Joyful Mysteries

The Annunciation

1. Luke 1: 26-38  In the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent by God to a town in Galilee called Nazareth, to a virgin betrothed to a man named Joseph, of the House of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary. He went in and said to her, ‘Rejoice, you who enjoy God’s favour! The Lord is with you.’ She was deeply disturbed by these words and asked herself what this greeting could mean, but the angel said to her, ‘Mary, do not be afraid; you have won God’s favour. Look! You are to conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you must name him Jesus. He will be great and will be called Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his ancestor David; he will rule over the House of Jacob for ever and his reign will have no end.’ Mary said to the angel, ‘But how can this come about, since I have no knowledge of man?’ The angel answered, ‘The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will cover you with its shadow. And so the child will be holy and will be called Son of God. And I tell you this too: your cousin Elizabeth also, in her old age, has conceived a son, and she whom people called barren is now in her sixth month, for nothing is impossible to God.’ Mary said, ‘You see before you the Lord’s servant, let it happen to me as you have said.’ And the angel left her.

2. R. Mary was a sweet and gentle person. Mary loved the Father with the deepest love always. Mary wanted to please her beloved Father. She said, "yes" to the angel.

3. R. We see across from the Annunciation window; the Assumption of the Virgin Mary into Heaven. As we meditate on the Mysteries of the Rosary, see how Mary and Jesus always complied to the Will of the Father throughout Their lives, always saying "yes" to His Will. The Angel appeared to Mary and asked her to be the Mother of Jesus. We see in the window across, that She complied always to His Will. Mary was taken body and soul into Heaven. The Father has a plan for each one of us. If we comply to the Will of the Father, His plan will enfold. We see all through Their lives how Jesus and Mary complied to His Will and lived in perfect peace. We will have peace and joy in our hearts when we comply to the Will of the Father.

4. R. Mary's Heart was pure.

5. R. There are fifteen mysteries of the rosary (this rosary was received 1995) and two of the Mysteries of the Rosary; Jesus is in the womb of His Mother. All through the mysteries of the rosary, I see the intimacy so much between the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. The first two mysteries of the rosary, the Heart of Jesus beat within the body of Mary. Two Hearts beating within one body - such intimacy.

6. R. We see how favored a daughter Mary was of the Father that He chose Mary from all women to be Mother of His Son. Mary gave life to Jesus in her womb, Mary's Heart beating to give life.

7. R. The Sacred Heart of Jesus was formed within the womb of the Virgin Mary. Jesus' "Heart" formed in her body!

 8. Mary: My dear and gentle children, I am Mary your Mother. I speak to you to tell you of the gentle and kind love that My Son has for each and everyone of you. This world is blind. The world does not know the kindness and the gentleness of my Son Jesus. Jesus came into this world a little infant. Jesus came wanting to be loved by us. Many in the world do not realize how Jesus is alive this day in the Holy Eucharist and is waiting and longing for hearts to come and to share their love with Him. I am Mary your Mother. As you pray this rosary, meditate on the gentleness and love that Jesus and I have for each one of you. I am Mary your Mother. I love you with the dearest motherly love.

9. R. So gentle and kind, a little baby. This is the way that Jesus came into this world.

10. Jesus: Many in the world have turned hard and heartless. Many hearts have turned to stone. Think of the gentleness and the kindness that Jesus teaches us. Let your hearts be turned to hearts that are filled with My love. I came into this world a little baby. Come to Me My dear ones. Open your hearts. Come close and let Me love you. I am waiting your love. I am truly present in the Eucharist. Come and spend an hour with Me.

Glory Be

The Visitation of Mary to Her Cousin Elizabeth

1. Jesus: I want to dwell abundantly in your graced baptized soul.

2. R. Give your heart to Mary. Mary's Heart dwells in the Heart of Jesus. Know the presence of God in your graced baptized soul. God is in you in your every breath and your every heartbeat. Every action that you perform is an action you want to perform in union with Them. As we continue to meditate on these mysteries of the rosary, pray united with Jesus and Mary, pray to the Father and the Holy Spirit, all the angels, saints and the souls in Purgatory, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. Unite each prayer in your heart, and in your whole being, proclaiming your love to God.

3. R. We are meditating on the mysteries of the lives of Jesus and Mary. As we meditate on these mysteries, they are mysteries into God's love.  Let our hearts be filled with such love as we think about Their lives. Mary goes to visit her cousin, Elizabeth with the Child Jesus within her womb. The tender baby being formed within the womb of His Mother. The child in Elizabeth's womb leapt for joy at the presence of the Almighty God.

4. R. Such tenderness and love Jesus has for us that He entered this world a little baby. He lived and He died, He rose to give us new life. He gave His flesh and His blood for the love of us, and He remains with us truly present in the Eucharist.

5. R. Jesus is truly present this day in the Holy Eucharist in His Divinity and humanity. The same Jesus that was carried in the womb of His Mother. Jesus gives Himself to us at every Mass when we receive the Eucharist. He loves us so much. The child in Elizabeth's womb leapt for joy at the presence of the Almighty God, but what wounds the Heart of Jesus so much is the ingratitude, the indifference, the negligence that men show to Him. Jesus gives Himself to us. He wants union, closeness to us. God unites with us. Jesus gives Himself to us in the Holy Eucharist. We take this gift of His abundant love so lightly.

6. R. God outpours to us abundant grace in the sacrament of the Holy Eucharist. God outpours His grace when we sit in front of the Tabernacle. Jesus outpours such grace.  When we are baptized we receive a sharing in His Divine life. The Father, Son and Holy Spirit dwell within our graced baptized soul in such a special way if we remain in a state of grace. God wants to dwell in us. Minute by minute, second by second, Jesus dwells in us. Jesus is waiting to be so close to us. This grace... "A visit from Jesus".

7. Jesus: My dear beloved ones, I am Jesus and I wait at the door of your heart to be so close to you. Open your heart and let Me come closer and closer to fill you with My life. As you meditate on these Joyful Mysteries of the Rosary, think of the love that God has for you that the Father sent His only begotten Son into this world for love of you. I came into this world a little baby, warmed in the womb of My mother and I long to be loved by you. I am waiting. I am longing for your love. I give to you messages of My love over and over and over again. The same messages and they are taken so lightly by My beloved ones. My Heart is burning and on fire for each and every precious soul. You are My chosen ones, that I have called here to spread the love of My Sacred Heart to this world. This world is hurting and in pain. I am crying out to you from My most Sacred Heart to take this message to the world. I am Jesus. I love each one of you with the deepest love. I am treated indifferently and neglected by so many souls. I cry out to you this day, My special chosen ones, that I have called here to take My messages of love to this world for this world is hurting and you, I have given great graces and am drawing you ever closer to My heart. Will you harken to My pleading, and carry My messages of love to this world? Come to Me My dear ones and join in deepest union with My Heart. Every moment of your day let Me be one in your actions, operating in you, leading you, helping you, surrender and let Me possess your soul.

8. Jesus: Be fervent in your prayer, pray deep from your hearts, deep prayers. Pray to the Father My dear ones, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, giving yourself to the Father united to My sacrifice in the Mass, the sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present. Be one with Me in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. Offer yourselves to the Father. This is such a powerful prayer. All through your days, pray to the Father in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, in the Holy Spirit, be one in Me and unite with Me to the Father. My sweet ones, your prayers are being heard. Your brothers are suffering and in pain. Mary went to visit her cousin, Elizabeth. One person.

9. Jesus: Mary is Mother of the Church. Mary went to visit Her cousin, Elizabeth and Mary told one person the Good News. I ascended into Heaven and left behind My Apostles to carry out My work. Mary is Mother of the Church. The Apostles carried out the work that I began. Look at the Church today. The apostles went out to spread the Good News. But in this world today, how many are fearful of even mentioning the Word of God. Men sin openly in front of children. The Word of God is stifled. It should be spread to My beloved souls. My dear ones, I am Jesus, I am calling you as My apostles to go out into this world. Pray to the Holy Spirit for the fearlessness to carry the message. I am giving to you great graces. I am sending you into this world. I will be your rear guard and you fore guard. Whence you go, I go with you to carry these messages of My love. I am Jesus, I am delivering these messages to you of My love. Harken to me and listen to My words. You are My apostles that I am sending with the messages from the Blue Book to this world. I love, I love, I love each precious soul. I write letters of this love for My precious ones. Come to My Heart and I will pour My love in your soul. Pray to the Holy Spirit to have the fire of this love burning within you. Love is action from the heart, My dear ones. I call you to action. When you love something; you want to give. I want love from each one of you. I want you to love with your whole heart, your whole soul and your whole being. I want your hearts on fire. I am longing and waiting for you to join with Me all through the day in your hearts, in your every action to come and spend time with Me in front of the Tabernacle. I am waiting and I am giving you great graces. I love you with the deepest and the gentlest of love. Second by second, I wait for you to come to Me.

10. Song: O Holy Dwelling Place of God

Jesus: You are My Beloved. I want to live and dwell within you. Think of this, the Almighty God wants to live within you. You receive Me in the Holy Eucharist, no less present than the day I was carried in the womb of My mother. Do you know how blessed you are, how loved you are by God as He comes to you?  My dear ones, do not look to the world for your answers. Come to Me. Come in the silence of your hearts and I will speak to you. I will give you My abundant love. I am Jesus and I am waiting and longing and thirsting for a closer love relationship with you. How can you go into this world and spread the love of God unless your hearts are burning and on fire for the love of God. I am giving to you great graces; the messages of My love. I love you!  I love you! I love you! Will you carry these messages of My love in your hearts and your souls to a world that is suffering and in pain, children are being persecuted and murdered. So much sin, sin is accepted by many. Disobedience to the commandments of God. How few speak the Word of God on their lips. I have called you My chosen ones to deliver these messages to the world. You are My beloved ones.

The Birth of Jesus

1. R. Jesus came to this earth in the womb of the Virgin Mary. Joseph looked for a place for Jesus and Mary to rest. Joseph went from place to place.  There was no place for the Son of God to lay His head.

2. R. Jesus died for all of us. Jesus does not come adorned in gold and silver.  He comes a little baby laying in a manger in a cave.  The Son of God comes to this earth, rejected by men...at birth! Rejected by men, many men...this day.

3. R. A little baby surrounded by sheep and shepherds, Chief Shepherd of the flock. The Son of God comes and is surrounded by the beast of the earth. The angels declare the glory of the Almighty God as they sing from on High. The star shines above the Child Jesus at His birth.

4. R. I see the Child Jesus, the baby...so beautiful, so beautiful in the arms of His loving Mother. I see Jesus. I love Jesus, we meditate on the mysteries of the rosary on Jesus' life and Mary's life, the Passion. I know Jesus loves me, Jesus hung on the cross for three agonizing hours to His death. I meditate on Jesus risen, the glorified body of My beloved Jesus, and I meditate on Jesus ascending into Heaven. I see Jesus. I know in my heart, in my whole being His Presence that I feel and I love Jesus so much in the Eucharist. This is Jesus Christ, the Son of God that came into this world a little baby in the town of Bethlehem. For love of men He came to this earth.

5. R. In the window across from the birth of Jesus at the Holy Spirit Center is the Ascension, as He ascends into Heaven and Jesus leaves behind His Apostles to carry out His message in this world. We are commissioned through Baptism to carry out this message to this world. We answer the call of God to spread the news of Jesus' love. We spread the Blue Books - we love the souls Jesus died for, we hear the message Mary gives, souls are going into hell today, we work tirelessly because we love souls so much. We love God, we love Jesus and Mary. We are not here to make this our end. Jesus ascended into Heaven to prepare a place for us. Our true home is in Heaven. He calls us to go into this world and to carry out this message of the Two Hearts - the message of Their love - to live the life, death and resurrection of Jesus in our lives. Jesus is Chief Shepherd of the Flock and He sends us, His shepherds out into this world to lead the souls to His beloved Heart.

6. R. Jesus' love is burning, it is not a little lip service love. Jesus' love is the love that Jesus had, that He came to this earth, Jesus was carried in the womb of the Virgin Mary through the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus gave His flesh and blood for the love of us.

Song: Little Child

7. R. Jesus calls and Jesus calls and Jesus calls for us to come into His Heart now for He is always waiting for us. He remains with us this day, He is alive.

8. R. Let our hearts dwell within Jesus' Heart and the Heart of our loving Mother. Jesus came to this earth, Jesus was born, He died, He rose and He ascended into Heaven. Jesus sends us out into this world to carry out the messages of His love this day. Jesus is alive and He lives in the hearts of men.

9. R. As we become more one in Jesus, we will carry out the work that He is calling us to do in the world today.

10. Hail Mary

Song between decades: Ave, Ave, Ave Maria

The Presentation of the Child Jesus in the Temple

1. R. Joseph and Mary took the Child Jesus to the Temple. While they were there the prophet Simeon prophesizes of the suffering of Jesus and Mary to come.

 2. R. I see the intimacy between Jesus and Mary all through the mysteries of the rosary. The joining of Their Two Hearts. There is such intimacy between Jesus and Mary in the Annunciation and the Visitation as the Two Hearts beat within the same body and the intimacy between Mary and the Child Jesus, at birth. Jesus nurses on the milk of His Mother. Mary carried Jesus in the Temple she carried Him in her arms. The prophet Simeon told her of the sufferings to come. From this moment on, in the heart of Mary, she pondered these words of Simeon. Mary knew in her heart every time she looked at the Child Jesus, of sufferings Jesus and Mary would undergo.

3. Sing: See the Eyes that Look at Mary

4. R. As Mary watched the child Jesus at play, as she watched Him all through His life, Mary knew of the sufferings to come. There is such quietness and compliance to the Will of the Father in Their lives.

5. Sing: Little Baby Hands and Feet

6. R. Jesus, the Son of God, came to this earth, a little baby!! Little is heard all through these Joyful Mysteries the quietness of the lives of Jesus and Mary. They lived always in accordance to the Father's Plan, knowing that His plan would unfold, having peace within Their Hearts. We meditate on Their lives and realize how They had such peace about Their lives. Always living in His Will. If we realize that the Father has a plan for us and that we live in His Will, we too, will have this peace in our lives.

7. R. Simeon told Mary that a sword too, would pierce her soul.

8. R. Mary gave the life to the Child Jesus within her body. Mary is the Mediatrix of all grace. As the Child Jesus was formed in the womb of the Virgin Mary, through the power of the Holy Spirit, we too are formed in the spiritual womb of Mary, her Immaculate Heart - the Holy Spirit performs this marvelous wonder.

9. R. Mary is our loving Mother guarding us and leading us on our way always to closer and closer union with her Son, Jesus. As we dwell in her heart, she places us so deeply in the Heart of her Son.

10. R. I see this connection between Jesus and Mary all through Their lives. The intimacy between Their two Hearts, the two Hearts that beat in the same body. Mary nursed Jesus with her milk. The Child Jesus carried in her arms into the Temple; and the lifeless body of Jesus held in her arms after His death on the cross. The Father chose the Virgin Mary to be the Mother of God. God the Father chose Mary to be the instrument to bring His Son into this world. The Child Jesus lived within her body for nine months. It is in Mary, in dwelling in her heart, that we will be closer and closer to the Heart of her Son.

R. Jesus wants us to venerate His Heart next to Mary's Heart. Whenever we are afraid, to feel ourselves being rocked gently in her Heart, to feel that presence of living within her Heart and her loving us more than any earthly mother. The Virgin Mary, our Mother, caring for us.

Glory Be

Song between decades: Ave, Ave, Ave Maria

The Finding of the Child Jesus in the Temple

1. R. There was such intimacy between Jesus and His Mother as we have seen in all these mysteries of this rosary. Jesus was taken to the Temple for the Feast of the Passover. When the Passover was over, Jesus was lost in the temple.

2. R. Mary pondered all things in her Heart and she knew of the sufferings to come. Always the sharing, this quiet sharing between her and her Son for They knew deep intimacy in Their Hearts. And a sword too, shall pierce your heart, O Mary. Mary in such sorrowing, searched for the Child Jesus. The Child Jesus was lost for three days in the Temple. Mary knew of the suffering to come.

Luke 2: 41-52  Every year his parents used to go to Jerusalem for the feast of the Passover. When he was twelve years old, they went up for the feast as usual. When the days of the feast were over and they set off home, the boy Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem without his parents knowing it. They assumed he was somewhere in the party, and it was only after a day’s journey that they went to look for him among their relations and acquaintances. When they failed to find him they went back to Jerusalem looking for him everywhere.

It happened that, three days later, they found him in the Temple, sitting among the teachers, listening to them, and asking them questions; and all those who heard him were astounded at his intelligence and his replies. They were overcome when they saw him, and his mother said to him, ‘My child, why have you done this to us? See how worried your father and I have been, looking for you.’ He replied, ‘Why were you looking for me? Did you not know that I must be in my Father’s house?’ But they did not understand what he meant. He went down with them then and came to Nazareth and lived under their authority. His mother stored up all these things in her heart. And Jesus increased in wisdom, in stature, and in favour with God and with people.

3. R. As we meditate on the mysteries of the rosary, let us pray to the Holy Spirit to enlighten us to see more and more this deep intimacy between Mary and her Son, Jesus. This closeness of the two Hearts, the love between Them. We can go to Mary's Heart and she takes us deeply in Jesus' Heart. Mary would know separation as a sword invisibly piercing her heart. Mary's love for Jesus was so great.

4. R. We see the intimacy between Jesus and Mary all through the Passion, as she walked by His side, as she peered into His loving eyes, in that look the intensity of the depth of Their relationship, unspoken words, the deep penetrating love. As we meditate on the Mysteries of the Rosary, let us speak about the pure and loving heart of Mary, and how she pondered the ways of Jesus in her Heart. How she loves her beloved children this day and cares for them and that she appears over and over again. I have seen Mary and heard Mary's words to pray for her little lost children of this world. Mary cries out and she begs. I see her before my face and it tears my heart out to see Mary and to hear her words.

5. R. The Child Jesus was lost in the Temple for three days. But Mary cries out for her little lost children of this world, the children that are being taught such awful things at such a young age, the children that are not even hearing the messages of God's love, of Mary's love. The children don't even know of their loving Mother and she appears, and her face is sorrowful and she cries out to go into the world and to carry these messages of His love. We hold back, we hold back so much with such wonderful messages to deliver. Are we blind that we cannot see? See before us all the sins, all the violence, all the hatred, and we know the love of God within our hearts. But because of the way the world is, we do not go out and declare from our lips, and with our tongue the love of our Savior, the burning deep love that Jesus has.

6. Mary: My dear, dear little children. I am Mary your Mother. I call out to you. I call out to you, I call out to you again. Open your eyes and see this world. Do not cover up your eyes and your ears. Do you see the pain and the suffering? You know the urgency of this situation.

I am Mary your Mother. I call out to you to come to Jesus' Heart and dwell there. Constantly dwell in the Heart of my Son. I am calling to you; your Mother; to take me seriously. I am calling and calling and calling. Meditate on these mysteries of the rosaries. Will you answer my call? Come to the Heart of my Son. Consecrate your hearts to Our Hearts and live according to the Father's Will every minute of your life. Your life here is so short. It is here today and gone tomorrow. What lives on is the love in your heart, love of God and love of one another. There is so little time, little time and many of my little children will be lost. Some will be condemned to the fires of hell. I am calling to you, your loving Mother to make a commitment to spread the message of His love into this world. Do not put off until tomorrow. Tomorrow! Tomorrow! Tomorrow! This is an urgent cry from your Mother. For souls are being lost this day. Little children are being poisoned by the messages they are being taught in this world. My Son calls. He calls and calls and calls! People do not realize the gentleness and the deep love relationship that Jesus wants with each soul. Will you come? Will you spend the time with Him? Will you let Him into your heart in deepest union? The days go by with such swiftness. My little children, this is an urgent plea from your mother. Will you make this commitment this day for my little lost children? You are the heart of my Son beating in this world this day His light shines from your eyes and it is seen on your face when you are one with Jesus. You are His hands. I am your Mother. You have been given great graces from the Almighty God. Jesus has chosen you from many men. Please answer this call!! I am Mary your Mother!

8. Mary: And the seeds of time move exceedingly slow and the hearts of men have turned to stone. What of these hearts? My dear little children, pray as you have never prayed before. Pray to the Father in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in the Holy Spirit. Pray every moment. Offer up your day as a prayer for souls will be lost and your prayers are so important to this world.

9. Mary: Let your hearts be filled with the fire of God's love and what will come forth from your hearts is His love.

10. Mary: Love your God with your whole heart, your whole soul and your whole being. My Son, my dear little children, is waiting for your love. He wants your love. He waits for your proclamations of love. He is waiting for your tender words of love. Come. I am your Mother and I lead you gently into the Heart of my beloved Son burning and on fire for love of you.

Hail Mary

Song: To Jesus Heart All Burning

Hail Holy Queen

Song: Dear Lady of Fatima

Rita: I would just like to say, "Thank You" to everybody that came. I hope that Jesus and Mary touched you in your hearts the way that They wanted to. I remember one rosary in Florida. Jesus appeared, it was beyond words! Each person is unique, Jesus is speaking to us. So I hope that you receive special messages through that rosary. So much has happened since last month. Jesus wanted me to do this rosary in here. When I sit in this chapel, it is like a miracle chapel. I can sit here for hardly any length of time at all, and I just get insight into things. So much of it is concerning the rosary (Rosary Chapel Holy Spirit Center). For me these windows help me see the rosary in such life. I walk down here and look at some of these windows and I start to cry because I am so connected that mystery of the rosary. Jesus is calling each person here to a very deep union. The more that we go to the Eucharist and the more that we sit in front of the Tabernacle, we are saturated with His grace. I am always delving deeper and deeper into the mystery of His love, deeper and deeper into the mysteries of these rosaries so they are alive in my life today, tomorrow they are more alive and as we are saturated more and more with His grace. I know God more deeply. It is relationship. I just thirst more and more and more for more! My biggest prayer is for more grace to know more. This love of God is so magnificent. Why He has chosen us and is talking to us is just because He is giving us great gifts. Sometimes at Mass I can't believe He loves me so much. It just makes me cry to realize His love. This is what He wants. He wants this deep, deep union. The thing that is so hard for me to know, is to know what I know and to hear Jesus talk about His gentle love, it's not something I'm saying when I say, minute by minute, second by second He wants this deep yearning love. That's how it is! That He gave His life and died on the cross and gave His flesh and His blood. This happened the other day at Mass. I heard Jesus say," This is MY BODY! This is MY BLOOD! I mean I hear this. This is the thing. I hear all this stuff and I experience it in my being. I see the priest at Mass sometimes raise the host up and lower it right down. Yesterday at Mass I was there and I have this insight into Jesus at the Last Supper. (I have heard this for about two years; This is MY BODY! This is MY BLOOD! This is the way He says it.) I get little glimpses and I put the whole picture together. I never get the whole picture together. Yesterday I just realized at the Last Supper when He broke the bread and He gave it to them and He said, this is my Body this is my Blood. Jesus knew about His death, He saw it in the garden and said "yes". I hear this all the time, "This is My Body, This is My Blood." Jesus knew that He was going to give His life. I hear Jesus say, "This is MY BODY! and I've heard Him say this. I heard Him say, "I GAVE Myself for you! What more do you want? I GAVE Myself for you. Then I've heard Him say after Communion when people run out. "I Give Myself for them and they run out. I GIVE Myself! You tell them. Tell them everyday." I've got all these messages inside of me, inside of my being and it is like I see all of this at church and I want to shout it. The priest merges with Jesus in the Mass. We are offering ourselves up to the Father. It is like in our whole being, just to give ourselves to the Father. "This IS MY BODY!" When the priests read that newsletter that Jesus has written through Fr. Carter, they get more aware of Jesus' message for His beloved priests.

The Ascension

 Message after the glory be:

Jesus speaks:

Oh My children, it is love,
it is love that I desire,
and yet you are caught up in so
many of your things, in your ways,
                         and what you must do.

And you cannot control all the events
in your life no matter how hard you try,
and I am teaching you every day,
                         more and more every day.

I am teaching you in the trials that you
                         are permitted to undergo.

And many times, the very lesson that I
want to teach you, you do not learn,
for you try to alleviate the suffering or
the trial that I send to you, and I have to
send it again and again and again.

Oh My children, if you want the reign of peace
there must be peace in your own hearts.

You must seek for peace. In consecrating
your hearts to My Heart and the heart of
My Mother, you will live more and more
                         in peace.

                       Let go and surrender.

The rule I give to you tonight is to let go
and surrender, to pray the Our Father
and beg God to help you to be able
to live in His will, to pray for grace
that you will know more and more
what God's will is for you, for this
                         will bring you happiness.

It will be hard on you to live your life,
if you are at the helm and you are trying
to do it your way which is against God's
                         will.

Many problems that many have are because
they want things their way and they will not
surrender nor accept the things the way
that God wills them to be.

And yet it is the way to happiness,
and say with all your heart,

"Our Father Who art in heaven, hallowed
be Thy name, Thy Kingdom come,
Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread and forgive
us our trespasses as we forgive those who
trespass against us and lead us not into
temptation but deliver us from evil, Amen."

A Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb, the Bridegroom of the Soul

Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

Messenger:        Today the Mass was so powerful.
I had listened to Father Carter read the following
excerpt for the 20 page Priestly Newsletter
An Overview of the Spiritual Life.

Excerpt from Newsletter 2000 Issue 3

The Mystical Life

Gustave Thils gives a very good description of some of the key elements of the mystical life: "It has been said, quite accurately, that Christianity is basically mystical. As we have explained, to live as a Christian is to participate in the very life of God and to perform our temporal task according to the indications of His divine will. Every Christian will understand, without difficulty, that this participation in the divine life is, of its very nature, the mystical life in germ. What could be more mystical than the very life of God? What other foundation for mysticism could we desire? What other source of mysticism could we expect? And, on the other hand, how could a Christian say that he is in the state of grace and deny that he is on the way to the Christian mystical life? Certainly, there is mysticism and mysticism. But the essential will always be incontestably the participation in the life of God. Every Christian is, consequently, rich with the very foundation of all mysticism.

"This divine foundation can be found in a Christian who is still physically and morally a child. In this case, one cannot yet speak of Christian mysticism. Mysticism requires, in a general way, the realization of the ... presence of God. First of all, the mystical life implies a certain form of consciousness: a realization of presence, an intimate connection, a deep certitude, an interior evidence, an intuition ... experience, which are employed with all the nuances and all the precisions given by the spiritual authors, and the object of this consciousness: the Transcendent Being, the Lord and Master of the supernatural order, the God Who is love.

"This realization of ... presence manifests itself in the ... life of faith, hope and charity. Many of the faithful have been able to live it at certain moments of their existence, in very brief fashion, but really; some after they have gone to Holy Communion; others in the course of a visit to Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament; others on the occasion of a liturgical ceremony, an ordination, a consecration; still others in the solitude of their home, in joy, in suffering, in mourning. If we must avoid speaking lightly of mysticism, it is also important not to underestimate certain minor transitory forms of true and authentic mysticism. In order that one might be able to speak of the mystical life, it is necessary that this realization of the presence of God become habitual. It must be customary, easily found again, met within the course of one’s daily existence, taken up again as soon as the mind is active, and easily enlivened in joy, even during periods of darkness or of aridity in faith.

"In order that the Christian life reach the mystical level, this habitual realization of the...presence of God must be predominant ...

"The realization of the ... presence of God, which is habitual and predominant: this is what we will henceforth call the mystical level of the Christian life. We dare not say that many Christians are at this point. But certain persons are at this point ..." 53

Between the occasional realization of God’s presence and the habitual and predominant realization of His presence there are all the stages and all the degrees.

The mystical process is one in which God more and more takes possession of the soul. The person becomes increasingly docile to the workings of the Holy Spirit. The predominant realization of God’s presence leads to a deepened desire to do the Father’s will in all things, thorough Christ, in the Holy Spirit, with the maternal assistance of Mary.

The mystical process is very much Christ-centered. The person becomes increasingly transformed in Christ. When the mystical experience becomes consistent and predominant, the person can say with the deepest meaning: I have been crucified with Christ and yet I am alive; yet it is no longer I, but Christ living in me. The life that I am now living, subject to the limitation of human nature, I am living in faith, faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me. (Ga 2:19-20)

September 9, 2001 message continues

Messenger:        It is hard to describe the depth I felt united to
God in the Mass after hearing this excerpt.

                            Father Carter said
"...to live as a Christian is to participate in the very
                                  life of God..."
He continues "What could be more mystical than
                                the very life of God?"
Ponder this thought "to participate in the very
                                life of God."

This statement and the graces given to me in the Mass helped
me to be so deeply one with Our Divine God at Mass. The
experience of the ecstasies I have had brought me once again
into this deep union with God. My heart burned so deep
within me to be so united to Our Divine God in the Mass.
I thirst and I long for Him with the deepest desire. I
want Him and I want Him deeper and deeper. I thirst for
the knowledge about Him. I long to be in the deepest union
with Him. I long for the moments when I have been in those
places, places I know in red and golden hues of ecstasy when
I know the presence of God. He envelopes me in His Divine
embrace and I experience the rapture of existing so intimately
in Him and being so aware of how it truly is. The veil is lifted
and I see so clearly and I know the reality of His existence.
I am wrapped in His embrace, I know Him and His truths,
my fear vanishes and I am so united to God pleading
and begging for the deepest union of the one I desire,
I experience joy at this moment and longing for this
                            to never end.

In listening to the tapes where
Father Carter talks about the mystical life
this triggers a burning in my heart from the
experiences of deepest intimacy I have
experienced with God and my heart is
filled with joy for the reality that "this is
indeed real and how truly wonderful it is."

We receive the gift God gives to us at Mass
through the hands of the consecrated priest.
It is so awesome that the Almighty God gives
                            Himself to us.

I write now so many hours after the Mass,
but I cannot write what I experienced or the great
beauty of it all. It is so far beyond this pen
and my paper and yet the reality of this place
He takes me is so real and so wonderful. The
place of knowing so deeply the Mass and being
so one with God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
The intimate experience of knowing Him and
                            the splendor of it all.

And my heart pants to have Him more and more,
deeper and deeper for all eternity. I long to be
completely satisfied in heaven. I want Him and
I want to know all there is to know. And yet
knowledge of Him I experience deep within my
soul. It is not like bookish knowledge where one
acquires knowledge of a subject mostly in their
mind, but it is impregnated in my soul and I
experience Him so deeply, the knowledge is in
me as an intellectual vision and a reality of it as
truth, so deeply having more insight into the
hidden mystery of existing in Him.

The mystical life and so you may understand
                             more why this statement
"to live as a Christian is to participate in the
very life of God," makes my heart burn.

                              This is real to me.
                              This is my journey here.
To mature more and more as I live my life
deeper and deeper knowing more insight
into the hidden mysteries of my God and
                                  the mystery of His love.

I have seen some who have experienced God so
deeply with a union with Him from daily communion
and time before the tabernacle and then let that
                            relationship with Jesus slip behind.

They search endlessly to fill their weary heart
that was once deeply fed by Him in the Eucharist.
They are like a man on a desert searching for
                            water.
One love relationship with a human man after
another leaves them empty and they expect that
human man to fill that craving they possess
                            for the Divine God.
The Divine God, when He gives Himself
most intimately to a soul, allows him to
experience a reality of knowing His Divine
Love so intimately that no human person
                            can ever fill.
                                Thirsting, longing, wanting, craving that
once hungry heart that knew God so intimately,
the person moves on with intense restlessness
that no one could ever describe.
Can you imagine the souls in hell that will
never know His love or anyone's love.
We the creatures were created by the Creator
for love. The more we become one in Him
the greater our capacity to love.
He saturates our soul with His grace when
we go to the Eucharist and sit before the
tabernacle. He outpours His life to us.
Look at the graced soul. God fills the soul
with His grace the more one seeks Him
with love in the Eucharist and before the
                            tabernacle.
We want to be filled with His grace.
This is my light. I look at the pictures
of September 5, 2001 where Jesus usually appears
in the bottom left corner. There has been a
light that looks like a fire and then the
gold begins to spread up over the image.

September 9, 2001 message continues

Messenger:            Look at the pictures of the 5th and see if
you see the bright light on the lower left
side. It was not always there and now it
                            is there on the 5ths.
When I first saw His Sacred Heart December 17, 1991
                            the center was that light.

September 9, 2001 message continues

Messenger:       I tried to explain the Heart I saw to Harold Kellner to draw
but actually the white filled a big portion inside of the
heart. It describes to me the white heat of His love
as Father Carter called it so many times.
But in the great visions I saw - 3 in 1996,
the light I saw was a great light and the picture
with the light on the left is really not bright like
this light I saw in 1996 at all, but it reminds me
of it as I write here.

When Jesus was transfigured at Holy Cross-Immaculata,
I saw that light come on the edges. Oh I love that when
God is beginning to give me a great vision and I see
this light, it is a great vision if that is present.
The whites, the lights are mystical. They are beyond
anything I have ever seen here on this earth,
they are gifts. It is like the image, man could
not paint what we have seen when it turns
gold as it did March 21, 2001 before the big
rainbow came. A mystical light, a vision from
God is not like any man-made painting and
even the white snow capped mountains do not
compare to the mystical light I have seen
in an elevated host surrounded by a glow that
is indescribable in words and I can not
ever compare it to anything I see here.

A mystical light has a depth of intensity so deep
in light and yet it is not like looking at the
glaring sun that hurts my eyes, but
when I see light and look away my eyes are effected
by the brightness of the light. The mystical light
although so intense is soft on my eyes.

The night I received the message September 5, 2001
I was in a state of ecstasy. The message was delivered by
Him to you and it accompanies the great
gift God gave us in the pictures. There was
something very special there. There were many
discourses that we hope to publish. I am
used as an instrument of God in a live rosary
to deliver a message. What I do there is directed
by Him as He speaks through me.

I have recall to deliver the experiences
I have had when I write these messages. Visions
and messages, dates are implanted deeply
in my soul. I can remember the experiences as
if I just went through them.

He tells me what to write every day. I have the
                        recall I need.

He told me that the dates would prove the
                        validity of the messages.

I am a messenger. I write to tell you how I
have experienced Our God through mystical
                        revelations and experiences.

He lifts me up and I see with a vision I
cannot describe. He lifts the veil and I know
Him, I experience Him and His presence deep
within me. I write as a mystic, one who has
received deep insights into the hidden mysteries,
one who has experienced so much and
He told me to write about it.

When He would "sweep me off my feet" embracing me
with His loving embrace after communion
and I wanted to just be in that moment,
He told me to write and I wrote and that
is why the Mass Book I exists, I wrote
when I experienced Him so deeply. When I felt
it was so unnatural to move, but just to
be He gave me the grace to write for it
was for those He loved I was to write for.

Oh the fire I see, is the fire of His love.

Messenger:     Here is a picture from September 5, 2001.

And They spread a golden glow over
the image of Mary and we see
what He wanted us to see here
                            in the pictures below.

Oh the mystical life. I want Him and I want deeper
                        insight into the hidden mysteries.

It is in believing that beyond there is a
place more glorious than we can ever
imagine that we will have real joy
                        in our hearts.

                            Joy is in Him.

                            Joy is in the Savior.

In reading Father Carter's books and these messages,
in listening especially to the tapes of Father Carter
and the live rosaries, Jesus takes
us deeply into His Heart and reveals
                            insights into the hidden mysteries.
                            Our thirst is quenched.
                            This is reality.
                            God is and
                            He is Divine.
                            We are human beings.

In baptism our knowing and loving capacity is
                            elevated to greater levels.

                        God is love.

If we really want to know about love -

If we really want to know about our hearts -

If we really want our thirsty hearts to be
filled with that which it craves -

We have to go to Him.

                            He is real.

                            He is God.

                                    The Theology of Consecration

We include all this here again as Fr. Carter
                            wrote it in the Newsletter

Heart of Christ, Heart of Mary

Pope John Paul II speaks to us movingly concerning the Heart of Christ: "The Heart of the Redeemer enlivens the whole Church and draws men who have opened their hearts ‘to the inscrutable wealth’ of this unique Heart....

"I desire in a special way to join spiritually with all those who inspire their human hearts from this Divine Heart. It is a numerous family. Not a few congregations, associations and communities live and develop in the Church, taking their vital energy in a programmed way from the Heart of Christ. This spiritual bond always leads to a great reawakening of apostolic zeal. Adorers of the Divine Heart become people with sensitive consciences. And when it is given to them to have a relationship with the Heart of our Lord and Master, the need also reawakens in them to do reparation for the sins of the world, for the indifference of so many hearts, for their negligence.

"How necessary these ranks of vigilant hearts are in the Church, so that the love of the Divine Heart shall not remain isolated and without response! In these ranks, special mention deserves to be made of all those who offer up their sufferings as living victims in union with the Heart of Christ pierced on the cross. Transformed in that way by love, human suffering becomes a particular leaven of Christ’s saving work in the Church…

"The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus reminds us, above all, of those moments when this Heart was ‘pierced by the lance,’ and, thereby, opened in a visible manner to man and the world. By reciting the litany and venerating the Divine Heart in general, we learn the mystery of the Redemption in all its divine and human profundity."

And the Pope also speaks to us about the heart of Mary: "The Immaculate Heart of Mary was open to the word, ‘Woman, there is your son.’ It went to meet spiritually the Heart of the Son opened by the soldier’s lance. The heart of Mary was opened by the same love for man and for the world with which Christ loved man and the world, offering up himself on the cross, even to that lance stroke from the soldier.

"Consecrating the world to the Immaculate heart of Mary means approaching the same Source of Life, through the Mother’s Intercession, that life which flowed forth from Golgatha, the source which gushes out ceaselessly with redemption and grace. Reparation for the sins of the world is continually being accomplished in it. It is ceaselessly the font of new life and holiness.

"Consecrating the world to the Immaculate Heart of the Mother means returning under the Cross of the Son. More: it means consecration of this world to the pierced Heart of the Savior, by bringing the world back to the very source of its Redemption. Redemption is always greater than man’s sin and ‘the sin of the world.’ The power of Redemption infinitely surpasses the whole range of evil in man and in the world.

"The Heart of the Mother is aware of it, more than anyone in the whole cosmos, visible and invisible. This is why she calls. She does not call only to conversion; she also calls upon us to let ourselves be helped by her, the Mother, to return to the source of the Redemption."54

The Theology of Consecration

    A. Boussard gives an extremely fine and concise sketch of the theology of consecration:

"By the Incarnation, in and of itself, the Humanity of Jesus is consecrated, so that in becoming Man, Jesus is ipso facto constituted Savior, Prophet, King, Priest, and Victim of the One Sacrifice that was to save the world. He is the ‘Anointed’, par excellence, the ‘Christ’ totally belonging to God, His Humanity being that of the Word and indwelled by the Holy Spirit. When, by a free act of His human will, He accepts what He is, doing what He was sent to do, He can say that He consecrates ‘Himself’. In Christ, therefore, what might be called His ‘subjective’ consecration is a perfect response to the ‘objective’ consecration produced in His Humanity through the Incarnation.

"And what Christ does brings with it a ‘consecration’ for His disciples, a very special belonging to God, since He imparts to them His own life precisely by making them participate in His own consecration.

"Through Baptism Christians also are consecrated and ‘anointed’ by the power of the Spirit. They share, in their measure, in the essential consecration of Christ, in His character of King, Priest, and Prophet (cf. 1 Peter 2:9; 7 Peter 1:3-4; Rev. 5:9, etc.). With Christ and through Christ, they are ‘ordered’ to the glory of God and the salvation of the world. They do not belong to themselves. They belong to Christ the Lord, who imparts His own life to them…

"The vocation of those who have been baptized is to ‘live’ this consecration by a voluntary adherence—and one that is as perfect as possible—to what it has made of them. Living as ‘children of God’, they fulfill subjectively their objective consecration; like Jesus, they consecrate themselves. This is the deeper meaning of vows and baptismal promises, together with the actual way of life corresponding to them. The baptismal consecration is the fundamental one, constitutive of the Christian. All consecrations which come after it presuppose and are rooted in it…"55

September 9, 2001 message continues

Messenger:     Please pray the prayers Jesus has given us.

Listening to a tape of Father Carters 5-10 minutes a day.

                        Listening to a live rosary.

Writing our feeling letter to Jesus

and Reading the Blue Book Messages

will help us grow more deeply in this

                            interior life.

The devil will keep working if we don't take the
time to do interior things and we will
miss those things we desire most.

The joy, the peace, the love given to others,
comes from a deep oneness with Him
                            within.

He gives us the above aids and He has promised
He will attach much grace to take us
deeper into His Heart from doing the things
                            above.

He promises when we pray the Shepherds of Christ prayers,
He will take us deeper into His
Heart and deeper into His Mothers Heart.

This is the message He gave to Father Carter.

~ July 31, 1994 ~

Words of Jesus to Members of Shepherds of Christ Associates:

"My beloved priest-companion, I intend to use the priestly newsletter, Shepherds of Christ, and the movement, Shepherds of Christ Associates, in a powerful way for the renewal of My Church and the world.

"I will use the newsletter and the chapters of Shepherds of Christ Associates as a powerful instrument for spreading devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart.

>  "I am calling many to become members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. To all of them I will give great blessings. I will use them as instruments to help bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. I will give great graces to the members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. I will call them to be deeply united to My Heart and to Mary's Heart as I lead them ever closer to My Father in the Holy Spirit."

- Message from Jesus to Father Edward J. Carter, S.J., Founder, as given on July 31, 1994,
feast of Saint Ignatius Loyola, Founder of the Society of Jesus (The Jesuits)

September 9, 2001 message continues

Messenger:     The devil will keep working.

We can be so blinded like the blindman we
                            don't even see.

I see the lights of heaven, it takes intimate
                            time with God.

The Eucharist is a gift given to us.

God is truly present, no less present that
the day He walked the earth.

I was going through the Book Rosaries From
the Hearts of Jesus and Mary
in large print,
doing it made my heart burn and
I feel like I am in love with Him
as a young lover, a bride from
using the meditations on the rosary.

                        He is the bridegroom.

                        We are the bride.

He is here and truly present in the Eucharist.

Our priests are so important to us.

Guiding Light — Reflect on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light homily series — Reflect on the Word — Cycle B     The Word leaves an impression on our souls. In my thoughts and reflections are born a more tangible understanding of these eternal concepts presented in the Gospels and the readings. Anyone can read a sentence, but not anyone can absorb it's true meaning. Truth, in this day and age, is almost a matter of opinion or individual entitlement. We believe that Christ's truth is our Roman Catholic Church. We, as priests, champion it's teachings; we are ambassadors for the Pope and Christ to those faces looking at us. We are the light by which our congregation reads to reflect upon real truth and we do it hand in hand. $15

Guiding Light — Steadfast to the Son
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle A of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light homily series — Steadfast to the Son — Cycle A    The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $15

Guiding Light — Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Liturgical Year
$ 10.00 plus postage

Guiding Light — Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light — Feed My Soul — Cycle C    In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $15

Guiding Light — Focusing on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light — Focusing on the Word — Cycle B    At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $15

Guiding Light — The Word Alive in Our Hearts
Inspiring Homilies covering partial year of Cycle A by Fr. Joe Robinson

Audio CD — Read by Father Edward J. Carter
$ 10.00  plus postage

Priestly Newsletter — 2000 #1 — CD.Christ is Our Strength — Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. read it the year he died. It is so beautiful. "This brief passage contains one of the greatest lessons of the spiritual life. As we progress along our spiritual journey, we become increasingly aware of how weak we are in our—selves, but how strong we are in Christ. To experience our weakness involves suffering. The degree and kind of suffering can vary. The suffering can include the experience of the classical dark night of the spirit as described by St. John of the Cross. One of the main purposes of the dark night is to make a person keenly aware of his or her helplessness without God." quote by Fr. Carter from the newsletter $10

Priestly Newsletter — 2000 #2 — CD. — Suffering: A Source of Life — Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. read it the year he died. Fr. Carter knew suffering that year. His voice is so powerful as he read each Newsletter from his heart and soul. "Every man has his own share in the redemption. Each one is also called to share in that suffering through which the redemption was accomplished. He is called to share in that suffering through which all human suffering has also been redeemed. In bringing about the redemption through suffering, Christ has also raised human suffering to the level of the redemption. Thus each man in his suffering can also become a sharer in the redemptive suffering of Christ..." quote by Fr. Carter from the newsletter $10
