection, it is especially these that the Christian must relive. As the Christian dies mystically with Christ through loving conformity with the Father's will, he rises with Christ to an ever greater share in the Resurrection, in the newness of life, in the life of grace. As the Christian in this manner relives the paschal mystery of Christ, he is accomplishing not only his own redemption, but he is also, in a mysterious yet real manner, helping Christ redeem the world."

December 17, 2013 Rosary
Clearwater, Florida

live - transcribed from a tape

R. Dear God the Father, in the name of Your, Son Jesus Christ, in the Holy Spirit, with all the angels, and all the saints and the souls in purgatory, united to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, through the powerful intercession of the our Lady of Clearwater, we come to You and we want to pray for the priests, the hierarchy, for the Church, for the world, especially for Pope Francis on his birthday. We want to pray for healing, in body, mind and soul. I would like to pray for healing in body, mind and soul in myself, all of you, everybody that is listening on the internet, in China, everybody that's here. We know that this is a special anniversary, that this is the 17th year since Mary's image appeared on the building, of December the 17th, of 1996. And somebody told me today, that Pope Francis was 60 that day.

We pray for healing of all those special people that we have promised to pray for and have asked us to pray for them. I want to pray for the Noes. Pray for some special people that I promised that I would pray for. I want to pray for Catherine, and for Betty and Sophie that are handmaids in China, and Betty spends most of her time in front of the Blessed Sacrament. She is confined to a wheelchair, and she has been down there since 1998 praying in front of the Blessed Sacrament, and she is a big help to this movement, for why it does what it does. I want to pray for her. Pray for Rosie, her sister, that use to be here. She takes care of Betty, and takes care of Sophie. Sophie will be 91 on Christmas Eve, and she has been down there forever, since we started China in 1998. Sophie was the sacristan at a shrine and then she came to China, she was the sacristan there. Now she just prays in front of the Blessed Sacrament, too. We have the Eucharist exposed there. It is a big gift.

Jerry is here in Florida with us tonight and he prays a lot in China, Indiana before the exposed Eucharist. As of now, Doris will be a lot in Florida. She might have to go back every month. We want to pray for Doris and Regina, who are here, and for Sanja who helps us a lot. We want to pray for all of our members and all of our donors. We want to pray for all of their families and anybody that touches their family, and for all of their work. We want to pray especially for all the priests that have gotten Fr. Joe's book that we have sent out, we have sent out quite a few already. We had 20,000 printed. We usually print about 40,000 to 50,000 in the course of a year, send it out to all the hierarchy, and the Pope and the priests in the United States and all the bishops. So we have been doing this now, this is his 7th book, and the prayers are in the back.

The mission of the Shepherds of Christ, majorly as given to Fr. Carter, S.J., was that we were to pray the Shepherds of Christ prayers, that we just prayed, and we have them in 8 languages with the Imprimatur, and that we were suppose to spread these prayer chapters all over the world, so there would be a network of prayers that was giving devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, which is what Mary asked for at Fatima, what Jesus asked Fr. Carter to do, and what Mary and Jesus have asked me to do, to spread this devotion and these prayer chapters all over the world. We have been doing that now for 19 years. But it is in the back of all of those books that we send to the priests, and along with that, we send the brochure with those prayers. We know that Mary appeared at Fatima and that Mary said that Jesus wanted His Heart venerated next to her heart, and that the importance of that Fatima mission was conversion, was making reparation for our sins and the sins of the world, and consecrating our hearts to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

But fundamental in this, when the messages of the angel were given, before Mary appeared in Fatima, the angel told the children that they should tell God that they believe, that they adore, that they hope and that they love Him, and that they should pray for those that do not believe, do not adore, do not hope, and do not love God, as they should. And so we know that faith, hope and love are theological virtues, which mean that, we need to get a grace from God in order to have that increase. And as we pray this rosary tonight and all the rosaries that we prayed for, we are always praying for that increase of faith, hope and love.

In giving us this mission, as Jesus has given to us, in allowing our Holy Mother to appear here, and she has been appearing to me for 19 years. The message that I have received is so important to be rooted in love, and to be serving God first in our lives. Because of the sin of Adam and Eve, what was really harmed, was that original justice, that is, that men do not put God first, that they can put themselves first, or they can put other things in their lives as their gods, first. And that is because of the weakness because of original sin, and the other deterrent because of original sin and original justice, is that we do not treat each other the way that God wants us to.

This is all about relationship. It is all about relationship with God, putting God first in our life, in relationship with each other. Since 1991, I have received messages from Jesus and Mary, about His Sacred Heart. On December 17, of 1991, after communion, and while praying after Mass, I had a vision of His open Heart. And the open Heart was white in the center, almost like a pot-belled stove, the intensity of that, and then there was yellow around that, and then the exterior of the Heart, which was red. Then I got a message from Our Lord, this was December 17, of 1991, and the message that went with this vision, was that I did not know what this vision and the mission that He was asking me to undertake, would do to lead so many souls to His Sacred Heart.

Two years later, the first message was circulated on December the 17th, of 1993 and it was called Play and Pray with Your Children, it was a message that is in Blue Book I. It was circulated, the first message ever published that I wrote, on December the 17th, of 1993. On December the 17th, of 1996, Mary's image appeared on the building here in Clearwater. The Blessed Mother had been appearing to me for 2 1/2 years, by this time. And at the beginning of those apparitions, which was in July of 1994, Fr. Carter was told by Jesus to start the Priestly Newsletter, to put the prayers in the prayer manual that we just prayed, and to spread those prayer chapters all over the world, praying for the priests, the Church and the world. So that was an important time for us.

When Mary started to appear July the 5th, of 1994, she appeared daily for 14 months, to start with, and there were rosaries that were given to me as the Shepherds of Christ Movement began. There were rosaries that were given to me that Jesus and Mary told me to put into a Red Rosary Book with a rainbow on it, that was published and left the printers on December the 17th, of 1996, the same exact day that Mary appeared on the building, here in Clearwater. The Red Rosary Book left the printers with the rainbow on it.

And we had tried for months and months before that, Fr. Carter would pray every day that we could get that Red Rosary Book out with those rosaries in it. Soon after that we were able to lease the building here. That was July the 5th, of 1998, and then on the last day of the second millennium, we were able to buy the building, as least with a loan. And so we have been here ever since, praying and spreading this devotion to the Sacred Heart and to the Immaculate Heart, which really was a commission that Jesus gave to me that day after communion on December 17th, 1991, 22 years ago.

As we think about why Mary has appeared here, I can tell you of the message that has been in the messages that I have received for the past 19 years, that when our Heavenly Mother speaks to me, that she is speaking of her children, how she wants them to know the love of her Son, and telling me how Jesus wants them with Him for all eternity. She is also lamenting and crying out as she did in Mary's message, telling me over and over again, how many souls are going to hell.

And in the world today, many people are not focused on what's going to happen after they die. And in allowing, God the Father allowing Mary to appear here, it was a great gift for the world to know that through the messages that Mary has given, that there are many souls that are being lost, and that God loves us so abundantly, and that we are to unite to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and learn how to pray most deeply in order to help bring down this grace, praying for the souls that they will be able to get to heaven.

The prayers and the messages that have been given in the Blue Books are these message, which are to help souls to know the love of Jesus and to be able go to heaven for all eternity. The Blue Book 11, that is at the printers, that will be released on December 23rd, is different than all the other Blue Books. Each Blue Book is really unique, but this Blue Book is so important, because the essence that we must focus on, is that we help in the work of redemption, that God enlists our help and that as we live our lives, doing whatever it is, what God has asked us to do, as members of the mystical body of Christ, and united to the Mass, we can bring down tremendous grace, that can help change the entire world.

In the world today, there are so many people that have answers to this, and to that and the other, but the world will not change until we put Jesus, until we put God in His rightful place, as first in our lives, and we are united to Him as the dependent children of the Father, that are employing His help in order to change the world. The answer lies in Him.

The plan that God has given to us in the Shepherds of Christ is a major plan for helping in the renewing of the Church and the world, for spreading the prayer chapters around the world, for praying for our beloved priests, for knowing that if we really want the world to change, we must listen to Our Lady of Fatima, who told us at Fatima, that we were to give this devotion to the Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart and give our lives to Them. And when it didn't happen, there was World War II. We studied the devastation of World War II, and we are so sorry for the loss of souls. The Holocaust that goes on today, is the killing of the babies in the womb.

And as we really do what Jesus and Mary have told us to do in the Shepherds of Christ, in spreading these prayer chapters, and in instructing people in what a great honor it is to be a member of the mystical body of Christ, in living our lives according to the Father's will in love, that God will outpour His tremendous grace and will enlighten the eyes of the blind, that men's hearts will be changed, to know God, to love God and to serve God, as our Heavenly Father created us to do. This is the plan of Jesus and Mary, that They have given to us, with these apparitions.

As we pray tonight, we are praying especially for the hierarchy, for Pope Francis, for the priests, for all of our members, for all of our donors, for all of our families, for the Church and for the world. And we know that as the Church is strengthened more and more, because the Church, the world and the individual Christian is in the state of becoming, becoming more and more, Christ-like, that as we pray, that God will outpour His grace, if we believe, if we hope, if we adore, if we love, as the angel of Fatima has asked us to do, and unite all of prayers to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, praying to the Father, in the name of Jesus, in the Holy Spirit, through the intercession of Our Lady of Clearwater and Fr. Carter, our founder, we pray with all of our hearts, united as one body, in this Shepherds of Christ Movement, with all the people that will hear this prayer service tonight, as we are praying together and with the people that will continue to hear it on the radio, praying with us, in the days to come, believing and hoping and loving, because it is only through God's might that the world will be changed.

Sing: Oh the rosary

In the Name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

The Nicene Creed

R. We want to pray for Pope Francis on his birthday. And we want to pray to help make reparation for our sins and for the sins of the whole world, for all of those times, when we and others, have not believed, have not adored, have not hoped and have not given love to God and to others, as we were created to do.

Dear God, we are sorry. Please help us. Give us the grace in this rosary to go from this place tonight, that our hearts will be changed more and more, in the image and likeness of Our Beloved Savior, Jesus.   Our Father

R. Dear God, we pray for this increase in faith, hope and love.

Song: Give Me Your Heart Oh Jesus       Hail Mary

R. Oh beloved Trinity, we believe, we adore, we hope and we love You. Amen.      Hail Mary

Song: Give Me Your Heart Oh Jesus      Hail Mary

R. Dear God, we pray for healing, in body, mind and soul. Please outpour Your grace upon us, that we may see with clearer vision, where we were blind before, or saw with distorted vision. Impart to us, more and more, Your life, Your grace in us, that we will see truly, reality as it is, that is, reality in You.

Joyful Mysteries

The Annunciation

Sing: Ave, Ave, Ave Maria

R. Oh Heavenly Mother Mary, we are so grateful for the gifts that you have given to us, and all the apparitions, in telling us that we are to pray for your children, your children today, the ones that will be lost, to the fires of hell. Help us to see clearly, not to be blinded by the things of the world, to take our focus off of what you have delivered in your message to us here. And with all of our hearts, to know that, it is faithfulness and love, in trying to serve God, by doing the will of the Father, that you have called us to. And that when we have made mistakes, or when we have failed, to be ready to say we are sorry, that we can get on track again, doing what you, what Jesus has called us to do, here below.

It is our time today. God has put us on this earth at this particular time, to make a unique contribution in salvation history. Each one of us, created by God, in His image and likeness, with a unique contribution to make, and that contribution is in hearts, that are pure and loving, as the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. That contribution is becoming more and more, in the image and likeness of Christ, allowing God to operate out of us, in the way that He so chooses in the world today.

What dignity God has given to us, and so many times, we listen to the conversations that satan wants to implant in our mind, about our incapabilities, when God is not asking us to be heroes. He is asking us to be likened to Christ, that is, loving and serving the Heavenly Father, in the way that He has called us to.

In this rosary, we pray for tremendous grace, for ourselves and all that we are praying for, that we will see more and more, with the light of Christ in our eyes, with clear vision, that we will say 'yes' to what it is, that God has called us to do in this life. How blessed are we. Thank You God for all Your blessings. Amen.

1. R. As we approach Christmas, we know that we are preparing our hearts, for the Christ Child, to come and to dwell more intimately, in our hearts.

Dear God, give us the grace to be more loving as God wants us to be.

2. R. Perfect love cast out fear. And satan knows that if he talks, and talk to us, to try to make us fear, that many times we will not do the loving thing, because we get paralyzed, by this talk or our own thoughts, that come from fear.

Dear God, as we meditate on the mysteries of the rosary and we meditate on the Blessed Mother and the angel appearing to her – the angel said to her 'be not afraid' – You say to us today - Be Not Afraid. But be lovers, lovers, where we are strengthened by the fact, that we know that the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are dwelling in our graced, baptized soul in a special way, and that He is never, ever, far from us.

Dear God, help us to see with this clear vision, to be strengthened and to not be afraid.

3. R. And so we go to the heart of our Mother, her Immaculate Heart, and the Holy Spirit works in her Immaculate Heart, forming us more and more, in the image and likeness of Jesus, helping us to know the fire of God's love. And she takes us to the Heart of her Son, Jesus, therein, lie all the treasures that we seek, and Jesus unites us, most abundantly, to the Heavenly Father. God is so close to us, in this lies our strength. For all eternity we will be united to Him, in the beatific vision, if we love and serve Him according to God's will in love. It is now that we are preparing for this. As we are preparing for Christmas, let us focus on how we are preparing our hearts, to know more the presence of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, that live in our graced, baptized soul. Wow! What a gift!

4. R. And Mary said 'yes' to the angel. And the Word became flesh, through the power of the Holy Spirit. Mary carried the Child Jesus within her. Mary, a human person, conceived without sin. What dignity God gives to all of us by choosing Mary as the Mother of Jesus.

5. R. God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten Son. What a gift! We could ponder, for the rest of our lives, that gift of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, taking flesh because of His love for us.

6. Sing: Prepare in the Wilderness a highway for Our God

R. Dear God, help us to prepare our hearts, so that on Christmas, our hearts will be a little stable, for the Child Jesus to come and to rest in the love in our hearts. For we are weak and we are wounded, but our desire to be loving as You want us to be, will bring us joy and help in this work of redemption. Hear our prayer, oh beloved God. Amen.

7. Sing: Prepare in the Wilderness a highway for Our God

8. R. We pray for healing in body, mind and soul, of all those that we have mentioned here this night. We want to pray for all the people that we have promised to pray for, and all the people that have asked us to pray for them. We want to consecrate our hearts, and the hearts of all those people, in as far as we are able, to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. We ask that the Blood of Jesus will be spread on us and all these people, that the devil will be cast far away, and that the Holy Spirit will abundantly come, and fill us with His love. Hear us, oh God, hear our prayer and help us to be holy.

9. R. Help us to let go of those inordinate attachments, the perishable things in our lives, to be rooted deeply in Thee, our beloved God. Amen.

10. R. And the Incarnation goes on in us. For we know that the world, and the Church and the individual Christian is in the state of becoming. And this is why God has given to us this movement, to spread these prayer chapters, throughout the world, and especially to our priests, to families, to the elderly, as they are in the twilight of their lives, that they will be rooted deeply in Him, forever and ever and know the embrace in the beatific vision.

Dear God, You are so good to us. Help us to see through Your eyes, and not through the eyes of fear or the eyes of greed or the eyes of the wounded human nature. Help us to see God, clearly, to thirst after that embrace of the beatific vision for all eternity.

Oh Beloved Trinity, we believe, we adore, we hope and we love Thee. We ask pardon for those who do not believe, who do not adore, who do not hope and who do not love Thee. Amen.

The Visitation

R. We meditate in this mystery of Mary, as she carried the Child Jesus, going to visit her cousin Elizabeth, who in her old years, had conceived of John the Baptist.

1. R. And Elizabeth, who once was thought barren, had conceived a child. Isn't this how God works many times, to show us that He is the one that is working, where there seemed little or no hope, He comes in and things change in a dramatic way. We can never under estimate, how spreading the consecration, and the knowledge to the members of the mystical body of Christ, how powerful it is, to be a member of the mystical body of Christ, united to the Masses, can help to bring down, this grace, that can help to change the world. Help me to spread the messages that God has asked us to spread, to help in this work of redemption, for God enlists our help, and He is calling us in this prayer today, to be ever united to Him, and to each other, that He will work to send great grace to the world on this special anniversary.

2. R. 'My soul doth magnify the Lord. and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior.' These are the words of the Blessed Mother, filled with the Holy Spirit, as she spoke the magnificat. Let us think of how we can do things with so much power, when God is operating in us and we surrender. One of the messages that continues to reoccur in the Blue Books, is the message of surrender. For the evil one wants us to be afraid and to try to grab control. Many times, in situations where we can make a bigger mess, and it is hard, and it is suffering, to let go and to surrender. But trust is developed a step at a time, to let go. To let go of the anxiety, sometimes is very hard, but to practice saying, 'Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place my trust in Thee', and letting go, where we know that it takes the might of God to move the mountain.

3. R. And it was said in this mystery of the rosary, for nothing is impossible with God.

4. R. It is so interesting to see how St. Paul was the way that he was, and read all the beautiful writings that he has given to us. It is interesting to see how St. Ignatius was. It is interesting to see how Saints have been changed, like St. Augustine, and how they have influenced the Church. In this Fatima message, Mary has asked us to pray for the conversion of poor sinners, and to convert ourselves. The whole spiritual life is based in the Pascal mystery of death - resurrection – dying to those things that are not likened to Him and to rising to those things, that are like Jesus. Dear God, help us to be changed, more and more, to grow in that image and likeness of You.

5. R. In the world of the speedy things, like all the fast foods, and all the other places, we see the life of Jesus, who came and lived a quiet life, for 30 years. We see that it takes about 9 months to have a baby. We see that we go through our life, and as we get older, we know we are slowing down and that some day, that He will take us. There are so many different ways, how God shows us how we must wait for the right timing, but instead in our impetuousness, we can run in where angels fear to tread, sometimes, because of anxiety.

Dear God, help us to focus on Your will, so that we will wait for Your timing, when it is necessary, and not try to relieve the situation, because of anxiety, that may cause bigger problems.

6. R. Even the Son of God came and was carried in the womb of the Virgin Mary, until the proper time of His birth. God carried in the womb of Mary, for that period of time, until His birth. God is always teaching us about preparation and time. In the Old Testament, the preparation that was necessary before the Messiah came. And why are we so impetuous today, that we want things done in a hurry, as if our time is going to run out tomorrow. Is it not far better, to do things at the right timing, to have the right thing happen, then to rush in and do something that can cause a big problem, that may be bigger than the one we have.

7. R. This mystery of the rosary teaches us about timing, that Elizabeth who was thought barren, conceived of a child in her old age, and she waited. And think of the other barren women in the Old Testament, that conceived after the long waiting. Abraham's wife, waiting and waiting, waiting. God is teaching us this lesson in this mystery of the rosary, how we are to do things in His timing.

8. R. A couple of weeks ago, a young actor died, and He had filmed a lot of things, that I'm sure, will air after He is gone. In seeing this, it brought mind to me, about how Mary has appeared for all these years, but it's what it can do to the Church and the world, not only when I am here, but when I am gone, in the writings, in the Blue Books, to help renew the Church and the world. What Fr. Carter's writings and his setting up this movement, and the messages that Jesus gave to him to begin the movement has done since, tomorrow he will be dead 13 years. And yet even though he died, he is very much alive in everything that this movement stands for, how it is set up, how he helped with all the Blue Book writings, how he was there and supported me and supported this movement, how he thought that it was majorly important that we received the building and he worked toward that in his life, until we ended up having that and we signed the actual loan for the building several days after he died. But we leased it for 2 years before he died, because he helped us with that, and John took all the things that he had to do to make this happen.

God is using all of us in a really, really important way, in the work of salvation history. And whether we are here or whether we are not here, it is the seeds that we plant today, like Fr. Carter, who will be dead 13 years tomorrow. The Blessed Mother who was here for 7 1/2 years, appearing on the outside of the building, but whose image head was destroyed, and yet she still appears to me inside the building. It is those things that go on because we are here a short time, to make a difference in salvation history and it goes on after we are gone. Like St. Paul, like St. Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, like the Apostles, like the saints – how they helped through their blood, many of them, build up the Church. And so we have to see that our life here is not going to stop, but the seeds that we plant, what we do will make a difference, long after we are gone, like Fr. Carter.

9. R. Elizabeth once thought barren, conceived of John the Baptist, so important, who prepared the way of the Lord.

10. R. For nothing is impossible with God.

R. Oh Blessed Trinity, I believe, I adore, I hope, and I love You. I ask pardon for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not hope and do not love You. Amen.

Sing: Silent Night

The Birth of Jesus

R. This little baby, born in a stable in Bethlehem, the Christ Child, the Son of God, born of Mary, conceived through the power of the Holy Spirit. How His birth changed the world.

1. R. And the Incarnation goes on in us. For the individual Christian, the Church and the world is in the state of becoming, more and more Christic, more and more in the image and likeness of God.

2. R. And He lived a quiet life for 30 years. And so we should see in this, that God has called us to live the ordinary life, that we do not have to be heroes every minute of our lives, but that what we have to do, is the will of God, and to live in love. Dear God, help us to know Your will. Holy Spirit, enlighten us, and fill us with the fire of God's love, that we will be Your instruments in the world today, that as we live, people will know You living in us. We love You. We adore You. We worship You and we honor You, our beloved God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Amen.

Sing: Holy God We Praise Thy Name

3. R. And she's really appearing.

4. R. Let the light of Christ, shine in our hearts, that we will be transformed, more and more into His image and likeness, that as God lives in us, that the world will be lighted by God, who is shining His light on the world through us. Dear God, give us the grace to say yes, to being open to Your filling us tonight with Your love and Your life in us. Amen.

5. R. Heavenly Mother, you were there with the eyes to see the Christ Child, at first, the beauty of the Son of God, His little face. Ask God to enlighten our hearts, to focus on the face of Jesus, His little precious, innocent face and the bloodied face on the cross, that He shows to us, showing us His magnificent love, and the glorified face of Jesus at the Resurrection, giving to us a sharing in His Divine life. Dear God, help us to see, not to be blinded with some kind of rock in our eye, so we just don't really see how good it really is. Help us God, we pray. Amen.

6. Mary: And I come to you this night, on this anniversary, that you know that the Heavenly Father has allowed me to come and to give to you the messages that I have delivered over these years. For the love of God is so great, that you can not even imagine how God loves you. My little children, be not afraid. For it is satan, that tempts you to be afraid, to be self-conscious, to focus on yourselves and caved-in, when God has called you to mighty things, as He lives in you, as He loves through you. As you pray, your prayers united to the Mass, it can make all the difference in the world. Do not ever under-estimate the power of your heart-felt prayers, united to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. As your Heavenly Mother, as Mother of the Mystical Body of Christ, I come to you and I tell you, my little children, I am with you now, in a very special way, and I have been with you all this time, for the cracked glass does not change my presence here. I am with you this night, and I am asking you to give your heart to my Immaculate Heart and the Heart of my Son Jesus. We love you so much.

7. R. And the night was cold and dark. And it seemed as if I would not see again, and yet God came and He shows us Himself in the light of the day, in the gift of the Eucharist, in the love of our friends and our family. He gives to us so many beautiful things, in this season, especially in knowing Him more and more intimate, for why are we here? We are here to know, love and serve our God first in our lives.

8. Mary: My children, I appear to you in this beauty that you will know, that the more that you love Jesus, that the more beautiful you really will become. For if you could see your own graced soul, if you could see the beauty of the soul with grace, you would fall on your face. You under-estimate the beauty of heaven, the beauty of the love that God has for you, the power of His Might, the importance of your surrender to Him, your dependence upon Him. You under-estimate how much God wants to help you. Pray to be holy and pure, and to allow Him to be the King and Center of your hearts. I am Mary, your Heavenly Mother, I appear here in this beauty and light, that you will know heaven is beyond anything that you can imagine.

9. R. She is just so beautiful and so full of light. It is such a gift that God has given to us these years to know that our Heavenly Mother was sent to give the whole world a sign, a sign of God's love, a sign that souls are really going to hell, a sign that the message and the plan that the Heavenly Father has for man, to inherit eternal salvation, is not beyond our grasp. But it is one of obedience to the commandments of God. It is one of loving. It is one of serving. It is one of seeking to know God and to love our neighbor as ourselves.

10. R. The vision that I see is a vision of light, it is a vision of the most beautiful woman. It is a vision to know that Mary is the Queen of Peace and the answer is in Him. The answer is in being united to the Mass and living according to the Father's will, in loving. God wants to live in us, but we must be instruments that are loving. And as we love, we prepare for our eternal destiny. We prepare our hearts that we can go to heaven and to be with God, because we have opened ourselves. As Fr. Carter says – to those in purgatory had the opportunity to open themselves when on earth, but did not and so they have to go to purgatory, in order that they will be open and, I can add to that, able to be united to God, who is all pure and holy. For we must be a certain way to be united to the holiness of God. In the experiences that I have had throughout these years, some of the times, receiving the presence of God, it is almost like grabbing onto a hot wire. When Mary would appear sometimes, and she came every day, I would be so weakened at certain times, I felt as if I couldn't get up. In our impure states, we cannot unite to God that intimately as we will unite, when we go to heaven. We are here to prepare ourselves for heaven, and if we don't do it here, by opening ourselves up and loving God and loving others, and bending our stubborn hearts and will, then we have to be prepared to be able to have that unity with God in the beatific vision.

R. I want to focus on the Pharaoh who had all those plagues and still said "no" to God. And it says in the Bible that he was obstinate. He was obstinate all the way to the end, that when God divided the Red Sea, they were able to pass freely, but the Pharaoh and his chariots and charioteers were swallowed up, because of his obstinacy and his misbehavior. All these signs have been given to us in the scriptures, that God rewards the man that does the will of God, as Abraham. As we know the saints, through their powerful intercession, as we know Pope John Paul II, reached so many people in his life, one man. We must realize that God has called us to this great purity and in giving us this movement, these are the lessons that are the future of our Church and of our world, that as the mystical body of Christ's members become more pure and loving of God, that they will help reach and strengthen the rest of the members, in the world and help lift them up.

It is more than the prayers. It is a way of life, the way of life of the Shepherds of Christ. Many of us go to daily Mass, every day and do our hour and pray these prayers every day. It is a way of life of growing more and more in the holiness of preparing ourselves for what is to come. But not only that, in the prayers that we pray for the priests, and the Church and the world, Jesus who gave the message to Fr. Carter in 1994, promised to draw us closer to His Heart and Mary's heart and to outpour abundant grace on the priests, the Church and the world. The only way the world will be changed is through His Might and we are dependent on Him because it takes God's might to change the things that are the way that they are down here.

The Presentation of the Lord in the Temple

R. We see Joseph and Mary take the baby Jesus to the temple and Simeon comes, and he tells Mary of the sufferings to come. And a sword too will pierce your heart, O Mary. Mary did not turn away. She did not say – I am down here to have a life of peace, so therefore, I want peace and not the sufferings. Mary said 'yes'. Mary said 'yes' to the sufferings, and she carried this within her heart, every time she looked at her little baby, knowing that there would be great sufferings to come.

Dear God, please give us the grace to accept the things that we cannot change, and that You are giving to us in these days in our lives. Help us to realize that in the death, there is the resurrection, that in suffering, we are brought, many times, to greater life. And bless us for we are not asking for more sufferings, we are asking You to help us to be however You want us to be in our hearts. Because we love You so much, and we want to say it over and over again, through our lives, lived to honor You, to love You, to do what God wants. Amen.

1. R. And so we think of this suffering, the prophecy of Simeon to the Virgin Mary, as she held the tender baby in her arms, that she was given this suffering, and she carried it in her heart.

2. R. And we think of the flight into Egypt, how Mary and Joseph had to flee, for safety for the Child Jesus. What a hardship this must have been.

3. R. And we think of the loss of the Child Jesus in the temple, and we think of all the children that Mary has cried out in all these messages, over and over again, that are being lost this day. Her children can be an 80 year old person. Her children are us. For she says that souls are dropping into hell like rain.

Mary: Please help me my children, I appear, I appear, I appear and I am ignored.

4. R. We think of the sufferings on the way to Calvary, when Mary looked into the eyes of Jesus, and Jesus looked into the eyes of Mary. Can you imagine seeing your Son go through what Jesus went through, and not being able to do anything, but endure the suffering. Our Lady is the Lady of Sorrows, that watched her Son as He suffered so, to His death on the cross.

5. R. And Mary says – Spread the Blue Books to the children, that they will know how much my Son, Jesus truly loves them, and that He gives Himself to them in the Holy Eucharist. My children, my children, souls are going to hell like rain.

6. R. The messages that Jesus gave in the Blue Book 12, were the messages about the differences between men and women, and that Jesus' Heart is so tender and so loving, and He wants to be loved. He wants to be loved by us. In spreading the consecration to the Two Hearts and spreading these prayers that are devotion to the Two Hearts, and the message that He gave Fr. Carter, when He gave him the prayers – He said that to those who pray His prayers, that He would take them deeply into His Heart and to Mary's heart. How much more important is it that our priests have hearts of great love, like the Heart of Jesus, that they would be taken deeply into the Heart of Jesus and the heart of Mary, in consecrating their lives to Them and living out this promise that Jesus gave to Fr. Carter, that if they pray the prayers, He will take them deeply into His Heart and Mary's heart. For the answers to the world's problems is the answer that we must be loving, that is the greatest commandment, to love God with our whole heart, our whole soul and our whole being and to love our neighbor as ourselves. In spreading these prayers throughout this world, in spreading Fr. Joe's writings with the prayers in the book, His priest would pray the prayers, they would be taken to the Heart of Jesus as Jesus promised Fr. Carter, and their hearts would be filled, more and more, to the brim with love.

7. R. Is this not how the devil attacks, that he wants men to not even look into each other's faces, to not be warm in their hearts, to be more distant and divided, more in disharmony. And Jesus gives us His Body and Blood to eat and drink.

8. R. God is love. And the greatest commandment commands us to love, to love God and to love our neighbor as ourself. And the other commandments depend on this. The first 3 deal with love of God, and the rest with love of our neighbor. God has given to us the rules to live by, and the devil wants men to not have any rules. Utter Pandemonium.

Dear God, help us to spread these prayers, through the hierarchy, through Pope Francis, through the priests, that men will have devotion to the Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart, that they will pray for the priests, the Church and the world, as Jesus told Fr. Carter, and that they will receive the promise that Jesus gave to Fr. Carter – that to those who pray the prayers, He promises to take them deeply into His Heart and the heart of His Mother. There lies the treasure, for Jesus is our model and Mary is our Heavenly Mother model. If the world would pray those prayers, their hearts would be transformed, as they dwell in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, the Hearts of greatest love. This was the message that Jesus gave to Fr. Carter, almost 20 years ago, on the feast of St. Ignatius Loyola, founder of the Jesuits.

9. Hail Mary
10. Hail Mary

Song: A Song from Jesus

R. This is the fifth mystery and it is the Finding of the Child Jesus in the Temple. As we meditate on this, I have to review all those apparitions, daily of Mary, before she appeared here in Clearwater. And when she would give me this mystery of the rosary, she would cry out to reach her children that were lost in the world today. And instead of it being a Joyful mystery for me, it was so sad to hear Mary talk about the souls that were being lost. But it was also a mystery of hope, that as we listen to the message of Mary, we know that it is a message of hope, because God has told us what to do. He has told us to spread these writings on the Mass – the Blue Book 9, the Mass Book, the Blue Book 10, the Blue Book 11, the Blue Book 12, the Blue Book 13, that is the 13th Blue Book, that is when the 13ths started and when Mary appeared here in Clearwater, on December 17th, of 1996, is those 3 months of Blue Book 13. Jesus always said that, when He started October 13, 1996, that's the first month of Blue Book 13, He said that this was His completion of the Fatima mission, and He started on October 13th and He went November the 13th, December the 13th, and then she appeared December 17th of 1996.

Then in January of 1997, then, that would be like Blue Book 14, then I received the messages from God the Father. And the 13ths started and we came to Florida and we didn't lease the building yet, but we were passing out the prayer manuals and the tapes from the 13ths down here, that people would pray the prayers. And then February the 13th, Fr. Carter gave a big talk, and he led the rosary, and that's all in the Apostles Manual, that he told me I had to have the rosary transcribed and printed out and circulated to the membership. And so Fr. Carter gave all the directions, really all the way up until his death, which will be 13 years tomorrow.

We thank You, God, for our founder, Fr. Carter, S.J., Jesuit and doctor, who was there to guide us, who wrote 18 books, who wrote the Priestly Newsletter and sent it to the hierarchy and the priests, all over the world, 75,000 and 85,000, for so many years and translated it into Spanish. He did it every other month. And when they said to him, they said well, you just test it out on the Bishops in the United States first, he said no. This was in July 1994. He said no, it goes to every priest in the United States. And that's what our Lord said. He stuck by all of the messages that He gave to us, and that's what made the movement strong.

The Finding of Lord Jesus in the Temple

1. R. It is such a gift to see Mary and to see the light and it is just hard to explain. And she told me to turn that light on, and I thought well, I don't want to stop looking at you, but anyway, so I turned the light on. This is a special day, the 17th. Fr. Bonadies told us that today, but there's this, the 9th day from today ends up on Christmas, and the Church has a special - special readings and things that start on the 17th of December. Before we had Mary's apparition here, it started on February 17th, 1994, I was told to do a Blue Book Meeting on the 17th of every month, and so from February the 17th, of 1994, that was when I started the 17th meetings, and they were really to help the Blue Book Team to get started and so every 17th, we would have these Blue Book Meetings. That was before Fr. Carter even started the Shepherds of Christ - 19 years ago that we started the Blue Book Meetings.

2. Song: Little Baby Hands and Feet

3. Song: I Love You Jesus

4. Song: Teach Me to Love You

5. Song: Little Child

6. Song: See the Eyes That Look at Mary

7. R. And they took the Child Jesus and Jesus was lost in the temple and when they found Him, He was with the doctors in the Church, and He knew things and He taught them and He answered their questions.

8. R. And Mary asked Him, did you not know that we were searching for You, and He said that He was about His Father's business and He went down and He was obedient to them.

9. R. And Mary pondered all these things in her heart.

Mary: And I speak to you, my children, for the very hairs of your head are numbered. My Son, Jesus has His eye on you now, that you will let go of so many things and focus on the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, that dwell within your graced, baptized soul, that your lives will be lived in great holiness, in service to God, living in the Father's will in great love. Today is a beginning for you. Today is a day that I promise to you, to be with you in a special way, all through the day and through the night. As your Heavenly Mother, I will mother you and take you to my heart and to the Heart of my Son Jesus. If you open your heart now, God will outpour His grace, for you and for your conversion, to die to any of the ways that are not liked to Him, to grow more and more in the spiritual life, to be more and more loving like Jesus.

R. And she is just appearing in all this light, this light that I can't describe, like a Queen – the Queen of Heaven and Earth, the Lady of Peace, the Lady of Clearwater, the purity in the heart of Mary, beyond anything that we can even phantom, of knowing how her heart is so pure, of thirsting after that gift that we will have, if we go to heaven, of being full of grace, having the fullness of life. And as we live here and there are many things that are joys, and some that are sufferings, we know that Mary is with us now in a special way, that she is guarding our families, that she is speaking. And she is really talking, talking to us about how she wants to take us to her heart, and not to be afraid, but to be empowered by knowing His Might and His love for us, and in spreading the Blue Books, that others too, will pray the prayers, praying for the priests that, they will start the prayers, the prayers that Jesus has given to lead them more deeply into His Heart and into her heart. She is just so beautiful.

She says she is the Lady of Fatima in the Americas, the Lady of Clearwater.

10. Hail Mary

Hail Holy Queen

R. And she would like us to go around the building, which is our tradition, and we just sing the Songs from Jesus in the red book. It doesn't take too long, and we carry a candle and a statue of Our Lady of Fatima, and we just sing to her as we go around the building. And if you are not able, that's fine, but if you want too, that will be very pleasing.

Thank You, dear God for this great gift to this building. Help us to be able to spread the message. That's what They said on the way down, that it isn't even the apparition, but it is the message that is so important, the message that is the Mighty Medicine, the importance of knowing what it is to be a member of the mystical body of Christ, and united so deeply to the Mass as we just live our lives in love, in our families, in our jobs, in what God is calling us to do, that tremendous grace can be released.

Mary gave to us a tremendous promise, that she would take us in a special way, into her heart and to the Heart of her Son, Jesus, on this 17th anniversary of December the 17th, of 2013. This was a special message. The 17th, like I said, was always important to Jesus. He had me have a monthly meeting since February the 17th, of 1994. I had those meeting until Mary appeared on the building here. That was over 2 1/2 years, so today is very special to Them. It's the 17th year of this apparition. So we are going to take a few minutes, if you need to take a break, or whatever, but we are going to start going around the building, and John's going to carry a statue, and we are just going to sing the Songs from Jesus, as Mary has asked us to do, and it doesn't take a real long time. But They would like us to do that. Amen. Thanks for coming.

Guiding Light - Reflect on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light homily series - Reflect on the Word - Cycle B —  The Word leaves an impression on our souls. In my thoughts and reflections are born a more tangible understanding of these eternal concepts presented in the Gospels and the readings. Anyone can read a sentence, but not anyone can absorb it's true meaning. Truth, in this day and age, is almost a matter of opinion or individual entitlement. We believe that Christ's truth is our Roman Catholic Church. We, as priests, champion it's teachings; we are ambassadors for the Pope and Christ to those faces looking at us. We are the light by which our congregation reads to reflect upon real truth and we do it hand in hand. $15

Guiding Light - Steadfast to the Son
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle A of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light homily series - Steadfast to the Son - Cycle A — The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $15

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul - Cycle C — In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $15

Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word - Cycle B — At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $15

Audio CD - Read by Father Edward J. Carter

Priestly Newsletter - 2000 #1 - CD. - Christ is Our Strength - Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. read it the year he died. It is so beautiful. "This brief passage contains one of the greatest lessons of the spiritual life. As we progress along our spiritual journey, we become increasingly aware of how weak we are in our-selves, but how strong we are in Christ. To experience our weakness involves suffering. The degree and kind of suffering can vary. The suffering can include the experience of the classical dark night of the spirit as described by St. John of the Cross. One of the main purposes of the dark night is to make a person keenly aware of his or her helplessness without God." quote by Fr. Carter from the newsletter $10

Priestly Newsletter - 2000 #2 - CD. - Suffering: A Source of Life - Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. read it the year he died. Fr. Carter knew suffering that year. His voice is so powerful as he read each Newsletter from his heart and soul. "Every man has his own share in the redemption. Each one is also called to share in that suffering through which the redemption was accomplished. He is called to share in that suffering through which all human suffering has also been redeemed. In bringing about the redemption through suffering, Christ has also raised human suffering to the level of the redemption. Thus each man in his suffering can also become a sharer in the redemptive suffering of Christ–." quote by Fr. Carter from the newsletter $10
