R. Children go to school and they are put in certain
grades by age. Children in grade school read on
a certain level. A child can read on 3rd grade
level or 8th grade level, according to how they
have developed in their reading skills.
We do not really understand what it is to be
full of grace, but every time we say the Hail Mary –
we say – Hail Mary - full of grace. We know Mary
was conceived without sin and we know if and
when we go to heaven we will be full of His life
in us.
John 10: 10

so that they may have life
and have it to the full.
R. We know we were created in the image and likeness
of God and when we are born we have original sin.
Baptism takes away original sin, but we still have
tendencies toward sin called concupiscence –
We have a wounded human nature.
I went to school, but my concentration was not
theology. When I began receiving the Blue Books I
was spending a lot of time, daily, at least an hour
before the Blessed Sacrament and attending daily
Mass. I prayed really a lot to the Holy Spirit and
I started writing to God and He began writing
love letters back to me and showing me visions.
I really never knew of such things and hid my
notebooks under my bed – they were used to help me –
I did not share them or tell anyone, but a deep
relationship with God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit began to develop.
I always had a great love of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and prayed
a lot, but I began to know and love God so deeply
and my life began to change with this knowledge.
Knowing God did not remove the struggles of everyday,
but gave me a way to live in Him that was such
strength. I knew where I never knew before about
God and life and it seemed so clear and so simple.
I waited and God brought to me all I needed
to meet Fr. Carter and to begin this Movement in
1994 after someone gave him Blue Book I to discern.
God did it and I waited. The Movement began and
God continued to give me the directions for the Movement,
the Ministries, the Holy Spirit Novena, the prayers,
the Morning Offerings, Prayer for Union, Prayer
before Mass, Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb,
the Father's Prayer, the Parents and Children's Rosary Book,
the Red Rosary Book, Blue Rosary Book, Nursing Home
Ministry, School Rosary Program, Servants and
Handmaids directions, Tiny Tots and Elderly Program,
etc. It all came, I did not plan it – Under the
direction of my spiritual director, Fr. Carter, we put all
these things out, many in different languages with the
Imprimatur.
I was told to put together the Apostles Manual, Fr. Carter
had me write all these things down. Jesus told me about
the 13ths, Mary called the 5ths and she began appearing
to me July 5, 1994. I did not plan any of this, I was
praying with my children at the old seminary in the
back of Church when Mary appeared to me –

R. I was told to go to Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center to pray the rosary with my children. There were people in the front of the church, so we decided to pray the rosary in the back before the Sorrowful Mother statue. I had the following vision at the end of the rosary.
The statue of the Sorrowful Mother was lit up as if she had fire around her. The light was very bright. Her whole gown was all-white, but the statue's gown is blue and pink. She was all aglow. It looked like the glow that comes off of a fire. Her face kept changing but remained totally sorrowful-the sorrow of an older woman. She was in such pain and sorrow! (It was hard to explain how she looked-extremely pained!) Her face looked as though she was in such pain that she could hardly bear it.
The vision remained like this for about ten minutes, having begun during the last Hail Mary of the Sorrowful Mysteries of the rosary. She was holding something-it was all bright white-the brightest light ever!
R. Mary continued to appear to me daily and my
children were there and Fr. Carter said Jesus and Mary
told him to come 5 days after this July 10, 1994.
Mary appeared every day and I had to be there
at 6:30 P.M. Fr. Carter came for at least 4 months.
Then a woman came and taped the oral rosary meditations
I received and messages from Jesus and Mary. She also said she
saw Jesus and Mary and every day she typed up the tapes.
I never asked her to – she just did it.
Mary continued to appear to me for 14 months –
until they told me I could not receive any messages
or say things but Hail Marys and Our Fathers at the
Holy Spirit Center.
The Lady taping me after all this time stole the
tapes and said Fr. Carter and myself were from the devil
and she wouldn't give them up. Finally somehow
we got them and the Red Rosary Book was the product of this.

R. The Parents and Children's Rosary Book was
written from Junior Shepherds of Christ Gatherings
in which I received the meditations orally while
the children prayed – they were taped and transcribed
by Melanie Noe.

We visited someone who bought a lot nearby
and Fr. Carter looked into it and the Archdiocese
gave us the Church for a $1 for our Ministries.
We have had 24 hour adoration for 12 years
and since 1998 - 18 years – adoration all day
before the Blessed Sacrament.
Fr. Carter found the Morrow Center and we dedicated
it December 8, 1996. Before this the Center was in my house
and the offices there, tapes made etc. 5ths were
once a month in my house.
We began circulating materials right away
after Mary's image appeared in Clearwater, Florida.
On July 5, 1998 we did the first prayer service,
we then began leasing the building in Clearwater and
doing the 5th every month, the Daily Message began,
and daily prayer services.
Fr. Carter died December 18, 2000 and after we celebrated
December 17, 2000 – we closed on the first loan on the
building December 31, 2000.
Fr. Carter began circulating the Priestly Newsletter
on July, 1994 to 75,000 priests and hierarchy – every
priest in the United States and all Bishops and hierarchy
around the world as far as we were able –
he did it every other month –
He advanced to 85,000 Priestly Newsletters every other
month and had them translated in Spanish – he told
me he could reach 80% of the world in English and Spanish.
His goal was to reach as many priests around the
world as possible with the Priestly Newsletter –
We also published 3 books of Fr. Carter's Priestly Newsletters
and sent all the priests in the United States – the Priestly Newsletter
Book II.
R. We sent all Catholic Grade Schools in the United States –
the Parents and Children's Rosary Book with
the Imprimatur. We would supply very cute
rosaries to all grade schools that asked for them.
We have 18 Blue books telling many stories
of our formation –
R. After Fr. Carter's death we circulated his writings,
Priestly Newsletters etc. –
Then a Jesuit's Priestly Newsletter
Then Fr. Pasquini's Priestly Newsletters and
Books we published.
R. Then we began circulating my brother's homilies –
I was encouraged to do so in a letter from
Cardinal George –
R. We have the Audio Department –
the original recordings of the rosaries
received while Fr. Carter was there and he
discerned them.

Consecrate Your Churches, Home, and Workplace to Our Hearts
Jesus: I want you to consecrate the human race to Sacred Heart of Jesus. I want to be enthroned in all homes, churches, and businesses.
June is the month of the Sacred Heart. I want to be king and center of all hearts. I will keep My promises given to St. Margaret Mary of Alacoque. I promise all this from My most Sacred Heart. Consecrate your chapter to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Consecrate the church or room in which you hold your meeting.
Today is First Friday. I want you to circulate the message I gave to you on consecrating your homes to My Sacred Heart. Make booklets available for people to be able to consecrate their homes and businesses easily. Use the message I gave to you when you consecrated your home.
The Sacred Heart of Jesus will reign and the Immaculate Heart of Mary will triumph. Consecrate all homes and businesses to Our Two Hearts. Tell all to have displayed and honored, pictures of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. May and June are the months of Mary and the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Tell all to consecrate their homes to Our Two Hearts. I am the Sacred Heart of Jesus. On this day, the 5th of May, 1995, First Friday, I request that you spend the next two months encouraging all to do this consecration.
Gather your friends and say the prayers I have instructed you to say. Sing "To Jesus Heart All Burning" and "Immaculate Mary." May these Two Hearts of love give all members of the human race peace, joy and love in their hearts.
R. Jesus said He desires to be honored by men in the Blessed Sacrament.
Jesus: Circulate the Blue Book messages. They promote this devotion. How My Heart is filled with happiness by the souls who come to the tabernacle and sit with Me. I am Jesus Christ, I wait and long and thirst for My precious souls to come. The souls of men have turned cold. I want souls to come to daily communion and be with Me in front of the tabernacle.
Men's hearts have turned cold. They do not know what love really means. I want hearts that are filled with fire for love of God. Men's hearts have turned to stone.
You are to promote devotion to My most Sacred Heart. I want hearts that burn with love for My Heart. It is through Me that you will know the Father's love. I am the Way, I am the Truth, I am the Life.
Offer a holy hour for the indifference, ingratitude, and sacrileges committed against Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, the Sacrament of His greatest love.
R. He promises great graces to those who give reparation to His Sacred Heart and who tell others about offering reparation to Him.
