                April 20, 2013

                R. God created the heavens and the
                    earth –

                God is all powerful

Genesis 1: 26-27

God said, ‘Let us make man in our own image, in the likeness of ourselves, and let them be masters of the fish of the sea, the birds of heaven, the cattle, all the wild animals and all the creatures that creep along the ground.’

God created man in the image of himself,
in the image of God he created him,
male and female he created them.

Genesis 2: 7, 18, 21-22

Yahweh God shaped man from the soil of the ground and blew the breath of life into his nostrils, and man became a living being.

Yahweh God said, "It is not right that the man should be alone. I shall make him a helper."

Then, Yahweh God made the man fall into a deep sleep. And, while he was asleep, he took one of his ribs and closed the flesh up again forthwith. Yahweh God fashioned the rib he had taken from the man into a woman, and brought her to the man.

                R. We were created to know, love and
                    serve God.

                To serve Him unselfishly –

Happiness is found in Him –

Men can rebel against God and
seek power for his own vain
                    glory –

                Contentment - happiness is
                    found in God –

Happiness lies in God – in
                    service to God –

                The disharmony comes from
                    men that are selfish and
                    rebelling against God's
                    law of love –

Jesus: Some men have spent their
lives trying to prove they were
right – Live your lives in
truth not in pride – or
                seeking power over others –
                or competition

Two old men in wheel chairs
were very old and still arguing
                who was smarter –

You were made to grow in
                    My image and likeness –

When you say "yes" to Me
                    let your 'yes' mean 'yes'
                    and your 'no' mean 'no'
                    anything else is from
                    the evil one –

                The more you give yourself
                    to Me and your neighbor
                    in love –
                    the more I can fill
                    you with My love –

                You will have peace and
                    contentment in proportion
                    to the peace you have
                    in Me –

You are to love unselfishly –
                The choice is yours –

You can live and serve Me
                    unselfishly or
                You can serve Yourself
                    and rebel against Me –

                Living to prove you are
                    right and never wrong
                    is pursuing a falsity –

1 John 1: 8-10

If we say, ‘We have no sin,’
we are deceiving ourselves,
and truth has no place in us;
if we acknowledge our sins,
he is trustworthy and upright,
so that he will forgive our sins
and will cleanse us from all evil.
If we say, ‘We have never sinned,’
we make him a liar,
and his word has no place in us.

                R. Men have fought each other from
the sin of Adam and Eve –

Man can serve God and obey
                    His commands

                Or man can serve himself
                    and disobey God's commands –
rebel against a good God –

John 20: 29

Jesus said to him:
You believe because you can see me.
Blessed are those who have not seen
        and yet believe.

                R. We have seen jealousy addressed
                    in the Word –

We saw Cain hated Abel –

We saw Hagar and Sarah and
                    their jealousy.

                We saw Abraham's faith –
                God made Abraham the Father
                    of many nations –

We saw the jealousy of the
                    brothers Esau and Jacob –

                We saw the jealousy of
                    Joseph's brothers –

                We saw Moses and the
                    Plagues against Egypt
                    River of Blood
                    Frogs
                    Lice
                    Flies
                    Murrain of animals
                    Boils
                    Hail rain and storm
                    Locusts
                    Darkness for 3 days
                    Death of firstborn

                Pharaoh is obstinate
                    He follows the Hebrews
                    Pharaoh is stopped
                        by the Red Sea

Exodus 14: 23-31

The Egyptians gave chase, and all Pharaoh’s horses, chariots and horsemen went into the sea after them. In the morning watch, Yahweh looked down on the army of the Egyptians from the pillar of fire and cloud and threw the Egyptian army into confusion. He so clogged their chariot wheels that they drove on only with difficulty, which made the Egyptians say, ‘Let us flee from Israel, for Yahweh is fighting on their side against the Egyptians!’ Then Yahweh said to Moses, ‘Stretch out your hand over the sea and let the waters flow back on the Egyptians and on their chariots and their horsemen.’ Moses stretched out his hand over the sea and, as day broke, the sea returned to its bed. The fleeing Egyptians ran straight into it, and Yahweh overthrew the Egyptians in the middle of the sea. The returning waters washed right over the chariots and horsemen of Pharaoh’s entire army, which had followed the Israelites into the sea; not a single one of them was left. The Israelites, however, had marched through the sea on dry ground, with walls of water to right and left of them. That day, Yahweh rescued Israel from the clutches of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians lying dead on the sea–shore. When Israel saw the mighty deed that Yahweh had performed against the Egyptians, the people revered Yahweh and put their faith in Yahweh and in Moses, his servant.

                R. We can make our pride, being
                    right, our anger,
                    jealousy, envy –
an idol we put before God.

                We can inflict punishment
by some means against our innocent
                    brother from a malicious heart.

God gave to Moses the 10 Commandments

The Ten Commandments

  1. I, the Lord, am your God. You shall not have other gods besides me.
  2. You shall not take the name of the Lord, your God, in vain.
  3. Remember to keep holy the Sabbath day.
  4. Honor your father and your mother.
  5. You shall not kill.
  6. You shall not commit adultery.
  7. You shall not steal.
  8. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
  9. You shall not covet your neighbor's wife.
  10. You shall not covet anything that belongs to your neighbor.

                R. The Israelites passed the
                    River Jordon to enter
                    Canaan under Joshua.

                The Israelites fell into idolatry
                    after Joshua –

                They have enemies with
                    the Philistines –

When men rebel against God –

God can allow them to suffer
                    to bring them back to
                    Himself –

                Saul defeats the Philistines,
                    but Saul disobeyed God –

                David is anointed by Samuel.

Sixteenth Sunday of Ordinary Time

Jeremiah 23: 1-6

‘Disaster for the shepherds who lose and scatter the sheep of my pasture, Yahweh declares. This, therefore, is what Yahweh, God of Israel, says about the shepherds who shepherd my people, "You have scattered my flock, you have driven them away and have not taken care of them. Right, I shall take care of you for your misdeeds, Yahweh declares! But the remnant of my flock I myself shall gather from all the countries where I have driven them, and bring them back to their folds; they will be fruitful and increase in numbers. For them I shall raise up shepherds to shepherd them and pasture them. No fear, no terror for them any more; not one shall be lost, Yahweh declares!

   Look, the days are coming,
      Yahweh declares,
when I shall raise an upright Branch
      for David;
he will reign as king and be wise,
doing what is just and upright
      in the country.

In his days Judah will triumph
   and Israel live in safety.
And this is the name he will be called,
  ‘Yahweh–is–our–Saving–Justice.’ "

Ephesians 2: 13-18

But now in Christ Jesus, you that used to be so far off have been brought close, by the blood of Christ. For he is the peace between us, and has made the two into one entity and broken down the barrier which used to keep them apart, by destroying in his own person the hostility, that is, the Law of commandments with its decrees. His purpose in this was, by restoring peace, to create a single New Man out of the two of them, and through the cross, to reconcile them both to God in one Body; in his own person he killed the hostility. He came to bring the good news of peace to you who were far off and peace to those who were near. Through him, then, we both in the one Spirit have free access to the Father.

     Mark 6: 30-34

The apostles rejoined Jesus and told him all they had done and taught. And he said to them, ‘Come away to some lonely place all by yourselves and rest for a while’; for there were so many coming and going that there was no time for them even to eat. So they went off in the boat to a lonely place where they could be by themselves. But people saw them going, and many recognised them; and from every town they all hurried to the place on foot and reached it before them. So as he stepped ashore he saw a large crowd; and he took pity on them because they were like sheep without a shepherd, and he set himself to teach them at some length.

Sixteenth Sunday of Ordinary Time

July 19, 2009

HOMILY: There was a man who worked in a museum whose job it was to explain the different exhibits. On one occasion he pointed to the bones of a dinosaur saying the bones were 100 million and 9 years old. Someone asked how they could date those bones so accurately. He said “well, when I started working here, I was told these bones were 100 million years old and I’ve worked here for nine years.”

Today I want to give everyone a little history lesson. I’m not going back to the dinosaurs, but I am going back pretty far – to King David, 1000 years before Christ. When I was in school, I hated history. It wasn’t until we studied the history of the Old Testament in the seminary that I began to appreciate it. I cannot cram 1000 years of history into a couple of minutes. I just want to touch on the parts of Jewish history that are mentioned in today’s reading. If you want to learn more, read everything in the Old Testament, but be sure you have a commentary to help you. Otherwise, you’ll give up in despair because you won’t know what it’s all about - especially the prophets and the historical books.

When David was king 1000 years before Christ, David wanted to build a house for God, since there was no Temple for God at that time. God did not give David permission to do so, however God promised David through the prophet Nathan that he would bless him and build David a house in the sense that David’s kingdom would continue forever and one of his descendants would always rule. This blessing lasted through the reign of David’s son, Solomon; but we humans somehow have the ability to sabotage God’s blessings. Solomon turned to pagan gods and over-extended the country financially by elaborate building projects and exorbitant taxes, so when Solomon died there was a rebellion and most of Israel broke away from Solomon’s successor, David’s grandson, Rehoboam. Rehoboam continued to rule over the southern part of Israel, the area we know as Judaea . For 400 years (and this is amazing) the kings of Judaea were descendants of King David. The northern kingdom that rebelled against David’s successors suffered under a succession of kings and rebellions. In less than 300 years the northern kingdom was destroyed by the Assyrians, people from northern Iraq. About 100 years after that, the Babylonians from southern Iraq conquered the Assyrians and took control of the entire Middle East. The conquest of the Babylonians brings us up to Jeremiah whom we heard in today’s first reading. At the time of Jeremiah, here was the situation: the northern kingdom no longer existed. The southern kingdom, Judaea, was still being ruled by David’s descendants but they were not loyal to God or to God’s laws. Jeremiah spoke to these kings as they came into power, the last four being: Jehoahaz, Jehoiakim, Jehoikin and Zedekiah. Zedikiah, the last reigning king, died in disgrace. After the Babylonians captured him, his sons were slaughtered before his eyes, he was then blinded and led off to Babylon in chains where he presumably died. You can read how Jeremiah spoke with them in great detail in the book of Jeremiah. He told them exactly what they needed to do to survive the invading forces of Babylon. His messages were ignored. He blames them and their leadership for the destruction that came upon God’s people. As we heard in today’s first reading, God speaks through Jeremiah: “Woe to the shepherds who mislead and scatter the flock of my pasture.” God said he would take over shepherding his people; he would bring them back from exile; he would appoint leaders over them who would serve them well and lead them to peace and security. It took 600 years before God thought the world was ready for this king who would reign and govern wisely, who would do what is just and right in the land.

But then he came, through the announcement of an angel to a virgin who was engaged to a man named Joseph of the house of David, and the virgin’s name was Mary. And the angel said to her “Do not be afraid Mary, for you have found favor with God. Behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall name him Jesus. He will be great and will be called Son of the Most High, and the Lord God will give him the throne of David his father, and he will rule over the house of Jacob forever, and of his Kingdom there will be no end.”

In last week’s gospel, Jesus sent his apostles out to heal and cast out demons and to call people to repentance. In today’s gospel we are told of their return, excited over their experience and tired. Jesus wanted to some time off, but he couldn’t. The mission of Jesus and his apostles apparently was so successful that a great crowd caught up with them before they had chance to catch their breath. Mark describes Jesus taking compassion on them (his heart was moved with deep sympathy for them would probably be a better translation). He saw them as sheep without a shepherd, - people without leadership, and he began to teach them.

One of the important messages in today’s readings is that in love our Lord leads us, by teaching us and appointing others to teach us. But we need to listen, and we need to keep on listening. We’ll never be finished listening and learning as long as our world suffers from injustice, poverty, hunger, discrimination, war, hatred and killing of innocent people. Christ would be put to death before he would stop teaching. It is to our own great loss when we stop listening. That’s one of the reasons we are here each weekend, to listen and to learn. We call ourselves disciples. The word disciple means learner. When we’ve quit learning, we’ve quit being a disciple.

Isaiah 7: 14

The Lord will give you a sign in any case:
It is this: the young woman is with child
and will give birth to a son
    whom she will call Immanuel.

Micah 5: 2

Hence Yahweh will abandon them
only until she who is in labour gives birth,
and then those who survive of his race
will be reunited to the Israelites.

Psalms 71: 9-10

Do not reject me in my old age,
nor desert me when my strength is failing,
for my enemies are discussing me,
those with designs on my life are plotting together.

Isaiah 9: 6

to extend his dominion
    in boundless peace,
over the throne of David
    and over his kingdom
to make it secure and sustain it
in fair judgement and integrity.
From this time onwards and for ever,
the jealous love of Yahweh Sabaoth
    will do this.

Cycle C - Volume 1

John 6: 51-58

    I am the living bread
which has come down from heaven.
    Anyone who eats this bread
       will live for ever;
and the bread that I shall give
is my flesh, for the life of the world.’

Then the Jews started arguing among themselves, ‘How can this man give us his flesh to eat?’ Jesus replied to them:

In all truth I tell you,
    if you do not eat
the flesh of the Son of man
    and drink his blood,
you have no life in you.
Anyone who does eat my flesh
       and drink my blood
    has eternal life,
and I shall raise that person up
       on the last day.
For my flesh is real food
and my blood is real drink.
    Whoever eats my flesh
       and drinks my blood
    lives in me
and I live in that person.
As the living Father sent me
and I draw life from the Father,
    so whoever eats me
will also draw life from me.
    This is the bread
       which has come down from heaven;
it is not like the bread our ancestors ate:
    they are dead,
but anyone who eats this bread
       will live for ever.

John 15: 5

I am the vine,
you are the branches.
Whoever remains in me, with me in him,
bears fruit in plenty;
for cut off from me you can do nothing.

                R. Virtues: faith, hope, love, prudence, fortitude
                    or courage, justice, temperance, humility,
                    obedience, and sociableness.

                Vices:

pride, greed, envy, wrath, lust, gluttony, and sloth

Sin is an act of the will
                    by which we turn
                    from God, our true end,
                    and choose some created thing
                    as our greatest happiness
                    and our supreme goal –

                Sin is an offense against
                    the law of God!

                Sin is a hateful thing!
                Sin degrades us!!

We are to put God first –

Matthew 22: 36-40

'Master, which is the greatest commandment of the Law?' Jesus said to him, 'You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment. The second resembles it: You must love your neighbour as yourself. On these two commandments hang the whole Law, and the Prophets too.'

                R. God is all-knowing –
                        all-wise
                        all-powerful
                        all-good
                        all-holy
                        all-just
                        all-merciful

Matthew 6: 9-13

    ...Our Father in heaven,
may your name be held holy,
    your kingdom come,
    your will be done,
    on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
    And forgive us our debts,
    as we have forgiven those
who are in debt to us.
And do not put us to the test,
but save us from the Evil One.

The Our Father

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Glory Be

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

April 5, 2013 Rosary

Clearwater, Florida

Glorious Mysteries

The Resurrection

Sing: Come Holy Spirit

1. Mary: I am Mary your Mother and I appeared here in Clearwater to call you, my precious children to pray the prayers that my Son, Jesus has given to you. For the world is suffering and there is need for these prayers today, devoted to His Heart and to my Immaculate Heart. Ask the Holy Spirit to flood you with the love of God, that you will be strong soldiers in the army of God, that you will be ready for battle, in the world this day. That God will live more and more abundantly in you, as you go into the world and many are changed because of your lives, because of your example. Do not focus on yourselves, for self glory and for selfishness, but focus on the will of God, on serving Him, on letting go, on obedience to the Father's will, on His Might and His Power. I am your Mother Mary and I am with you today. I am appearing to you that you will know how close I truly am to you, and my Son Jesus is here.

2. Mary: Whatever you are asked to do, be faithful my children, for many have given up their jobs, because of the fact, that they were asked, for the suffering that it entailed to do the work that God had called you to. But it is a strong battle and in battle many suffer deeply. God is asking you to come to this spiritual battle, the battle of the souls, for the devil is there, and Jesus has called you to the front line, to be witnesses to Christ Jesus, my Son.

3. Mary: When the night comes, do you abandon the night and run for the light, as if the night should not be there? Realize that God is giving to you many signs in your lives, and the things are the way that they are. You must live by the Father's will and accept it. In this, do not oppose Him, but say "yes", focusing on the Father and His will for you, His love for you, His love for the souls that He created. For He has called you to a special mission. Will you answer the call that I make to you tonight, to spread the devotion to the Heart of Jesus and to my heart? To call the Holy Spirit to come to you, to fill you with the love of God, and thus you will go into the world and others will know, know you, by the love in your heart. God is love and you cease to be like God if you are unloving.

4. Mary: The days of your lives move on in petty pace, and soon they have ended. What a short time when compared to eternity. And you will not come back and relive this day or the other days, in which you may have wasted, the time God gave you, to spread His love to the men that Jesus died for.

5. Mary: This is a serious message from the Lady of Clearwater, that you must ask the Holy Spirit to help to purify your hearts, that your focus will be entirely the will of God, that you will ask the Holy Spirit to fill you more and more with an awareness of spiritual growth, that you will be eager to move ahead, loving God, loving your neighbor, serving God, being faithful to the Spirit and living more deeply as the Spouse of my Son Jesus. I am Mary your Mother and I appear to you because of my great love for you. I am asking you now - will you answer the call that I make to you today, as the Lady of Clearwater? Will you answer the call to ask the Holy Spirit to come to you, to help heal your hearts, to help you to be on fire with the love of God, that you will serve in the world as God intends you to, that your primary focus is God and not yourselves, that you know that the center where your peace and joy lie is in knowing that the Father, Son and Holy Spirit live within your graced baptized soul. I am Mary, the Lady of Clearwater.

6. Mary: And so it is evening, here in Clearwater, Florida. Do you rebel against that, too? Do you rebel against what is clearly before your face? Thinking in a factious way that, you can change the way that things are? Or do you seek to find the truth in God and to know God's will for you, to be that ideal-self that God has created you to be, and to put aside the false-self, asking the Holy Spirit to help you to be all that God wants you to be today in your lives.

7. Hail Mary
8. Hail Mary
9. Hail Mary

10. R. On March 20, 1997, there was so much noise, for a band played on the other side of the wall, and they had moved the statue in which Mary appeared. But despite the noise, the Blessed Mother continued to appear as the Lady of Fatima. She was so big and she was so lighted. And that rosary is in the Apostle Manual. For the message of Fatima is very clear – to spread this devotion to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, to seek conversion of our souls, that is to grow in the spiritual life. To grow in the spiritual life, we must pray to the Holy Spirit to fill us, and help us to be more and more in that image and likeness of God. When we speak of the resurrection of Jesus, we think of the baptism that God has given to us, this sharing in His life, that Jesus paid a mighty big price for us to have such a gift. And we can think of our ingratitude, in not thanking Him for all that He suffered to bring us this great gift. God deserves our love, our thanks, our faithfulness, our lives surrendered and under Him. Not to be like the rest of the world, many of which who put themselves on the throne. And when they see through their eyes, they see through the eyes of aggression, of trying to win for their own vain glory. God is asking us to be witnesses of the truth, that God is our God and we are under Him.

Sing: Come Holy Spirit

Mary: And I give to you my Blue Book, See Through the Eyes of Mary, for I appeared every day and much of the time my Son Jesus also appeared with me, that you will see through my eyes. For in seeing through my eyes, you will see the truth. And I ask you to spread this Blue Book, that others will know how to see through my eyes, the eyes that will lead men to greater purity and to know the love that Jesus has for you. This is a gift that I have given to you my children. As Our Lady of Clearwater, I ask you to spread my writings to my precious children.

The Ascension

1. R. And Jesus took them out to a town near Bethany and He raised His arms and He ascended into heaven, and the Apostles looked from the field below. Can you imagine what a sight that was, to see their beloved Jesus, go into the sky? Yes, they were afraid. They were afraid of what might be done to them. They were afraid because He was leaving them. They were afraid because they just did not know what would happen, even though Jesus had told them many things. They did not really comprehend what the story was. It would take the coming of the Holy Spirit to give them the fire in their hearts, to be transformed from fear to fearlessness, that they would be able to do the work that was needed in order to help the Church to be what it is today. What a gift this is. A gift that the Holy Spirit would come upon them and transform them and give them all that they needed. Dear Holy Spirit, we pray to You today, to give us these gifts that we need, to be fearless soldiers in the army fighting to spread the love of the Sacred Heart to the whole world, that despite the distractions that are around us, that are hearts are molded more and more into the image of God, in which God living in us can operate and can give to the world what He wants to, as we surrender, as His servants, as His handmaids, as His stewards, as His Associates, as His Apostles. God loves us so very much.

2. R. Sound is a funny thing, because it can be very distracting and can interfere with many things. And yet it is because of sound that I have been able to write these messages or give the live rosaries. For it is that I hear God begin to speak and He uses me to deliver the message that He wants to deliver. Today we want to listen to these messages, to realize how important our lives are, to look at the life of Pope John Paul II, 25 years as a pontiff, and to see how he changed the world, because he let go and let God.

3. R. Are we any less important? If God is calling us to be all that He wants us to be in our prayer life, in our service, to live in us and to operate out of us, to give His love to the world and to love others, to love Him – our life is not that it is unimportant. It is that we see ourselves through shaded glasses and tell ourselves that we aren't as important to the plan of the Father as we truly are. It is that we really do not focus on that center within, in which the Father, Son and Holy Spirit dwell in our graced baptized soul. And so many times we feel very alone and feel abandoned and do not love ourselves as we should. Dear God, Dear God the Holy Spirit, we pray that You will fill us with the fire of God's love, that we will know the truth, that the truth will be in us and that we will not shy away from the white heat of the love of God, because of any miscommunication that we give to ourselves at the influence of the evil one.

4. R. Dear God, help us to be baptized in the Holy Spirit, that the Holy Spirit will very powerfully make a home in us, that we will surrender to God and live according to His will, that the Holy Spirit will be able to move in us, and that we won't give into pride and anger and envy, which are sins, which put us on the throne, and really block that flow of the Holy Spirit working in us. We will also pray dear God, that the Holy Spirit will work in those people that can help us with funds, and to do the things that you have asked us to do, that we will not be afraid to ask for those funds, that God has asked us to have to do the work of Our Lady of Clearwater, that there are those that are called by God to help us, and that if we have the idea that this too, is not a vocation, then we will not see that we can do nothing if the donors are not helping us do it, for we operate by money and this too is a vocation.

Dear God, help us to let the Holy Spirit work in us and to pray that the Holy Spirit will work in others that God is calling to this mission, that we will never because of wanting control or wanting things to be small or whatever it is, not wanting to worry with new things. If God is calling us to something, pray that we have the grace to open up to what He is calling us to do. Not to close down because of preconceived ideas within us. That can be even as much, as wishing that a man or a woman would be the one, that would help us. If God is calling a woman, a woman should be the purpose that we are accepting, not wish that it was the way we want to do it. We want everything to be according to God's will and in this we will be drawn ever closer to Him.

5. R. Dear God, help us to encourage all to pray the prayers as we give them the prayer brochures, tell them how many blessings they will receive from Jesus, being drawn closer to the Heart of Jesus and the heart of Mary, for that is one of His promises. The more that we are closer to the Heart of Jesus and the heart of Mary, the more happy we will be, the more affective we will be in our lives. For Adam and Eve sinned, but Mary was the New Eve and Jesus, the New Adam.

6. R. And so we may say, is it that long, or is it that short, or is it this way, or is it that way. And we are already putting in there our own preconceived ideas, blocking our willing attitude to let God do it His way. If it is this long and God wants it that long, then should not we be ready to accept it the way He wants it? If it is this short and this is how He wants it, should not we be ready to accept it the way that He wants it? For we will have much dissatisfaction, the more that we decide to control the plan of God, especially in the Shepherds of Christ.

Jesus: When God the Father put the Lady of Clearwater on the building, here, in Clearwater, the plan of the Father was to proceed ahead in a certain way, to reach many souls with the prayer chapters and that they would grow in greater holiness. When people see how they want things their way, from the smallest thing to the largest thing, and they decide that I should do it that way, leading others in the movement to do it their way, they need to get out of the way and let Me run the show, as the Father's plan is unfolding.

7. Jesus: Busy, busy, busy, busy and you run down so many dead-end streets. Did you ever say to yourself, that you were sorry for those dead-end streets, when the path was laid before you and because of obstinacies and bad habits of wanting your way, even when you had no way, just the way to do it the opposite way of what was asked of you. Doing things the opposite way of what I ask you to do will have it's consequences. I am directing you and telling you the pathway that leads to success for many souls to be touched by My writings in this Movement. Listen.

R. Dear Holy Spirit, we pray for the grace that men will open up their ears and their eyes and that they will listen to the messages that Jesus has given in the Blue Books in the Shepherds of Christ Movement and to take it seriously, what He is asking of all of us. For it is important that we listen to Him. On December the 5th, 1996, 12 days before Our Lady appeared here at Clearwater, after 2 1/2 years of apparitions that Mary gave to me on the 5ths, Jesus appeared on the cross at the point of death, His mouth moving and I was horrified as I sat and saw Him, the body of a man at the point of death, moving His mouth and His jaw and nothing was coming out. In the 5th rosary that night, Jesus said that He appeared that way because no one was listening to Him. Today Jesus told me that we must pray to the Holy Spirit, that we get the grace to listen. The more we ask the Holy Spirit to fill us and help us to see, the more we will see the word in Technicolor, know the Mass more deeply, grow in greater intimacy with God and love more and more likened to God. Love God and love others as ourselves. Holy Spirit shower Your gifts upon us. Flood us with the fire of God's love.

Sing: Are Not Our Hearts

8. R. We pray for any kind of accident that could have happened out there. It is so noisy. The Blessed Mother is appearing and it is like so noisy out there. The hustle and the bustle goes on and yet we don't stop to smell the roses.

9. Hail Mary
10. Hail Mary

The Descent of the Holy Spirit

R. And the Holy Spirit descended upon the Apostles and the Virgin Mary and they were transformed from fear to fearlessness, and they went out and so many were converted.

1. Sing: Come Holy Spirit

2. Sing: Veni Sancte Spiritu

3. Sing: Come Holy Ghost

4. Sing: Glory, Glory, Glory Lord

5. Sing: Are Not Our Hearts

6. Sing: Glory, Glory, Glory Lord

7. Jesus sings: And I come to you and I give to you so many gifts. Thank your heavenly Father for the gift of this place, that He has allowed the Virgin Mary to appear here, to be a great gift to you. I am Jesus, your beloved Savior, Chief Shepherd of the Flock.

8. Sing: Jesus, Jesus, Jesus the Light of the World,
Worship him, worship him, Jesus the Light of the World

9. Mary sings: I am with you my children in a special way, I am Our Lady of Clearwater.

10. Mary sings: Continue to sing, because God likes that.

Mary sings: Be very grateful for the gifts that you have been given, not envious, because that is from satan.

Mary sings: Be pure of heart, my little children.

Sing: Be Not Afraid

The Assumption

1. Sing: Ave Ave Ave Maria

2. Sing: Immaculate Mary

3. Mary: And the days of your lives pass so swiftly. You do not realize that you see that other people grow old and they die. You must realize that today, you must live as the Father intends you to live. Focus your whole life on the Father's will.

4. Mary: Open, open your eyes. Open your ears. Open your mouths to pray. Open your heart and do not be closed down. Be trustworthy for God loves a trustworthy person.

5. Mary: Be committed in the calling that God has called you. Why would He call you, so you would be wishy-washy and test Him? Be committed my children, to the relationships that God has put in your lives. Say 'yes' to your spouses, 'yes' to your children. Do not try to search outside for things that will take you away from what is important to God.

6. Mary: The devil attacks commitments. You must pray for grace that relationships will be healed and that they will be united, for the devil wants to divide families, marriages, communities, churches - anything that will bring love, unity and peace to the world. I am the Queen of Peace, your heavenly Mother and I speak to you the truth, the truth of my Son Jesus.

7. Mary: Let your 'yes' mean 'yes' and your 'no' mean 'no'. Do not be wishy-washy! For how do you think your heavenly Father expects you to live your lives? I am Mary, your heavenly Mother.

8. Mary: I give to you this night – this night, April the 5th, 2013, a night richly blessed, by Our presence and Our love. Thank your heavenly Father. Listen to me as your heavenly Mother, the Queen of Peace of the entire world.

9. Mary: I am Our Lady of Fatima in the Americas, Our Lady of Clearwater, Our Lady of Guadalupe. I am Mary your Mother, Mother of the Church, Mother of the world.

10. Mary: Give your heart to me and my Son, Jesus. Spread this consecration to Our Two Hearts, throughout the entire world. Until a sufficient number of people have consecrated their hearts, to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, you will not have peace in the world. Reach the Bishops to consecrate their dioceses. This is important to the peace of the world. My children, these are important messages that I give to you as the Queen of Peace, Our Lady of Clearwater.

Mary: A night richly blessed you say. I say yes, my children. God the Father has allowed me to appear, to give these messages, to give to you a great gift, that you must follow. If you want peace in the world, listen to the message as I deliver it to you, now, as I appear to you as Our Lady of Clearwater, Queen of Peace.

Mary: You are missing the finer things in life, for you are focused on many odd-ball things. I am telling you this, that you will turn your focus to the will of your Heavenly Father.  Glory Be

R. I just keep hearing her say it over and over again – night so richly blessed, night so richly blessed, night so richly blessed,

Sing: Ave Ave Ave Maria, Ave Ave Ave Maria

Mary is Crowned Queen of Heaven and Earth

Sing: Hail Holy Queen Enthroned Above

Mary: My little children, peace - peace - peace. I am the Queen of Peace.

1. Sing: Jesus, Jesus, Jesus the Light of the World, King of Kings, King of Kings, Jesus the Light of the World

Mary: I am Mary your Mother. I am the Queen of Peace.

Sing: Ave Ave Ave Maria, Ave Ave Ave Maria

2. Mary: I am Mary, your heavenly Mother. Listen to me. Do as my Son, Jesus has asked you to do. Do not be obstinate and contrary. This is a very bad habit, my children.

3. Mary Sings: How do you expect to win, when you know the Father's will, and yet you oppose it. In this case, you serve satan and you will have consequences that are not good. I am your heavenly Mother, Mary, your Mother. I look out across a crowd and my eyes are looking at you, closing and opening, saying to you, my children – (Mary stops singing and continues speaking) See Through the Eyes of Mary. Listen to me. Do not be closed down. Do not be obstinate. Never punish one another, because of your willful, evil ways, for it offends your heavenly Father. Jesus paid the price for such sins of arrogant pride and aggression.

R. Oh she's so beautiful. She has all this light around her and she is like white. Thank you Mary. Thank you. Thank you, Our heavenly Mother. Thank you for this gift.

4. R. So pretty.

5. Mary: Were you ever up in the morning my children, and did you see the light as it came up? Wasn't it beautiful? It was as if the darkness gave way to the day and with such glorious light. You were filled with great joy. It is like that. When you give into habits of envy, habits of obstinacy, it is like a dark night, a cloud surrounds your heads, and when you give way to the things of God, the light steels across the sky and it gives you great joy. There are so many with bad habits, that control for no reason at all, that are hurting themselves and all around them, that are opposing the Father's plan for their control, and for their power. It displeases your heavenly Father, my children.

R. She is appearing so awesomely. Thank you so much. Thank you Mary.

6. Mary: This is a night richly blessed, that God the Father has given to you. Be grateful. Have a heart of love, for if your heart is unloving, you are not like God. Why do you fool yourself? You think that He is like that? God is love.

7. Mary: Challenging the plan of the Father is from satan. Jesus, the Sacred Heart, is meek and gentle in Heart, not combatal, not prideful, not envious or jealous, not angry and punishing. He is the sweetest of all Hearts. He is God, my children. He is God. And you have been created in that image and likeness. But you have a free will, to strive to be more like God, and pray to the Holy Spirit, or to be pompous and prideful, and allow the evil one, to rule your life, while you pride yourself further, and tell yourself you are in charge. And you are indeed, at the service of satan, who wants to tear the limbs off of the children of the world, tear apart marriages, and wants souls to go to hell for all eternity.

8. Mary: And you serve him. And I cry out to you, why do you help him? Why is your pride your god, your abuse that is so displeasing to Jesus who died for you? I stood beneath the cross of my Son, and my heart was in such anguish for the little ones that would be lost forever. I am the Lady of Light. Will you reach them my children, with your hearts filled with love, and allowing the Holy Spirit to work in you and to speak in the world? Or will you serve satan, for your obstinate pride and tearing your own life apart, and hurting the lives of so many.

9. Mary: I am Mary, Queen of the Universe.

10. Mary: I am Mary, Our Lady of Clearwater. I am Mary, Queen of Purity.

Mary: I am Mary, Our Lady of Clearwater of the Americas, Queen of Peace, Our Lady of Fatima in the Americas. I am your heavenly Mother. I have spoken to you, my children and this rosary should be published to the world.

Mary: Night richly blessed, April the 5th, 2013.  Glory Be

Hail Holy Queen

                R. There is perfect unity in the Persons
                    of the Trinity –
Now ponder the Love Union of
                        Father and Son
The Father loves the Son –
                    The Son the Father –
                    in perfect unity –

Excerpt from Response to God's Love by Fr. Edward Carter, S.J.

–. In reference to Christianity, God himself is the ultimate mystery. Radically, God is completely other and transcendent, hidden from man in his inner life, unless he chooses to reveal himself. Let us briefly look at this inner life of God.

The Father, in a perfect act of self-expression, in a perfect act of knowing, generates his son. The Son, the Word, is, then, the immanent expression of God's fullness, the reflection of the Father. Likewise, from all eternity, the Father and the Son bring forth the Holy Spirit in a perfect act of loving.

At the destined moment in human history, God's self-expression, the Word, immersed himself into man's world. God's inner self-expression now had also become God's outer self-expression. Consequently, the mystery of God becomes the mystery of Christ. In Christ, God tells us about himself, about his inner life, about his plan of creation and redemption. He tells us how Father, Son, and Holy Spirit desire to dwell within us in the most intimate fashion, how they wish to share with us their own life through grace. All this he has accomplished and does accomplish through Christ.

                R. The Church, the Unity God
                    wants as members of the
                    Mystical body is to
                    reflect this oneness of
                    the Persons of the Trinity

Perfect love casts out fear –

In knowing the will of the Father
and living in that will in
love – there is unity among
                    men –
unity in the body of Christ –

                    Relationship that is to be
                        more and more likened
                        to the love of the
                        Persons of the Trinity –

God gives us Himself in the
                    Eucharist –

We eat the Body of Jesus and
                    drink His Blood –

We live to be possessed by God –

God gives us each other as
                    members of the body of
                    Christ to be
                    members, but one as a
                    body –

The stomach is in accord with
                    the intestines, the
                    liver, the brain, the blood
                    flows through the body –
the heart pumps the blood –
                    there is this constant renewing,
                    dispelling waste –
                    cells being reproduced –
fluids in such balance to work
on an eye or in the
                        linings of the nose and
                        mouth –
                    too much fluid causes a
                        problem
too little can cause dehydration –

                    constant miracle beyond
                    my knowledge and
                    God calls men as members
                    of the mystical body of
Christ to be as a body –

Now the body is made up of
                    this balance, dependency,
                    these members, organs,
                    tissues, waters, air –

                The heart-beat so rymical to
do the work God calls it
to providing to the body –

                In the electronic communication,
                    the woundedness of betrayal
                    of one in marriage, divorce,
                    how can one reach more
                    and more to know this
                    unity –

                A baby is conceived with-in
a woman and it should be from
the love of a man for her
and it must be a very
                    good condition that
                    the baby is conceived –

                So many mysteries of precise
union – to produce so many
                    outcomes in the body –

Like the waters of the sea and
                    ocean, the exchange of
                    life in the waters so
                    between plants and fish –
                    life giving life –

                In the world –
                    we eat plants, animals
                    fish that live and it
                    gives us life –

But with Christ – the Divine
                    Almighty God –
He feeds us with Himself –
to feed the sharing in His life
                    given in baptism –
He feeds us with Himself –
                    Life – Jesus says:
I am the bread of life –

The world is focused on death –
                    more and more –

                The devil tears apart
                    relationships
in envy – sadness at another's
                    success
sees one's brother as an enemy
                        like Joseph and his brothers
                        like Cain and Abel
                        like Hagar and Sarah,
                        tearing apart –

                Seeing competition with one's
                    brother –

                Where with Eve, through pride
she wanted to be equal to God –

                She rebelled against God's
                    command, for her pride –

                The devil is hate

                The deadly sins
                    are pride - seeking dominance
                        for dominance sake –
                        competition - seeing
                        loving of self, which
                        causes us to see ourselves
                        before God
                        oneself above others and
                        discrediting them to raise
                        oneself above –

Pride is love of self, over God

jealousy – red hot eyes –
                                    jealous eyes
hateful eyes toward one's brother –

                    anger – an inordinate displeasure
                                at wrongs done to us
                                revenge
                                hatred
                                strife
                                violence

                    sloth – laziness, indifference,
                                disorder, dishonesty,
                                deceit - day-dreaming,
                                tardiness
                                procrastination
                                slovenliness

The Spirit of God moves as a
                    breath uniting us

The person is docile to the
                    love of God moving in
                    them –

It is clean and gentle – it
                    is a peace which comes
from being one with others –
                    like the stomach works
                    with the intestines etc. –

                There is order

                There is healing in relationships
                    when people allow the
                    spirit to heal them and
                    move in them –

                God is a healer –

                    In Clearwater many using the
                        waters were healed –
Some with the statue and the
                        glass –
                    Some physical, some
                        spiritual healings
                    Some cancers disappeared
                    Broken relationships and
                        families healed –

John 14: 12

In all truth I tell you,
whoever believes in me
will perform the same works
    as I do myself,
and will perform even greater works,
because I am going to the Father.

                R. God – thank You for Your
                    gift of life –

Thank You for the Church –

                Thank You for helping me
grow in love and relationship –

                God is love –

                The Holy Spirit brings joy
                    to the heart –

The Holy Spirit is the soul of the
                    soul – moving in us
                    in love and peace –
                    in harmony – in
                    unity and order

God has given to us a great gift
                    in the theological virtues
                    of faith, hope and love.
                    They are theological which
                    means we must pray to
                    God for this increase in
                    these virtues –

The more we give into the deadly
                    sins, the more angry we
                    become –
the more distorted our vision –

Praying for this increase in the
                    theological virtues helps
                    us to see through the
                    eyes of faith –

To see the Plan of the Father –
To seek to live by the vocation
                    He has planned for us
                    with our unique talents
                    and love –

Know the richness of God dwelling
                    in our soul and being
                    so deeply one in this
                    relationship with Father, Son
                    and Holy Spirit

                God – IN our graced
                    baptized soul –
                    unity - life, love
                    growing in His
                    way of love –

The Holy Spirit can work in healing
                    marriages, relationships,
                    families.

The Holy Spirit is so powerful!

We can see God's power at
                    work in transforming
                    hard-hearts, selfish-
hearts if they let go and
let God work in them –
                    They must be seeking to
                    serve and love God as
                    we are commanded –

Forgive and pray to be forgiven!

Most Sacred Heart of Jesus help me to
be meek and gentle in Heart –
                    Sacred Heart of Jesus
                    I trust in You.

Words of Jesus to Members of
Shepherds of Christ Associates:

"My beloved priest-companion, I intend to use the priestly newsletter, Shepherds of Christ, and the movement, Shepherds of Christ Associates, in a powerful way for the renewal of My Church and the world.

"I will use the newsletter and the chapters of Shepherds of Christ Associates as a powerful instrument for spreading devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart.

"I am calling many to become members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. To all of them I will give great blessings. I will use them as instruments to help bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. I will give great graces to the members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. I will call them to be deeply united to My Heart and to Mary's Heart as I lead them ever closer to My Father in the Holy Spirit."

- Message from Jesus to Father Edward J. Carter, S.J., Founder, as given on July 31, 1994,
feast of Saint Ignatius Loyola, Founder of the Society of Jesus (The Jesuits)

                R. The mystery of love never fails.

                God is love.
                God commands us to love.

To be faithful to the Holy Spirit.
To be faithful to the Father's Plan –
To be one with Jesus –
                To put on Christ –

God calls us to this life in baptism.
                Life in Him –

                Our knowing and loving capacity
                    elevated in baptism –

Lord - I place my will and my life in You –

                I hope in You –

I want to have a heart likened to
                    the Sacred Heart

Song: Give Me Your Heart, oh Jesus

To only want what God wants
                    for us –

One must pray to be faithful to
God – to have the will to
                    do it and to accomplish
what God wants to do in
                    me –

                Abandoning oneself to God and
                    His will for us.

                Jesus endured the cross –
                Jesus endured the shame before
                    men –

Jesus calls us to suffer for
                    Him in our lives many
times – to draw us to
                    Himself and lead us to
                    greater life in Him –

Look at Jesus in the Garden
                    of Gethsemane –

He was faithful to His vocation –
                He obeyed the Father's will
to His death on the cross –

He knew all He would suffer –

He knew pain of those He loved
                    who would reject Him and
suffer the fires of hell –
                    despite His gift of Himself

                Jesus knew such anguish He
sweat blood in the garden –

Matthew 26: 39

And going on a little further he fell on his face and prayed. ‘My Father,’ he said, ‘if it is possible, let this cup pass me by. Nevertheless, let it be as you, not I, would have it.’

1 John 4: 18

In love there is no room for fear,
but perfect love drives out fear,
because fear implies punishment
and no one who is afraid
has come to perfection in love.

                R. Perfect love casts out fear.

We can have true love of God where
we just love Him and want what
                    He wants –

Romans 8: 38-39

For I am certain of this: neither death nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nothing already in existence and nothing still to come, nor any power, nor the heights nor the depths, nor any created thing whatever, will be able to come between us and the love of God, known to us in Christ Jesus our Lord.

                R. What of the interior life of man –
                    to know deeply Love –
Love of Father, Son and Holy Spirit
                        dwelling in Him –

To seek God's will of love and
                    service –

                To be self-less and not
                    threatened by fear of
                    our brothers doing God's will
                    and prospering as God intends.

A heart is like a precious jewel –
                    It should be consumed with
                    light and beauty –
                    radiant and giving love to
                        God and all –

                God is love –

We were created in the image
                    and likeness of God –
to be this precious heart –
like the Heart of Jesus –
to love God – simply to love Him

Think of the beauty of the
                    graced, baptized soul –

                WOW

Dear Friends,
I give my heart to Jesus and Mary with you in love.

When Mary's image was knocked out what remained was an old grand piano someone who is now dead (old age) gave that was there grandma's. It did not work then.

It was painted and very, very old and I would worry about the legs giving out.

Jesus told me to replace it a while ago.

We had someone come and it never got out of here yet–
Jesus told me to buy a new piano by the alter, behind where Mary's image is to play when we have the services up there.

I can only do this if we have the money He says.

We will begin a fund for the piano behind where Mary's image was destroyed on March 1, 2004.
This is a lasting honor to contribute to this.

Thanks, Rita

Dear Friend,

I give my heart to Jesus and Mary with you in love.

Jesus asked us to finish one room in the priest house, so a priest could stay there. We have been working on this room for 6 months. We need $3,000 for the carpet, shades and furniture. Could anyone help us with a donation for the priest house to complete this room?

We have been working on the priest house for 6 years. Jesus would like a priest be able to stay there.

Thanks
Rita & Doris

Guiding Light - Reflect on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light homily series - Reflect on the Word - Cycle B —  The Word leaves an impression on our souls. In my thoughts and reflections are born a more tangible understanding of these eternal concepts presented in the Gospels and the readings. Anyone can read a sentence, but not anyone can absorb it's true meaning. Truth, in this day and age, is almost a matter of opinion or individual entitlement. We believe that Christ's truth is our Roman Catholic Church. We, as priests, champion it's teachings; we are ambassadors for the Pope and Christ to those faces looking at us. We are the light by which our congregation reads to reflect upon real truth and we do it hand in hand. $15

Guiding Light - Steadfast to the Son
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle A of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light homily series - Steadfast to the Son - Cycle A — The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $15

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Liturgical Year
$ 10.00 plus postage

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul - Cycle C — In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $15

Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word - Cycle B — At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $15

Guiding Light - The Word Alive in Our Hearts

Priestly Newsletter 2000 Issue 1
Audio CD - Read by Father Edward J. Carter
$ 10.00  plus postage

Priestly Newsletter - 2000 #1 - CD. - Christ is Our Strength - Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. read it the year he died. It is so beautiful. "This brief passage contains one of the greatest lessons of the spiritual life. As we progress along our spiritual journey, we become increasingly aware of how weak we are in our-selves, but how strong we are in Christ. To experience our weakness involves suffering. The degree and kind of suffering can vary. The suffering can include the experience of the classical dark night of the spirit as described by St. John of the Cross. One of the main purposes of the dark night is to make a person keenly aware of his or her helplessness without God." quote by Fr. Carter from the newsletter $10

Priestly Newsletter - 2000 #2 - CD. - Suffering: A Source of Life - Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. read it the year he died. Fr. Carter knew suffering that year. His voice is so powerful as he read each Newsletter from his heart and soul. "Every man has his own share in the redemption. Each one is also called to share in that suffering through which the redemption was accomplished. He is called to share in that suffering through which all human suffering has also been redeemed. In bringing about the redemption through suffering, Christ has also raised human suffering to the level of the redemption. Thus each man in his suffering can also become a sharer in the redemptive suffering of Christ–." quote by Fr. Carter from the newsletter $10
